Mister No 1 cash wash in Houston area . Very clean facility and staff is very friendly. I am their monthly club member . I go to their other location as well but this one is superb. Soap and chemical is coming with the spray nozzles not like other location where you can see only water with some soap … very diluted .

This place has gone hill so fast. Paid $30 for basically an exterior wash. With my truck being brand new I guess they figured they didnt need to vacuum and or wipe down the console, when there was little debris inside and a few dog hairs. You would think your car would be spotless inside with all the people that work there just standing around doing nothing. You lost my business Thanks mister Car Wash for the wonderful experience!!

I went to this place because my usual place that I go to was very very busy so I decided to give them a try. I now understand why there were only 3 or 4 cars the are on a Saturday. Will never return. Dont waste your money here...

I have been a monthly member for about a year now and I enjoy getting the car washes when I need them at a single monthly price. I did spend a little more to get the better quality car wash and I have not regretted it. The staff that you interact with as you drive up or drive through are always friendly and give away. I go to two different locations because one has a self-serve vacuum system that I enjoy using. I recommend Mr car Wash for a gentle but thorough washing experience.

I suggest you preceded with caution when doing business with Mister Car Wash on Kirby. I paid for an interior clean + Ex Plat for $36.00. They do not offer a rain check policy and have no solution for rectifing the poor quality of service.The interior wipe down was less than stellar.Let me explain:I specifically asked them to get behind my sons car booster seat, only to find that there was no effort to do so. There are still finger prints on the windows, I dont believe the sunroof was touched, the center console looks like no effort was made. The back seats were barely vaccumed. The photos are just in case someone cares to do business with them. Make sure you are specific about your expectations.

Very disappointed with my experience at this place. I picked there extra cleaning service and this is what I get in the pictures below. the trunk of the car was not touched and Trash left on the side of the door. I will not return to this place!!

It’s great although the new bar with the drying rags doesn’t hardly touch the car except at the Holcombe location. The line ate the Washington location is cutthroat because all the gates open and people are not nice there should be a director. Other than that I’m very very happy and tell everyone I know.

I like having my car clean and I can get a fairly decent cleaning at Mister Car Wash.However, Mister Car Wash has lost a lot of its touch. Before the pandemic it was kinda fun to hang out at Mister Car Wash while waiting for your car to be finished and the employees were more upbeat and willing to go the extra steps to make the experience pleasant and its just not like that anymore.Your car still comes out clean and shining, but Mister Car Wash has lost its own shine.

This place is horrible. They scratched and broke the headliner. They didn’t even want to take responsibility for that. Their customer service is poor. They lie and don’t know how to talk to their customers. They didn’t even clean my trunk and the interior as they supposed to do. Don’t bring your car here.

5 stars for Joe. We always have issues with getting my white wall tires clean because they claim they do not have the proper cleaning agents for them… although we pay for the platinum exterior & interior membership. Joe has been the ONLY person who has offered and went beyond to make sure the white walls were clean. Everyone else complains and does nothing to remedy the issue. Thank you Joe!!

Used to love this place… been a member for 10 years! Since COVID, quality has gone down the drain. Car leaves soaking wet and you can’t see out of your side mirrors. They need to bring back the hand dryers at the end of the tunnel. Worst part? They said that they got rid of them due to “social distancing.” Such a load.

Good cleaning inside and out and great waiting room. Package #2 + a Tip is still pricy for a wash in a pinch fast and fine.

They didnt clean my truck right somebody stepped on a gum and got in my truck they didnt clean my carpet or underneath why is platinum service Im long time customer I believe since 2007 I never had this bad experience is Like they dont like to do their job

Great service. Calling ahead is a must! Try calling in the morning. I only got an exterior standard car wash and the two men that worked on it did a great job. My car was dirty from the and I finally had the chance to get a wash about a later. My car was spotless and super shiny! I definitely recommend it. Great prices too and the owner is very nice.

Can’t say I’ll be continuing my membership after this month. Took in a different vehicle than my regular that has a membership sticker - I was looking to have a Final Touch done, as I have before with my other vehicle, and although I try to be patient and listen to the sales pitch, I regretted my patience. The vehicle was an Escalade and with the final touch would cost $70 - salesman hounded me that adding the vehicle to the membership would make me only pay $20(or $25?). I explained to him I didn’t need this vehicle added and I just wanted the one time charge. His response was, “so you really want to pay $70 today?” - to which I replied “Yes, I don’t usually pay someone to clean this vehicle. It’s a 2015 and I’ve been here twice with it so I don’t need a recurring monthly charge.”. He seems annoyed and says he’ll need to check to see if they can do a Final Touch right now. Guess what? They miraculously couldn’t now that I didn’t add another membership to my existing one. This was frustrating, especially since it was a Monday morning and there were literally no lines and lanes open. Currently at Splash paying less and already having a much better experience.

I used to be a member, no more. Their machine damages the paint, and the attendants deny it. I took my car here for a quick wash thinking it’s be harmless. I had previously gotten my car polished to a mirror finish. After leaving, I noticed there were scratches all across the car body. I spoke to the manager(s) who both denied the possibility of that happening. One manager was completely belittling, suggesting that the detailers did that. Don’t take your car here if you care about the finish on your car.

Review is only for the exterior wash and is not specific to this location.Overall, it does a pretty decent job for the ~30 seconds? it takes to go through the gauntlet. Yea, there are a few spots that it has trouble reaching and some spots that need to be redone, but I am okay with that. The reason why I deducted a star is because there have been a couple of times that the brushes have ripped off my rear wiper from my SUV. Some locations used to use painters tape to secure the wipers and that worked. I have not seen them do that though for a while now.

So, I’m an unlimited car wash patron but today I wanted the interior cleaned out. I pulled up, asked for the basic and tipped on the card. As I waited in line I realized that my car was super dirty from camping so, when my turn came, I apologized to the person cleaning and offered him an additional tip for the extra trouble.When my car was returned to me this is how I found the floor mats. I complained to the manager who told me that they no longer do floor mats and that the vacuum can’t pick up sand anyway. He took out one floor mat and scrubbed it for me. Never asked if they were all dirty.I took this one down the street to a self serve car wash and... you guessed it, vacuumed it up.Not sure what I’ll do about returning or keeping my unlimited membership. But I do know that from now, I won’t leave a tip on the card, but rather, I’ll pay cash when I see the job done correctly.

Have the basic unlimited package and it is a great deal. Outside of my car is always clean and every few weeks run through a location that has self-serve vacuums so can keep a well cared for car at $20 bucks a month. Cant beat that!

Absolutely love this car wash! The first time I came here, it was by accident- I drove by and was like wait my car need to look better. Long story short, they did a fabulous job but I didn’t remember the name or where it was. Recently, I drove by it randomly again, this time I took a picture so I would remember it. My most recent visit was a week ago! Very nice staff (people taking you car, giving you the wash menu, people who are actually washing your car, the ones serving you coffee and popcorn inside, and the ones shinning your shoes while you wait for your car). The place is very clean and your car looks amazing afterwards!

Have been on the monthly plan for nearly 2 years, worth the price. Always enjoy their cleaning services both from the amazing automated system as well as the great dedicated work from the friendly care team. Love to see my vehicle always out in super clean condition.

Been a two car platinum member for many years. Love it. Request the final touch to come back asap. Had to wait today for a long period. Operation seemed out of synch. Car just sat there for 20 minutes being ignored at the vacuum station. I let manager know I was not thrilled. Normally everything is 1st class.

I am not totally sure about regular oil change prices, I came here because I had a coupon. That aside they were super friendly, they had extremely comfortable chairs in the lounge, complimentary bottles of water and popcorn, and were pretty prompt about my oil change and inspection. One last note they actually had a usb phone charging station too.

Place is great, I try to make weekly stops to wash. The monthly subscription service is great and works flawlessly. You drive up and it automagically opens for you. For a small fee, you never have to hand wash again! Getting an interior wash is less than 10$ because they give you the credit from the exterior wall included in your membership! The renovation inside is most excellent, coffee, popcorn and filtered water, along with a nice lounge area. This place is killing it, I travel a lot, and honestly, I have found very few car washes that compare to the service this one offeres! Most say my truck is to big to be washed, this place greets me! Best in town!

Ive gone to Mister Car Wash on Kirby Drive for years, but today will be the finale. I watched as the detailer just looked around, stood around and finally waved his towel. The place just doesnt hold up to its previous standards. Heres a pic of hood that just needed a small amount of effort to wipe away.

Is it wrong to utterly love a car wash? Ive been coming to Mister Car Wash for years now, and Im consistently impressed with the staff and service. Literally everyone has a smile and an incredibly friendly, positive demeanor. Its also the single most effective facility Ive ever visited -- the car comes out gleaming every single time, with no missed spots or remaining grime. Their monthly subscription plans are remarkably cheap for several levels of service, and provide unlimited access. Having visited numerous other car washes in Houston, I can confidently say that Mister Car Wash remains a gold standard.

Went in for Oil Change. GREAT. Go for a detail. Purchase a Platinum car wash. Im having to point out things to the detailer and on top of that I get all the way home to see my trunk didnt get vacuumed. 😮

The “platinum” interior/exterior package is a total rip off. They didn’t clean the floor matts, the doors, the back seat, or even properly vacuum the console. I wouldn’t even pay $1 for the shabby rush job they did on my car. I had to take it to a real car wash immediately afterwards. Scam artists.

Overall, great service. I have two things to highlight. First, when driving through for a self-service car wash I feel uncomfortable going through because it feels they line the cars up too close to one another. It makes me feel the cars are at risk to run into one another while going through. It seems six feet spacing between cars would be best. Secondly, the only area I would like to see improvement is fully cleaning the windshield in the interior. There always seems to be streaks and a film left on caused by using used rags and jjst not paying attention. The exterior does not get fully cleaned around the sides and corners sometimes. The brushes are not consistent in fully covering the exterior windshield.Again, overall - great service.

Absolutely disgraceful.Ive been coming here for over 2 years to get washes and oil changes. Theyve raised the prices 2 times over that time. It used to be a great deal to get an oil change because you would get a free wash on top of that. It was the basic wash but still good. I used to pay $35 for both. That was only a few months ago and my last oil change.Well, I just found out today the price of the oil change has now been raised again ($42 for basic oil in my little Versa) AND the free car wash now only covers them washing the outside and if you want the inside cleaned out you have to pay an additional amount. I was told I had to pay an additional $12 if I wanted the inside of my car cleaned. I went ahead and paid it, much to my chagrin.All in I paid $54 for a basic oil change and a basic wash. Oh, the whole process also took over an hour.Coming back to my car and I found they didnt even clean the inside!!!!! I cannot even begin to express how utterly upset I am over this.Mr. Carwash, you should be ashamed of yourself for providing such a terrible service and basically stealing money from people for nothing in return.You have lost a long-time customer. (Pics of my filthy car after they had cleaned it for an extra $12.)

The $20 monthly for unlimited wash is good if you go every other day or twice a week. I know covid limits the employees but it would be nice to have the windshield dryer people at the end of the wash like before to wipe down the windshield of water and spots.

$24 for basic wash is too expensive. Also, I wish they would install some shading for the workers. They’re out under the sun in Houston summer heat.

Great staff. Got full service car wash and state inspection. They took great care of mine and all the other vehicles being serviced. Total time was about 40 minutes.

Slowest Mr carwash... they let everyone skip you in line dont come here if youre in a hurry.

For a quick carwash on the go this is the place will suffice. I had only the exterior done. This is a regular drive thru car wash. I did feel it went faster thru the cycle than previous one I have visited. While the car shined, when I touched the car it felt like there was a layer of dust or something. I think I will keep looking around. I am happy my car is clean, but for $20 I think it could be better.

I enjoy my membership; the crew is always pleasant and helpful. The equipment always does a great job. It will be great when COVID-19 is over and the finishing staff is able to come back into the assembly!!

Better than their location on Voss, but longer lines!

Really disappointed. Purchased the most expensive wash they offer about 45 minutes before their closing time the Monday or,Tuesday before Christmas. Afterwards, the windows and console left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Also disappointed that they broke the hinge on the center console and never mentioned it.

I have a membership with Mister and went to my location over on Washington and they was closed down for the day and so I asked him if the other places were open and they said yeah that I could go down here on Kirby I come down here I put my car through the wash get ready to vacuum they want to charge me $10 to vacuum. Ive never had to pay $10 before to vacuum should be waved if anything if my normal one is already closed down because theyre doing service I will be canceling my membership due to this. The woman I spoke to shes not very professional to begin with

Pro: Car was pretty clean when I left.Con: Forrrrrrreeeeevvvveeeerrr. All I needed was an exterior car wash. Since the sales people are pushing the monthly plan in the pay line, just getting up to pay was an ordeal. And once through there, all the full service cars are moved up to the front so you just wait even more. Finally, theres only one line for all the cars to go through for the wash. Thats about 6 (or 4, cant remember) full services lines and 2 membership and single pay lines all going into one line for a wash. Way too long. Maybe if you like the full service route, this might be for you but bring a book to read.

Covid has been a great excuse to lower the quality of their service. Before you had 2 to 3 people drying your car after car wash. Now you dont see anyone getting close to your car not even to dry mirrors. Nothing.

After a $36 platinum cleaning this is what I see, lots of unattended areas in plain sight. I can’t get a proper photo of windshield to show how dirty it remained after the wash. Never going back to this place.

The remodel was nice however if you dont reset a back wiper and remove the tape you put on, what other expectation do you have left to fail.

The location on Washington Ave in Houston is terrible. I rarely get my full service(wax and Wheels) are always skipped. When bringing this to mangers attention I am blown off, I ask for some sort of refund and I am told sure thing but never get the refund.. I am tired of being cheated. The Kirby location in Houston is the only above board honest location. But still the Washington location is closer to where I live so thus I try and give them a chance but I am let down almost every time I go there. Help contact me

The couple times I decided to use it I had to turn around both times for half done jobs. Also the last time I was there they got some type of residue on my car that was not there before I brought my vehicle in that still has not come off my vehicle. I was extremely disappointed with my service at Mister Car Wash so I have not returned and dont plan on it and have advised those that I know to not go or be careful and thoroughly check your vehicle prior to was and after.

I just got my car washed here and overall they did a good job. However, I paid for the platinum package because my tires were really dirty with brake dust. I saw the guy wiping the tires but when I got home I noticed there was still very noticeable brake dust on all the tires! This is ridiculous. Its like 5hey got tired of cleaning and just did the minimum.

I like this place because of the location and the nice people who work there. Its especially nice to see the same smiling employee faces year after year. The reason I rated this place a 7 is that sometimes the wait is very long for no good reason that I can see. For instance, this morning it took an hour to get my car vacuumed and sent through the wash. Once it was vacuumed, it just sat there in front of the vacuum area with about five or six other cars parked with our car doors open while dozens of other vehicles went on through the car wash. I saw absolutely NO reason why that should have happened. This service was a vacuum and wash as services are limited form Covid. This should have taken no more than 20 minutes total.Another time, pre-Covid, I got the red carpet wash so I could have my seats conditioned, and the service took more than two hours. Again, my car was vacuumed and washed, but then it sat for over an hour and half near the service area where seats are cleaned and conditioned before even getting looked at. I slowly watched this unfold and could not believe it, much like todays issues.

Great service and great price for the car wash memberships. My car is always looking clean now and its very easy and convenient to just run through the washer typically. Very well worth it and I would recommend it to anyone who has trouble keeping their car clean.

When doing the member express wash, there used to be employees wiping the back window of the car when leaving because the air jets don’t blow the water off the back window. Now there are no employees doing this. So I have to take a towel and do it myself or the back window will spot and look dirty.

Convenient and clean! Well run business.Some advice: keep a lookout on your car when they’re finishing up on it. The last person to detail your car will wave their towel to signal that the car is ready. If you don’t pay attention your car will sit in the parking lot holding up other cars until you figure out that your car is ready to pick up. Also, they have a community tip jar so it’s easier to tip or not tip privately.

Long story short....I previously had a bad experience at a different location. Today we went to this location and the manager Albert was very kind and made sure they did a great job on my daughters car. Thank you Albert, I really appreciate the great customer service.
