I usually dont leave bad reviews until I give a business another chance but this time, I just left frustrated and upset as I was scammed.I paid for outside and inside cleaning service but after an hour and a total of $27 I approached my car just to realize they washed only the outside. I asked for them to clean the inside like ordered but unfortunately encountered a very bad service and no customer support. I ended up leaving upset and frustrated. They didnt let me talk to a manager or offer me another service, nor did they give me my money back.I for sure will not be going there and would probably file a complaint against this business as they are obviously scamming people out of money.Too bad.

I went to check this place out and I7/ couldnt believe how rude they were. You have to pull in to get prices and details. After I talked to the lady, I decided with the long wait, I wanted to come back later and have my husband drop me off. She said, You shouldnt have come if you didnt have time and walked away. I was completely blocked in. To get out, I had to block a car and wouldnt move until they made a way for me to get out. It was unbelievable. If you come here, please know if you decide you dont want their services, they will hold you hostage if they feel like it. Better yet, pick a different place.

I brought a 36$ voucher from groupon for super clean wash and the service was horrible,i think they just wipe the car and put low quality wax on it, the exterior and interior were visibly dirty after the wash and I pointed out and the manager found clueless.Never recommended!!!

I needed an oil change, inspection, wash and vacuum and I got to do at all in one place while comfortably waiting in the A/C. Also, the lady at the counter was so nice. This place is great and my car is looking very sparkly. Thanks Dr. Car Wash Plus!!

They deserve no star! First time I get my car detailed and I paid for the cherry wax service 89$! not worth it! Don’t waste your money at this place!! They didn’t vacuum my car right there was still dirty in the back! And one more thing the employees seems to have a damm attitude!

So I drove in at 12:30 for car wash… and what do ya know I’m still stuck in here for whatever reason and it’s 1:03 pm (as of right now) car is dry from the first part of the wash… Owe me for my gas and about 5 free premium washes for this bs… my first time coming here too ….finally out at 1:18 pm …. Smdh

The worst experience doing oil change service. The guy who took care of it didn’t know how to do it and his attitude was rude and arrogant. The result was an oil leak on my car. Also he took my skid plate out and now I’m missing a screw. Don’t try to do oil change there.

Very dissatisfied. My car was taken here as a gift to be detailed for $130. As soon as I got my car the first thing I noticed was a horrible engine oil or engine chemical filling my whole car that I could hardly stand, and by the end of my trip back home across town I had a headache. The next day it was just as strong. I have no idea what they used to clean my car but the smell is absolutely unacceptable and intolerable. The dash was well wiped down, and the stains in my seat were gone. However on my doors inside there were still marks, the center change holder has marks they claim that was the best they could do but could clearly be wiped up with basic armor all. The carpet in my trunk is now bubbling up because they set the wet mats back there to dry and they shampooed it. When I pointed out the bubbling to the manager he claims that it was like that before he touched it. As I argued that, he said them shampooing it caused it but it’s cause my car has aged?? Which is it? And if it’s possible it could bubble why not let me know so I could decline the trunk shampoo. In my cup holder, the silver plastic was slightly peeling and after them it was clearly peeled off. This isn’t a big deal as time would have peeled it off. Though the seats were clean there was a brand new stain on them I’m guessing from what they used to wipe down or something. The stain will come off I’m sure. Lastly there is a smear mark across the shiny wood panel along my dashboard..I wouldn’t have much to complain about but for $130 I would think my car shouldn’t even have a smudge. The manager said he would not reimburse me for anything which I don’t expect the full amount but something reasonable seeing I could clean my car myself for $5 and do better and not suffer in chemical smell. He offered to redo my car which I will consider as soon as my car get out of the shop for a recall. He was professional and kind I just didn’t appreciate his lack of interest in my complaint. But he did offer to redo my car so that counts.

Highly disappointed I paid 89 to have my car cleaned and shampooed. It took almost 2 hours and the windows on the insider were not cleaned and the dash area was not cleaned good. The outside was not buffed as they said it would be and there was still dirt on my car. Waste of money.

No one is in charge of the first section where they clean the vics. The one guy in charge of cleaning my lane just wondered off, 30min later no one can give a answer as to the disorganization. Expect 1hr to get your vic cleaned for a simple service.

I would give 5 stars but 4 because of the cashier. Bad customer service, needs better training on how to talk to people. People outside were super helpful and nice.

Paid $25 and tipped. After wondering where is my car after waiting for 30 minutes I discovered they put it into state inspection box instead. Nice. Washing result is also not great. My first and last visit.

Be careful at this car wash the one located on Westheimer Road only just past Dairy Ashford because the employees seem to have a problem with getting in the customers vehicles and changing their radio stations and breaking seat handles, when a customer brings their vehicle in to be washed do not touch anything inside of their vehicle your job is to simply just do your job and detail the vehicles I gave them one star they really do not deserve that !!

Don’t give a lower rating because it’s not possible ... To make the long story short: management and ownership really sucks at this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CAR SAFE!!! Got the glass of the driver side mirror of my SUV broken last Saturday (see pictures) and they didn’t assume the responsibility for this issue saying that it didn’t happen at their shop but anywhere else (so classic!). They even told me that my glass was broken by a rock outside the carwash (How does a rock can hit your car’s side mirror from the back!? Really!? Is that even possible!?) These people don’t care about claims made by customers, in fact the owner never took the time to speak with me even when I asked to speak with him several times. And to make my story worse: I used to have a VIP Membership with them that I tried to cancel it today in order to get my money back as my credit card was charged the same day when I had the glass issue. Guess what!? NO REFUNDS!!! The explanation I got was simple: Those are the rules of the company. Really!? So you are telling me that you won’t pay my broken glass, you won’t return my money back, but I’m welcome to continue using their services and be at risk of keep damaging my car while doing so!? Are you nuts!? ... Anyways! I got a $500 repair bill because of these guys and that’s the reason for this really, really bad review of the services they provide ... My advice: Go everywhere else to wash your car if you want to keep in good shape!!!

To the owner, give ur workers a walkie-talkie. Let them communicate faster to reach a customer.(emp to cashier) Its waste of time walking around to find the owner of the car they were working on. Give a number to each car so they reach them thru one number. Makes things easy and fast. Hope this helps.

I thought this was a hand car wash. Job was satisfactory but its over priced for a automated car wash. Hand dried and vacuumed the inside. Shined up the interior but I dont know if I got ever that was included in the classic package as I didnt really see the guy do much to my car

Do not support this establishment. I have been a loyal customer for years. Always have love their work. But I went yesterday asking only for the manager special and the lady the works where she check you in (Victoria) got very bothered that I would not upgrade to a Super clean special. After I told her several times no I want the manager special she became very disrespectful. I know they not getting business right now not much a least but dang. It’s not that serious to hustle your customers. I tried to reach out to a manager and email customer service. Good luck to this business cause they gonna need it.

Came here today (7/27) to get my car washed. This is my second time visiting here as they washed my car very well the first time. This time they did a good job with a few exceptions such as a few spots on my front bumper wasn’t completed cleaned off and there were a few small white spots. Overall, I would come back as they probably have to work fast to keep the cars from piling up. Being that these are minor issues it didn’t bother me that much but if it bothers you have them redo it.

My first experience a this carwash wasnt good, but I figured maybe I just caught them on a bad day. I waited a few months and tried it again today and probably wont be back. It took 45 minutes to get the wheel deal and my car still has bugs and bird poo on the headlights. Im assuming they used an old rag cause my car smells like mildew and the doors couldnt have been wiped down cause its still dirty. I didnt bother speaking with the manager because I didnt have enough time to get it re washed (I was on my lunch break). Instead I decided to write a review and take my business elsewhere from now on. I wouldnt recommend this car wash to a friend or family. Take the extra 5 mins and drive to the next one down the road!

It looked good considering how dirty she was but after further inspection there were a few things that couldve been done better. The windshield being one. Besides that it was a decent job.

I usually go here for oil change and car wash. This last time my maintenance rqrd light wouldnt go off. My truck allegedly can be run for 900 miles more and the synthetic oil is starting to burn. Talk to my brother and with a guy at another shop, so they say its because the guy from Colonial used a cheap blend or it wasnt synthetic at all. You guys lost me here for the oil change.

They did not clean my car good. It smelled like mildew and I called and left my number for the Manager and she never called. I will not be going there anymore.

Im a repeat customer here because i can no longer wash my vehicle due to my back issues. Im very meticulous with detailing of my vehicle and expect the same care for my car at these car wash facilities. Not all of them deliver. Dr. Car wash plus has a good crew who are STRICTLY BUSINESS and pay great attention to detail every time. I always tip the detailers because they certainly earn it from the door jams all the way to the rooftop amd the wheels and tires. The interior is always NOTICABLY cleaner and I reccommend their upholstry conditioning atleast once a month. Feels new and smells new every time. Thank you ALL so much for your hard work and professionalism!

My car got scratched up all the way up and down drivers side. I havent even had my truck 30 days and they said it was not responsible. I wont be going back. I had to argue and show pictures of my new truck scratch free less than 30 days ago just for them to BUFF OUT THEIR MISTAKES

State inspection and free car wash.

After using Colonial for a number of years I will no longer use them. The service has deteriorated and they are looking for ways to increase the billing. Today it was I had to many bugs on my pickups grill so to they had to charge me more. Crazy! They already have an additional charge because its a pickup which I have no problem with.

Longtime customer. Do they get every particle of dust, every speck of dirt? No. Does any car wash in town? No. The State? No. The WORLD? No. What they do is a better job than everybody else around here. Car always looks great. Theyre very good if I point out spots for improvement (unlike others). Manager has always been super nice to me.

PLEASE BEWARE... I have been going to this car wash since 2015. Always appreciated their work. In the past 6 months, I had noticed that the change in my coin compartment kept dwindling, particularly the dollar coins that I KNEW I hadn’t used. I could never pin point from where exactly until yesterday, 05/13/2019. I had $5 in dollar coins that I monitored for 2 weeks, that never disappeared until yesterday. The minute I dropped off my car, I confirmed the money was there. The minute I got my car back, my money had disappeared. It was missing $4 worth of dollar coins and who knows how much else in the rest of the change. It’s not the amount that is concerning, it is the principle that you risk anything of value to you to go missing. Acting management stated that 2 weeks prior, they had let go of someone for this same issue. This isn’t a “bad apple” case, this is a culture in this location. It happened before their worker they had fired, it happened after, and could happen to you. Again, please BEWARE.

I’ve been here several times and each time I’ve gotten a package or quick wash. I’m not impressed by the package deal. I always have to ask them to wipe the car again due to white residue. When you do the quick wash the machine for the vacuum doesn’t have good suction

I visited Colonial Car Wash on Thursday for the first time and I was really impressed. The gentleman made me feel welcome after revealing to him that this was my first there. He informed me of the early bird special and stated that he looked forwarding to my return. Now thats great customer service! My car looked outstanding once the attendants finished with it...I will definitely return again.

I have been going to Colonial Car Wash or at least 8 + years great service Ive only monthly full service plan unlimited washes inside and out vacuum Etc. The only thing which is minor is that the inside back window of my car has never been cleaned all the other windows have? If someone just looks from the inside of the building when the people are wiping down the outside of the car and the windows you will notice they never clean the inside of a car back window SUVs they do they open the back and they do occasionally be Ive seen him clean SUV back windows but now not automobile.

Took my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to get a full service detail for her 1 year old birthday.Found a Groupon and was very happy with the detail job they did. The regular price is $179 for a SUV. I paid $139 on Groupon.They guy did a fantastic job! Made my car look better than the day I took delivery from the dealership.I recommend you drop it off because it took over 2 hours. I was glad to hear them tell me that. Id imagine anything less world signal a sup-par detail.Check back for pictures. Happy Motoring.

After having my Wrangler washed here with the $25 Classic Wash, I had to request to have someone come and finish it because there were areas that were not wiped down, areas of Armor All running or missed conpletely and areas that were still dirty all over the vehicle, especially the bumpers, grill, wheels and rear window but the attendant was very nice and stayed 30 minutes past closing to actually complete the job. I asked him for an extra towel and helped him do this so I could get going. I will not return.

You can either do a drive through wash for $4 or be a member with unlimited number of washes for a month for as low as $23, I chose the month to month unlimited wash package for $29.99 it includes washing in and out of my car and hand drying it. I go once a week. The workers are efficient. I typically spend an average of 15-20mins when its not so busy.

I bought the cheapest car wash, and had a coupon, so 3.99. They even used a soft brush to clean the bugs off my windshield and front end. Such a good job and did not treat me bad just because I got the basic wash. Very satisfied.

Older car wash located West of the intersection of Dairy Ashford and Westheimer. They have a really good deal for a monthly unlimited car wash package starting at $14.99 a month (Exterior only) and @24.99 a month for full service. I shopped around online and this is one of the few car washes that will do an under carriage wash ( or under body) for cheap. I would recommend the $24.99 a month unlimited if you so desire to get an unlimited wash as they will vacumn the anterior of your car for you as well as disinfect the consoles, and dash board. The $14.99 option allows you to vacumn your vehicle out yourself. The extra $10 is worth the time savings. The under body wash is really helpful especially after you have gone to Galveston beach for the day with your family. The regular price of the unlimited wash is about $13.99 add $3 for truck, vans, and large vehicles. Either way you will get your money worth if you go at least 3 times. Well worth the money. :)

Reasonable and affordable...been about 5 times in 1 1/2 hrs and have never had a bad experience there. They are..nice and consistent with there work...I have gotten a few washes as well as 2 oil changes

I had my red f150 washed here yesterday including the interior and they did a good job. However, i am very upset on the fact that my amplifier no longer works and is in protection mode since I got my truck washed there. I am not sure what they did or if they just mistreated the interior or were unaware of the amplifier and the wires running under the passenger seat. It could of also of been the subs located under the seats in the back that were damaged. Nevertheless, I am very disappointed and displeased. I also would like to point out that my car charger was also damaged leading me to believe that little or no care was given for any valuables that were in the truck. I am not sure if this was just an outlier in their service but it upsets me that I have to take my truck to the shop tomorrow and find out how much it may cost to repair the damages to the audio system.
