Amazing customer service and attention to detail. They were able to remove chocolate from my leather seats that another well known car wash could not. My car looks like new and I just appreciate how hard I saw them work to get the level of detail my car needed. It was not cheap, but well worth it. Paid about $250 for buffing, deep leather conditioning, and superior detail. They removed exterior scratches as well. There may have been more add-ons I selected but again we’ll worth it from what they did and the end result!!

I stopped by this afternoon because my cat had an accident that escaped from the carrier on a weekend road trip. Arriving at Spotless Car Spa, I explained my needs to the manager and then selected the #1 wash and carpet shampoo of the back seat. Wow. My car looks amazing. Every surface was gleaming, fully cleaned, and all evidence of the backseat cat was erased. It rained on my way home and yet my car is still cleaner than it has been in years. I plan to return for regular washings and additional detail services. Spotless Car Spa clearly treats every car to quality service!

Highly recommend! The owner helped me decide what was best for my car and my budget, and my car looks brand new. I also told him I was on a time crunch so he even joined his crew to help get my car done faster. Talk about great service! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with their basic package, plus interior detailing, and seats shampooed. I will definitely be back for more and recommend to everyone I know!

Fantastic and efficient service. Went in for a car wash including interior vacuuming and seat clean up. Luckily there were only 2-3 cars ahead of me.The waiting are is small but very clean. They have coffee and water available. Quality of service was very good.Once they were done, I did a quick walkthrough. There were a couple of spots that were missed. The fixed it immediately.Service is slightly on the pricier side. But totally worth it considering the efficiency and quality.They do not accept reservations for car wash (or at least that was the case when I went in)Overall, highly recommend this place!

I explicitly went to this car wash on Sunday 12.20.20 because they only do hand washing and they had great reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. However I could have gone to an automated drive through car wash for the a lot less and gotten the same quality. I paid for the #2 Luxury + Hand Wax for $68 but the car was done in less than 10 minutes. There was spots all over the car that of either soap or maybe the wax they use. Some type of oily liquid spots all over the car they seem to have missed which I then went home to wipe off all over the car. Bumpers didnt get washed or wiped after. It seems like theyre not careful enough about drying the car or using clean cloths. There was also some type of scratch on the windshield which i thought was a stain that i could remove but it turned out to be a scratch that was not on the windshield when I took the car there. Which ultimately led for me to write this review. To be fair they did an amazing job on the rims and tires. The interior was mostly good with the exception of some white residue left on the bottom door panel. But overall just not the quality I expected and it felt like they rushed my car once they got busy.

My son came home for the holiday weekend. His car was nasty. He had spilled stuff on the seats and carpets. Smelled horrible. These guys were great. Immaculate job done in a reasonable time frame. Would highly recommend. Oh, btw....car had a huge scratch on it that they removed. Alex even sent me photos to show me what they were able to do.

Great spot to get your car cleaned, brought in my wife’s supera and they left it spotless. Not many places that will hand wash a car like I would but they did it. No water marks or anything.

Came here to get our small hatchback cleaned & do some serious stain removal. When I got the car back & saw how good they were able to remove the stains I was relieved. Although, I was greatly disappointed at the fact that the most obvious, easy to see places had not been cleaned. Getting a detailed cleaning for your vehicle is not cheap & for someone to not clean the easy to see places in your car is a big no for me. Dont recommend & wont be going back.

If you’re going to charge 50$ for a car wash I would have expected to receive a clean car. Left their place and went to a place for half the price to remove multiple bug splatter spots that were left over. Never again. They get three stars for quick service, air conditioning and good coffee.

Top notch service! The crew works hard to make sure everything is super clean in and out. The owner did the final round of check before return the car key back to me. I was happy to find my car super clean and have a good smell after the service. The price seems expensive at first. But with the service they give, its totally worth it.

First time here and they did an AMAZING JOB! Don’t have/don’t want to share the “before” photos because it is truly scary, but let’s just say I’ve had my car since 2011 and this was also the first time ever detailed. The waiting area is so clean and has WiFi and cold water, too! Could tell they pay such close attention to detail (literally) and the management checked the work multiple times throughout the detail and walked me out for me to check it out before driving off. So glad I found this place! I won’t wait another 9 years before coming back!

I was not disappointed, and I’ve always come back.Great staff with great customer service, and your car gets very nicely treated.Super fast for hand detail place without missing a spot. I recommend anything including wax, because they also do an incredible job with the wax in a very reasonable amount of time.

Found my new car detail place.It has been about 6 months since I had my car cleaned and detailed. The last place I went to did not do a great job. I tried here and Im very happy. They even took off the price of an uber ride because it would take 2.5 hrs and I didnt want to wait there.It rained the next day - of course. The interior still looks great though.I will definitely come back and not wait six months this time.

My first time using Spotless car Spa! The best service I have ever had from the moment I pulled up the customer service was amazing. They had my Jeep completely detailed, washed, and vacuumed within an hour. My car looked like it was being driven right off the deal lot for the first time. The owner Alex came and introduced himself, right after that I watched as he inspected my Jeep before turning it back over to me. There is a reason this place has nearly 5-stars. This was my first time. They work hard to get your car super clean. I did a final review and found 1-2 places (small) they had missed and they corrected it right away. Definitely very detailed orientated both inside and outside and they take their time. It took one hour to get my car really clean and its fun watching them do it so you know they are being thorough. I shall be definitely going back.

Mauricio and his team were top notch, did an excellent job on my Tesla Model 3, and in particular did a great job removing some coarse build-up around the base of the car using clay bar. I trusted Spotless because of their excellent review ratio of stars to quantity of reviews, because they hand wash, and because when I called, they said they wash Teslas, and described how they do it. I was rewarded with an excellent quality exterior detailing, accomplishing everything I wanted at a very fair price, with friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly, competent, and professional. The place to go for Teslas and any car you want to be treated to a wonderful detailing. It was my first time here bringing my Tahoe after a two week long road trip to California with our dogs. So needless to say, there was a lot of cleaning to be done, and I am so glad I brought them my car. Their attention to detail is second to none. Ive been going to Spotless for a while and ever since my first service I have been extremely happy with the results. The owners are always there and care about their clients as much as the job getting done. Every time Ive been one of the owners personally checks the car before you leave. Couldnt recommend it more!

First off I want to say I recommend this place for a car wash. This is a family owned place and they care about the customer. They do an awesome job on exterior and are great people. I just dont think they are a detail place right now, and well, they seem to want to do well so maybe they will take some things away from this.Purchased the Professional Detail, added the Interior Deep Clean and Floor Mats extras. The exterior was flawless, and judging by other reviews, these guys always do a good exterior.As for interior, even with the listed options above, let me just list the things that were not cleaned. Now, the staff was extremely friendly (I worked with Mauricio) and they said they would go back and fix it, but I dont feel like I should need to babysit. Again, I purchased not only the Professional Detail but also added the Interior Deep Clean. These are details that I would assume a professional would catch.Front Windshield not cleaned (had oil change sticker residue that was wiped off with one swipe and dust and oils on the rest).Cupholders not cleaned (again I chose the interior deep clean).In-between the seat and center console not cleaned. Under seats not cleaned. I paid for a Professional Detail and then further for Interior Deep Clean and even mentioned when dropping off the car this was a main concern of mine.Carpet in Trunk under mat not cleaned (I even told them I would pay for a carpet shampoo and they said I did not need it, then didnt vacuum under the mats that I paid extra to have cleaned while also paying for interior deep clean).Pedals were not cleaned (brake and gas dusty, e-brake not cleaned at all).Most crevasses not cleaned. These should not only be in the Professional Detail but also the added package Interior Deep Clean.

Fast and great service. I was in and out in about an hour and my car looks brand new. I have a German Shepherd and her hair gets everywhere, but Spotless Car Spa takes the time to vacuum it all up. Highly recommend for the price!

Honestly best place to get my car washed. Me and my husband travel a lot with our dogs and after a long road trip this is the place I take my car when it needs a good re set. They are very detailed on everything. And very nice staff!

Professional /detailed/ comfortable waiting area ....... so glad to discover

The owner is by far the best in customer service for this type of business. He holds his guys accountable for the quality. Apart from the great work in detailing my vehicle I have had three incidents where my car was scratched/non strict damage. This man and his crew have buffed my vehicle and made my car like new. Although they are not a collision center I want to add this to showcase the quality they show to go above and beyond.

I got the $65 wash + wax for a sedan (relatively new..2019). Overall they did a good job but I wasn’t 100% impressed.There were a number of bug splatter still left on the bumper and headlights. I came home and cleaned it off.There were blotches of wax between the hood and fender.I expected better for what I paid. This is the kind of service you can get for much cheaper elsewhere.The owner was nice and the place was easy to get in and out of. I might come back for a basic wash but I am going to pass on any of the “upgraded” services.

Customer service is great. Regarding the work that they did on my car that was also great. We had taken our dogs to the park on Friday night and it was pretty muddy there. My car has leather seats and they pretty much got the entire car dirty. It was spotless when they handed me the keys. I really appreciate that they did a great job because I do take care of my car so I was expecting for it to look the way it did before my dogs tore it up.Ty! 🙏🏻

My office is close by and we worked out a day where they could wash 5 cars/trucks for our team. Each and every one was spotless inside and out. Very friendly and professional group of people there. Well be back!

Excellent experience today at Spotless. The manager/owner is supervising and guaranteeing the end result. The guys work really hard to detail. Your car will be made spotless while you wait in the very comfortable waiting area with WiFi and water. This is the best hand car wash and detail inside the loop.

The quality of the clean is what should be expected for a pro detailing service...so why am I not giving 5 stars?? Because, I asked for the spotless detail (290$) plus my floor mats to be cleaned ($20)...but the bill was $460!! They added all the extras without my consent...they did knock off 60$ but still. Make sure you confirm what they are going to do before you leave your vehicle with them. Otherwise service was fine but wont use again.Update: the owner called soon after posting this review. He offered to refund me for the work performed that was not clearly discussed prior. I refused the refund because I want to pay for the work performed, however; the call speaks to this establishments level of professionalism and customer service. Upgraded from 3 to 4 stars.

I loved my experience here! They took care of my car really well and did a very great job cleaning it. I had not washed the outside or the inside of my car since January and it was very dirty. I expressed to the person who came to my car asking which wash I’d like and I didn’t know what to choose and I told him I mainly wanted the inside as clean as possible since I am planning on selling my car. He listened!! His workers put in some work and cleaned my car very well!!! I wish I would of taken a before picture of the inside because me just talking about it doesn’t give the workers enough credit of how much work they had to put in. The price for what they did was also a very great deal! The guy that initially took in my car was named Mauricio I hope I’m spelling that correctly. I could tell he was either a manager or at least part owner or something because he carried himself very well. He made sure everyone’s car done right before even letting the owners know the car was done. I liked that about him. Shows that he cares about getting the job done right the first time instead of just sending you off. I have definitely started recommending this place to others I know. And I will also be going back for sure. Thank you guys!!!

The only reason I’m leaving a 2 star is because I was over charged.. first the guy wanted to charge me for a “full size suv”. I have a Porsche macan.. a macan is not even considered a mid size suv.. its compact and more like a sedan.. he says next time I come I’ll have to pay like full size.. I don’t think these people know what that means.. you’re saying a macan is the same size as a Yukon Denali? Idts..

He was very friendly, professional and attentive and ordered me a brand new floor mat for my Audi Q5!!! He notified me once my new mat arrived and held it for me until I was able to pick it up. I been to a lot of hand car wash places, but this one has to be the best. My car look so clean and feels brand new. I have to give it to them because I took my car to the dog park and the beach. Would recommend this place 10/10, I’ll be back for sure!

1st time here. I was greeted by the owner (I think) as soon as I pulled in. He was very attentive to my needs from beginning to end. The waiting area is very clean and cozy. They have cokes, some other drinks, and water. My car looked really good after they were done. As I was driving off, I noticed the leather on my doors didnt look as cleaned (I paid for the deep leather conditioning.) I called, and the owner was super nice, and told me to bring my car back. He and his employee took care of my car with the most pleasant attitude. Spotless Car Spa made me feel like they really care about their customers. Its a little pricy. I wish they have some incentives to make it easier on my wallet.

10/10 recommend Spotless Car Spa! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the waiting area facility was lovely. They took scratches out of the paint without asking and only took about 30 minutes start to finish on a detail. Will definitely be returning soon!

Predatory practices, they claimed my 4runner was a large SUV. If you send your wife here to get your car cleaned, beware they will take advantage of them. I guess a Tahoe, Suburban, Expedition, Land Cruiser, LX570 are all considered the same class as a 4runner. Do not support this business. ITS CLEARLY A MIDSIZE VEHICLE!

Left my sunroof open during a rainy night, Mauricio helped me out and dried everything out so it wasn’t a big deal. Car looked fantastic and I’m happy with everything.

This place is very thorough! I saw them pay great attention to each and every, no matter what the car looked like, which is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There are charger ports in the indoor waiting area, coffee, water and individually wrapped snacks.. so for all germaphobes, youre good! Be prepared for a bit of wait. With their attention to detail, they have no problem sending a car back through the wash line if they see an interior/exterior miss 😉Ill be back and yes, have referred this place to a couple of friends.

Loved this place! They did an excellent job on my car... and I am very particular! It looked amazing... like new. What I liked/noticed most was the staff was eager to work - no one standing/walking around like they didnt want to be there (as Ive witnessed at other places). The staff was also very friendly and showed a genuine interest in my happiness.

The guys running spotless were super detailed, reviewed everything before finishing up, and found some spots the guys fixed before wrapping up. When I wash my car, I look over every detail, and these guys do the same. Amazing job.

These people were absolutely awesome! I took in my daughters car after having driven it to have it serviced. While her car wasn’t atrocious, it certainly looked like a college student owns it! Okay, it was pretty bad. Including spilled yogurt! Spotless was neither shaken nor stirred. I opted for the Pro Detail + Carpet Shampoo. The cleaned the interior to pretty much factory spec and then they did the unexpected and opened the trunk took my baby’s college “stuff” out, cleaned the trunk tray, vacuumed the carpet and then neatly placed everything back! The exterior wax was done one panel at a time and looked crazy shiny afterwards. The only negative I have is with myself for not taking it in sooner! Before the week is out, I am having MY car washed, waxed and the seats conditioned as it’s the easiest and cheapest way to feel like I bought a new car! Go and see these people, they really care and just do a next level job.

This was my first time there. Customer service was excellent, and it is definitely the nicest car wash you’ll ever go to. However, I’m a disappointed in the final product. I decided to go with their highest package $250, it had been a long time since my car got some tlc. He told me it would take an hour. When it actually took 2 hours I wasn’t mad because I thought they’re really doing their thing. For $250 I expected my car to be spotless. The mat on the driver side has a greyish color from what I’m assuming is residue from their cleaning agent, the backseat had some dirt still on it that I was quickly able to get off with a wet cloth, the windshield was still dirty in some areas. I didn’t point this out because I noticed this once I left. And let me just say that my car was by no means a mess. Yes, they buffed it and the paint is looking great. But for that price? They didn’t even spray the inside with a smelling agent. I didn’t want to write a bad review because again, their customer service was excellent. I think that if you go here just get one of their cheaper options.

This place is amazing, I have never had a more thorough hand car wash anywhere. I have taken.both of my cars twice my BMW and my Bentley and the level of detail was incredible. This a family run business and the owners oversee every wash and do not cut corners. Not to mention the entire family and staff are great people They have a customer in me for life.

Incredible family run business! I took my 2020 Silverado with a 6 inch lift for just an outside wash. These guys had me out of there quick and they did pay attention to detail! Best place to get your car washed between 10 and 59 on Shepherd. They don’t use a traditional car washing machine, much less water, and pay attention to the small details to give a great wash. And everyone is super friendly. For the price point, it can’t be beat.

I normally use Mister Carwash on Kirby, but they are currently only offering exterior washes due to COVID, so I decided to give this place a try. They did not disappoint. They wore masks and kept things safe, offering plenty of quality hand sanitizer and bottled water in the lobby. The service and quality of work was beyond exceptional. They worked really REALLY hard and did an incredible job. And they were accurate in their timing with how long they would need to do such a good job. My expectations were surpassed. Very happy to have discovered them.

I dont think my car has ever been cleaner than it is today. Took my 2013 Honda Accord to Spotless and it looks brand new again. They took their time and made sure to get every nook clean. As I was driving off the owner stopped me before I pulled out on Shepherd to clean a spot that was missed. Then dried off the window since I rolled it down to speak with him. They take their job serious and it shows with their details and work. Everyone was so friendly and happy. Not what you get when you are at Mister Car Wash. The people always look hot and miserable. These guys truly enjoy what they are doing. I work around the corner and they went the extra mile and picked up my car from my office and drove it to their shop. You got a repeat customer!

They did an outstanding job on my car. The inside was spotless along with the outside. They took extra care on areas of the car that other places did not even touch. The customer service was A+ they went out of their way . I will be going back for sure.

Wonderful business! I had just bought a pre-owned car and was not happy with the dealership’s detailing. Robert, the owner, was able to remove the grease stains and got the leather seats to look brand new. I will definitely go back.
