Pretty good experience. The guy suggested what I should get so I went for it. Didnt realize the cost of the car wash was not included, but oh well. I didnt need major cleaning. Mostly just vacuum and need a wipe down of everything. It smelled so great after. Got the Mango scent. They didnt turn the steering wheel to get the dust behind it, but no biggie. Whatever they use to wipe the interior makes it look shiny!

I called to inquire about their pricing and packages and found them to be very reasonable and decided to give them a try since my car was in desperate need of a good cleaning.Another huge incentive for me was the evident Christian influence on this business, from the prayer wall in the lobby, to the uplifting Christian music playing, to the way the staff engaged with customers. I will continue to go to Dr Gleem for all my car cleaning needs and excited to tell others about this wonderful place!!!

I paid $175 for a 5 star package. They did a fair job most definitely not worth $175 for shampooing and steaming the inside of the vehicle. A lot of attention to detail was missed. Visible stains in the carpet was left that I use Awesome Cleaner to get them out.

Paid for a super detail. Bunch of crud left on exterior of car that was easily cleaned off after I pointed it out.. and the interior was hardly touched. Dust left all of the dashboard and radio... for $150 I wouldnt expect this type of stuff.

The auto detail is a great experience and good value(would give them 6 stars), but if you are not someone that happens to have the time to double check that service and auto parts are serviced correctly, avoid the auto-service area. I was spoken to as if it was my fault that they made a mistake. If oversights in service cost a customer more money instead of insures expected maintenance and safety then this is not a place a customer should trust when they don’t have the ability to work on a vehicle themselves.

Went for my first time got the $174 package. Cleaned car very well. One my car Matt get destroyed. Fraid on the edges. They stacked all the matt on top of each other with the damaged one on thr very bottom.I go back talk to them they try to deny that it happened. One the employees offer to replace it. Not the manager.For that package I was told by the employees that I could come back in a week and get a free car wash. I call back to ask if I could use it another day because it was going to rain next few days, but lady on phone said that it was only 5. Even though thier employees told me a week.I drive back up there and again speak to a manager about misinformation. He tells me I had to wait for employee to come back to handle the situation.Yes would definitely say bad management.

Mr Gleam makes you pay prior to reforming the work. There’s a good reason for that, nobody would pay $150.00 for a bad car wash. I say car wash because they didn’t clean the interior or the wheels or the rear hatch or the console etc… the engine clean was good, but that was an added service and fee. I’ve never used Mr Gleam before and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I used to go go Mr Carwash to do the $89.00 hand wash, vacuum and wax. Always good service but they closed down the detail service in December so I was looking for a decent company to clean my vehicle. Well I have to keep looking Cuz Mr Gleam is not even close. No stars

I was with a couple who had an excellent job done on their car. An outstanding job that cleaned their car spotlessly inside and out. The husband liked the hair cutting services. Loved the little outside oasis on the deck we enjoyed under the big tree in the perfect weather that day. Erica was cutting hair when we were there.

Car wash & inspection was great! Luber Center not so good. The tech who changed the oil was great but the GM over the center...not so.

Worst decision I’ve ever had to clean my car in this place. Paid $160 for complete cleaning job and even a five year old kid would do better job. This why I don’t trust no car washes.

Not worth my time nor money, worst experience in my life by far. This place is still running because their customers are new or simply uneducated or unable to complete the job themselves because of time or ageCompletely ridiculous! I personally wouldn’t recommend any of their services. Not sure but, Their workers keep changing more so the Lube Center so They must be underpaid, overworked or have no benefits. Management isn’t too educated my personal opinion.

Quick and easy. Got my car washed, got gas and my oil changed. They even have a barbershop and a place to eat. Clean restroom and places to sit inside and out.

I brought in my car for a simple car wash. My first issue was that someone put soapy water on just the front part of my car and let it sit there to start drying in the sun. Then I watch one of their employees drop my clutch, stall and lurch my car, pretty hard. Wont be going back there. I expect car care professionals to know how to drive a stick or if you dont, get someone that does, not just attempt it to fail at the possible cost of a repair bill for your customers. The manager is a nice guy but to tell me that not many people drive a stick anymore. Thats an excuse to me. Your job revolves around cars. Dealerships and mechanics dont have that issue, Im sure. I spent around 30 minutes just testing my clutch and first gear after this happened and I still feel the need to go to my mechanic now.

I have been getting oil changes and washes here for years and I always feel well taken care of by the staff. Waynetta, Elias and Justin took excellent care of me last visit, and Ricky always does a great job with our detailing services. I feel taken care of here and I love the prayer wall and Christian vibes.

Are lazy when it comes to vacuuming. Had to ask them to vacuum my trunk.

To be honest, I came for the food. Today was BBQ Sunday, and as a native Texan, I am always on the hunt for delicious BBQ. This place blew me out of the water. The brisket was perfect and didnt need a lick of sauce. I would 10/10 come back for more of the food. I will have to get my own car washed next time.

Do not recommend this place for multiple reasons. 1. The staff in the oil department made me feel very uncomfortable. He pressured me to change my air filters and I told him that I would change them myself. He continuously asked and made comments saying I didn’t know how it wouldn’t complete it. 2. They left oil stains in my car. 3. They didn’t top off any of my fluids. At all... I’ve been coming here for a while. 4. They didn’t change my sisters oil when they said they did. // I wouldn’t recommend and definitely will not return.

The service is great, but the price can rise quickly. Plenty of upsells and extras being offered. But they are never too pushy about it. And again, the service is bar-none.

This place is TRASH.... gave them second chance....I WILL NOT BE RETURNING....didnt vaccum under mat, didnt put my tire shine and didnt wipe the dash....COMPLETE GARBAGE SERVICE!!!

They were very patient to explain their services since this was my first visit. They missed a stubborn dirty spot on the roof, but so did I before leaving. My grandmas car was sooo dirty when I brought it in that I was just glad to see the original paint color shine. Im planning to get the interior detailed here soon.

This is the best car wash on this side of town. They do it right every time and if you arent satisfied theyll make take care of you. The 3 day wash guarantee is the greatest thing since it always seems to rain right after I get my truck washed.

This is a very unique car wash, and the only place I will take my car to get washed. What makes it unique? Inside there is a small cafe, a barber, and a prayer wall! It’s not just sitting around waiting for your car to be cleaned, it’s a whole experience to go with your car being cleaned. The prayer wall allows you to put your own requests for others to pray for, or for you to pray for others’ requests.They always do a great job vacuuming the interior.Your car will be hand dried after it is washed.Windows and mirrors are wiped down as well.The staff is always friendly.

It was fast but it was just ok. I got to work and they didnt wipe down the front end at all it was still all dirty and a lot of other places were dirty the rear bumper my license plate. They did a pretty good on the armour all on the tires but I pretty much wiped my whole truck down again myself.

I hate giving this bad of a review but my experience was unfortunately that bad. I have lived in the neighborhood for about 6 years and have used Dr Gleem off and on probably a dozen times. Previously I had left them a three star review because they werent great (e.g. didnt wash out bed of my truck, kept my sun visor, over charged me once, among a few other small things).This last time however has made them unusable and untrustworthy. I brought my truck in to get it cleaned up and while they were drying it off and wiping it down, they locked the keys in the car. They tried to say that it was my fault because of auto lock but I dont have auto lock. They then tried to use tools to open the car while I watched. After a few minutes I realized they werent going to get it open and told them to leave it alone and that Id just call AAA. If they had done as I asked and refunded/compensated me in some way, I could forgive and move on. However, after I called AAA, I look over and see them putting a wedge between my window and the trim with the intent to try and pop the lock again. I was very frustrated after chasing them away and decided to talk with the manager. He came over and said sorry but didnt really over to do anything. I pressed him on getting a refund and he acted like they couldnt do it. I kept pressing and he finally agreed. In the process of trying to get my door open, they scratched the paint on the inside (see photo). All I have to show for it was about $40 in free service that I had to demand. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! Terrible business practice.

Mother in law got her oil changed here, brake fluid flushed, and transmission fluid flushed so I ask how long did they take and she said less than 30 minutes. Less than 30 minutes??? So I thought yeah maybe if they had 4 or 5 people working on it but she said there was about 7 people ahead of her and I doubt they have 4 or 5 people working on every car. I go and check the brake fluid (still looks dirty), check oil (dark brown), and transmission doesnt have a dipstick but all the bolts on the pan are still covered up from all the grime so I doubt they changed the filter on that too, check the engine oil filter and nope same ol filter. Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I feel bad for all the people who dont know how to check their fluids because these people are setting these cars up for premature failure. They make it seem alright by giving you a free car wash but in reality you get a half a$$ed car wash for $200. This place is a joke.

I am Surprised of the service I received, first off I drove into the lube and the person there was so very careful on directing me into the service bay to get my oils change I felt as if I’m safe here.Secondly the employee then approached my window and said how are you today sir? How is your day and how can we help to make your day better? I said I need an oil change as I looked on his shirt his name tag said Jason. So I said Jason is there any way to fix the rattling sound of my engine? He then said yes gladly explaining that the oil they carry can clean and almost repair minor damage to your engine as it exceeds the quality of the required oils filled by factory, leaving your engine sounding and functioning like brand spanking new. I then said thank God can we please get this fixed. He then did the full service and added a treatment to my new oil. In my mind I said to myself this guy better know what he is talking about. I then went to the car wash then left to home and on my way home I decided to take the freeway. I was amazed that the sound was gone and my car drove like when I just bought it. This place is amazing! Thank you!!! So very much Jason!

Well the auto tech messed up my ac by pulling the ac coil plug instead of the radiator when I asked for a radiator flush. The Gm was a great help though. They fixed my ac flushed my radiator and gave me a $50 gift card for the inconvenience.

I have been going to Dr Gleem for almost 30 years, seems like the service has only gotten worse.When I pulled into the line, I chose the line with the gas pump as I needed to fill up. Meanwhile the attendant is yelling and waving his arms at me to get in a different lane. He gives me a dirty look and then comes to my window to tell me I should have gotten in the other lane. I explain that I want to fill up with gas.Then I go to the back to get the oil changed. The lady at the computer keeps trying to get me in the waiting room, as I try to talk about Christmas, the Texans, and the cold weather. She is not interested, just directs me to the waiting room. While in the waiting room, a mechanic comes in holding a glass bottle full of Rusty color liquid. He says that I need my radiator fluid changed. I explained to him that I just had it changed and flushed and winterize two weeks ago. So I ask him that if I walk over to my suburban, drain the fluid, it will look just like that? He says oh, you are in the suburban? I thought you were in the Dodge truck.. Yeah, right!I could continue with things that happened but all I will say is this is not the doctor Gleam I have been going to for the past 30 years.

If you need a car detailed, go see Jose. He and his team were able to make my car look as good as it did the day I bought it (maybe better). They were able to get 18 months worth of outside exposure, including sap, off the paint and equal attention was given to the inside. I purchased a top level package, including clay bar and wax, and when you spend that much money, you want to make sure you get what you pay for. In my case, the results spoke for themselves and were worth the price!

They do a really good job on detailing the vehicle. I will definitely come back to this place.

Ive been coming here for 10 years. I dont think Ill be back. I just waited an hour for an oil change (that never happened). While waiting I watched the employees repeatedly confuse cars, owners, themselves, put the wrong oil in the wrong car etc. After awhile I realized I wasnt going to let them change my oil without me watching, but the woman firmly told me I couldnt stand there and watch (even though Ive always done that). After an hour of my life wasted, I took my $80 oil change somewhere else. She tried to direct me to an open bay as I got in my car, apparently you have to threaten to leave to get your oil changed timely here. Only reason its not 1 star is the mechanic in the lube center is great, go see Nolan for great and cheap mechanic work.

Takes a long time to get an oil change and car wash. I’ve been here for two hours. And my car still hasn’t hit the wash. The cashier lady said it’s only two of them working today. Maybe management should hire more people or go back to the drawing board so customers will have a better experience. It took a long time for Charles (oil change clerk) to say hello how may I help you instead he just looks at you and pretends to do other things. No customer service! I’m never coming back here should’ve drove out of my way to mister car wash to get my $150 services done somewhere else. I’m very upset and I will never use my neighborhood car wash again.

I wont be returning. I shouldnt have to buff swirl marks from my windows. Theres a new automated wash down the street that does the job for less than a 4th of the price. They also removed the $3 oil change loyalty program.Theres also a beautician setup in the front - spare me.

They work hard here and quick service (when its not sunny and Saturday, of course!) Purchase the bulk wash card for best value.

Most of the people are really nice. I was told to wait in the waiting room while the oil was being changed. I couldn’t stay in the waiting area because the smell of weed was really strong. When I mentioned it to the cashier she casually blamed other customers. I was the only person around. Although one employee came from that area when I first drove up.

Worst possible experience at the lube center. I paid for their best oil change service full synthetic and my oil light came on a few days later. When I popped the hood open I discovered that they never put the oil cap back on. I drove several days around town with NO OIL CAP. There was oil everywhere. Oil levels were low. Interior cab smelled like burnt oil. Their careless mistake could’ve caused me several thousand dollars in repairs. Don’t use them for an oil change.

Been getting my car washed here for years. They are always friendly and do a great job! If you have dogs that ride in your car, I highly recommend the wash that is around $42. Not only do they vacuum they wash the mats and use pressured air to blow out all of the dog hair!

My wife took our Suburban in for state inspection. It has passed inspection at this place before. The inspector told her that the window tint was too dark and wouldnt pass, but his buddy owned a tint place across the street so my wife should take it there to be re-tinted, mention the inspectors name, and she would get a good deal from his buddy. My wife pointed out that the same tint on our Suburban has passed state inspection at Dr. Gleem before. The inspector said the law had changed so now it doesnt pass.Within an hour of leaving Dr. Gleem a crack started spreading across the windshield. There was nothing wrong with the windshield when she took the vehicle in, of that I am 100% sure.I researched the alleged change in the law regarding window tint. The law did change...several years ago. So Dr. Gleem had previously passed the tint for state inspection subsequent to the change in the law.We took the Suburban to another state inspection facility down the street and the window tint passed without a problem.A replacement windshield was $300, we had it replaced at a trustworthy small town repair facility. Their assessment was that the crack, which starts on the very outside of the glass behind the windshield trim, was not the result of the windshield being struck by flying debris or such. In their opinion it was more likely someone left a tool (perhaps for light measurement) in the door and then closed the door, cracking the windshield.Based on this experience we will never take another vehicle to Dr. Gleem and I will tell all my friends and neighbors they shouldnt either.

My parents and I have been bringing our cars here for years, and we’ve never had any problems. However, I believe they changed the employees that do the oil change because I haven’t seen the man that used to do the oil changes. I recently took 3 cars there for their oil change about a month ago, and I cannot believe what they’ve been doing!!!! My car nearly stopped in the middle of the road because I HAD NO OIL IN MY TRANSMISSION!!!!!!!!!!! I took my car to another place and they told me that I barely had any oil, they needed to put about 2 or 3 more bottles in my car. I then went ahead and took my other 2 cars to get checked because they did the oil change there too at the same time. THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING, MY CARS BARELY HAD ANY OIL IN THEM!!!!!! I pay $80 EACH for my 2 trucks and $60 for my car to get their oil changed here and I’m absolutely FURIOUS!!!! I called the manager Alan and he told me that he didn’t understand what I was saying and to go in instead, not guaranteeing me my money back! I hardly ever write bad reviews because I’m very understanding, but this is completely outrageous! I seriously cannot believe that they have the audacity to literally steal people from their hard earned money! My parents personally know the owner of this place, but I don’t think he knows what his employees are doing. This place steals your money and expects you to come back every time with happy smiles. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!

I really like that the service is quick here, I’m sure it’s because they’re heavily staffed. I knocked off a star because they don’t clean cloth interior cars very well, and it flies all over me. Everything other than that, is worth.
