Came in on a Saturday around 1pm for a full wash and interior detail ($170 package). The super nice lady that checked me in told me it would be around 3 hours. Since it was a nice day I took a couple hours to walk around Montrose and visit some local stores. I came back around 3pm and they were just finishing up. My car looks brand spanking new and I couldnt be happier!

Aqua Car Wash employees were fantastic. They did a great job and my car was spotless when I picked it up. I own a huge dog that sheds like no other and they were able to get it squeaky clean. I even had some scratches on my vehicle from an automatic gate and they buffed it out for free! Management was quick and responsive as well! Highly recommend!

Hard to find a good a good hand wash spot in Dallas so when I was passing by and saw this one I had to swing through. For just a basic $20 wash, I really couldnt ask for much more. The basic doesnt include an interior wipe down but they still wiped down the inside windows which is much appreciated. The service was quick fast and friendly. If Im back in the area I would for sure stop by again.

I’m back in my hometown, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands and 6 years later I still tell people how awesome this car wash is. Best car wash I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of them. I would drive a half hour to get to Aqua because I care about things like my rims being thoroughly cleaned, tire shine being applied around the entire tire, separate microfiber cloths being used for the body of my car and the windows/windshield, no streaks on glass, etc. The guys and gals at Aqua are friendly, fast and extremely efficient. I love their attention to detail. The waiting areas both inside and outside of the building are nice, too! I really miss this car wash! 😄

Aqua has taken claim as my favorite hand car wash in all of Houston (and I’ve even had unlimited memberships at larger corporate chains). No other location goes above and beyond to the level of detail as this truly talented crew at making sure that the car is spotless! The huts outside make it an overall experience too!

Ive been coming here for over a year and I love my membership, they always remember me and really pay attention to detail when cleaning my car. I have all white interior and they do a fantastic job of keeping it clean, highly recommend coming here. Especially for luxury cars, my husband and I wont let anyone else touch our cars beside Aqua!

Loved how my SUV turned out!! I had spilled some smoothie on the passenger side and I have two German Shepherds and once I picked up the car there was not evidence of both! My SUV looks so brand new! The manager also helped me select a package depending on my needs! He did not try to sell me anything else like other places. Will definitely return again! Thank you so much!

I had high hopes for this establishment just because I live in the area and always see it packed. I went and the man convinced me to get the Plus wash for my sedan which included a “full interior wipe down” but that was not the case. My cup holders were not cleaned nor was the sliding part of my console. Also my door was not wiped down and dirt marks from shoes were left. I called to see what could be done and the woman on the phone said that was not included in the wash I got and that if that’s what I wanted it would have been an additional cost. Not impressed and will not be returning.

Nice and convenient little car wash if you live near the Downtown/Midtown/Montrose area. They do a good job washing and cleaning but they take entirely too long. Expect at LEAST 35-45 minutes before they finish your car. Again, the place is nice but time-consuming.

8/25/21 Was my first and last trip to Aqua car wash. 2 stars ONLY because of Casper the pet cat they keep in the lobby. I just bought a brand new Charger WideBody SRT, my dream car. Some clown decided to rev my car 3 or 4 times and peel out in the parking lot. Your workers obviously do not respect other peoples vehicles. I was so mad, I lost my cool. I didnt pay and dont plan to. I hope the guy driving was disciplined properly. Totally unprofessional.

I paid 110$ for a detail with shampooing and vacuuming and I feel like I dis not get what I paid for in the slightest. There was towel fibers left all over my car and some areas were obviously not even touched at all. Including the inside of the doors. I thought that this would be an easy way for me to save some time out of my routine but I actually lost time because I had to go over everything after I returned home. I know I could easily clean my car myself but I have a very busy schedule and have no problem paying and tipping a business to do so. So when I do pay such a large amount I just expected something quite better than what I got. There was poor vacuuming and I even found traces of white animal hair and there has never been an animal in my vehicle before. I removed every item prior to bringing my car to the establishment except for a charger cable, and my water bottle (the employees found a DVD and dime under the seat and left it in the console). But the weirdest part was when I returned to collect my car afterwards my water bottle only had about 2 ounces of water left in it when it was previously full so I have no idea what happened there.......

The price too expensive and the work quality its not good the car stay dirty in side

I love this place! They were excellent! This was my first time visiting because I has an offer through Belly. I will definitely return with my other 3 vehicles for extensive cleaning. I would recommend anyone else to visit here to get the best cleaning that they have ever.

Excellent car service experience overall. The line was long but the staff worked quickly and efficiently. My only complaint was that my white car still had specs of scuffs maybe from dried bird you know what which is stubborn to get off but its a white car, so it catches everything.

As the other low ratings indicate, it seems they only want to push as many cars through without concern for quality. Basically $90 and an hour and a half wait for drive-thru quality wash, a half complete vacuum and no attempt at even cleaning the dash, arm rests, etc. Not to mention the place has lifted its mask mandate. Don’t bother wasting time in the indoor waiting area unless you want to feel 20 people breathing all over you.

Rather disappointing.. I was told a “super clean” ($65+tip) would take 45-60 minutes. It’s Saturday, cool- not a problem.My problem is that the company clearly focuses on getting as many patrons in as possible and does not emphasize any sort of quality control or flow management.After paying, I sat and watched a very basic wash. The gentleman assigned to my car covered all the major panels with an already soiled cloth, speeding through the process. Then, I sat for 45-60 minutes- thankfully in the shade- while my car sat unattended. All while numerous others came in, were taken care of and left within 10 minutes of arriving.Alright, now I’m thinking: maybe they just want more time as to not rush it and do a good job?Cool.. I can respect that.Once I saw my car FINALLY attended to, the interior cleaning took no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete. Maybe these guys have their stuff down and can do what’s needed in good time?I wish.An embarrassing amount of missed spots both IN and OUT of my vehicle- done quickly with not a care in the world.For what I got, it was definitely NOT worth anywhere near what I was charged or even waited for.If you’re looking for a good way to kill some time and have your car lazily “cleaned”- save yourself some time and pay your kid to do it.

Pricey but thorough car wash, Ive been coming here for years and have never had anything missing from trusting this operation. Long waits can be endured inside or under shade outside with housecats roaming both areas to distract nonreaders and kids.

Sloppy work. $36 + 20% and still ended up with bunch of dirt spots on the exterior and mediocre work in the interior. Staff wasn’t happy when I pointed out that they need to wipe down again. Manager offered to wash the car again, but that would have entailed another 40 min wait. Will not come back.

Why go anywhere else? Detail oriented with great pricing and lots of options for your vehicle. They dont keep you waiting and the facility is great for when youre waiting on your car. You can sit in a swing and watch the work being done to your car.

First time using a hand car wash place and figured they could do a better job than me.They did an average job. They missed the back windshield in the inside which was really dusty when I bought it. Just wasnt worth $28 for me. They have a nice waiting place and a beautiful cat,Casper. Thats it.

I loved this place until the last two visits. Both times, the staff that wiped down the leather interior managed to nick the leather. First -- on the steering wheel, a large nick at the 12:00 oclock position. It was NOT there when I took it in. Fortunately, it doesnt show much now that the nicked piece of leather has completely torn off.Then the next time, on the drivers controls in the door, a another small nick in the leather. I will custom mix some acrylic paint to retouch it, but it should never have happened in the first place.They must have very long nails under their gloves to do that kind of damage.Also -- on the last trip they totally screwed up my Subarus Eyesight system. I had to take to to Subaru to get it set back up -- the system would not let me reset it like it normally does. No sure how they managed to do that.I really enjoyed the swings in the waiting area -- but after these last two visits, I have to call it quits.Sadly, I wont be back.

Brought my car in for a full detail and they were able to get it done in a few hours. The only complaint I have is that the center console storage area was not cleaned out. I had to clean it myself when I got home.

Nothing fast at Aqua. A fair to good job, be prepared to wait, even with few customers. Overall, good quality at a fair priceUpdate: Never fast service at any time, last wash was slower than usual. It seems that this is not a FIFO car wash, rather who pays the most gets washed first.To make a long wait even worse, I discovered later one floor mat was missing and the other was broken. Thankfully, when I came back a few days later, the nice lady at the front desk took action. She found the missing floor mat and took pictures of the damaged mat. I left with assurances the manager or owner would call me the next day.A week and three calls later, the poor woman at the front desk is as frustrated as I am. Finally late Friday afternoon, I get a call asking me to come in for more pictures as the manager cant find the broken part online. I come back to Aqua and after an hour of waiting while the manager wandered off with the broken floor mat, I had enough. The manager was digging through some box of broken and spare parts looking for a cheap fix.After some haggling, the manager agreed to buy a replacement mat. We will see how it turns out

When I go it is usually very fast, my car is nicely cleaned every time, and there is a friendly cat with whom I hang out while my car is done. What more can you ask for?

Ive patronize this establishment for several years... I feel like an elite member. Great atmosphere, Complimentary Coffee and Cookies available to Patrons. The Owner and Staff are very courteous and professional. And you will be pleased with their quality of work. Prices are reasonable and compatible.

I’ve been going to Aqua for years and after reading through some recent reviews, wiping down the dash, steering wheel and console is a consistent overlook apparently. I always get inside/outside+ and today I could not be more frustrated with the service received, especially after what was paid and tipped.

I usually wash my car myself. I was busy and went to this place and they made the experience worth paying for. I highly recommend and will be going on the regular. Good staff and very detail oriented.

They have no problem focusing on a pointed out area when you do the walk around. Its always been a job well done.

Amazing! They actually wash, wax, dry your vehicles by hand.Took my Jeep in and it was dirty, including tree sap. They got it looking as new again.

Price is okay. Positive is they don’t take very long and the lobby is nice. Negative is the WiFi never works and they never clean the car right (for example forgetting to clean the rear mats)

Payed $65+tip for a “Super Clean” car wash. The person assigned to cleaning my car took less than 30 mins and did a half job. There was still hella dust in the dashboard & in different parts in the interior of the car and part of the rims were still dirty. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend! ! !

The people that work here are so nice and always do such an amazing job. I definitely recommend this place and they have swings while you wait..make sure to say hi to the hat in side, its friendly:).

Terrible, if i could rate them 0 stars i would. I had a full interior cleaning with seat and carpet shampooing. The stains were still in my seats. They did not clean the doors, under my seats . DO NOT GO HERE. Spend your money elsewhere.

Have been going to this place for 5 years now. As time has passed, their quality has decreased while prices have increased. Just had a Plus wash today and even though they did a decent job with my tricky wheels, they missed many spots on my car including the spoiler, bumper, and practically left my side mirrors untouched. I took pics to post but guess I can’t post them. Interior they did a good job. Gave 3 stars because they used to be good

Wont waste 75$ and 2.5 hours of my day to get a 8$ gas station quality wash and wax here again. To add insult to injury. I left my ear buds in my truck to charge. I got home and realized they arent there. I only put them in two places in my truck or one place when Im home. Im furious

Some of these negative reviews are out of line. Not ALL my experiences have been perfect. BUT when I approach management in a respectable and patient tone they have bent over backwards to help me! Sometimes a positive attitude goes a long way. Just because someone made a mistake doesnt mean its intentional. Ive read some of these reviews and some sound soooo pompous!Its a car!!!! I work hard for my money too and expect a perfect job but sometimes stuff gets missed. Be happy we are lucky enough to have a nice car and can afford a luxury such as a hand car wash! This place does their BEST and thats good enough for me!!

This place has the best hand wash service in the Montrose area. Its good value for money and great service overall. The waiting area is comfortable. I left my wallet in the car and it was returned to me untouched. I would recommend this place highly.

When my car is super dirty Ill take it here. They do an excellent job, are quick, friendly, and even have a cat inside the waiting room.

Great spot for quality hand washes! Depending on how packed they are, expect to wait around 45 minutes, but this isn’t out of the ordinary for hand car washes. There are cool amenities while you wait, so that helps. Will come back for sure!

This was my first time coming to this car wash and I wish I could rate NO stars. I ordered the Basic Plus Car Wash and once my car was done the interior was not vacuumed properly and my car was not cleaned like it should have been. Once the staff told me my vehicle was ready, they all was looking at me as if I wasn’t going to say anything. Like you could see clear as day this car need to be vacuumed and they knew it. I went to inform the lady that take the payments for service and all she told me was “Oh they must have skipped that part by mistake”. No apology at all to me for what they have NOT done but I’ll get it taken care of. I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE WVER AGAIN and kind you this was my first time here so the staff should have done an AMAZING job to make sure I come back!

Have you ever wanted to give your car and money to someone so they barely wash it keep it about an hour and a half longer then they told you and then yell at you for the pleasure? Then this is amazing car wash for you! The audacity of this guy quoting us 1.5hr to 2hr then not contacting us until the car wash was already closed and copping an attitude like we should of picked it up somehow before he let us know it was ready is insane. I can deal with a lack luster wash or a bad attitude, but not both. They kept our car so long and its not even detailed. Its just a quick basic wash in all the time we waited and it messed up my entire day. I missed my hair appointment waiting on this lousy wash and they were mad at us about it. Seriously do not take your car here.

This car wash is really close to my apartment and I recently came here for the first time. They did a great job with washing and cleaning my car. I was really impressed with the quality. The prices for a basic hand wash and cleaning is very reasonable. Not much more expensive than an automatic car wash. I definitely recommend bringing your car here and giving them a try.

Ive given this place multiple chance to live up to some of the 5 star reviews, but have never been 100% pleased my detail. When leaving after my details, the dash has dust and debris on it, inbetween the seats arent vacuumed, and the grill on my vehicle still has bugs encrusted on it. Do yourself a favor and spend the $40 on supplies to do it yourself.

I loved this car wash until they decided to remove both of my child safety car seats during an interior detail after I specifically asked for them not to be touched. When I picked up the car, one was sitting on the back seat detached, and the other was in my trunk. No explanations. When I complained, the owner acted like it was no big deal. He said that he could put it in easily in a few minutes because he was a father himself. Ten minutes later, he does a terrible job. Both seats are attached but wobble 3-4 inches from side to side with the lightest touch. Useless and unsafe in an accident. When I pointed this out, he became insulting and condescending, stating that its my opinion that his installation was unsafe, and that he had installed based on instructions printed on the seats and there was nothing else to do. His tone was insulting, disrespectful, and rude rude rude. He finally walked off in a huff and let his manager step in. That turned out to be the best move he made, because his manager was helpful and competent at putting in my seats to my satisfaction. My one star is for the manager. All other stars deducted for the owners rudeness and hubris. Shame on him for equating fatherhood and being friends with police officers and firefighters with the ability to judge the safety of a car seat. Shame on him for condescending to a concerned mother. Shame on him for taking childrens lives lightly.

I do not recommend this place because they left some swirl marks on my brand new car. I came in today for an exterior wash. The guys hardly wet the vehicle to remove excess dirt, allowing small particles to cause fine scratching, or swirl marks. If this is their practice, Im sure their drying methods only exacerbated the swirls. Although the car was pretty clean at the end, Im pretty upset at the swirl marks on the passenger side of a car I bought just last week. Fortunately, some polish should remedy this I hope.UPDATE 10/6/17: I called and Lindsay was very helpful to correct this issue. She asked me to come in to get it buffed and waxed after seeing the scratches herself. They were careful to fully saturate the vehicle before washing this time around and a couple of hours later, my car looks just as it did when it rolled off the lot last week. I can appreciate a business that makes the effort to correct and vouch for their work.UPDATE 10/16/17: Upon closer inspection, it looks like they were successful at removing the swirls I initially pointed out, but they left some entirely new ones on the opposite side and now the hood.

Not only is everyone incredibly professional and friendly, they take customer service to another level. They treat your car as if it were their own. I highly recommend this place!.... I heard this was an excellent place to have your car detailed. I wouldn’t know. I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for 30 min. I arrived before posted opening hours so my car could be taken care of near the front of the line I perceived would be here. It is now 15 min after posted opening time. There is nothing on the answering machine nor any alteration to hours posted. I drove 30 miles to get here and this will be my only day for the next few months that I have this kind of luxury with time. I am incredibly disappointed.

Worst customer service I have received in my entire life. Sleazy business practices. The least they could do is respond. I would not recommend visiting this car wash. Pay the extra money and go to a hand washing car wash.
