Loved this salon. I got acrylics done here and was very happy until I went to another salon to get them taken off. My nails were so damaged to the point where the nail tech at the other salon had to cut my nails all the way off.If you come here just get a manicure the damage isn’t worth it :(

Not satisfied. This is the nearest nail salon in my sisters house.First time coming here with my wife and my sister, Friday after Thanksgiving. Its not my first time getting a pedicure and manicure. My nail tech didnt ask if I wanted a clear paint which I usually get and she didnt file my nails that good. My nail tech told me shell be back. So I was sitting on the pedi chair until my sister and my wife ask from a distance if I was done. Thats when I noticed that my nail tech was sitting down with her phone by the nail drying area where my sis and wife was sitting. As far as scrubbing my feet, it was ok. Im a runner and I tried to pamper my feet.Secondly, my wife is not satisfied. Uneven nail clippings.My sister got a good nail tech.The atmosphere however is pretty neat and relaxing.

Every time I come here I am so pleased! Everyone is so friendly and does a great job! They are personable and professional. They are also very clean! They have shields up between client and technician, require masks/wear their own mask, and clean everything! I’ve been coming here for a year and recommend them to everyone!

Worst experience... I had Sydney and she was horrible. If I could give them no stars I would. No customer service at all . She was rude didn’t want to answer any of my questions. When I did ask her a question she looked at me and made a noise as if she didn’t want to respond. No hand massage, no lotion. Sydney is trash. Don’t go

My boyfriend and I came in for the first time yesterday for a manicure and fill for my nails. They were speedy to get us seated and helped. Not even a day later and my nails that never have a problem are magically chipping. This is not okay! Not only were some of them unbalanced but now my nails are uneven from the two that have chipped. These are acrylic nails with gel shellac. Theres no reason this should be happening.Update: my nails lasted 5 days before the majority of them chipped or broke. Some broke bad enough they caused damage to my nails.Ive been getting acrylics for over a year and have NEVER had this happen. We wont be back for the price and how boujee theyre trying to be - you do not get that kind of quality or service.

I was seen Today for a gel pedicure. I was a walk in and they seated me right away. I really liked the selection of colors they had. and I didnt feel like i was being rushed. the Technician who did my nails was sweet and i felt relaxed.

I visited this spa for a pedicure during lunch last week and was very pleased. My nail tech was Huong Thi Mai, and she did a really good job. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

We have asked for a regular pedicure and they were doing the spa until we told them that this not what we wanted. At the end they charged us for extra scrubbing on my husband feet which was a part of the spa even if we didn’t ask for it.I’ve never had a bad experience there before that but I will not be a client anymore. I do not like when there is no communication especially when they see a man so they take advantage because they are not very regular client

Jessica did a GREAT job on my nails last night. I just moved to the area and now I’m over an hour away from the salon I’m used to going to. I was disappointed I had a find a new nail tech but my nails are AMAZING. They took a lot longer than I’m used to but I will definitely be seeing her again. Dip powder on my real nails cost $45- the same as my other salon except she added more TLC to my hands and cuticles and was very patient even though the shop was closing. Shop is small but very modern, updated, and gorgeously designed. I recommend Vivian’s!

I went to visit Vivian’s for the first time today and it was fantastic. Everything was clean and sanitary, especially with Covid standards. The service I received from Kate was excellent. Very affordable as well!! Will be going back for sure.

I showed the technician the style and I wanted and she did it perfectly!

Kate was really good and was very efficient. The only thing I would suggest is that they clean or get new SNS dipping powder color options. It’s really hard to see what the actual color is because the options on the color wheel aren’t easy to see.

Just opened but very nice place. Everyone there is nice. Ask for Debbie when going. She is the best. Ive followed her wherever she goes. Also 20% off for grand opening

I really love this salon. It’s clean, bright and everyone is very pleasant. My particular nail technician, Kayla, is truly a wonderful and skilled person. Kayla is always smiling and has a very upbeat personality. I would recommend this salon and Kayla to anyone I know. Thank you for this great establishment.

First time there and I really liked that they used sterilized tools, a new file, and a new buffer. So many places use the same tools on every customer. Rachel did a great job! Will definitely return

This is my second time here and I love it. Kayla is my go to nail expert and shes awesome. The place is nice and clean and has a lot of color options which is what I like. Oh yea the massage chairs are very comfy too. I definitely will make this my new nail salon.

The place is beautiful, music is great! Unfortunately same exact service $15 more, just 2 weeks later. Also I asked how much is full arm last time was $35, today $45. The prices are way too high that’s why the place is empty a day before new year. It was my second and last time here, I don’t like when ppl lie to me, thank you!

I went in to get dipping powder on my natural nails and instantly noticed how thin they were. Other nail salons I’ve been to normally make the dipping powder thick so they don’t crack or chip easily, and two of mine cracked not even within 24 hours of getting them done by simply zipping up my purse and picking up my sunglasses... I didn’t get a chance to get them fixed because I was out of town. I did really like the look and shape of the nails, the techs do a great job with that. However, like I said my nails chipped instantly. Overall, they have good customer service but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

They are COVID clean and compliant. Eager to see you and get back to providing nail care.

This is a nice nail salon. Its clean and the techs are nice. I got a relaxing pedicure which included a hot stone massage. It was great. Next time I have to remember to bring a cash tip because the dont accept tips added on a card.

Even though the people are nice and the nails look nice.. the powder even though claimed to be good for nails.. it damaged my nails! now are weak and damaged. My nails have always been HEALTHY AND STRONG NOW THEY ARE WEAK AND CRACKING and breaking really low! Not good. Never again will I let someone buff my nail for any reason! She claimed it was to get product to work better.. no not going to do it. Not happy. Sorry.

Messy and incompetent waxing! Overpriced! This is the 3rd or 4th time I go there... give it a chance... but every time I am charged a different price! This last time was excessive and I later discovered areas on my legs were left undone! Not at all worth the $107!!!The greeting could be kinder too...The radio is too loud... Will not return!

First time here and it was very nice! I only knocked off a star because I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my appointment to start. I had called in advance to schedule it. My technician took her time, she did cut my cuticle too short and it bled a little, but she quickly took care of it and I know those things happen on accident. My toes came out looking great though and the prices are very responsible. If the pedicure lasts a decent amount of time I will definitely be back!

They do a great pedicure and really take the time to make yours salon feel amazing. Their appointments are almost pointless as they dont actually reserve a nail tech or chair for you. The wait is because they are great though.

Excellent first visit, clean and very hygiene conscious business. John was superb in explaining their operation of one-use for all pedicure services, where they use magnets to whirlpool water with disposable bowl liners so there are no contaminants from pipes. Very modern shop, no fumes noticed as air was clean. My friend is very pleased with her french pedicure and manicure by Don. Extra nice touch is the wax treatment for a regular pedicure. Lots of men and women in shop who enjoyed the services, so this indicates the comfort to me by customers. Will make this my regular nail salon. Well done John and staff!

I went to get a basic pedicure with my daughter and mom today and my mom was left waiting for an hour in the water with no one attending to her. The lady that did my daughters pedicure had a rude and grumpy attitude from the moment we arrived. My mom asked her to make the water warmer and she walked off and went up and down the hallway several times doing something else. After my daughter and I were done the lady said two more minutes so my mom got up and decided not to get the pedicure. The least they could have done was comp my daughters pedicure as a sign of good gesture but they didn’t. Very disappointed and I will not be returning again.

Fantastic experience! Lovely, bright decor, everyone was super friendly, and Chris, my nail tech, was amazing. Super clean (they use plastic liners for the tub, the instruments come out of a sterile pack.) Their basic pedicure is more like a spa pedicure at other nail salons. Very very happy with this salon!

This is a new nail spa and I’ve been coming here since they opened. In fairness, I followed my nail tech Tina from another nail spa, and I’m so glad I did. Vivian Nails Spa is a lovely new nail spa. The lighting inside is bright and inviting. The spa is clean. I had the shellac manicure, and the staff member was very efficient. I am very pleased with the service and location, and will return soon.

I was there for a pedicure and it was very rushed. barely got to soak my feet. The whole time she rushed it then after she left. It was so rushed she missed my last toe and the nail polish is so streaky and nail polish was left on my skin and was not cleaned off. This was very disappointing because they had go reviews but they don’t live up to them.

This was my first time here. I was very satisfied with the pedi manure I received. The salon is clean and modern. I will definitely be coming back.

The place is great, modern and the service good as well. I am really disappointed with their gel polish quality though. It doesn’t even last a day. Twice in a row my polish chipped off the very same day. I believe they thin their gel polish or do something with it. But disappointed that if gel polish chips off it defeats the purpose of getting it.

I am very happy with this place! All equipment is new, service is great and prices are very competitive. So far so good!The only suggestion, is to hire more experienced technicians, as in my experience, on my second visit, the technician didnt do the pedicure to the level you would expect.

Was excited to try this place as it was new, heard good things about them, and is only 2 lights down from where I live. I used to get my nails done almost every 3 to 4 weeks but then decided to give my nails a break and it took me a year to finally get them done. It is a very nice modern location and the staff was friendly but I was sooo disappointed with my manicure. I always get the dip powder manicure and they had more selections compared to the place I was used to. Not only did the nail tech make a comment multiple times on how short my nails were but she tried to convince me to put fake nails so she could shape them better. Again, the place I used to go to never had this problem when my nails were too short. I dont see why I would have to ALTER my nails all because she was either NEW or couldnt work with short nails. She then dipped my nails in the base clear powder then twice in the color powder and THEN AGAIN in the clear powder. They were so bulky and fat so I asked her to please file them down and make them thinner. She still left them thicker than Im used to so I asked again and she said that they would be too thin and the manicure would break. It is not true because AGAIN, the place I used to go to would do exactly what I asked and my manicures always lasted up to a month with NO LIFT. Here I am 9 days later and I have 4 nails already starting to lift and lost the polish on my right pointer finger. This location also charges MORE for the powder manicure. Safe to say I booked another appointment to fix this horrendous manicure but I am DEFINITELY not going back to Vivians Nails.

I have been going to Spa Vivian for a few months. ALL of the people there provide excellent services. The salon is immaculate, clean and very comfortable. I have recommended them to friends.

Visited this nail salon yesterday for the first time, and I am absolutely NEVER coming back! The man who did my nails rushed through the entire process and left my nails looking horrible. The nail polish is thick and uneven. For $35 + $10 tip I expected more. Also when I arrived the salon was completely empty but as customers walked in he just kept rushing carelessly. Super disappointed.

I gave this place three honest tries, but each time something has gone horribly wrong so I dont think that I will be going back here. The last time I brought my mom to get a pedicure and they snipped off a small mole on her toe. That was the final straw.

The lady that did my pedicure was so rude. She was listening to the conversation with my friend and then said that we talk too much. Then she was questioning why was I doing blue again? Her attitude and vibe was not relaxing at all. She is on the aggressive side. Pedicure was OK. The price is higher than most places. $32 for a pedi and most places I go to is $27.

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon for a reg Mani and Pedi. I was seated in a chair within 5 mins the Mani/ Pedi plus gel removal was $60, which I think is a great price given that the services included a parrafin wax treatment. The salon is stylish and efficient. Ill definitely be returning, but will likely make an appointment next time as they were quite busy. One last note, the salon smelled heavily of nail polish fumes, so dont be surprised.

I was excited to try this new spot. The decor is fresh and the space is very clean which is why I gave it 2 stars. Also the sign-in is done on an iPad so thats a nice feature. Disappointed in my experience is an understatement. The nail tech that did my gel fill not only did a poor job but charged me for a full set of nails. It was my first time there so I was not as familiar with the pricing as I should be but it seemed a little expensive so I confirmed the price and the nail tech mumbled well its whatever you want to pay which I thought was incredibly odd. I responded by saying - if thats the price, thats what Ill pay. I grabbed their services menu on my way out and she did in fact overcharge me by $20. She knew she was doing it which is why she responded defensively when I asked her to confirm. As a consumer it is my responsibility to do my homework so thats that. Just beware of your charges prior to running your CC. The main reason im writing this review is for the owner. If they dont fix this, they will not succeed. I will not be back - I prefer honesty and quality over shiny new floors.

Its great to have a good, clean, reasonably priced nail spa right in the neighborhood! My second experience was even better than my first. My technician was incredibly fast and even though she was young, you could tell she was experienced. Sure enough, she has been doing nails for more than half of her 32 years. I love my mani and pedi and will be returning!

She will be my go to. If its your first time, dont be alarmed trying a new tech. They all do nice work from my opinion and from other womens nails I have seen. By the way, SNS last me 3 weeks! I went in to get gel nail polish off my nails technician used some sort of nail holders to keep the cotton on my nail which he got from a box, then after use put back in box and returned to draw!
