I love this salon! It’s right by my house and super accessible, which makes it bad because now I always want to come here! It’s quiet and clean. The nail techs are so kind and warm. They want to make sure they’re doing just what you like. I received a pedicure twice and they relax me to sleep! Kristy is an amazing worker along with the other techs. She is very sweet and always wanting to make sure you’re taken care of and makes you want to come back. They make sure to value QUALITY over quantity. Visit them as soon as you can! Be sure to support them, especially during this pandemic!

Who know that this place was walking distance from me? It’s located in the cute historic Herndon downtown area. The shop is clean and bright! I had a really awesome experience with Kristy - she’s super friendly and chatty! Everyone was super professional.I got a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. I absolutely love the color! Cant wait to come back.

This is my favorite nail salon I have ever been to! Kristy and her team do amazing work each and every time I visit. It has a fun, clean, and safe atmosphere inside that is very welcoming. Any time I want to tweak my nails Kristy is patient and works with me until they are just right. They always turn out looking beautiful! I truly can not recommend this establishment enough. Their pedicures are so relaxing, its insane! I wish I could give 10 stars, but 5 will have to do for now.

The salon was very clean and adhered to COVID protocols by having everyone sanitize their hands prior to picking colors and have plexi glass installed at each station both for pedicures and hands. Kristy was great, she was very helpful with selecting color, we had good conversation and she did a great job. I’m overall very satisfied and will be returning.

They were super nice and friendly. Quick and efficient, but REALLY paid attention to detail every single step of the way. This attention to detail really shows through in the end result. Fantastic location and I love how easy it is to book an appointment online!! Super clean, everyone had a mask and she washed her hands before serving me. I wanted rainbow nails and she’s done these cute pastel nails with pastel colors!! Would recommend and this is my second time. First me and my boyfriend (you read that correctly) came for pedicures and it was so much fun!!! The technician who did my nails was great, the salon was quiet and clean. I have no issues with my nails.My issue was the delay in starting. I set up an appointment online from their website. I came on time and it seemed like they were not expecting me or aware of the online appointment. There wasnt several folks ahead of me nor a wait list. There were 2 women working and they both had clients. By the time the tech got to me it was 25 min after my scheduled appointment. Overall everything was good, just annoyed by the delay. Recommend calling or walking in for an appointment in the future so there is no confusion with the online appointments.

My nail tech was very attentive and did a great job. My feet feel great and have never looked better. It was easy to make an appointment and check in. Would recommend.

Fantastic service and nails that last! Always impressed with the friendly service, and my nails always look good (and stay fresh!) for a while. I’ve gotten manicures (non-acrylic) and pedicures here. They really treat you! The place is extremely clean as well as cute!

I am very happy with the spa pedicure I had today. For similar pedicures (included a paraffin treatment, hot towels, and a hot stone massage), I’ve paid almost double what I paid today. The tech took her time and complied with my request to skip the callus treatment. Also impressed with the COVID mitigation (plexiglass between the chair and the tech, sanitizing hands when you first enter). I will definitely be back!

Herndon Nails and Spa is under NEW Management! Went three weeks ago and again today. The owner is so sweet and the salon is so clean and relaxing now. So happy to be able to go back here. It’s so convenient in the heart of The Town of Herndon.

Found this place on my walk not too far from my house. Kristy is the one that did my mani/pedi and is also the owner. She was very attentive, professional, and personable. The spa pedi is a must! They always do a fantastic job, whether I’m coming in for a quick manicure, or a full day of spa mani/pedi and waxing.Their online booking system is great, but they’re also usually able to fit you in last minute.Everything is VERY clean, and the staff is super nice to talk to!

Kristy did a great job with my pedicure and gel mani with design. She includes paraffin wax on both hands and feet in the basic mani/pedi, which is exceptional since most places charge extra for that. She also helped me pick colors and was very clean; everyone wears masks and sanitizes as they come in. Would recommend!

Im new to the area and decided to give this salon a try, they were offering a Groupon deal so I purchased the deal and called to book. I was told that I needed to book online even though the Groupon listing states to call to schedule appointment.I purchased a signature manicure when I asked what that was no one answered, I then asked if I could upgrade to a gel manicure, she first said it was $19 more then changed her mind to $20 extra. I asked for short square with rounded edges and thats not what I got, instead, each nail is a different shape, not even and rough on the edges that they already snagged on clothing. There is paint on my skin and on the cuticles that she didnt clean up and ripped a cuticle on my right hand that was painful. When I asked her to finished and smooth down the edges of the nails she tried for about 30 seconds then gave up and said all done when I said no she repeated, all done. My nails look horrible worse than if Id done them myself and not professional or worth the $35 I paid. I want a refund asap because I will now have to go somewhere else to have my nails redone. Hopefully, the owner will do the ethical thing and take correct this.

Kristy took such good care of me. I sometimes struggle with small talk, but she was so easy to talk to. I told her it was my birthday and she insisted on adding glitter to my nails, for no extra charge. The salon was very clean and my gel nails came out great. I will certainly be going back.

I don’t know of any other nail salon where I would feel as safe as I do here. Kristy goes above and beyond with her cleanliness practices. She also is very professional. Chatty if you feel like talking or quiet if you that’s what you prefer. The quality of her manicures and pedicures is excellent! You can’t do better!

Ladies, if you are looking to have an escape from the stress of the times, this is your place. I visited this salon for the first time on Halloween 2020 and found it to be above and beyond my expectations. The salon was clean, plenty of plastic barriers, ventilation and excellent covid procedures (hand sanitizer, masks, temperature checks).On top of the excellent experience, I also had an AMAZING SNS manicure and gel pedicure. I will be visiting here on a regular basis.

I love this place, it changed management in December, 2019 so ignore bad reviews from earlier. First off, Ive had bad experiences at other nearby places and came in with damaged nails and cuticles from a rough acrylic job followed by nail removal.Kristy, the manager, is such a sweet person and recommended non-toxic dip powder manicures to help my nails recover. They are gorgeous and regularly last three weeks for me.In general, the whole place is *clean*, cares about customers and focuses on a quality job. They take their time but are still affordable, definitely a Herndon gem!

The salon is under new ownership and it is fabulous!!!! Remodeled, modern, gorgeous and very clean. Friendly and professional service. A relaxing and rejuvenating experience from start to finish. I highly recommend the Spa pedicure. I brought my mother in law in with me and we were so happy to see how they are practicing social distancing. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis for my manicure and pedicures.

Ive been going here for a year to get gel nails and gel fills and I recommend them highly. Im very picky about having the gel applied neatly so that it doesnt have bumps and ridges around the edge. Most of the time I get a french manicure and Holly does a great job on this, too. Ive also had pedicures here - the place is clean and friendly.As another post said, they might not be the chattiest salon but I prefer that since Im not big on small talk and I prefer to read. They also arent the cheapest place for gel nails, but I dont mind paying a bit more for the quality and cleanliness. My nails always look nice and they dont chip. Its usually easy to get a same day appointment here. 2 of my friends get manicures with Holly and like this place, too.

My girlfriend got her nails done here after I bought a Groupon. The nails are apparently mediocre and there were two cuts she received from removing cuticles. The younger woman was very nice. The older woman was quite rude to us probably because we were young. She seemed to be nicer to older customers.

Please if you read this, please take this advice, save your money and dont go there! I really had bad experience with this place.1. I went there because I got my Groupon deal, the first visit was so nice and Lee who is the owner offered to me a membership, I thought it was a great deal until my second d appointment, they start doing terrible, but I did not say anything because I was stuck in this stupid membership2. My nails fall off after a week and they always blamed my job ( cause I wash my hands often)3.- one day arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment and lee was gone, young told me that I was late so he left, come on for 5 minutes??? In my other appointments when I was on time they take care of me sometimes 15 or 20 minutes later4._ I was going on a trip to Mexico so I went to do my nails and instead to go other place to do my pedicure i decided to do it in there, i did not have too much time, so i bought other groupon deal, I got the most expensive, guess was the deluxe but they never did what the description on the page said, no hot rocks, nothing. On my next visit I told about it to Lee and his answer was.. next time When you BUY a pedicure I will give you a discount ??? Really???? Thats all you can do for me? Terrible5.- I did not go to my last 3 months of contract because I was so tired of spent my time in there and 4 days off my nails were a mess.6.- so finally, december is here and my contract is over, I was so excited!!! But not! Problems still on my way... it is April and they still are charging me every month even when my contract is over. I spook with Lee about it on January, he told me he is going to fix it and still they are charging me!!!!So please safe your money and future hazards! This places SUCKS !

Ive tried this place a few times because it is so close to my home but unfortunately with the same results. They are expensive and not for any particular reason that I can see. I have begun having french gel put on my nails for business purposes, and the last time I was there the lady started and after an hour she was told to move and a man who I perceived to be the owner stepped in b/c he could do them better and faster. So why was she doing them in the first place?!? They looked atrocious afterwards--they used the wrong color white for the tips and the lines were squiggly instead of a straight arch.In addition, I have been charged two different prices for the same service--once I was charged $55 for french gel, the second time $35. Thats a pretty big price differential......

Bought a Groupon ticket, made the required online appointment, drove for 30mns just to find the place closed, and hour BEFORE closing time, call the store while standing there in dismay, owner tells me that the last clients are being taken care of as of now and theres not enough time for today. I then proceed to tell him that Im standing outside and theres no one present. What a lie!
