Its my first time here and my First time getting pedicure. All I can say they are awesome and friendly. I will recommend this place and sure I come back again thank you!!

This was a terrible experience for me and my daughter. The tech I was pair with was rough and hurt my nails. They skipped the message and extra steps on our pedicures. I repeatedly had to remind her I wanted my acrylics taken off and a new set put on. Which was ignored and she started to apply polish. I had to take my hands way because she wasn’t listening to me. My daughter asked if they carried mood changing/ coloring changing polish and was ignored. Which we saw they do carry that type of polish as we paid. We where over charged for a kids mani/ pedi. I will be fighting my change to my card because we did not get the services we paid for.

Very well run business. I had an excellent visit with aesthetician. I have been telling everyone about them. Without a doubt, this is the best nail salon in the area!!!

I was there at 11:01am. I picked out my color and was being set up in a pedi chair. Three women came in and I got bumped! Yes they had an appointment as a group but the place was empty. The woman asked me to wait. I was already given the go ahead to be taken care of them retracted. At that point waiting for however long wasn’t worth it. After ten years I had to find other options

I will never return here. This was a waste of my money and time. My nails are all different shapes and the polish application is terrible. They didnt offer a discount for their poor service. Dont waste your time or money with this shop. I guess if youre accustomed to subpar service, you dont see an issue and think my nails are fine. My expectations are high and their level is in the grave.

I tend not to write reviews but I was rather underwhelmed with my manicure. Let me start by stating that the staff was very nice and my pedicure was fantastic. However, my manicure was not so great. The most disappointing is the uneven filing (most notable on my thumb). It seems as though they couldnt decide on a round vs square finish. The tops of my nails were either filed at an angle or with a big bump which are not great looks.Overall, service was good but the manicure was done haphazardly. I dont feel like I got my moneys worth.

I have been going here for the last couple of months and have been very happy with the results every time. I go every two weeks for a fill and have also gotten a pedicure here. I have had work done by a few different technicians and have been pleased with the outcome each time. No matter if the salon is busy or quiet, they take their time to ensure a quality job. I rarely have to wait and if I do, it is not long at all (even during peak times). I highly recommend Glamour Nails!

I went in to have my gel polish taken off my hands and feet and to have my feet repainted with gel polish. They probably didn’t realize I’m Vietnamese with my mask on. One lady in the background told my nail tech to charge $30 in Vietnamese. When we finished she rang me up for $35. I was going to tip her anyway, and I wanted to hurry home, because I took my boyfriends car and the battery in his key was low, so rather than arguing, I just paid her and left. I know times are weird and they probably don’t always get tipped, but I’m never coming back. She was deceiving in charging me more to try to get extra money. Who knows who else they’ve cheated. Bad people. And she knew she messed up when she saw my last name on my credit card.

This place has it all Professional staff, fabulous amenities. Ive been coming here for about 5 months now and always leave impressed with the quality of service, timeliness of the appointment and reasonable pricing. And lets talk the salon cleanliness - this place is spotless and beautifully designed! There are so many bad nail salons out there and this one is best practice when it comes to cleanliness, service and ambiance. Im a lifer for Glamour Nails!!

What a fabulous addition to the neighborhood! I decided to switch it up from my regular nail salon and am so happy I did. My manicurist (I cant remember her name!!) was incredibly kind and talented, and my nails looks great over a week later with no chips at all. The staff was welcoming and the salon clean and calming. Loved it all.

Theyre really good and they give good feet massages! Calm relaxing atmosphere, and free drinks! Definitely found my new place for pedicures! & I loved my experience.

This used to be my salon when I lived in Herndon. I stop by after 3 years and although she did an ok job at repairing what was broken she also cut 2 of my fingers in the process. When I asked her to take off $5 for doing so she made an attempt at making me feel guilty for even asking. Not only that but she stole money from me when I was waiting on my chamge. I told her $37 on my card which left $3 out of a $20 bill remaining was a total of $40. She only gave me $13 back. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I will not be going back.

One of the best salons Ive been to and Im so lucky its around the corner from my house. I started going here in the fall and they do a great job at everything- pedicures, manicures ! Everyone is so friendly and good at what they do, I always leave satisfied and loving my nails.

Absolutely adore this place. Their customer service is great! The staffs are gentle and accommodating. Great shaping of the nails and they got all my cuticles. Warm environment! A must go, this is a diamond in the mine. Ill be coming here more often.

I’ve tried to hold off doing a review because I hate feeling mean, but I feel like it’s time. The past 4 times I’ve gone, my nails have been completely different shapes and lengths. My old salon wound check several times to make sure the nails were the same length and they literally don’t even check here. The polish (I get gel polish) looks absolutely awful. It doesn’t go all the way to the sides, there are bubbles and dents, and I just noticed as I started typing this that there’s a tiny hair dried in the polish. I just feel like if I’m paying for someone to put polish on my nails....the polish should look good. I will say the gel polish on my toes looks waaay better than on my fingernails. I feel to awkward to say anything so unfortunately I will be finding a new nail salon.

I couldnt have that so I had to find a new place to take my mother and I saw this place. They were the best technician! They did a great job on my nails. The service they give is outstanding 100%. I will definitely be becoming a regular!

This place used to be great, but service quality has really fallen off recently. Maybe its the tech I get, I dont know. But I stopped several months ago for a reason. I went yesterday evening as my new tech was on vacation. Waste of money, really.

I went in on a Wednesday after work and they were pretty slow, which was great! They only had two people working though, so if you ever go in and its busy, the wait may be a bit longer. But the service was excellent, and both women who worked there were super nice! The lady who did my nails did an excellent job and I will definitely be going back when its time for me to get another fill.

I think the place is way too expensive for what they offer! Not only the lady make a mistake when i asked for French manicure with a pink base, but she did the French manicure first and then put the pink color on top??? How a professional can make that Mistake? The white color barely shows!!! I think it’s common sense to put the pink color base first! a 5 years old would have done it better! I’ll never go back!

THE WORST PEDICURE EVER!!!!Worst service! Had a tech start my feet someone requested her so they put an incompetent tech who refused to massage my legs, then didnt clean or clip and file my toe nails. Then she didnt buff my feet at all. I came to relax and got frustrated to where I asked can she do my massage a little better. Just HORRIBLE, totally a waste of my $23. They claim to have good service, speaking Vietnamese while servicing. Speak English please. Im tired of poor service and rudeness from people let in the SERVICE INDUSTRY.But we continue to go to them WHY?They get rich being rude REALLY?

Its busy most of the time so make sure I make an appointment and leave time out, but they still served me at a middle noon. . They are really expertly and talend. I showed them a photo and they mimicked it so well :D *****

My favorite nail salon. have been going here for years. I recently moved to DC but work in Reston and still go to Glamour nails. Both Jackie and Ann are great.

For the last 4 years Ive come here regularly for pedicures. The moment I walk in the door I feel welcomed and have always had a positive experience (and extra bonus prices are very reasonable for the area.)

I went to do a manicure and they did not remove the cuticle, the price is the same as other boutiques but the service is of poor quality.

Please replace your towels often the towels look gross. Some of the older technicians are very messy and not do a very good job.

I made an appointment because I have to go back to work after my break and my friend and I waited for almost 15 minutes. We left and I told the manager it was ridiculous- and she said she could take one of us. Why the heck should I make an appointment then? Bah!
