I came here one week ago to get a dip manicure. I recently moved to the area and didn’t feel like driving all the way to my usual place in falls church. It was more expensive than other places and after exactly one week my nails are about to pop off. They’re getting hair stuck in them and one has already started to crack. Any other place I’ve been my nails last a minimum of 4 weeks. Extremely disappointed and I don’t want to spend another $60 to get my nails redone for the second time in a week.

The powder dip didn’t even stay for two weeks.

They do the best nails in Herndon imo. My gels always come out looking gorgeous. The technicians are patient with me, especially when I’ve changed my mind about five or six times during the session, and as I said before they do wonderful work.

My sister recommended Jenny. Upon the first time going, I had Cici and she did such a beautiful job best I ever had! Then I had Jenny. She was amazing! She did an outstanding job! I will always go to Jenny or Cici. They are both amazing at what they do. And are able to play around with different designs. They are creative and artistic and it shows! 5 stars all the way!

Friendly staff that does excellent work. I would recommend calling and making an appointment because they can get busy sometimes. Also I recommend bringing cash to tip your nail artist.

I came here earlier in the week for a gel manicure. This was my second time around coming. The first time I came, I saw Holly and she gave the best pedicure that I have ever received. She did use different techniques for my gel manicure than I was used to & I had a nail break and chipped polish less than two weeks after getting my manicure, but she was really friendly and did a great job with the pedicure.In an attempt to not drive 45 minutes to the lady I’m used to, I came here again to get a gel manicure and fix my broken nail. Annie for my manicure this time around. I was interested in trying the matte look, so I paid the extra charge for that as told to me by Annie. I had a meeting to get to, so once done, I tipped/paid and left. Upon getting home, I take a closer look at my nails and see how uneven the polish is applied and how lumpy it looks. I call the shop and after talking to three different people, the phone finally gets handed to Annie. I explain the issue and ask if I can come back in the morning to get it fixed.To my surprise, Annie proceeds to blame me for her bad work and spoke to me with an attitude. She tells me she’s not working the following day and I need to come in a couple days later when she is working. I needed my nails done for an event so this was not going to work for me. I also didn’t know why I wasn’t allowed to just have someone else fix it other than Annie, but I guess that’s how they operate. Regardless, I was was turned off from Annie’s rudeness about the horrible work she did on my nails.I ended up just going to another nail salon nearby and paid again. I got much better service and a significantly better gel polish application. My cuticles weren’t even done right the first time around. As much as I was looking forward to another pedicure from Holly and to get my nails done by Jenny (my friend gets her nails done by her and she’s HIGHLY recommended), I’m not returning. The nail salon that fixed my nails is a great place and I’m happy with the nail tech there. I attached a picture of the work Annie did on me. I’ve been getting gel manicures for years and never had anything this bad before. It looked much worse in person.

Always a good experience. Cici does an amazing job with my nails and is so patient while I play around with different design ideas! Everyone that works here does a great job so you can’t go wrong! Annie does the best massage ever if you need a pedicure! Been coming here for years and I’m always happy with the results!

I went to another nail salon and they did a horribly job, damaged my nails so much but I came in last minute to Worldgate nails and they took me in and brought my nails back to life!! So impressed with Annie! She is phenomenal! She made my mails look so good! Definitely recommend this place

Ive now been to this salon a few times. They are always busy, which I now fully understand why. Its 100% worth waiting and scheduling an appointment. Ive had both Annie and Michelle now and they are both fabulous. Clean salon with techs who actually care about your nails. Something thats a rarity in general, let alone in this area! This salon is a gem, five stars.

Great Service, Mood Changing Nails.

Went about 3 weeks ago to get a mani pedi with my man. ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY IMPRESSED !! They were so nice and respectful. The asked questions to make sure i liked the work they were doing and advised me of any up charges before the did the job. I got natural nails so they were super thin and NOT A SINGLE NAIL LIFTED, CHIPPED OR BROKE OFF ... till today. I’m going back this week to get a refill but by far MY FAVORITE NAIL SALON. My only inconvenience was when i went to pay. Their apple pay machine wasn’t working and that’s the only way i like to pay. We figured it out in the end but that was a little stressful since i chose to not carry cash.

I don’t like my acrylic nails they were very thick and shapeless I was looking for something that looked nice and natural but now I have them deformed

I found this place and absolutely love it here. It’s clean and Sally is the absolute best. She puts so much attention to detail into her work. I’m artistic and very particular and I never have a complaint. She is sweet and kind. Can’t say enough good things. :)

Went in for my first ever pediatric with five others for a weeding. They brought extra people in just for us all so we could all get do e at the same time. The experience an quality was good an for my first time I couldnt complain

Really love this place, this is the best nail salon Ive gone to so far. They use very good quality products and care about customer service. Kim is wonderful ! she takes her time and really cares about the work she does. I love my experience every time I go there.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for about 6 years. Everyone is friendly, they do great work, and their prices are very reasonable. They are such a great nail salon that since I’ve moved over an hour away and tried several different nail salons closer to me I keep coming back to Worldgate Nails.Since they reopened they have increased their cleaning even more, have hand sanitizer out for everyone, have temperature checks, use plexiglass between pedicure stations and manicure stations. Everyone also wears masks.I would recommend making an appointment since they do have less people working now to have social distancing.Tips are cash only.

Friday evening called at 6 pm and could see me right away. Clean, professional and friendly. Ethan did a fantastic gel manicure and toe polish change. Slightly more expensive, but definitely worth the excellent service.

Michelle and Cici always make me feel like a queen. They are doing an exceptional job with social distancing and disinfecting. I love the massage chairs used for pedicures.

Prices are okay and their work is good. I usually go with Jenny (she did my nails below) or Amy. (Dried out cuticles are from my poor moisturizing)

Been here twice, so far. The experience is always a pleasant one, and my nails always look great. My nail tech on both occasions has been an older woman who takes pride in her work, my nails lasted me a month with minimal wear and tear. The prices are reasonable too, Im so used to going into a nail place and them going up on their quoted prices. Not Worldgate, theyll quote you a price and not go up with repeat visits.

Theyre clean, quick and have lots of color options. They respond quickly and usually have availability!

I started coming here few months ago. While they do good job on nails I dont think the ladies work together in harmony.It feels they just pick a fight with each other. Though they speak in their native language but you can still see the tension among them. BUT if owner is there...they behave.

Love it here..great prices, beautiful and fun nail techs, and the spa pedicure is the best! I am very particular about me toenails having some recurrent issues, and having had really BAD pedicures in the past. I have my lady and great backups if shes out, and wouldnt want to go anywhere else!!!

Got a manicure and a pedicure today, which cost me $60. The polish job on my pedicure was not good at all. It came off a couple of my toes twice. She was nice and fixed it first time, but I went back to my original nail salon to get everything fixed afterward because I was sick and tired of trying to get it fixed. It should be done right the first time. The massages were good and the people there are nice, but I wont be going back.

I dislike this place not aggressive at all. Dont know they are there. Finished my pedicure less than 30 min. I will never go there again.

I was staying in the area for my job and came to get my nails done at Worldgate Nails. I was so pleased with my manicure and pedicure. I had a French manicure for my nails and CiCi did a beautiful job on them. I highly recommend this place. Very friendly and I got in very quickly as a walk-in.

Its a decent place considering the options out here in the burbs. They do a good job, are quick and friendly. Multiple spa pedicure options which are awesome but a bit pricey. They have finally started putting those plastic liners in the pedicure tubs! No appointment necessary but if coming on Friday and Saturday during peak times it doesnt hurt.

Best place ever. I mean you have to come here ask for Michelle. She has made my dream nails so natural and her attention to detail is incomparable. Dont look any further if you want natural nails get the gel nails with gel paint. Love love love.

Bad service and too expensive

Service was good.. people were nice.. got the exact small color i wanted for both my Mani and Pedi !

Pretty much as expected. Ive been here twice with varying results. The first time, the technician ripped 2 of my nails in half, which was very painful (she was trying to remove my dip manicure by prying off the acrylic). The second time I went, it was better, though it took 1.5 hours for the technician to do a dip manicure. I do like that parafin was is included with every manicure, but they take a little longer than expected.

Michelle is amazing for gel nails and pedicures. I have been following her for decades from salon to salon. Glad she has her own shop now. She also doubles as my therapist!

The new guy they have working there did my sister’s nails and they looked terrible. The acrylic was really bulky, he didn’t file her nails evenly, and the lengths were off. I got my nails done by Annie and she did an amazing job. I think this is the second time she’s done my nails and they look great!

I always have a great experience at this nail salon. Everyone is super friendly and will offer you have a beverage while you wait. I wear liquid gel over my nails (not soak off) and I am very particular in the way they should look. Michelle does a great job of shaping them perfectly to appear thin and natural.Another plus is that the salon is attached to the Worldgate parking garage, so I am able to keep my sandals on regardless of the weather.

I love this place so much! They give the best leg massages and are really creative with nail art.

I got a regular manicure done. It chipped the very next day, very disappointed. Felt like they rushed the process to get the customer in and out as quick as possible.

As soon as I walked in I was being rushed to pick a color for my nails. I made an appointment at 1:00 and didn’t get seated until 1:30. The lady who did my nails was very friendly and did a great job. However while I was letting my nails dry at the light station, a man, who worked there, came over and requested payment. I gave him my card and when he came back, would not give me my credit card until I signed the receipt. Once I signed it and gave it to him, he spun my chair, while I was still trying to dry my nails, and told me to get up. He then did the same to my friend and then told us, very rudely, to leave and that we were “done”. I will never go back to Worldgate Nails. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

My nails look great, but didnt like how they were constantly over my shoulder when I was trying to pick a color. When she started doing my nails she was rough, and my fingers hurt afterwards. Plus I am pregnant and the lady coughed in my face without covering her mouth. I will not go back.

I went here last night, after work and got seated right away. The staff was friendly and efficient, however, this morning my nails look like as if I need to do them again!The paint in uneven and it is already chipping, less than 12 hours later!I definitely do not recommend this place..

DONT EVER GO THERE .they are not honest I showed them a picture, and she said I can do it .I told her is my cousin wedding but she didnt care the result was totally different and so bad .I walked out so embarrassed and I dont know what I should do and they charge me so much more for something that they cant give me :(

Wife has been going for over 7 years and has specifically requested Cici for 5 years. Weve been going togethet for over 2 years. Every time, the staff has been very welcoming. Sitting there, they acknowledge everyone that comes in and usually by name for regulars.

Annie is amazing. This place is clean and the staff is friendly.

The gel manicure I got was so messy and careless. The edges were ragged. The worker who did my nails was so rude and left me for her favorite customer and another worker painted my nails . Underneath my nail were never cleaned after they were filed either. I absolutely dont recommend going here.

I have a busy schedule so I didnt have time to go back everytime it happned. It happned many times tho. Good service but horrible stuff and technique they use on you:/

I called this nail salon and this lady was very rude she had an attitude I was asking if a worker worked there today her name was Annie because Ive been seeing so many good reviews about her she said oh do you want to come 6 oclock I said I know is Annie working today shes like yeah shes working she works till six now are you coming 6 I said okay thank you should I know which I think was very pushy of her she should give me time to decide whether I want to go or not definitely not coming

My family and I have one of the best times going to get our nails done everyone there is like family we talk, laugh and joke. Its like going to a nail party.

My girl wanted a pedi / mani so I went with her and ended up getting a pedicure for myself. As a male I almost felt bad having someone tend to my neglected man feet. However the lady did not discriminate, gave me a smile, and did a wonderful job. Oh so much dead skin.

I tried multiple salons. I found that $60 is about the average for shellac manicure/ regular pedicure combination. Here it it always around that price depending on french manicure or pedicure style added.I ultimately chose this salon because the pedicure quality lasted 2 weeks and if I ever chipped in between that time period I was able to have it fixed with no charge. When a shellac manicure would chip (rare but I am an athlete so it happens) they would fix one nail for free two or more for about 3$ (and theyd always allow me to add that onto my mani pedi when I came back)They are always very busy, I suggest calling ahead and being prepared for a two hour mani pedi time range. They offer free sodas, tea, or bottled water. The bathrooms are clean, the instruments are always out of a fresh package, and the plastic flip flops are yours free of charge.Theres no ATM here and they do prefer cash tips.The staff knew my name after about 4 visits and I have favorites but I will go to anyone when I need to!Recommend:RahTah (spell check needed) for mani pediMichelle for mani pedi
