I went to Burritt Chrysler to look at the new Grand Cherokee L. There is a shortage of vehicles, especially trucks and SUVs, everywhere. The folks up at Burritt had a few in stock, helped me pick out the equipment that made sense, gave me a great price and they were really strong on my trade value! The experience was quick but not rushed. The finance office smoked my credit unions rate and saved me a few bucks each month on my payment. Everyone there couldnt have been nicer or more professional, very fair and very knowledgeable. I was definitely impressed!

In the past I had a great experience with this company. Now not so much. I bought a truck 2 months ago and stuff was taken off the truck like the bed liner and radio that had the back up camera. I even have the proof that the truck came with the backup camera and all they could say was well maybe the previous owner took it off. That could be the case but it was a lease truck before hand. So that would have voided the lease agreement. So something is fishy. Their is a few guys there that are great. It’s sad they have to put up with that.

Great experience when I bought my durango would recommend checking them out. Very easy to deal with and they work hard to get the deal done. Only reason I didnt give a 5 star was the mentioned if you refer someone to buy a vehicle from them and they actually do, they will give $100. Well I referred my brother in law and he bought a truck a few months after I bought mine, never received $100. Then my brother in law referred my father in law there which he bought a truck so he should of gotten $100 however he never received it either. Moral of this short story is dont promise something and not following through with it. Outside of that it was a pleasant experience.

Was good until I had to get my registration which the sales was suppose to take care of, there was some issues regarding the DMV and nobody decided it would be a good idea to give me a call about it. Called to see what was going on after my temporary registration expired which is when they finally decided to tell me that there was a problem with the DMV. If I never called they would have never gotten my registration issue taken care of, recently went to get my car fixed and they did not honor my warranty
