I came in for a gel mani and noticed this place was renovated. New massage chairs and under new management. Everyone was very friendly and they even offered me a beverage. My technicians attention to detail was on point and I will definitely return.

It’s rare to find a nail shop that stick to the schedule! My appointment was at 6 and I was right in the chair, I appreciate my time not being wasted. My pedicure & eyebrows look amazing ❤️

I was treated for a very bitter pedicure, I was with a friend, my friend, they took good care of her, they ignored me and I was going to pay not my friend but one of them suggested to my friend a pedicure spa and I was informing her that it was more expensive and suddenly the lady I got my nails grabbed my feet angrily i burned them and cut myself not satisfied with the fact that they charged me $ 66 for the pedicure when i told her why the pedicure price the lady started shouting, denying and very excited in her language she said that if you dont have money to come, I went because they told me how bad life is.

Awful awful awful experience! I went there to do gel polish on my nails and just at the stage of peeling the nails they broke one and kept behaving as nothing happened. Looking at the way they did everything I couldn’t trust them to cut off the cuticles and I refused to cover the nails with gel polish. All the nails look different. The whole attitude of “masters” there is garbage. I’ve never experienced anything worse. I’m furious.

I got my nails done and expected them to last 2-3 weeks, due to the quality they lasted a week and a half....two of my nails fell off. I dont remember who did my nails, but she held my hands awkwardly and I was uncomfortable. My eyebrows turned out great, though.

The place was super slow but the lady she put 2 new people they don’t now what they do and especially the lady she did for me her job is horrible and hurt and the price charge is very expensive the job and price is not fair... sad

Definitely not good quality at all. I got the gel powder done its literally been 1 week and my nails are already loose and popping off! Never again.. waste of money for sure.

Theyre so pushy. In and customers are what they see. $$$. Been there a few times hoping for better results, but seem pretty dissatisfied overall. Most likely wont be back.

First time I went in for a pedicure, I had Nicole, who complained about my feet the whole time, because I usually do my own pedicures, but she did a decent job. She also did my eyebrows really well. It was $23 for the pedicure, according to the price list. I went in today and they tried to charge me $28-$40 for the basic pedicure with spa treatments. I politely declined, but ended up getting half the service I did the first time. No leg massage, and the polish was applied too quickly, so its streaky and uneven.

Ethan was amazing and patient, had an issue that need to be fixed and he was so accommodating! So happy Ethan was there when I came in he really took care of me! Thank you 😊💕

Ive noticed the only person I want my nails done with is Nicole.. She takes her time and makes everything look amazing. Shes very sweet and actually cares about the business she provides.Although this time I give the salon a bad rating due to I did my nails with one lady who sits in the very front, and she did horrible job.! When she did my feet not even 2 weeks later did I get a toe infections on both toes! My feet have been swollen for almost 1-2 months because of it .Get Nichole if you want an amazing job

Worst place ever to get your nails done don’t recommend at all.

The lady that did my pedicure did a great job but the place is swarming with mosquitos. I got bit 7 Times on one foot. They don’t have their ac on during the day since the atmosphere was pretty humid inside the salon which is probably why they have mosquitos.

The worse experience ever. Been here multiple times but, today the service and nail tech was unprofessional and rush. I asked to pay for another pedicure with another tech and was refused. Management has no control and did not help the situation. Dont waste your time or money here.

I went to this salon on Mon, Jan 22, requesting a pedicure and manicure. The woman at the front with short black hair asked me to choose a color. I told her that I have my own color, which is OPI Infinite Shine. She informed me that she needs to charge me extra because it is a vinyl polish. I explained to her that OPI Infinite Shine is a long-wearing nail lacquer that applies like a lacquer, removes like a lacquer, and shines until removed. She said she was going to charge me extra although I brought my own base coat, color, and top coat!! Shes a lying cheap ass!! If you dont know your products, get out of the nail industry!!!! It is really irritating that these salons continue to rip people off instead of providing honest pricing!!! They should receive a -10 rating!!!

I had my eyebrows done by Nicole and it came out so beautiful it was worth every penny I spent. (Microblading) Love my new look. I had my nails done also by Nicole and yet another wonderful experience I tried the SNS Gelous Dipping Powder best decision on the nail. Nicole is doing a fantastic job. I’ll be a repeat customer.

I know this place for around of 6 years, lisa she is the best to do pedicure, but today was the worst day in that salon, today i was ataccked verbally by a new employee, is my first time i see her, all the costumer deserve respect, i hope the owner can read this comment because i am 100% sure this employee need trainning or remove of your bussines...

I have been here multiple times and is definitely a great place but today I was unpleasantly shocked by the service.Not only the person was rude but did a bad job of applying gel on the skin and when asked to clean he refused and got busy with another client.Definately a bad experience and won’t recommend.

Nail Boutique was my go-to salon for eyebrow/ lip waxing, mani/ pedis, and a facial once back when I lived in Herndon. Overall I enjoyed my experience. If I walk in to get my eyebrows down and they are busy (also depends on who it is) they might rush more than Id like but if you make an appointment, like I did for the facial, or go to get your nails done during non-busy hours they are very attentive to you. My favorite person there was Tweety but I havent seen her in a while so I dont know if shes still there.

I just got my nails today for the very first time at this salon with Ethan and I’m in love with them, he is no longer working at “7 nails spa” he’s now at nail boutique and is giving a free nail design for the very first full set with him!!!

I did not see that the personel disinfect the pedicure area after each client.
