Super friendly came up to my car with a smile and drove my car in for me. They were fast and efficient making sure that everything was done properly and to my liking. I went here for an oil change for my car and my daughters car. They were so fast, professional, and it was a better price than down the street at a corporate quick lube location. Ray was great (I think he was filling in from the other store) and I will definitely go back. We love to support local business, especially when the service is top notch.

Stopped in to check if they were able to do an oil change on our Class C and decided to go ahead and have the oil change done on the vehicle we were driving. Didnt realize until after we left that it was closing time. The guys were friendly and did their full checks and oil check on the vehicle as if we were 1st customers of the day. That is true customer service.

I was over joyed when I had an oil change and The manager showed me that my power steering fluid needed changed. I didn’t even know that was a thing. So thankful for the knowledgeable staff and Lube Alley!

Fast is not always good. Third time taking my car here and I come away with leaking oil. I take it back and they fix it. But the it leaks until I take it to another oil change place. They have over filled my oil in the past and nearly blew the engine up in my new car! My family took their cars here and recently all 3 leaked oil after the oil change. Highly recommend not going here if you care about your driveway and dont want oil spilling out of your vehicle. I will not be returning. Thanks point s for fixing their mistakes for free!

I live Eagle Tire. My family has taken out vehicles there for years for regular maintenance. The staff is polite, professional and helpful. They got my oil change done super quickly, too. They do a great job and I will definitely be back.

We have been taking our cars here for years. Unfortunately, our last few interactions have been less than impressive. They overfilled my car after a transmission flush. It ended up causing damage and it was a royal fight to get them to fix their mistake, which they still didnt fix. I have not been back expect for oil changes. The last two times I have gone Ive been leaking oil (yes, my mistake of going back). This was the final straw. My car is leaking so much oil. I now have to take it somewhere to get it looked at, spending way more for a simple oil change than I ever should have. They are not easy to deal with when confronted with an issue.Update....The car was also leaking transmission fluid from them checking the level manually (my car doesnt need to be done manually). The plug was left out and leaked my transmission fluid. So here I sit at the shop (NOT Eagle!) getting it fixed.

Went in for an oil change. Turns out we still had a while to go before we really needed the oil changed. He was super knowledgeable and honest, didnt even charge me even though the guys had already cleaned my windows and added windshield wiper fluid. Very helpful, very honest and courteous.

Two different vehicles and the coolant was not filled, washer fluid not added, but they made sure to talk a youth into transmission flush, then transmission leaked and was told they wont do anything. There was never a transmission issue until it was flushed. Now a new transmission. We will never use them again.
