Always been good but I just went today and the cat still had hair everywhere and they didnt clean it the way I expected.. disappointed 😞

This place was quite the operation! They offer a ton of different services to get your car nice and clean. I was really impressed at how efficient their operations were. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I honestly thought it was going to take a lot longer than that since there were a lot of cars ahead of me.Plenty of room indoors and outdoors to wait for your car. I got the $35 package for exterior and interior cleaning. I would give it 5 stars but felt the interior could’ve been more polished.Overall great experience!

Without a doubt the best car wash in FL. The facility is amazing - nicest car wash Ive ever seen, and the staff is incredible. All culminating in a spectacular finished product. All kinds of purchase packages rewarding repeat customers as well.

I am from New Jersey and car washes do not take their time like this car wash did. They even scraped some tape off the window before they finished. I would definitely recommend this car wash if you are in the Fort Lauderdale area!!! Excellent service!

Visited the location for the first time and was advice of a rain check carwash within five days. Since the wash it has been raining and they have been close, so on the 6th day I visited and the credit wasnt redeemable since it was a day too late. Again the previous day the center had been close due to the rain.

Plain and simple: best darn car wash in Fort Lauderdale. Heres a rarilty: they actually clean the inside of your car for you (most places in Florida make you do it yourself). And they do a great job so dont forget to leave a tip!

So, this is a pretty good car wash. They are usually very quick, provide friendly service, and they do a mostly good job with cleaning the car. We enjoy the unlimited wash package which is a good value if you was your car weekly. Even on weekends when it backs up, they do a good job of moving the line through quickly. It can be a little hit or miss with how well they clean the inside with the full service. Waiting area is clean and pleasant, and they offer a small selection of snacks and coffee.

I would love to give a 5 star but car was not vacuum properly, they had to go back and do it again

Ask for Ken and he will take care of you proper! My car has been sitting around for 5 months, to the point that the dashboard started growing fur. This man is very detailed oriented and made every crevasse shine. Very happy with my service

I recently had my car detailed at another well known place next to my home that destroyed my finish. I went back to sparkling image after using them before when I lived next to them. I drove an hour away to come to these guys. For slightly more than what I originally paid for they washed, clay barred, rubbing compound, buffing compound, wax and seal. They hand cleaned my rotors and calipers. It took 90 min and all this to repair the damage from the other people. Mind you what I got was the upper end detail package but this is the quality you can expect from these expensive services. They dont slouch on the lower end cleans either. My car looks better now than it did the day I picked it up. Worth the hour drive there and back and DEFINITELY worth the money.

This is the third time in a row that all of my rims have not been cleaned properly. The second time I made sure to ask for them to check again before handing me the keys, and they did not. I’m paying $40 for a car wash once or twice a month and your team can’t complete the job!? I don’t have time to go back and argue for you to do you job right, the service has been horrible and because of this I will NOT RETURN and suggest we all look for other places to wash your car. I hate to post comments like these on places that I like but if I’m not getting what I am paying for there is a HUGE problem.

This place was more organized When it was cactus car wash. They have no loudspeaker no one can hear cars being called. The people are nice, they do a decent job on cleaning cars. They need improvements

Not what it once was.Went on a Friday, they where busy. Car was pretty clean but needed dog hair vacuumed out. Paid 40 plus tip.I noticed they had not opened the back door. So when called I opened the back and it was not vacuumed. I showed the guy and he went back there.( No apology) I did not watch as not to be pushy. He closed the back and said he was done. I tipped him and drove off. At home I noticed he never did it! Picture shows some of the mat.I noticed they have a sneaky system to pressure you to leave without inspecting the car. They always finish the cars behind you first. So when they call you there are cars behind you waiting to go. The pressure not to hold up the line keeps you from checking. I watched this happen repeatedly. Last cars done first.Well, there are lots of other places so no worries.

Best car wash in town! Will have your car looking brand new. Longest time I spent here was about 13 minutes. Very quick and no half doing the job 7 star rating

My last wash...after wash I went home and cleaned the windows again..pictures show windshield while leaving car wash.

I have years using this service and today I got somebody with NOT EDUCATION I think his name is Matthew (manager) who didn’t do his job and when I try to dry my car because he left it wet he said “You Go “ that is his customer service. I wonder how a company can have somebody like him as a manager who has to deal with customer. I work with customer service and this is unacceptable.

I’ve been coming here forever and even had a member card from the previous owners.... but every time I come I’m always let down now. I pay a big premium for my car to be DETAILED and the quality is always rushed.With the interior I see wipe marks from the oil they use to polish the dashboard, but they don’t take there time and they miss spots. And with the outside they got the wax on the plastic parts of the car. I’ve been trying to get the wax off of the plastic and I can’t. This is a 2019 car and it looks terrible with the white wax on my black plastic.Sorry but when a customer pays well over $100 for a detailing, everything should be quality work. I feel like the quality matches the work level of a car cleaning from a gas station instead.Premium price for subpar work.

I always use this car wash, I would say 95% of the time they are quick and efficient. Do a good job vacuuming and wiping everything down but the last few times it has been a longer wait (enough employees and not that busy) and I had to ask them to vacuum between the seats and wipe the windshield where overspray from wiping the interior sprayed. Overall a good value and service.

It is bad that you pay $ 42.80 and the service is terrible. I will never recommend this place in my life. I paid for a hand wash and interior cleaning because I dont like the tunnel. when I picked up my SUV, I trusted that everything would be perfect. When I get to my apartment I looked my SUV closer, the work they did was very bad. I will never waste my time returning to this place, much less I recommend it.

I used to go to this place once or twice a month. Now with the unlimited plan I go there a lot so they must be doing something right. Theyre getting more money out of me a month and my car is always washed. Salty air is a killer!

This place is amazing! Sparkling always takes care of my vehicle and ensure it is clean not only clean, BU! sparkling clean. No water marks or streaks. They do i very good job with the interior as well. My wife and i travel so much to the beach sand beach grime gets everywhere in our car and, sparkling Image makes it happen and gets it out. Great stuff they have one my business.

I think this is one of the best car washes in Fort Lauderdale. Worth the visit and if you get the deluxe interior/exterior service, you can have your car washed again free within the next 5 days...for any reason! Also, they run great specials during the holidays and beginning of summer!

Never been to this location before. It’s OK. I have the unlimited full service 1. Not sure why the location I usually go to in Plantation offers the air freshener but the one over here does not. I’m not trying to complain I’m just saying. If you pay almost $60 I hope to get whatever is provided. Money doesn’t grow on trees

Usually excellent, today not so much. Brought my new car in to be wash. Paid extra for interior cleaning and outside liquid wax. Had to go home and wipe down entire car. Many spots and missing areas.

Immediately greeted by an aggressive upsell push.One employee working in the lobby, line was slow moving.No cash back at the register, you can get cash from the ATM for a fee.There is not a wash option under $35.The wash was good but I would prefer to go somewhere that I am not squeezed for every dime, that is a good value. I personally will not go back and cannot recommend that you should go either.

Well on tueasday noon it took only 15 minutes to “ clean” my car for 35$. Staff were nice but i dont think they can call this interior cleaning. It was a 5 min vacuming around, my dasboard is full of dots and dust also. Any gas station 9$ carwash do a better job im sorry to say this:(((

Ok car wash, pretty expensive unless you use a coupon. $35 for an automatic car wash? They did a good job vacuuming but forgot to clean the side and back windows.

This place is awful. I wanted for over a 30 minutes while people walked around with no direction or intention. Cars that arrived after I did were finished and gone in 15 minutes. I finally just called it an left before they even went back to finish my car. A blind person could spot the dirt on my windows. Definitely not worth the $35.

There couldve been more attention to detail. The service I opted for cost $119, and around the start button, a common touch point, hadnt been cleaned, car has a light saddle interior, so missed spots was obvious But overall I was satisfied.

Not a bad car washing place, probably one of the best in Fort Lauderdale. I got the interior and exterior wash package for like $40.00 and they did a great job and were quick, albeit I had some dog hair on my car interior that wouldn’t come out.

They’re getting 3 stars because I asked them for the most basic wash they had and the guy told me $22.99. I came in to pay and saw a $15 option, so aside from them being liars, their wash/ dry is really good. I hope the $8 extra was worth it. I won’t be back.

Spent $38 on the top wash and there was dirt on the hood and roof that could have been easily wiped away. The back of the car looked like it never was even washed. Tons of dirt still on the Inside of the door panels, and the outside mirrors were never touched. The interior was done well, but that was only after they said the car was done and an employee was about to give me the keys and noticed nothing was done to the Interior, so he dove it back around and cleaned it all by himself.

It was very fun and interesting lots of good information. I loved how you could hop off and on all day so you dont have to pay for a taxi or take your car.

Job was not done very well. Wont go back.

Awesome place. Super nice people, great waiting areas. Coffee shop onsite. However, I told the guy wash and vacuum, no wax. He said what about cleaning the wheels so I said yes, of course! I assume that was an extra. Well, just looked at my wheels after a few hours. Still filthy. Ill check next time. Still a great deal. Ill clean the wheels properly myself

The first time that I went there it was very good, they left the car very clean and neat, the second time it was completely dirty inside like they never passed a towel in it, so I come back and they cleaned it again for me .I tried the third time and it was awful, I thought it was insane to coming back again to fix it again so I had to fix it myself, so busy theyre quick but theyre awful cleaning.

I just wish they paid a little more attention to detail and didn’t leave random dirty spots on the cars.UPDATE: not sure what’s happening but we have been coming here forever and always left happy. Now we leave and the car doesn’t even look clean. Mirrors filthy, nothing wiped inside, still wet outside, door handles have spray all over them inside. What’s going on?! Going to try a new place. I feel sad.

We are loyal customers and usually visit the Pompano location. Our brand new RAV4 was delivered to us with water spots, dirty hub caps, the interior poorly vacuumed, and with the windows dirty and my seat wet. I was beyond upset that I waited an hour and my car wasnt done. Mind you I paid for the $29.99 service. The manager wasnt much help.

I drive 2 hours to get my car detailed. They are the best. The young man that takes care of my car always does an awesome job. His counterparts not so much. My daughters carseat is not locked in, because she wasnt with me and easily removable to do your job. However the detail department is always on point. I didnt feel like going back to have them fix the issue but they are still the best hands down!! Thanks guys

I recently returned to this location to use my 5 Day rain check guarantee wash on September 7th but it was not up to the usual quality I except from this business.I know its only a exterior wash but when it was finished it looked as if it had been barely washed. I could have done a better job myself.I have used many rain check guarantee car washes in the past and all have been great but I guess this location was having a bad day!The only highlight was Jess at the service counter who greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service.I guess I really need to think about even using the free rain check guarantee as in this case it wasnt worth the time to take out off my busy day due to the poor quality wash I received.Why offer a free rain check guarantee wash on the number 1 full service car wash if its of such poor quality!Happy customers are loyal customers!Its just a thought!

I like this place because they get the dirt off your car. They do a nice job on the interior without requiring extra money. The windows could be better. They also need to learn how to leave the car in the same settings as they got it in. The cost is 1 star each.

Great customer service. First time there and Chris was very nice and showed me the way around. Good job on the over all car wash. Very fast. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. I will be going back.

Sparkling did a great job detailing our car. We had several small scratches that they buffed out and I can no longer tell the car has been parked in Florida. He really spent time working on it. We walked to lunch and came back well before he finished with it. Highly recommend coming on a weekday and taking advantage of the waiting areas to do some work in a nice quiet place. The waiting area is big enough and clean enough someone ought set up a yoga studio in it.

Very friendly. Showed up at 10 til close and they still did 100%. Waiting area is awesome! Very clean, plenty of comfy chairs, even a few tablets for guests to use while waiting. Nice coffee bar and clean bathrooms! I will definitely return and tell my family and friends about it. I was impressed! If i had one small critique it would be that the inside of my doors were not cleaned (still dirty around window/lock buttons and inside the little pocket where you grab to close the door).

3 stars - 3rd time in a row they keep forgetting to dust and clean the dashboard/sides. Even standing here watching other customers point out spots on their cars. They are extremely busy, especially on the weekends. They do great work, when they don’t forget some things. Assistant Manager Chris was very attentive and made sure the care looked detailed.Overall I would still go, I recommend to everyone, including the staff, to do a check before driving off.
