Just stopped by this location for the first time and this was easily the most comfortable, convenient, friendly and competent oil change I’ve gotten in Helena.

I will never change my oil anywhere else other than Valboline in Helena ever again. Friendly workers, and I got to stay in the car while they worked on it! Gave it a very good look though including lights, wipers, fluids, tires, filters, and more!Best part is I didnt spend an arm and a leg, and they didnt try telling me about my transmission fluid being 1 shade darker than bran new transmission fluid. They didnt try to scam a young woman for more money like other places ive been to. They did try to sell me blinker fluid or ask me about my cars extended warranty. In fact they made sure to give me the best price possible.

Fast, thorough, friendly and willing to look at any vehicle issue that you may have. They are knowledgeable in pointing you in the right direction if they cant solve the issue. Always a pleasant experience.

I can’t speak to the actual quality of the work done, but the wait time was so long and the workers so uncommunicative we eventually gave up and left. Perhaps they’re understaffed like everywhere else, but a bit of communication would have been appreciated.

I really appreciated the service rendered. I had a blown turn signal and had bought the replacement, the tore into the appropriate place, and changed it for, me no additional labor fee, thanks guys ( and Shania).

These guys are always very courteous and willing to help you get in and out quickly. They are not pushy at trying to sell you something you dont need and I can really appreciate that. They give recommendations on items you may or may not have already completed elsewhere and offer to put them in their system as well to remind you for your next service. They have a very cohesive team and work efficiently. I do wish the prices were a little lower but honestly knowing that you can be in and out in about 15 minutes helps offset the price for me. Also they dont have a waiting room that I know of. You stay in your car the entire time which is award the first time you visit because I wasnt used to that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to get done quickly and on your way.

I usually go the cheapest route for an oil change, but I’m going to Colorado for my baby shower soon and wanted to get everything squared away the proper way. They had multiple guys working and communicating the whole time. I never had to get out of my car and it only took about 15 minutes for oil change and wiper change. They even showed me my dipstick afterwards to confirm quality.

What a great experience everytime! Today I pulled up at the same time there were taking 1 car pull in just before me! They had us both out in less than 22 minutes! Friendly and Fast!

Failed to properly reinstall an oil filter cover screw on my wife’s Jeep so it fell off on her way home - however they did pay to purchase a replacement. It does seem like oil changes keep creeping up in price to the point that it’s getting a bit crazy.

I usually go to another lube and tire place in town, but decided to try somewhere else. This place is awesome! You stay in your car while they do your oil change right there. They check every filter, your tires, wipers etc. I will only take my cars here from now on.

Relatively expensive and too regulated by corporate. If u have an older car with a leak they may tell you they cant do what you want

Fabulous service and an excellent price. Took my RAM 1500 Ecodiesel there for oil, air and fuel filter change plus a tire rotation. Took them less than one hour (which included having the fuel filter delivered as they didnt stock the one for my truck). The price for all services was somewhere in the area of 40% less than the local RAM Dealer. Take your car or truck to this place; youll not be disappointed!

Guys really know what they were talking about but they werent jerks about it and they explained everything they were doing without prompting and it was easy to understand. They also break down everything they charge you for. In addition to the supplies they used to change my oil, the price was really fair. Not to mention it took barely over 10 min.

Went to get an oil change and fluids topped off. Left with a flickering oil light and a car with zero power steering. Had no problems with power sterring before my visit and now my car hardly even turns.

Best place in town for an oil change and lube. These guys know their stuff and know my old vehicles and my auto needs. Valvoline tracks everything and keeps me updated.

Professional, timely, and clean service. They were definitely one of the better customer service experiences I have had while getting my oil changed.

Stopped in for an oil change while I was visiting family, I had been there before and received great service. This time when I got home I noticed oil spots in the driveway where the wife parks. Upon further investigation I had oil leaking from the oil filter. Fortunately it had only lost a quart and a half of oil. Replaced the filter and added the oil, called Tyler at the shop he asked me to send pics and a video which I did, he asked me to take it to the local valvoline shop for inspection, they replaced the oil plug gasket because they said it had a little oil on it. I contact Tyler for resolution and his text accused me of lying and stated I didnt know the difference between oil and power steering fluid! Long story short, I WONT BE BACK AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING!!

Pretty average oil change place. Nothing special

Got my oil changed, dripped oil all over my garage floor. Took it back and they told me it was from skid plate, and they are not responsible. Left greasy finger prints all over fenders.Very unprofessional. Dont reccomed.
