In town for a soccer game and stopped for an oil change. Thank goodness I did! Due to a misalignment, my front tires were completely worn through to the wires! They sent me to Discount Tire. Discount Tire was amazing. They had a new set on in an hour and I made my son’s soccer game!

The guys that work here go above and beyond what a lube place should!! They always check over everything on my truck. Today they caught something that a different business messed up! If you need something done come here!! They are super nice. Reasonable priced!!Thank you to the staff at jiffy lube!!

After paying for the PREMIUM oil change… I was forced to return days later due to an extreme oil leak that was caused from lack of cleaning/tightening of my oil filter. After only a few days there was over 1/2 liter of oil that had leaked. This was absolutely unacceptable especially if I were to have driven a long distance.Now I am stuck with oil spill in my driveway, completely unsatisfied and worse off then before I came in for a service. I am beyond disappointed in the service that was provided.

The guy that helped me was kind and helpful with adding services for extra money! However, the windows were left filthy and the interior was not vacuumed. When he charged me he went through a checklist saying those things were completed, this is why 3 stars. That left me feeling ripped off and disappointed.

They took care of my car right away. When there was an additional issue with the car, they came to talk to me about it and I had them fix that issue as well. I was very pleased with the customer service and the work they did on my car.

Went in for an oil change with no car problems. They said they topped off my coolant. I left and and less than six minutes later, my coolant light went off. My car started overheating and my engine light and alarm went off. I checked under the hood and my upper radiator hose was disconnected and the inner lining looked frayed. I called the shop multiple times with no answer. When I finally confronted them, they denied any connection. Would not recommend.

$72 for an oil change for normal oil...went down the street to Valvoline for $38...no waiting either.

The guys out at Jiffy Lube are amazing! They are fast and thorough. I went in to get an oil change on a truck I bought a couple months ago, and they found out that the engine air filter was severely damaged and it had pine needles sticking out of it. So I was able to get it all taken care of right then. Plus I was out of there in less than a half hour! All around a great experience, and they will be my go to now for my oil changes.

Fast service but the price was over double of many other places Ive gone too. Not going to go spend all that money for no reason anymore.

Never once had a bad experience at jiffy lube. All the employees there are awesome as well and very helpful and friendly.

The customer service was great, Bradley was very nice. However I know all businesses want your money, but it shouldnt be on false pretenses. They said my transmission fluid needed to be changed, but my car is a manual and doesnt have a dip stick to check the color, so did they open my transmission up and check the fluid? I dont think so because it would have been drained if they did. It made me upset because really they had no way of know this.

Too expensive. My normal oil change place was closed so I went to jiffy lube. They should have used it as an opportunity to gain me as a customer and instead overcharged me. Everything else was up to par.

I have never felt more demeaned, taken advantage of and ripped off. $79 for an oil change, upsold to no end, and the guy “in charge” telling me that he knows EVERYTHING about cars.They took off the bottom panel of my car and then claimed it was broken in half and they couldn’t put it back on because it was a liability. I LOVE dogs but do you want to know what a liability is? Keeping two big dogs unattended in your waiting room. I spent 15 minutes on the bottom piece of my car (that was NOT broken in half) when I got home and reattached it. To put this another way - I arrived with a bottom panel of my car and I left with it in my trunk. Yet, at a service station wouldn’t you expect your car to be in better condition when you leave.What a terrible experience! I’m so sad that a place treats a woman like this in 2019 - this is how they treated me - they told me I need a transmission flush - I know I got one a year and half ago. I know why I have electric issues with my car. I know this because I have a trusted mechanic who know my financial limitations AND very much has my safety at heart.I saw the billboard for this Jiffy Lube that said veteran owned with a picture of this young man’s family. What a joke! Don’t go here. I have been so sad about my treatment all day. And the end of my demeaning experience I was walked to my car where the guy in charge opened my door for me and explained the noise my car was making. My sister was with me and she was in shock as well.

Great service, extremely friendly and always welcoming. I was sad to see Sedona (that giant dog) wasn’t there. She really was the heart of that place. I saw 1 woman’s comments about dogs being a liability. This dog was about as vicious as an earthworm, what makes Helena/Montana great is that we don’t have 1500 extra rules extra precautions. We are unique, can still enjoy having our dogs in our shops. Just my two cents, my friends all look forward to seeing her as well. We will still go there for your excellent service.

Very good management up front very friendly! They were messy under the hood spilled oil on the manifold so it took some time to burn off, it was also very clean engine and now it’s not!!

I always bring both of my vehicles to Jiffy Lube. They quick and efficient, slightly overpriced for what they do but it doesnt take 3 hours like wal-mart.

Good service, super quick oil change and very polite. However, they definitely overcharge. I got a full synthetic oil change and it said starting at $60 but they charged me $100. They definitely try and up sell you. Got wiper blades replaced, pretty pricey ($50). Its a good thing I had a gift card, otherwise I probably wont be back. But I was out in 10 minutes.

They tried too hard to sell the extras beyond the basic oil change

$190 for oil change and air filters. Then they overfilled by one quart which can cause vehicle damage. Luckily I caught it and was able to drain a quart off.. but for the cost I dont expect that I also have to climb under the vehicle to fix their mistake. Called manager no return call back. Next step, calling headquarters ... premium price for negligence and possible damage to your vehicle.

Went by this morning, they broke the valve stem on my tire and gave me a flat. Spent the next 3 hours trying to get it repaired.

They always provide such awesome service.
