I want to say I can not be happier at the Aero apartments. Mr Ray And Angela are so wonderful at their jobs . Their professional and caring any problems occur handle so quickly. Kevin matience man always so on point place is always so clean. Love living here and love the way it is run. Thank you guys

This is a beautiful property. My mom was very pleased with her new home and the professional staff. She had a bad experience with her previous landlord but the staff made her feel very comfortable with the transition.

Angela in the front office was so helpful. She explained things to me in a way that was easy to understand. If you can rent at this location you are lucky! Great customer service is RARE today.

Well let’s start by saying I was welcomed and greeted by some awesome staff members. Ray and Angela were both amazingly pleasant to myself. The maintenance team was on point with doing grounds and other services when I walked in. They already made me feel at home and I could not wait to view the apartment. When I arrived there the curb appeal was very clean and nice. Everything was well laid out. No trash anywhere (which is one of my pet peeve). When I walked the model, I was taken away by how beautiful the interior looked. I was excited to apply and when I got the approval, it was all she wrote. Overall my experience was no less then exceptional. Ray and Angela and the maintenance staff are great leaders to run this property. Look forward to living here.

Since my last review disappeared... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! They have by far the worst customer service like previous reviews stated and they also lack communication. They had me waiting 4 months excited just for them to tell me something they could have told me when I first applied in October, they not understanding at all especially for mistakes they failed to inform me. I don’t even do reviews but how I was treated I had to share my experience, so if you interested I would definitely go somewhere else, the place may look nice but the people in office are very rude and have poor customer service and I had multiple people outside this review tell me the same exact thing about the people in office I wish I didn’t waste 4 months of my time with them and I can go more into depth about everything but they not worth wasting more of my time again

Everything is not all it seems to be. The managers and employees talk a good game and get you pumped up just to let you down and be disappointed in the end. I was approved and waited for almost a year for them to build more units for me to move. A week before my move in date, I was told I was no longer approved. They knew this monhs ago and could have told me sooner but instead they want to add stress to my life, very unprofessional. I would not recommend Aero Apartments in Hampton Virginia to no one. Very unprofessional staff and dont know how to manage and do their jobs the right way!

Looking forward to move into Aero as soon more units are complete. With everything going on in the world there has been a few delays; however the office staff has been transparent, kept me updated and helpful with everything. I’m really big on customer service so that is a huge win for me.

So far its been great office Staff an maintenance .Im glad To Be Here.

My experience with this complex was not good. My advice to you is make sure you have all the documents needed. It is like buying house because you will be going back and forth.
