Asbury Place Townhomes has been my home for four years. Ive loved almost every moment inside my beautifully renovated town home. Im a gardener and the management has allowed me to express myself in the spaces outside of my unit. I am in my elementar here and will move from here to my forever home.

Worse place to live nasty people in office, will steal your money, don’t fix things & bed bug infestation in building and won’t let u know

Took my application and fee but never called back to let me know if I was approved for a place left over 6 messages and not one call back do not come to this place

Nice and quiet and lovely place to live except for your neighbors that are to nosy and dont mind there business

Id just like to say that I never lived in these apartments however I pulled up and parked in the leasing office space where two workers were already outside. They saw me pull up and looked me in my eyes and I stepped out to get my 1 year old in a stroller and they immediately went back into the office. After getting my baby sleeping baby in a stroller I walk up to the very door they came out of it just to see they are closed on Fridays. However Google says that they are open and it wouldve been nice if they couldve told me that before I wasted my time. Needless to say I wont be returning first impressions are lasting.

I love this place for many reasons! Just try it. The management team cares, tries to help families and are a wealth of information, if you only ask. They want their tenants to be successful, happy and to grow. The ONLY reason I didnt give 5/5 is because of the neighboring apartment complex.

Its a beautiful atmosphere

Definitely need more visitors parking spots especially when you have small children on rainy days like this

Horrible experience since I moved in this “upgraded” unit. There was a bed bug infestation next door that I was never told about, the plumbing has backed up in my kitchen sink twice, the circuit breaker box caught fire on New Year’s Day and once I started complaining the property manager Ms.Spencer filed a wrongful unlawful detainer, and when I beat it in court she filed another, not only is it morally wrong to retaliate, it’s also illegal. The director reviewed my entire account and found that I did not owe any money and had overpaid by $118. She instructed Ms. Spencer to send me a refund but instead she deducted it from the charges that were dismissed in court. Horrible Horrible Horrible experience. Renters beware!!!

When my grandbaby visit she love it and when the pool open cant get her to leave happy granddaughter everything all good

My sister lives in these apartments & she is ready to move. I see why she hates it. I dont like to visit her because of the people that also live out there.
