Great store with extremely friendly staff. My rep Maggie was absolutely amazing. She did everything in her power to get me what I needed. The sales experience was awesome. She was knowledgeable about virtually every watch I asked about. What I wanted took a process to get but she kept me up to date the whole time. Thank you Tourneau and Maggie. You got a customer for life!!!!
I wanted to buy a nice watch for myself after having a big year. Patrick helped me decide between a Tudor GMT or 58. I ended up with the GMT, which I wear daily.I make sure to visit the store anytime I’m at the mall and see what they have. The last time I went, Chase was extremely helpful in explaining the different pre owned Rolex models they have in stock.I plan to buy my next watch from there and hopefully they can help me find the one I want! Thanks again!
I highly recommend Tourneau at KOP. Amazing customer service!!! I recently purchased a Tudor Black Bay 58 and experienced issues with the fit. The store manager Pamela and the sales associate Patrick were extremely helpful and accommodating. They did everything possible to resolve the issue. Bear in mind, this particular watch has very few micro adjustments so it took some creativity to solve the dilemma. They were able to figure out solution and did it as a courtesy. They went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you. You guys are awesome!
It has been many years since I purchased a luxury watch. And I remember over a decade ago that I turned to Tourneau to repair a rare German watch my father gave to me back in the early 80’s... I was impressed back then with their attention to service. Naturally, I went back to them with my interest in buying a luxury watch. I could not have been more impressed with their communication and selection. Furthermore, I thought the pricing was more than fair market and with the online coupon, I could not resist. Working with Patrick at the King of Prussia location was an absolute pleasure. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the history of the brand and the watch in particular, but he was extremely helpful in guiding me through the care and guidance for me to thoroughly enjoy this watch for many, many years to come. I wholeheartedly recommend this location!
We recently went to Tourneau in the King of Prussia Mall and Duranson Ladouceur the associate that helped us was amazing! We were looking for something pretty rare in stainless steel (Rolex Submariner Date - so more than pretty rare!) for my birthday and he managed to get us the exact item even though no one can get one. I was completely blown away with his service and attention and plan on working with him for all of my watches from now on.
Duranson is a paradigm of great service. He truly goes above and beyond to accommodate me and, judging by the other reviews on here, all of the clients that work with him. He helped me acquire a special Tudor that I absolutely adore, and I am grateful to have it on my wrist. Congrats Tourneau, youve made a new customer for life!
Terrible customer service. Rude and a complete waste of time. Fished for information to evaluate our financial stability, then I guess didnt approve and completely ignored multiple requests to see a watch and instead made inappropriate/unprofessional comments about vaccines.
I must say, I was a little trepidatious about visiting this store after having read some of the reviews. I have to say all concerns were unfounded. I found Patrick to be one of the most informed and helpful customer service representatives, I have ever had the pleasure to meet. One could see he was passionate about his job, which is very important when purchases can be in 10s of thousands, but also truly concerned as to what would be the best buy, in this case, for me.I would absolutely recommend a visit to this store, especially so when the renovation is done to their previous location.
I dropped my watch off for service in March, it’s now August and I have yet to even receive a status on it. I have called multiple times, no live answer and I have not even received the courtesy of a call back for weeks. I am starting to wonder if I will ever get my Rolex back.
I entered the store with the intent of buying a Rolex with my wife. I did my research, I was ready to spend..I was not greeted. I waited patiently for someone to approach me, never happened. After about 20 minutes I left. I guess my money is no good there. Dont waste your time.
Went to KOP to make a purchase. Store has moved due to renovations - except no one knows where it is. I called multiple times. No one answered and I got voicemail. On a Thursday between 3-4:30. Finally someone answered, and essentially was unable to tell me where they’re ere from where I was. Nav was useless because it doesn’t differentiate levels of the mall or a pinpoint location. Gave up.
I wanted to write a review to give credit where credit is due. Chase is simple the best. He has always been completely professional and has answered any questions I might have. If you are looking for an honest knowledgeable watch lover to help you ask for Chase.
The absolute worst in customer service! I used to buy rolex sport watches in the 80s from the Madison Avenue location and they treated you with professionalism and follow through.I made calls all late last week To purchase a submariner and an explorer two No one return my call and now the prices have risen.I will be going to Bernie Robins A real authorized dealer of rolex who follows up with their customers in Newtown or Chrono 24 to buy from the secondary gray market because the service in Tourneau is terrible and there’s never a return call back to loyal customers for 40 years.Martin VenegasCEO Venegas Enterprise
I think it should be the time for me to post a review. I have a history with this Tournau. Great relationship doesn’t come alone easily. The people there are tremendously amazing. Patrick the store manager, he is very kind and full of knowledge about watch. He brought me my first rolex and open my way for watch collection. Jeff, he is very friendly and professional. He is always responsible for your request. Duran, super nice guy and has all the passion. I super enjoyed to work with him. He lets me feel like a great friend not a sales man. Chase, of course, very friendly guy there. He always responds to all your questions. I think I am lucky to know all these people in this store and experienced a warm, great buying experience there. Highly recommended if you are in this area.
Waste of time. I would not recommend coming here for business. I scheduled an appointment to buy some extra Rolex links. The old man named Jeffrey told me he would give me a call once he found out if the company had them or he had to order them from Rolex. One week goes by and didnt receive a call. So, I call them and a lady picked up and told me he was off for the next 2 days. She assured me she would get. in contact with him and I would get a status update. Another week goes by and still no call. To be honest, just tell me if its not worth your time or give me another excuse instead of leading me on.
The store does not accept walkins, which is understood because of covid. There is a line for those who walkin. We walked in on Saturday around noon time to buy a watch and drop one for service. There was one person ahead of us. We patiently waited for 15 minutes for our turn. However, when our turn came, the manager, an elderly white man, picked up a white lady who was behind us in the line to enter the store. The reason he gave us that she was there to pick up her watches. The only problem was that he never asked us why we were there and assumed we were there for window shopping. Will never take my business there anymore.
I had a good experience at this location on my recent visit. I stopped by to inquire about a watch. Duran showed me around and allowed me to try on a few of the models. He made me feel welcomed and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you Duran! I am looking forward to doing business with you in the future.
Duranson was professional and a master of his craft. We walked in not seeing the watch we were looking for, however through his expertise, we walked out with a watch that fit my wrist so much better. Beyond happy with my new Rolex. I will only be buying from Duranson @ Tourneau.
Waited outside the door to get in because they require one customer per salesperson, when I finally got in, the salesperson didnt even say a word to me. I left without even seeing the Longines watches I came to see.
During the pandemic, the store is appointment only. However, they are not very punctual even with an appointment. Very disappointing. Poor communication as well.
Great service and experience. the professionalism knowledge and experience of salesmen Chase L made my rolex buying experience a great and memorable one will be back for sure! -jg
Great experience there. Jeff is very professional, knowledgeable, just a great watch enthusiasts. its always a pleasure when I go there. Looking forward to my next visit
Great experience ! Just bought my wife our first anniversary gift Chase in KOP was very patient and waited even after they closed to assist me with the big purchase. Thanks for great experience and looking forward to purchase my first Rolex from Torneau !!
Shocked at how horrible the experience was. When you go into a place to spend thousands of dollars you don’t expect to feel like you are bugging them. Maybe this is King of Prussia issue but if every location was as stuck up as they were here I don’t see how they have a business.I called the day before and made a reservation to come in to buy two watches. Arrived at my appointed time and could not get in. One person came from the mall side but said he was on lunch break and went in. Another guy came out but said he is the only one there so couldn’t help me. I told him I had an appointment so then he said ok I’ll get someone from the back. So apparently he wasn’t the only one there. This third older guy came out and let me in. Before I even got to a case he says he was waiting for a call so might have to step out. So to me that says, your not worth my time because I’m waiting for a call. He then goes to get his phone still without even asking what I was there for. When he comes back, I just asked to leave. We later went over to my friends appointment at Cartier. Wow what a difference, they value people who want to come in and spend money
Very poor service. Went in-person and called repeatedly to get a watch band replaced, but no one followed up. Recommend that you go elsewhere.
Always been a little unorganized and a bit worn out so its not my favorite place to buy. I bought a very nice watch from the Boston Copley store and had a great experience. This place is not that place. So, so poorly run. Getting service or a repair was extremely difficult. Do yourself a favor and go across the aisle to the Omega Boutique where they know how to treat customers or if needing service take it to a good, local jeweler like Govberg.
Knowledge, professional and very friendly sales staff. They are taking COVID extremely serious based on the measures they take to service guest. The entire environment is sanitized!
Great recent experience shopping at Tourneau KOP. Received the 5 star treatment from Chase L., who answered all my questions, and provided a special purchasing experience. Could not be happier with the piece Chase was able to procure. Looking forward to doing business with this establishment again soon.
Surprised at the bad reviews. Had a great experience buying my watch here with Patrick. Was back after a few weeks to adjust the links, service guy was very helpful just like the other employees. Great experience, enjoying my Rolex GMT Master II. 5 stars for sure, and will be back!
Every now and then when Im in the mall I stop by this location in hopes that things improve. Whenever I go into this store the service is extremely poor and the sales staff are rude and condescending. Unless I roll up my sleeve and show them my Rolex I get no offer of help. The last time I was in this store a week ago I expressed interest in a well sought after time piece. The response was that Ill never be able to get one. I had hoped that when Carl F. Bucherer bought Tourneau that the service would change. Sadly thats not true. I would advise people to avoid Tourneau and go see other authorized dealers for the brands they want to purchase.
My experience with Tourneau’s service department was horrendous. I inherited a Presidential Rolex and took it in to see if they were interested in purchasing it. The watch had to be sent out for closer inspection before an offer could be made. A store employee called a couple weeks later stating that I could come pick it up.They were unable to make an offer because the bezel and dial were aftermarket. The employee explained that I could send it back to Rolex for a quote to return the watch back to its original condition. In doing so the value would be greatly enhanced. Two weeks later I received a call that the watch was ready for pick up.The store employee told me that Rolex would not quote to overhaul the watch as it is not a service they provide. Clearly confused by the conflicting information I asked to speak with a manager who reiterated that the employee who sent out the watch the second time was wrong to do so.I took the watch to another Rolex dealer in Montgomery County, PA for a second opinion. They agreed that in its current condition it did not hold much value. The watchmaker I spoke with did mention that overhauling the watch back to its original condition would only make sense if I planned on keeping it. I explained the backstory on my visit and was told that the manager at Tourneau clearly didn’t know what she was talking about.I sold it for approximately 5k with aftermarket parts rather than paying 3-4k to overhaul it. After my experience with Tourneau there is clearly a lack of training for employees asked to sell and service a premium product.
I dont usually write reviews but wanted to share my experience at this store. Most of my previous visits to Tourneau has not been pleasant due to lack of attention from sales people or sometimes not so friendly. However, recently I met Chase Leonard one of their sales staff who completely changed my perception of this store. Hes extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I was looking for a particular watch which at the time they didnt have but he kept in touch to make it happen. If you ever visit this store, ask for Chase and you wont be disappointed.
Last time Ill go into this place. Im in Philly every few weeks, and this is the 3rd, and last attempt at making a purchase. All three times I have went in around 11am, walked around for almost 30 minutes with nothing more then a hello, someone will be with you soon. One sales guy kept answering the phone, and writing on some forms with nobody in front of him. So I grabbed my cell phone, and called the store number. I then watch the guy answer the phone, so I proceed to ask him if they had a certain watch in, and he says hold on. Walks over to the counter, looks, walks back to the phone, picks it up, tells me yes, which I already knew, because I was standing in front of it at the counter. He hangs up the phone, starts writing again. At this point there are two sales guys doing nothing in the store. Older couple walk in, walk to the used watch counter where the one guy was fumbling around, and immediately the sales guy greets them and asked them what they want to see. A few minutes later, two Asian guys came in, and out from the back springs an Asian Women. Where has she been for the last half hour? Other guy is still writing and glancing around. Im standing 3 feet from him at this point, making it very clear I need help. Another lady then walks in past me, says shes there to pick up her husbands watch. Sales guy greets her, and says hell be right back with it. That was it! I then walk to the door and ask the nice security guard where Macys was, and he pointed, and said have a good day sir. We had already talked for a few minutes, since I had plenty to waste. Macys is literally right across the parking lot, Tag Heuer to the right when you go in.Well, it just so happened that Macys had the Monaco I wanted, a F1 automatic I liked, and since it was my Wifes Birthday, had a watch that my Wife will love. I didnt even ask for a discount, and they gave 15% off. That was a $9300 purchase for all three. So thank you @OfficialTourneau for saving me almost $1500 at Macys.
I purchased a Hamilton watch here some years ago, and it’s always nice to stop in, see what’s new, and talk about watches. Plus they’ll always do a free check on my watch to ensure it’s still running in top form. And of all the high end stores I may visit at this mall (looking at you Tiffany and Cartier), Tourneau gets bonus points for offering me water. I won’t buy a luxe watch anywhere else.
I ABSOLUTELY DEMAND the older man with the glasses be terminated immediately. I have visited this store several times in the last two years and every time he is there working and every time he is absolutely ignorant, rude, and condescending. He has no concept of customer service and provides horrendous service. I don’t appreciate that he stands behind the counter and ignores me when I walk in the store and approach him (his head down all the while) and when I say hello, he continues to look down and to fill out his paperwork for a good 2-3 minutes before acknowledging me. This is the last time I will step foot in this store. I will not reward bad behavior and horrible management and corporate acceptance of allowing someone like this to work as a front line customer service / sales representative. Tourneau has lost a customer... and I’m sure they don’t care. It’s pretty bad when the security guards are friendlier and more helpful than a store employee. I see that there are several complaints regarding this same employee. I will be reaching out to Tourneau corporate as well regarding this employee.
Would love to give zero stars. Had a watch shipped to us as a surprise for my husband. When it arrived, it turned out there was a different watch he wanted, so he put it on a for a minute and then we boxed it up. When I went to return the watch, they said there was damage (didn’t show it to me) and accused us of wearing the watch. Clearly the watch was damaged when it was shipped, which they likely knew, and they didn’t want it back. I asked them if they sold me a used watch instead of a new one, and The store employee told me, “We don’t have any used watches,” even though there are multiple display cases filled with used watches. When I asked to speak to the person who examined the watch before it was shipped to us, they suddenly gave me a refund. Terrible service. Terrible products. Go to Govberg.
The gentleman who helped me there was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Their selection is great, and Id recommend going there.
Previous visits to this store have been positive. However, after visiting yesterday I don’t know if I’ll be back. I stopped in to get a simple adjustment to my Rolex as well as potentially buy another one for myself as well as one for my girlfriend. A decent sale in my opinion. We looked about and after a few minutes we were approached by an employee and she asked what we were there for. I told her that I’d like an adjustment if possible and I was interested in another one or two. I showed her the one that I was wearing which was a little too tight. She told me the person who can make the adjustments is busy so I should come back later. Then she asked what kind of Rolex I was interested in so I told her a Submariner. She then asked me “ok what kind”.. which confused me because that is the kind. So I told her a color of some sort. She then said “oh well we don’t have any submariners”. So again, I was confused because that’s a common Rolex. I asked her how long it takes to get them in, I can come back another day, and she said something about her supplier and that they’re not likely to get them anytime soon. At that point I turned to my girlfriend and told her I’d like to just go somewhere else, which we did. The employee then walked off back to her counter at another part of the store. I don’t need or want a fancy shopping experience, but if I intend on spending 15-20k, maybe more, I want to be at least shown some courtesy and not dismissed. Maybe we would have liked something else they had. We all have bad days and the people I’ve dealt with other than her were helpful and friendly. So to be fair, 3 stars.
Jeff was my sales person and he could not of been more accommodating. I ordered a very sought after watch that was not easy to come accross. Jeff worked around my schedule, and went through a very thorough presentation when I picked up my watch tonight. I would definitely recommend Jeff and Robyn at Tourneau King of Prussia if you are in the market for a high end watch.
Becareful. They are quick to have you send your Rolex away to Switzerland for unnecessary repairs which take 6 to 8 weeks. My watch was fine and the salesmen said can I see you watch. I said sure then he told me it whines rough and it sounds loud. Total BS.
My husband ordered a timepiece through Tourneau and they said it would be in within 3-8 weeks and it arrived in about 5. We visited yesterday to pick up his watch. We were greeted immediately upon walking in the door even though the store was extremely busy. Robin who is the Asst. Store Manager informed us that Patrick, who was the sales associate during the ordering process, had stepped out. She took it upon herself to help us right away. The whole buying process was smooth and pleasant. She went over everything A-Z to make sure he knew everything about his timepiece. After making our purchase, I had a few questions about a different timepiece and a gentleman named Edward stepped right in to answer all of my questions. Between trying on different watches and asking about the available options, we were there for at least 45 minutes and even after we informed him we would not be buying today, the customer service Edward provided did not change at all.Overall, we had a great experience and will give this company our future business!
I bought a watch from Maggie here. She made it easy, and was helpful in getting it on hold for me. Ill buy from her again.
We purchased a Tag watch for my husband (anniversary gift from me) and were assisted by Robyn. Anyone that has had a difficult experience (yes, fully understand the commentary regarding the gentleman with the glases in other reviews) should give the store another try and see her. Robyn was amazing, patient, helpful - she did everything possible to make sure we had a positive experience with our purchase. As long as she remains working there, we will make the hour drive to come back. Thank you Robyn!
I had a minor but irritating issue when I brought in my classic Tag watch for repair. Robin took control of the situation and resolved the issue quickly, professionally and beyond my expectations. This is the type of commitment to service that will win my business the next time I shop for a fine timepiece. Thank you!
Great service with no pressure and incredible selection. Jeffrey was great.
After two attempts, I will not go to this store again. The staff couldnt care less. I expressed interest in a particular watch on display, even telling the clerk of specifications I liked. He never offered to show the watch to me. Also, while I recognize the need for security, on each occasion the armed guard planted himself at the entrance, hands on hips and glared at me as I moved past him. Welcome is not in this retail shops vocabulary. Ill take my business elsewhere.
This Tourneau is absolutely amazing! The staff is always friendly, well informed, and overall great.
Terrible sales associates, truly made it difficult to purchase my first Rolex and ended up going to a different authorized dealer. Extremely rude and not very knowledgeable. Would not recommend.
The sales representative Dean was very helpful this evening during my visit.
Bad customer service, very dismissive.
Theres not alot to say. Staff is pleasant and patient. They should be. Youre not buying a plastic throw away watch here. Big bucks only.
Great place to shop
Purchased two Rolex watches one being a new two tone sub and the other a “certified pre-owned” gmt. Patrick who sold me the Sub does not recognize or remember me from our transaction. The gmt had an aftermarket bezel and the amplitude of the watch was poor. Email and called with no course to correct the situation. Be aware when buying, especially a pre-owned watch.
Chase is awesome he has always been very friendly and has always given great customer service.
Horrible rude customer service, there are better places to shop! Think twice before coming here! Agree with the previous poster, staff couldnt care less! The lady said wait would be a few minutes, an hour later we were still waiting. The older gentleman was a lost cause, the short manager rude and abrupt! They obviously dont want any business!
Patrick is a perfect gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much for your help making my watch dreams come true!
Came into the store and was never greeted. Browsed around waiting to be greeted while the two associates chatted about what they’re going to do for food. Asked to see a Nomos watch that my partner found appealing. The associate showed disdain at my request. Non the less I left without purchasing the watch.I came back to the store after making a purchase at omega (bag in hand) and was immediately greeted and welcomed as if I hadn’t been in the store moments prior. My partner and I browsed the watch we previously looked so I could remember it when going to my local AD. To conclude the staff was extremely judgemental and unwilling to provide basic customer service. I would avoid this location.
I went to check out the store to pick up my dads watch on a recent purchased and also to buy watches for me and my finance. However, the sale reps doesnt seem to be interested to helping us (or even acknowledge us in the beginning) so I paid for my dads watch and walked out. I will take my business elsewhere and will never recommend to families and friends.
Decent place to browse/buy high end watches.
Worst customer service, stood there for 30 mins not one person came up to me to ask of I wasn’t interested in anything. I understand being busy but to be consider a Rolex retailer, the customer service is horrific.
I’m amazed that I have to write this review about an establishment who’s price point probably averages 5k per watch, but the service in this store is less than I would expect to get at a dollar store. With all of the terrible reviews over several years I can’t believe they remain in business at KOP.I went in with my wife about 6 weeks ago to purchase a new Breitling Navitimer (11k) and get some general information on the watch. After 15 minutes of not being acknowledged the older guy with the glasses in multiple reviews (Patrick) approaches me and allows me to try on a display watch. After explaining I’d like a new watch that isn’t on display he checked the inventory and they didn’t have any on the model I was looking for in any of their stores. I told him I was ready for purchase and asked if he could order one to which he said yes. He took all of my information to follow up and after three weeks I hadn’t heard anything. Not even a courtesy call. I went back to the store to see what happened and waited another 30 minutes before anyone said a word to me. Lo and behold Patrick comes from the back and I asked him what had happened and why didn’t he follow up?? He looked at me as if he were completely clueless and was extremely dismissive. He never apologized and took all of my information again and promised he’d call the next day. Well here we are three weeks later and nothing. Of course I didn’t wait on him and purchased the watch at Govbergs where I bought my first Breitling from. 10000% better experience from a reputable AD. THE GENERAL PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES AT KOP TORNEAU IS TERRIBLE!! Stay away.Didn’t realize how bad they were until I decided to write this review and saw all the other terrible reviews over the last 5 years...SMH
I know Tourneau gets a bad rap it seems, but Rich and the team in King of Prussia went way above and beyond! Long story short, after a few days of ownership of my new Rolex 116610LVC, I discovered a RARE scratch on the dial. I went back in expecting them to tell me Id have to send it out and pay for servicing/new dial. NOPE!! They swapped it out right on the spot! AMAZING!! I did not expect that in my wildest dreams!!! Ive been doing business with this Tourneau location for over 10 years and as far as Im concerned, they have my business for life!
Excellent service from Patrick and the rest of the crew at Tourneau. Very satisfied with both my experience and my purchase.
Patrick and Maikel have been a pleasure to work with. Always first class service!
I bought a Nomos Club here a few months ago with the help of Aaron. I had such a great experience. He went above and beyond to help me.
I did all of my homework to find the watch that was right for me. All I needed was someone with half a brain to walk me through the watches functions. As soon as I asked to see the watch I learned very quickly this place was an utter joke. The older man with glasses could not be bothered to make a sale on a 8k watch. I literally had my card out ready to purchase this watch and the service was THAT BAD that I left laughing . Just for curiosity I passed by the Rolex section of the store to see if the bad service was in all parts of the store and without a doubt it was. If you want someone selling 20k watches that wears black gloves while rubbing his snot on them then this is the place for you. They all seem to be in on some type of joke where it’s funny to not sell watches. I hope management finally looks at the review and makes some changes because honestly I’d rather pay full price or even be overcharged at an actual watch store like omega and get decent service then ever step foot in a place like this again.
As other reviews pointed out, the gray-haired salesman with the glasses is very condescending and unhelpful. It seems like the run a business of judging customers and being as rude as possible in any given interaction, in lieu of a watches outlet.
Had my watch serviced here a month ago. Had plenty of my watches fitted here in the past. Always great consistent service.
After reading other reviews I see my experience was very similar. I happened to be at the mall with my wife and daughter shopping when I decided to browse through the store while my wife and daughter waited outside the store. Unbeknownst to me my wife told me when I came out one of the sales associate told what appeared to be the mgr that I came in and his reply to her was dont bother he never buys anything anyway. Youre right sir I dont buy anything from your store because you are arrogant and rude! My collection consists of multiple Rolexs, Panerai, and Omegas purchased through Boutiques as well as ADs but you are absolutely correct that not only would I never purchase from your store I certainly wont ever bother to walk in again. I am also a well respected member of many watch Forums and will likely share my experience with other members.
Have had service done here and they are definitely not inviting. Ive had a better experience with another AD in the area who are welcoming and accomodating no matter who you are/look.
Awful experience. Just like every other review. Not sure what their issue is, but the older salesmen seems to think most customers are inferior beneath them. Very condescending and not helpful at all. I had bought a watch from this place previously and went back to get a service done. But the way they treated me was so appalling I would never make a purchase from here again. Only when you start giving them attitude do they actually pay attention and respond to you. But even then you literally have to tell them to shut up and do what you need them to do. Would never recommend anyone to go to this particular store.
The staff here is amazing!!! If you take the time to read these other reviews you begin to realize how ridiculous the other customers are trying to treat people like they are their slave and demand to have their batteries done in minutes when theres only one watch maker there handling hundreds of batteries just to accept your business and make you happy as a courtesy. THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING WATCHES GET IT STRAIGHT. You dont tell people to “shut up” as a customer and have the employee do your bidding 🤦♂️. You also CANT get a SUBMARINER anywhere...submariners are in huge demand and also come in many different combinations! These timepieces are also skillfully handcrafted by master watch makers in switzerland that take 12-14 months to make one from start to finish. Do any of you read or educate yourself on the items you spend 1000’s-10’s of thousands if not hundreds and MILLIONS of dollars on!? I find it hilarious the level of need and attention some of you have. These people are very patient and work very hard and their TIME IS VALUABLE TOO! They will help you but obviously they do not who YOU are until an introduction occurs. Nobodys higher than anyone here. Take a step back and enjoy a good deal. Thank you Tourneau! I understand what its like to buy a piece of art vs a mass production item everyone has like “iphones”😂😂😂
While this review is not for the store in particular, its about the company in general. I ordered a watch from their website on Jan 21 as a Valentines gift for my husband. I received their email confirming my order. Two weeks went by and when I did not receive an further correspondence I contacted the company by email to ask about my order. Two days later I called first thing in the around 12pm and spoke to someone who said customer service was not in yet but she would take my information and have someone call me back. Well no one called, but at 6:48 PM I received an email saying my order was cancelled because they did not have the item they were advertising on their website. But what took the cake was that at 7:08 PM I received another email from customer service saying they were sorry I did not receive their previous email regarding the cancellation of my order, but that my item was no longer available. I wont ever order from them again!
Another Magnificent Buying Experience, Robin and Jeff are the best
Very knowledgeable staff excellent well maintained store
I came here to get a new band for my breitling, guest what they asked meAre you the original owner of this watch?thats not polite
Serviced my new Carrera without charging me...this is the kind of service that earns repeat business
This place is garbage. Everytime Im in there the employees look misriable and they treat you like trash. Awful place.
My expierience when shopping at Tourneau in King of Prussia was outstanding, the customer service was great! Thank you Brandon!
This is the fake watch showroom. All the watches they sell dont work after 4 months. Its waste of your money to buy branded watch which will not work after 4 months due to some random issue.I am really disappointed with this store. Please dont trust them.
If you dont walk in brandishing a stack of cash prepare to be ignored regardless of purchase intentions....
I love my new Rolex!
Prices are crazy high, I guess rent is high
Pay no attention to the negative, salty reviews.
Rude and condescending sales rep, specifically the older dude with glasses. Wont be returning.
The staff is so nice and helpful

Terrible customer service.

Thank you!!!
If you are a watch enthusiast or looking to purchase watches for various occasions, I would highly recommend the Bucherer at King of Prussia Mall,PA. The newly furnished store looks elegant and amazing, there are variety of brands new or used to select from.Friendly staff with excellent customer service exceeded my expectation every time when I visited. Special shout-out to my sale associated Maggie and store manger Pamela. Keep up the great work!
