I have been to a TON of nail salons throughout Minnesota and this one is the best. The owner was amazing! She had the task of taking care of my husbands very bad feet! She did amazing!! She even joked about having to go to Home Depot to get tools!!! The gentleman that did my daughters was awesome too! If they were not 3 hours away, this would be my go to salon! I will definitely be back here again!

I have come here a few times and they definitely do a great job! Very clean, kind staff, and convenient location. However, the past few times I’ve come I have made appointments for 2 people for mani pedis and each time they only will have one person available to do our nails. As a result, each time I’ve come with a friend I have had to wait 30-45 minutes after my appointment time for them to finish with my friend before they can start my nails.It stinks because I’ve had plans following these appointments and it takes much longer than expected because we’re waiting around for each other. Unfortunately the waiting was so long that I didn’t get to do the manicure on my last visit.

Stopped in for an unplanned pedicure between appointments at Mayo Clinic. The woman who did my pedicure was friendly and professional. The salon was pristinely clean- tools only used once. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and have beautiful toes!

I did Spa Pedicure and a Dip Powder for my nails. My Pedicure was Outstanding (I’m upset I forgot her name but it was perception) and then when it came to my “dip nails) Julie was very patient and thorough. She knew I was from out of town because I told her. But it did not matter to her she gave me a level of service that is totally at the top. Also NAIL ENVY was actually the cleanest and most professionally looking bright white ....... (everything was perfect) salon that I’ve been to, I think ever👏👏👏

When I arrived I was the only one in there and a few people arrived AFTER me. I just got a dip manicure on my regular nails. My nails have bumps throughout them so they look mediocre at best. Also, the website states that a hand massage comes with the dip manicure, which I never received. As I was paying I inquired if a massage came with the dip manicure, the main guy gave me a confused and annoyed look and said “no?”. I stated that their website says it does. He responded with “It doesn’t but I will give you $5 off just to make you happy.” I went on their website when I left and it DOES say the hand massage comes with the service. He then asked me if I was around here to which I responded I was and he told me “well next time make an appointment” again very rudely. I said “you guys don’t take walk ins? Your website says you do and so does your door” He said “yeah but make an appointment”. I was just in awe so I ended up just paying and leaving. I will never be back because my nails were rushed and the customer service was poor.

Worst gel manicure I have ever had, and I get regular gel manis. I specifically called and made an appointment and asked for a tech who was good at removing cuticles and they gave me someone who refused to hardly trim them despite me asking her to. The edges of this manicure are messy and it goes on to my skin. I have had a manicure here before by someone named Tee, and she did an excellent job, which is why I returned. When I called and asked for her again, I was told she no longer worked there. Never going back.My tech kept touching her mask and nose and did not wash her hands or use hand sanitizer. She did not have me wash my hands in the middle of the service.Meanwhile the owner and other techs were walking around doing nothing while this lady had no idea what she was doing on my nails. Terrible manicure.To make matters worse, during my pedicure the tech (I had a different tech than the mani) asked me how far along I was. I’m not pregnant. When I told her so, she laughed sheepishly and did not even apologize. Seriously?

Birthday Nightmare...Not relaxing at all. Very rushed in the beginning, When I got asked what colors I wanted (not long when I walked in), I picked 5 different colors and the tech was not happy. James was very impatient and aggressive with my hands. When I asked James I wanted them shorter, he rolled his eyes, sighed, and asked rudely “you want them short?”. After that I told James I wanted a different color (due to being rushed in the beginning) and he completely ignored my request. Other women (all white) that were there got treated professionally and kindly by a female. It’s just seemed very wrong how I, a person of color, got treated very rudely and unprofessionally compared to the other women. It was my B I R T H D A Y and was expecting a relaxing full set, but instead it was the most uncomfortable situation I’ve ever been in. My nails look fantastic and perfect. The only problem was the customer service. Don’t come hear if you want an impatient nail tech.

I had a pedicure done here. Relaxing place and I loved the wax treatment. The price was reasonable, but my nail polish did not dry in the dryer and was ruined instantly. The polish color I chose was light so she put 3 layers on and they brought the dryer to the seat. I would have rather sat somewhere else to properly dry in the foot dryer.

Staff were rude and did not listen to what we asked for. Haven’t ever been that disrespected from a business.

Came in for a gel manicure. The manicurist was patient, but I felt she rushed through the service; it wasnt a relaxing experience. Manicurist cut my cuticle too far on one finger, causing me to bleed (just a small cut, but it was still painful, and she did not apologize).Pros: quick service makes it a good location for a gel manicure during your lunch break; patient staff. Cons: fast service didnt allow me to relax, which was the reason for my visit.

I love getting my nails done here! The service is quick, and they do a fantastic job. I think they have fair prices, and their location is hard to beat. I get the dip nails, and they last for almost a month when they do them. Also the staff are so friendly!

This is probably one of the cleanest, most upscale nail salons in Rochester, MN. I have had different nail services done at many different places in Rochester, and I honestly feel Nail Envy is top notch. I had a soak off of gel polish on my toes, a full pedicure and reapplication of gel polish and it took almost one hour exactly. Rani was so delightful. Very attentive and made sure to ask me what I wanted for nail length. They have a great location if you need something done during lunch and you work downtown. Also, great for Mayo patients.

I absolutely had the best time at the salon. I got a gel manicure and it lasted me a long time! The salon is so clean and organized. Rani was who I worked with and she really listens to what you want!! She is friendly and so kind. The people there makes you feel welcomed. I highly recommend this place.

I have been here twice now and it’s amazing! Very modern, pretty and clean inside. The staff is very friendly and did my nails very well. They used new out of the package tools and there are tons of nail colors to choose from! Great location to pamper yourself if at your at or near Mayo Clinic and reasonable prices!

The best nail salon in Rochester, Minnesota. They did everything right; they had a decent selection of polish to choose from, the nail techs spoke fluent English, they didnt even comment on my small nails, which never happens. I got sparkly coffin nails and they were only $40, such a good price!! I was never cut, the nails were evenly shaped, I even asked for an extra coat of top coat and I was not charged. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Made an appointment with my name for 4...I was last of the 4 to show up, maybe 7 minutes late because its completely blocked off downtown for construction... So they made me basically a walk in, waited 2 hours and left after 4 women went prior me.

Experience in the salon was good but 4 weeks later and I now have black fungus under both big toenails. I am not happy at all. Use caution if you go here. Make sure the instruments are clean or from an unopened package!

Dude ....wowI am from Chicago and I have gotten my nails done on multiple occasions. First off, I have EDS and Potts and my cell activation syndrome. I have had not one day to do my nails ever since I became more disabled because of me being allergic to chemicals and smells.after 5 years of never having my nails done I decided after Mayo clinic to go and get pampered for the first time. Not only does the place have the best ventilation system but they even have chemical free powder form gel full set. Usually I have to peel off the nail polish and or acrylic after a couple days but these are actually very strong and I did not feel uncomfortable. The vibe is clean and they even have a pedicure room in private. Thereare even other people there who have disabilities so you wont fill out of place trying to look good for yourself once in awhile. They even offer water and make you feel comfortable while waiting. They also speak English and they are just overall a friendly vibe even the front desk girl is pleasant and constantly checks up on you to make sure you are okay and just not another number. Next time I go to Mayo clinic I will be stopping there and I dont think I will go get my nails done elsewhere unless I am out in Minnesota. Definitely worth the price I know they are a little bit pricey your than most places but you literally get with you pay for and I used to go for cheap and get very sick or infections and its not worth it in the end your spending hundreds of dollars in the hospital for no reason. Might as well get what you pay for. And the guy who did my nails was very nice to me just overall the best experience nail wise iPad in a while

Worst nail place ever... They dont take walk ins. My niece got her nails done 2 weeks ago ... Not even 6 hours after her nail polish was chipped. There super thin the point where it tore her whole nail off. They where rude aswell they looked at us like we didnt belong in there.
