Ive been patronizing Nail Boutique for the last 12 years and I wont go anywhere else. No one is allowed to touch my nails except Jackie and thats my own personal rule. If you want fair prices for quality work, Nail Boutique is the place to go.

I used to come here every two weeks for the last several year. Last two times I have gone it was not the same salon. I got a gel manicure that peeled off within a week. Cuticles looked worse when I left than before I got my manicure. The tech didn’t ask me what shape I wanted and just cut them all square when they were already nicely shaped round. When I asked her to fix they were already too short to shape the proper way. Very disappointed and won’t be returning after two bad visits.

I gave this place many chances and I keptmy patience for as long as I could. I’m not writing this to be a Karen but for you guys to save your money. My $80 set (which looked nothing even close to the picture and overpriced), fell off only 2 DAYS after I got them. I went in to get them re glued (was very nice about it), and when I did another lady had walked in with the same issue as me. The next day after I got them reglued another nail came off when i was just washing my hands. This expensive set was supposed to last 2 weeks and only lasted “3” days if that even counts…

I love coming here, most definitely but it’s like every time when I’m done with my pedicure it’s still DEAD SKIN LEFT ON THE BOTTOM OF MY FEET, I feel like there are women in this salon who pick and choose who to take their time with here, I really want them to take their time on my feet just as much as they take their time on my nails … but overall great service PLEASE work on your SHAPING OF THE NAIL

Jackie does my nails and I am very particular with my nails. She does a good job and try hard to accommodate and be professional. The place is clean and follows Covid regulations. Kudos also to the staff.

This was my first time at Nail Boutique and I am very happy with my nails. I scheduled for a new acrylic nails set and a pedicure in which I left happy. Their staff is friendly and very clean. I will be going back.

I had went up the block first to Fine Touch Nails, and they turned me away, for not having an appointment.... WELL, Nail Boutique Got my business!! They were Prompt and Clean. Called got an appt. Showed the guy who was going to do my nails what I wanted he said okay. At end he tells me he doesn’t know how to and the lady next to him does. She tells him no she cannot. All she had to do was do a design on 2 nails. She said no she was booked. Literally would not have taken more than 10 minutes. The guy then a great job with my filling but I left there with no polish as I will have to go elsewhere where I am sure I will have to pay more than I should. I was a brand new customer. I feel she should have just taken 10 minutes to do literally 2 nails. Never going back there again.

Peter, May and the pedicure techs are the best! Always clean, timely and friendly. I have been coming here for years and they are like family.I think they are doing a great job with Covid-care and there is also a check-in/temperature process.Make an appointment to be safe as they have a loyal clientele.

I was recommended by my cousin to come here, my nails broke the same day I got them done. Fix one nail another nail broke. Worst service ever, would not be going back.

I rarely complain. I see the good in everything. One of the techs did a lousy job polishing my toes. I politely asked her to stop and requested someone else. I can tell the lady was inexperienced. When I asked the manager could someone else finish the job, she said No. I said ok. That was the first and last time at that nail salon.And its hard to breath in there. The Acrylic fumes are unbearable.

Very disappointed with my manicure, if you want to call it that. There was no manicure involved, just dip powder color. No cuticle removal and uneven nails. Pedicure was good done by Nancy.

The first time I came was fine and the lady treated me great but I’m here right now and I have never paid to feel disrespected how I do right now the man who was doing my acrylics messed up my nails and kept getting mad when I asked him to fix them then I told him my nail was crooked and he got mad at ME because I didn’t tell him to stop while he filing them crooked they we began arguing and not once did the managers acknowledge that this man was yelling at the customer then I was told someone else would fix my nail and not once did anyone apologize for his disrespect I’m still sitting here waiting and no one has said anything to me. The nails are also all uneven and different styles.

My daughter came to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. They finished her pedicure and then forgot about her and she sat for over an hour and a half waiting to get her acrylics on….. 3 hours and they were done horribly!! Unbelievable!!! And they were mad that we were upset!!! Horrible service!!!

This is one of the worst nail salons I’ve ever went to. There is no apex to my nail or c curve when I made it clear many times that’s what I wanted. I waited 30+ mins after I booked an appt. My nail tech left midway and it took someone else 20+ mins to come finish my nails. I was there for almost two hours and no one was able to give me a pedicure because they were chatting for over an hour with whoever they had. Do not go there EVER. I never complain but this was horrible

Very clean and professional. Safe environment. Checked my temperature at the door and everyone had on mask.This is my second time there. I just moved to Jersey. They took me right away. Nail Boutique is a 5 star nail salon & more, they clean after every customer, doesnt matter if its a manicure or pedicure. If I could give them 10 stars I would !!

Saturday’s it is always PACKED I would recommend making an appointment always. Regardless walk-ins are accepted. I would recommend Sam he is the best he’s been doing nail for yearssss and is a pro! I get the LCN gel manicure they last the longest and are just a durable coat of gel for your nails it’s the best. I have also gotten a pedicure there and the Spanish ladies that do pedicures are all nice and do a good job as well.

I just had an appointment today. The lady doing my manicure burnt me with the gel light. It was tingling and burning my feet the whole time. Her nail polish work was sloppy and the gel not hardened all the way. I was going to get my manicure here to but I ran out after my feet before I risked paying for a sloppy and unprofessional nail job to match my toes. I do not recommend ever going here unless you don’t mind paying full price for unfinished work.

Meh. I wish I could give this place a better review and $37 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure is the price to beat in these parts but...They really DO have a hard time matching up their gel colors with their regular polish. We were BOTH looking for colors and had a hard time. They use sterile equipment and personal one time use of materials for each client which is a BIG plus. But the owner of the salon was very loud and rude (I feel) to another customer. The owner had told the customer very loudly and several times that they dont use razors and she needs to go to a podiatrist to get all that dry skin off. I didnt know if the customer was embarrassed, but I was for her!My manicurist, Sonia (I think her name was - short Bob haircut with bangs) did just an okay job. Initially, she barely made an effort in getting all the excess skin off my nails. I didnt know whether to be shocked or insulted. But after I remade her do my entire right hand, she knew I was about the business and did the left hand accordingly. But I didnt get any lotion or hand massage. Now, my pedicurist Maria - talk about thorough! She really got all the excess skin off and even went back a few times to make sure I had no old skin left on my feet. Lotion? Check. Massage? Check. Attention to detail? Check! I will definitely go back to Maria for my next pedicure. As for manicures... maybe if I try a different technician.

Love the way Elena did my nails, I always go to fine touch nails and was recommended to go to Elena and gave it a try, it was awesome love the way she did my nails. Will come back. Price is way better than where I go.

I been doing my nails almost over 17 years here with jacky and her lady’s this places is really professional when comes to take care you toes and nails I always walked away happy and I don’t care that I have to driving almost 30 minutes to get my nails done, good job to jacky and her lady’s

I’ve been going to Jackie since I was in middle school so over 9 years. NO ONE does my nails like she does. She takes her time to make sure they’re all the same size, shape.. makes sure they are straight. I’ve paid 90 on sets before that look nothing like hers. Best best nail lady❤️ Love you Jackie

Went to go get my nails done here and the lady I had didn’t understand what to do she was talking about my nails with other employees and made me feel uncomfortable 😕… the design came out nothing like the picture very dissatisfied

Had a gel manicure and regular pedicure done but the final color did not match. I told the owner about it and she wants me to look on my own for the nail polish that will match the color of my gel manicure. There are hundreds of nail polishes on the wall and she wants me to do their job. I left without them fixing the problem because they are too busy to care. The costumer service of this place went downhill over the years. Go somewhere else is the best advice I could give to those who are considering this place.

I made an appointment over the phone. it was my first time there, everyone was very nice, and the pedicure included a massage chair which was new to me! They also have everyones certifications for corona procedures and nails on the wall next to everyones designated station, so even though its small, you know youre in good hands! i had a hard time picking the right color for my nails but they still did a very good job, i will be back! the only thing i think they are missing is some music and the gel UV lights are crazy hot. i paid $55 for a full gel set (UV) and a pedicure

I went to Nail Boutique based on all the comments and reviews from friends, and let me tell you...it was the best decision I have made! This salon is definitely my new salon! March 1st the prices went up. It was $10,$12&$15 I paid today which is March 2nd. They said every year they will go up. So ladies best of luck with that cause women get way more done then us simple,but I wont be spending another dime there. So I guess cause Im a man I dont matter as much as women do when it comes to getting my nails done.

My nails were done sloppy, with acrylic residue left all over my hands. My eyebrows were done super thin!!! Only thing that was worth it wasmy pedi. Also I tried to pay by card after I was told that they take cards just to be told to use the atm because they didn’t want to pay the percentage.Poor service, will never return

Peter is the best, I recommend him to everyone. My nails, even with gel, ALWAYS broke. Its been several months and I have yet to have a broken nail or chipped color.The other staff is super helpful, as well. They are attentive and I never wait long. Definitely found my forever nail salon!

The acrylic is horrible the nail comes off easy. One girl today she was drying her nail and it popped off. They need better glue. I like when the spanish ladies in there do the manicure, I wish they knew how to do acrylic. Other then that I wont return for acrylic maybe only manicures done by the spanish ladies.

I did my nails there December 26 the lady was nice and I wanted gems on my nails. She charged me $5 here $5 there. I also did pedicure, I thought I found my perfect place. she couldn’t do my nails herself so she had her husband do the acrylic and someone else do the color then she only placed the gems on. She also advised I should get gel cause it holds better. i paid $75 and 3 days later they all came off and the nails started to chip.I went back so she can fix it but said I had to wait 1 1/2 hour. Her stupid manager came talking about I must have open a can with my nails that’s why they chipped. I was so pissed but they don’t care talking about a customer right in front of her. I just wish someone could’ve apologized but then again I’m dealing with stupid Vietnamese that don’t speak any English. Please don’t let them fool you. They don’t know what they’re doing in this place.

They do a fantastic job here for a really good price. Recommend making reservations ahead of time for weekends.

They May Take Long at times because they are busy but as long as you are here they will make sure your happy with what your getting down

I definitely enjoyed my experience at the Nail Boutique. The technician nails use the new one everytime. She makes you feel right at home. Extremely clean, and accommodating. I love the results!

My only complaint is that this location isnt closer to where I live, but for me, its worth the drive. My nail tech did a fabulous job and they are just what I wanted!!! They were extremely sweet and welcoming. Every time I walk out of this salon I have a huge smile on my face. I hate getting my nails done, but this was the first time I enjoyed it. Tks Nail Boutique

I walked in on a Saturday morning for a pedicure. Im usually very nitpicky when it comes to my nails. Great attention to detail. And they took their time, but arent overly slow! Over two or three weeks without chipping. I really think the ladies here can do anything you would want. So reasonable price for the set

What can I say? I have been coming here for over 8 years lots have changed since my first visit. It is very sanitary here. Each customer gets their own disposable pedicure kit and the basins are cover with plastic (kinda looks like a gigantic shower cap) which is removed after each patron. My only complaint is the wait time even with an appointment. The ladies are very polite and accommodating. Best nails in town with great prices.

This is my first time there and Peter the owner was amazing. He dedicated his time to me and was very friendly. I just moved to Hackensack and i needed a place to do my nails and i look it up and just with the reviews i read i said let me try it. I will def recommend it and I will be back

Ive been all over the state and even went to New York to get my nails done and still come here. My recommendation is Jackie because she takes her time and is super friendly, she also does everything perfect.

Desperately needed a pedicure and gel manicure on a Sunday afternoon. So happy I stumbled upon this place! I didnt need an appointment, but they were pretty busy! The staff is wonderful, everyone gets along and the environment is cheerful and positive. They have a good work ethic and keep everything clean. I love how my manicure and pedicure came out. Prices are amazing here! Im thinking about leaving my regular spot to start coming here
