I’m definitely going back here. Stopped by for an inspection this morning and these ladies took care of it for me. They were all so pleasant and kind and patient when I could not for the life of me find my insurance cards! I would definitely recommend this business out due to the great experience I had.

I love going here! These ladies do an amazing job, and I am always in and out of here. Today I went in for an inspection, they noticed I had an oil leak, figured out there was an issue with my oil filter, changed it out, and I was in and out with both services performed within 15-20 minutes! Their prices are also extremely low, I highly recommend this business!!

Avoid them! They did not replaced the crush washer on the oil pan. I woke up with a big oil stain on driveway. They were lazy topping off the oil and not replacing a $0.10 crush washer. I had to re do the job myself. Bad crew . Dont mess up ur car and driveway. Worst!

The only place Ill get an oil change. They are super fast and dont upcharge you. Every person who works there is so nice and even gives my dogs pets and treats!

Ive only ever received service as good as theyre fast! Every time Im in and out faster than I can play a game on my switch to wait for my car to be done and my car all the better after words. The German elderly lady there knows her stuff and has a warm funny personality. Id give more stars if the rating allowed

I come her often and this was the worst service I have gotten in the last 5 years. The lady with the blonde short curly hair was very rude, talked to me like Im an idiot and not professional. Tracy also could use some customer service skill classes.

Friendly and informative. I went in for a simple oil change, of course I was pressed for getting the premium, but what oil change company doesnt try that? I was waiting in the lobby and the gentlemen came in with my air filter, told me the negative effects of not replacing it, and even went to get a new filter to show me the difference. I definitely changed it after that. My car is running better, getting better mileage and I even got $3 off!

Husband took our car in for a transmission flush. After one week the check engine light came on. He took it back to them in case it had something to do with their work. They checked their work. That wasnt it, but they went above and beyond to find the issue. They found the problem, showed it to my husband, temporarily fixed it AND did not charge him additional. They were professional and helpful the first AND second visit, and well keep going back. We highly recommend them. ;)

I drive 20 miles out of my way to have my oil changed here. I could go anywhere closer but, the staff is through, careful, honest, and quick. They are good to me and whatever junk of junk I drag up there to put oil in. I wont go anywhere else.

Worst experience ever. Went there last year for my state inspection. First my e brake fails. So they suggest a automotive place to bring it. But my brother in law fixes cars so I bring it to him. Bring it back now its my brakes that are worn out. Once again 2 different employees tell me to bring it to the same automotive place as the other lady told me to bring it to last time. I bring my van back to my my brother in law. He replaces all and looks at the old ones. Tells me they are fine. Bring him with me this time. Lady looks at the old brakes and basically calls him a liar. Finally passes inspection. Never going back there again.

It’s usually a 5ish star experience but this last time I was asked for my info to put in the system and was signed up for something I didn’t want. I asked to be taken off and was given attitude (fine whatever) then while checking out, I complain that I might get unwanted calls now that they have saved and shared my info. I was assured that I wouldn’t be bothered. Right after I left, I started getting text messages from a very creepy person who then started using horrible language with me. Needless to say, if after I post this the calls start again then I’ll be able to continue my report with the police and if not, just let this serve as a warning not to play around with your customers and I will be telling everyone I know now to come to this location ever.

The best place ever! Saved my transmission!!! Noticed there wasn’t a dipstick and that transmission was leaking out from the top. Told me to call dealer. Dealer told me there wasn’t a dipstick and hung up. I took it to the dealer. Low and bedhold... dipstick was missing. Dealer had to replace it since the car was new. I love this Valvoline location!!! I have been going to this location for years and I will continue to do so! So grateful!! Thank you!!!!!!

Knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly HONEST! I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to get an oil change and not have to deal with the “well sweetie, you really need this or that” BS we as women get, so often. It’s also nice to get in my car and KNOW the oil was changed, the cap was put back on properly, and the right air filter was used.... OH GOD THE AIR FILTER! What is it with other oil change places?! It’s like they think air filters are one size fits all! EVERY. FREAKIN. TIME!! Anyway, this place is awesome and I’ll never make the mistake of taking it anywhere else again!

I was in there the other day for an oil change and one of the older guys that works there was cursing at the young lady at the computer calling her names and being really rude towards her. I had my kids in my back seat and didnt appreciate him using fowl language in front of me and them. The young lady looked very embarrassed and upset. I will not return if I see that man there.

The girls are not pushy with sales and I trust them to do what I ask and paid for.

Went there for an inspection. Staff was rude towards customers. Staff was eating food and getting into peoples cars with their mouth full of food. The employees act like the customers owe them something for taking care of them. Staff does not dress professionally at all.

Did not change oil like stated to me directly. Engine dipstick almost bone dry. Showed me same dipstick slathered in oil. Most likely injected tiny amount of fresh oil in starter so I would drive away believing they did what i paid them for. Another car repair scam shop. Go there at your own peril. You have been warned.

Its another typical one of these jiffy lube type places that you go to get an oil change and they try to sell you wipers and filters and bunch of other stuff you didnt ask for..but quick and not too bad priced once you tell them to not bother with the other stuff that you just want oil.
