Great place for haircut! Samantha gave me a haircut Im very happy with, and the place overall is full of great stylists. Ive been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. Definitely recommend it.

Brought my 2-year-old boy here for a much needed haircut. Wait was short and Amber did a great job with him even though he was a little nervous and wiggly. His hair looks great and he said he had fun so what more could I ask for?

Samantha was too fast. Almost cut me with clippers, and cut part of my hair I did not want cut..mediocre at best. Ask for someone else...

Got a pretty good haircut here. There was not a long wait like the Afton location always has. I believe this is because it is kind of hidden in the lowes parking lot. Only reason I can not give them 5 stars is because they currently do not offer beard trims. Would still recommend this place to anyone just for availability.

Would highly recommend you go to any other hair stylist location - called ahead by an hour and was told to just show up. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for a cut.Some people don’t have access to the internet 24/7 and reserving online isn’t always the most convenient way to do things (especially when you’re driving).Stylists can and should be able to make phone appointments (like at most other hair places), and until Sports Clips changes this they will remain at 1 star.

Ask for Amanda shes the best hair stylist Ive ever had. Great conversation and a genuine person, all around good spot. Its worth a trip if youre looking for a regular.

****UPDATE****3/23/21....The store manager, Mindy, was quick to reach out to me and help remedy my experience. She took the time to understand my perspective and listened to my concerns. While my initial haircut left me with an uneven haircut, Mindy did a fantastic job fixing it, which I did not think would be possible without going extremely short - so I was pleasantly surprised. Given the effort to make things right and Mindys skills, I can honestly say this did change my mind about coming back. A good mens fade is valuable, and Mindy knocked it out of the park. Thank you!**********************************3/20/21....I have been going to Sports Clips consistently for the last 6+ years. While I mainly go to the Birkdale location in Huntersville and am happy with the customer service and cuts there, I decided to try out the Concord location because it was convenient for the errands I had to run that day. I figured Id generally receive a similar experience and quality level of cut as Birkdale, but it couldnt be further from the truth. When I arrived, no one addressed me, and they had me wait 20min while one lady sat in the back. The other lady cutting hair didnt welcome me, didnt tell the lady sitting in back, and didnt respond to me when I asked a question. The lady sitting in back eventually came up and said, oh, youre here. She then proceeded to cut my hair and literally gave me one of the worst haircuts Ive ever had.Both her and the other lady cutting hair made it very well known they didnt want to be there any longer that day (at 3pm), and she could care less about my hair. When I tried to explain what I saw was wrong, you could tell she was annoyed, and then took the buzzer up my head and said better?. No it was not. However, at this point I was scared she would start hacking away carelessly some more, so I agreed it was better so that things wouldnt get worse. Just ridiculous!The lady also talked about how she used to work at Great Clips.... By the end, yea, I could tell. I highly recommend to stay away from here. Youll be thankful you did.

Had a free coupon from the Harrisburg location couldnt make it there so told them if I could use it here. She said yes. The wait time was like no longer than 10 min. Lizzy had provided outstanding service.

Lauren is great. As someone who travels with my job I’m rarely home to get a cut from my hometown barber. One of the few sports clips i have stopped in (visited several in multiple states) and actually got the cut I wanted. Lauren was attentive and a pleasure to talk with. When here request her, you won’t regret it.

SLOW! I decided to pop-in for a quick haircut while I waited for a table at Famous Toastry. There were two hair stylists on staff, but after waiting over 35 min for them to finish up with the SAME two clients, I decided to walk. I understand the need for good customer service, but when there is a backlog of customers waiting. the friendly chit chat needs to be limited.

Great place to take my bi-racial son with curly hair! I was very hesitant to take him anywhere ... tried this location and loved it. Tae- Heart of a Champion is amazing! I showed her a picture and she made it happen :) . thank you for doing a great job!

Called just as they were closing, and they let me come in. Did a very nice job of cutting my hair. I got the MVP and she did a great job. Love going to sport clips. The only thing I would add would be if they did pedicures as well they could do them while washing your hair. Messaging your head and feet that would be fantastic!!

We took our one year old to see Rachel for his very first haircut and she did an AMAZING job! Her calm demeanor helped keep our little man calm and happy while she cut his hair. The end result was amazing! I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I came in first thing n the morning on Saturday. Brianna took care of me. The hair cut looks great and the other divides like the shampoo and got towel we very relaxing. It was not just a quick wash and dry, Briannas hair massage was excellent. Although I spent more than i usually do for a cut and wash, I do feel it was worth it.

So just went here and walked in and 1 other person was waiting and no one was in the store. We waited for 4 or 5 minutes then the back door opened and a girl looked in with a cigarette in her hand then shut the door. After several minutes we both got up and left, we both went across the street to GREAT CLIPS and had wonderful service. Apparently the owners are never at this store., I hope they go out of business.

See “Mandee.” Listen- if you want experience, and intentional service, request her. No joke she actually loves what she does, she takes pride in it. I don’t know her personally, but she gave suggestions, executed quickly, and was efficient but courteous. Authentic person. If you’re looking for a flirty and slightly good woman to cut you’re hair, this woman’s not it. If you’re looking for precision and genuine conversation, and intentional efficiency, well this is the person you want. Wait for her if you have to, it’s worth the quality.

Was hesitant to give a 5 star instead of a 4. Ive always had a excellent experience except for one time one of the ladies messed my hair up. I dont believe shes there anymore its been several months so they definitely deserve a 5 star without her

The Hair Stylists are all professional and courteous. The service has always been good. It took me a while but I finally found the right barber shop for me in Charlotte.

I feel bad writing this, but I also liked my curly locks that had to get cut off due to the stylist not able or used to working longer hair. She was a real pleasure to talk to, but had no idea what she was dealing with. She maimed my head for nearly 45 minutes before others stepped in to explain that she had screwed up (but they were much nicer about it). Its hair, I get it, and itll grow back, but at the age of 46 that growth isnt as rapid as it once was.

If you are looking to get a cookie cutter haircut this is the place for you. I show my hairstylist a picture of what I wanted, long on top short on the sides. To make it short my top was shorter than an inch since she didnt know how to do it.

Bad, overpriced haircut. Went to a real barber and they were surprised by the negligence. Will take a while for hair to grow back in to be cut correctly.The place is a gimmick in general. Not nearly worth it.

Wait wasnt bad, she rushed through my cut, I had to remind her twice of what I wanted, didnt let me see anything, nor was the hot towel administered. Steer clear of the pregnant chick

If you go ask for Patti, she does an excellent job. Whatever you do don’t let Mellissa cut your hair. Probably the worst cut I’ve ever had, she spent no time on it or trying to get it right. I went back in to get the one sideburn she left on cut off and then she cut it to a different length. Instead of going back in to get it fixed again I figured I’d just cut my losses and wait till Patti is back.

Always pretty quick to get you in, can be a wait on the weekends. Staff is polite and the ambience is the typical sports tradition with TVs all over.
