Really good service in clean facility with a great price point

The place is clean and nice and they do a good job and the staff is nice i guess but i would give negative stars if i could. i paid $70 for basic nails and some fell of after 2 days. thinking i just hit them on accident i went back to fix them i paid a extra $10 and after that they continued to fall off and i had to glue them back myself. Also my nails were different sizes and shapes It just isn’t worth it, save your money and time.

Ive been going there for 8 years Ive never made an appointment Ive always just walked in I walked in one morning I was the first one there. no one else had even come yet and they made me wait. they said that they had appointments. that was very disrespectful their policies not that you have to make an appointment, So I was the first one there and they made me wait an hour before I got my nails done very disappointed in them very disappointed

STAY AWAY! KATHY THE OWNER IS SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE WILL BE THE REASON HER OWN BUSINESS FAILS. I have been coming here every 2 weeks for the past 1.5 yrs for my nails. I SENT MULTIPLE CLIENTS TO HER BUSINESS. One day, I asked my stylist whose best for eyebrows and she said Kathy. When I asked Kathy to clean my eyebrows she caught an attitude with the stylist & said asked why did she say that. I was taken back by that. Today I called in advance to ask to speak to Kathy so that I can make an appointment to do my eyebrows. She spoke in 3rd person and said Kathy is in and out she doesnt take appointments. I recognized her voice and said arent I talking to Kathy? She immediately said yes but I have customers already and if you want me to touch you I CHARGE ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS WHO SEE ME EXTRA I said No problem, how much extra? She then told me that a $7 eyebrow cleanup with her will turn into $15!!!!! ARE HER HANDS MADE OF GOLD?! She treats her Hispanic workers cruel and acts as if shes better than everyone else.

The owner and staff are so nice. It is a pleasure to spend time here getting pampered. Great pedicures with massage and gel manis that last for weeks. Very clean

My first time here the service was excellent and I thought Id found my regular salon. I was even ready to create a standing regular appointments as I was looking for a place in the neighborhood to cultivate my nails for my wedding next year. Good thing I cane a second time! The service was horrible and the nail tech were careless with my gel manicure and cuticles. I returned the next day to get them repaired and the nail tech literally laughed in my face and talked to me like I was an idiot. It was only after I asked if she was willing for me to walk out with my nails looking like this and realizing that they had a pedicurist do my gel manicure that they offered to fix it. They even tried to get me to come back later as if I would ever come back.

I am very disappointed with the service. Kathy, the owner, I thought was an attentive person but I soon realized that her interest is on the money. My first time doing a manicure was with Suzy, recommended by my daughter, but Suzy is sweet but doesnt know how to do good gel fill in, within two days one nail broke so I went back to fix it and they did free of charge. I spoke to Kathy and said that I would like her to do my nails from now on, she agreed. I went back and I first did my pedicure and then Kathy should be the one attending to my nails but instead she took another client while I was doing my pedicure. When I finished she told me that Tammy would start my nails and then she would finish it. Instead of that happening she spoke to Tammy in Korean and must have told her to continue with me. I didnt say anything because I wanted to give Tammy a chance because Kathy wasnt showing any interest in doing my nails, Tammy completed my manicure and fixed a broken nail the following day that same nail she supposedly fixed broke again . Ive never been to a nail place that Ive had to return to fix a nail so many times. No love so no money from me!

If I could give 0 stars I would..STAY AWAY. Many things wrong with this place.... 1. 70$ for only just a new set and my nails broke TWO days later. 2. Nail tech had an ATTITUDE. 3. I get my nails stiletto shape & she gave me almond every time I asked for her to file them more she had an attitude 🥴

My daughter, (age 23), is a very picky, actually OCD about her nails, she was traveling from Teaneck to Carteret for 7 months after we moved from Carteret to Teaneck in Nov. 2016, because she was nervous about someone else doing her nails. But she went here and I was with her and the place is clean, staff very friendly and most of all, my daughter was very happy and goes back often.

Not the best service then owner expects you to tip the staff!!...who does that!
