Worst gel refill I’ve ever gotten. Gel pedicure was great, by a woman. BUT the man that did the refill on my hands did not care. My nails are uneven, different styles, bumpy, and he neglected my cuticles as well. Never returning again.

Will never go here ever again. I got the dip powder and a pedicure here because I was trying to find a new salon. The sanitation at this place is minimal at best. My friend who was with me at the salon saw the man who did my nails take the dividers used on my feet and put them right back on the cart where all the tool for the pedicure was. Now, I have an infected finger and toe nail. Not to mention my nails did not even last 1 week I had to get them redone and my pedicure, which usually does not chip for close to 3 weeks chipped in 3 days. Stay away from this place.

I went there with my friend to get my nails done before my vacation. I decided to get acrylic tips full set almond shaped. The male tech charged me $5 extra because of the almond shape, which he did not shape properly. As seen by the photos. I told him to make it thin and he made them thick and bumpy. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the technician that did my friend did a good job. And their pedicures suck. Pretty much a foot wash and a good polish job.

Ive been coming here on and off since 2013. Ive never had a bad experience. Theyre always pleasant, and one time I broke a nail a day later and they replaced it for free! Just got a full set almost 2 weeks ago and they still look really good!

I first started going to this place when I was in high school. That was over 10 years ago and I loved the way that Tina did my eyebrows. I stopped going because I moved and when I came back I decided to continue with getting my nails eyebrows and eyelashes done. To make a Long story short I’ve known about perfect mail for a very long time now. Do not waste your money here Tina and her husband are rude. They will not acknowledge the appointments that you make with them they will take people who come ahead of them in an attempt to make more money. The last time Tina did my eyelashes she made them entirely too thick literally ridiculous looking and refused to fix them. The last time I got my nails done they’re three of them broke which hasn’t happened to me in years. It’s not worth your time or your money. I would suggest going to fine touch nail which is Right up the street. You will get much better service. And you will get much better quality. I’ll never spend money with Perfect nail Again!

I’m still trying to figure out why anyone has anything negative to say about this place. I’ve been seeing Tina since June and I have no real concerns. I always get the temperature changing polish. I’ve never had a polish chip and she gets me in and out. Also Jeanette does a good job with pedicures, when I ask her to just file she doesn’t make them look like nubs. I couldn’t imagine going to a different salon

Have you ever paid for a pedicure and wonder WTF happened? They are so quick to finish the job and get you out the door. Dont waste your money.

This is the worst place ever. Been a customer for years and now they think you need them. Found a much better place with friendly workers not arrogant employees like Tina or Jeanette. Don’t waste you money or time at this place!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!Ive been here twice so far, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Its nice to have a fantastic nail salon this close to my home.Ive received a manicure and pedicure here and have been very pleased with each visit. The staff is super friendly, and the space is extremely clean. Love the modern design details - they gave great thought to the colors, furniture, lighting and music playing that overall creates a very relaxing oasis.The customer service is just so great and they go out of their way to get you in and out on time. The prices are really reasonable as well so I definitely will be going back for sure!

Got my nails done by a gentleman. He was quick and friendly. Very affordable price and service is good. Got gel manicure that lasted two weeks.

I would have preferred to give this rating zero stars but that is not an available option. To start, this place is UNPROFESSIONAL, they do a terrible job, the gel paint chips the following day, and they do not honor appointments, nor do they properly clean or sanitize the work stations. IN my last and final visit I informed the owner that she should not be in business nor does she deserve to have any customers. I was told to come in that evening the previous day when i scheduled the appointment, i left work early and arrived a half hour before closing, i was told they were closed when the door was open and it was still 1/2hour to closing, the rude owner who could barely speak English refused to fix my ONE nail, and told me i was too late, even though i had an appointment, she yelled and used horrific language. again it was the following day after having my nails done already one nail had chipped. I left and will never go back to that dirty unprofessional place. I should have realized there is a reason why it is always empty, and everywhere else on the street is busy.

They are terrible never again would I go there or recommend any friends or family. I got my nails done today and when I was finished I did not like the outcome he cursed me out and told me not to come back took all the nails off and left my nails a disaster. Then had the nerve to talk about me in their language. NEVER AGAIN

Omg at first I was so happy going to the place and doing my nails with Tina but when I went to do my nail fillings I have a fungus....Never again I will go back

They need to clean up the shop. Too much dust. They are not customer friendly. They choose who they serve and communicate only with each other in their language. Jimmy lied, he told me one thing on the phone and when I got there he said another. They are pretentious. I dont think they even deserve one star. They are a rip off charging $5 more for everything. Only if they could do a good job . I am not going back there. There is better in Hackensack so dont go ther unless you want to feel insulted.

I should have read the reviews. The lady was kind. However, She rushed with my pedicure and manicure. During my pedicure I noticed my nails were not symmetrical. During my manicure, I noticed there were bubbles after she polished, and jagged edges. I tried to point them out to her and explain my nail color was bubbling. She blamed it on the cold weather. I asked her to fix it up. She said more nail polish would fix it up. I chose peace over being right and walked away with my jagged edge, bubbly nails. Knowing I will never use this salon again.

Favorite place to get my nails done in Hackenssck. Also, in and out. Friday and Saturdays are always crowded.....during the week is the best

Hackensack Perfect Nail Salon on 238 Main Street is under new management by November 2018. Same employees as of now and nail salon is still up and running the same time. Renovation will be done to the shop and Grand opening will be announce later in December. Thank you

The experience was terrible!! I went to this salon because my nail salon was packed. I went into their salon and they only had one customer but now I understand why they lack customers. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. The woman was rude to me when she sat me down in the chair. She used filthy flip flops to put on my feet. These were not disposable flip flops which she didn’t even clean/disinfect. When I sat in the chair for my gel manicure the person was very rude. I would put my hand out and she would yell at me because my fingers were not relaxed enough and hiss her teeth. When I came to the end of this horrible service they got upset because I was using my debit card. They told me I can’t use it because they turned the machine off already for the closing of the day so I should go get cash. Unbelievable!! They did not give me this information prior to the service and want to be cheap because they don’t want to be charged for using the machine but I should get charged an extra fee for taking it out of the ATM . After I complained they turned the machine on which took only 3 seconds to function. Then, I paid her $5.00 tip which I should never have gave her because she was horrible, and she and her coworkers started getting upset because they felt the tip wasn’t enough!!! Last but not least, the next day my “gel” manicure already peeled off 5 of my nails which never happens at my other salon within less than 24 hrs. I had to get everything done over at my nail salon and they saw that they were not using the official quality gel product because it was extremely thin layers like regular nail polish. Don’t ever go there because it is dirty in their environment, they don’t give massages to your feet during pedicure, they are rude, nasty, don’t disinfect and should be reported to the board for investigation for the standard practice for cleaning their salon and the equipment.

I have been a loyal customer here for over 15 years. They keep this place clean and they change their pedicure equipment/massage spa chairs every five years.

Horrible service, I gave them a second shot to see if they would redeemed their self and it was an even worse experience, they’re only good mani and pedi lady Janeth left from there and I finally found her, she and her sister opened a salon called J&s diva salon in little ferry, they’re great there. This people have no sense of good costumer service whatsoever, every time I went an upset costumer walked out . Don’t understand how they’re even still opened. Disgusting in every way of customer service. I usually never write bad review I write good ones because everyone else writes bad reviews, but these people deserve to be aired out. DONT GO THERE, there’s like 2 other nail salons in pleasent a hundred times better than them

In tiwn for my brothers funeral. Tony was great! They dont offer the dip powder service im use to getting, but was able to give me the gel nail as an alternative. Service was fast and he was friendly. Thanks again Tony and also for offering me your condolences. Yes, I would come again.

Terrible service, I did a gel manicure and a piece of hair was stuck dry on my polish, I asked the owner if she could fix it and she told me straight up no, I never heard of such a thing, now I have to look at this hair for the next two weeks. Ridiculous. I definately would NOT recommend this place.

This is one of the worst nail places ever. The workers are rude and very disrespectful. They choose who they service. They do not understand English, they want you to only pay in cash refuses to accept debit or credit card on weekends ( seems like a tax scam ) always the same excuse machine not working. But during the week it works. They are more interested in watching television. But most importantly they are nasty, rude and disrespectful people. Would not reccomend. Waiting to do my feet, and they all have to take lunch at the same time or go to the store., mind you it is about 10.30 Saturday morning. These people need to understand that customers have options. They are not the only nail shop. Do not go there ever. They need to be shut down for discrimination and pure racism that they exhibit. Especially the two ladies that sit up front the owner(tina) with the three children and her employee. The older lady They are horrible individuals. They dont even deserve a star.

They did a good job with my nails but they were so rude and they didnt ask if I wanted a design. She made me bleed. She didnt let me get the color i wanted. And I honestly hated it but the guy was kinda nice and funny

I am a regular and I like them however last time there the guy rushed through my service because they were closing soon and before a week my gel polish was chipping. They re-did the couple of nails but it was inconvenient for me.

Only put one star because I couldnt rate it 0 stars... anyways, do not expect to go in there and get things done your way. Whenever Id go in, Id never get what I wanted... they insisted on always doing things their way. June of 2017, I got my nails done.. they were fine I was satisfied. Moving on, the following week I get the filled in, new color etc. I got white gel acrylic tips and within like 4 days my nail polish turned purple... they looked dirty and disgusting! So out of embarrassment I painted over my GEL nail polish with regular nail polish to cover it up. GIRLS I KNOW YOU GET ME WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO HAVING BAD NAILS... ITS EMBARRASSING. The next day I go in and I decided this time I want to take off my tips and just gel my actual nail, (at this point my actual nails were long enough to look good with a mani done)... The owner spent the whole time yelling at me because I had regular nail polish over the gel and grabbing my hand in a very rough manner. After she got all of the nail polish done and got to the nail tips itself, she just started painting it blue. After I told her I didnt want tips anymore I wanted them off. (They looked good but I wanted my own nails back). It irritated me more because she basically rushed through me and just called next. In the end while I paying and signing my receipt, I tipped her $10.. I think that was a pretty good tip?? She didnt think that. She literally pointed at the $10 written on the paper and said $10? in the loudest and rudest manner. The following week I go and I get a guy, I tell him I want to take off my nails and get my nails done. He insisted on just filling my nails in! After he took off the nail polish, he tried to only take off two nails and replace them... after he realized that ALL of my nails were old and had been on for a while he decided to take off them off. Like why couldnt you listen the first time instead of making life difficult? Anyways, after they were off he pull out the tips and glue to glue some back on and I pulled my hands away and said no. I do not want tips. I do not want tips. He said okay then started talking his language to the other ladies. Within like 3 mins, all of them stopped by the both of us just too look at my nails. It was an aggravating feeling knowing people are talking about you and theyre doing it so you dont understand. After that he kept complaining about how thin my actual nails were and I told him yes I know, cut them short, put gel thats it. My nails will grow their strength sooner or later but they wont if you put acrylic over it. DISREGARDING EVERYTHING I JUST SAID, he takes out the acrylic powder and liquid. He does my pinky and shows me how much better it looks with the acrylic. I said ok, I know. I do not want anything else on my nails besides gel. Again disregarding everything I was saying, he continues. I let him be because I just wanted to get out of there. In the end, it was the most disgusting set of nails I ever had. They looked so short and stubby... just a horrible job. After all of that mess, I went to another salon. The ladies there truly care about how well they service you and take their time with you. So I recommend New Lux Nails in Closter, NJ. I promise you it is worth it. Plus the massages are better while youre getting your mani and or pedi done!

Terrible place. On two separate occasions I had a full set done here and one of my nails broke within 3 days. When I went back they were rude and charged $3 to fix the nail -- After making me wait 45 minutes. Will never go back.

This place is definitely not recommendable! I hope Google doesA good English translation so that everyone can understand!Dirty and unprofessional, ... The colors dont match, you ask for a refill and then they charge you twice more because she decides to take off your old nails without warning that you will pay very dearly for it!In the end my nails are crooked and one lacks a little color at the tip but the lady decides that there is no need to fix it because you cant see it anyway .... wellhhhh you wont see me anymore either! This was the second chance I gave them since they did the exact same thing to my daughter too .... dont waste your money ... there are better places nearby than this .... not to mention the cut that he left onMy finger !!
