If I wasn’t moving out of state, I would definitely come back here. There was a knot that I couldn’t get out of my hair, and I felt a little embarrassed. The stylist was really nice about it, and she made me feel like it was no big deal. Plus, the hairbrush that she recommended was something that I’ve never thought of trying, and it’s done wonders for my scalp! Overall, a great experience and a quality haircut

So, was there and witnessed this stylist roll her eyes when the older lady couldn’t tilt her head back far enough for a wash. As it was, the poor woman was soaked as a result and was very easy going about it. The client was jovial and smiling so it really irked me to see the eye roll. Not professional and just plain mean. Won’t be coming back. If this stylist does this and it’s okay, who else there acts like this?? Prices are too high to be disrespectful. Going to go elsewhere going forward.

I recently came back to Salon Bliss after a couple of years only to be disappointed. I had a massage and facial of which I found the technicians to be fantastic but my overall experience was very uncomfortable and disappointing. No longer is there a waiting room to chill out prior and in between my two appointments. Instead, I was given a robe that did not fit my 3x body size. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable to have on and to be seen in while I waited between appointments in a hallway with no privacy on a bench that was too big for the hallway for someone to sit on and wait for the next appointment. I could see the staff and male workers through the clear glass doors of which I was offered a bench in a tight walkway. No longer would I consider this place a spa... it felt like a store that provides services just because they have to.... and not a place to unwind, relax and experience the pampering of a TRUE spa.

I started going here about a year ago and never had a bad experience up until a few months ago. I got a really bad balayage here and had to call back about my disappointment. Judy was super kind, understanding, and helped me get in a new appointment to fix everything up. I got an appointment with Nini (who is amazing at balayage!) and she did exactly what I asked for, the color and cut was spot on. I feel great every time I walk out the door 😄

I recently had my hair balayaged and cut at this salon. I absolutely loved my experience here. The front desk are friendly, efficient, and professional. I had Lexie do my hair and I can’t rave enough about her. She listened to what I wanted done and was on board with what I wanted. She did an amazing job, far exceeded my expectations. During my time there Lexie had a student observing her which made me more appreciative of this business because it shows they care about further education for their employees and nurturing the growth of others. I can’t wait to go back!

Kerry is absolutely wonderful; she’s the only person I trust to wax my eyebrows and perform hydra facials. She has given me such great recommendations on products for my skin - and it’s never looked better! I’ve also gotten my nails done a few times and Salon Bliss services are my most requested (and received) Mother’s Day/birthday/Christmas gifts! I’ve been a long time client and will continue to do so.

I made an appointment for my granddaughter, who was coming in from out of town, for a color and cut. Her appointment was for 2:00pm on a Friday. I received a message stating the stylist was running a little late and her appointment was backed up by 15 minutes for the coloring and cut. When my granddaughter arrived she was told she was booked for a 30 minute cut and that was all. I have the message stating color and cut. She was then told she couldn’t get the coloring done because she needed a color correction, yeah right! She was going from blonde to brown. Bottom line, stylist didn’t want to take care of her and couldn’t even be found when I was paying the bill and giving the tip. I actually left her 20.00 for this poor service. It should’ve been 20 cents. Never again.

I started going gray in high school and it’s been a struggle my entire adult life. Especially as a dark haired brunette. I had the idea of dying my entire hair a very light level 10 blond but wanted it to look cool and trendy. I’m in my forties and didn’t want to come across as looking old and gray. I had been told by other stylists at other salons it would be bad idea. That it would make me look old and ruin my hair.From my first call at Salon Bliss I was treated so well!! After speaking with the receptionist I selected Lexi for a consultation. I had been box dying my hair a chocolate cherry color myself for some time. When I told her I wanted a level 10 blond all over... she didn’t bat an eye but embraced the idea! Our first appointment was over six hours and she is amazing!! She knows hair! And after a few sessions I have the most amazing hair of my life. So healthy, soft and shiny with the perfect color. Going from dreading my hair to loving it is such an amazing feeling. I’ve also never gotten so many compliments. Ever in! People tell me it makes me look younger and for the first time I actually wish I would go grayer faster.Lexi at Salon Bliss is caring, attentive and her knowledge and work ethic is outstanding. Alma (who does shampoo and massages) is so sweet as well.I’ve never done a review like this for anyone before but Lexie works so hard and is truly a dream maker. I had a pedicure, eyebrow wax, hair color, shampoo and style recently, and all of my services were exceptional. Everyone was pleasant, efficient, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend trying out any of the services here. I had earned points from previous visits, and used them to get 20% off all of my services and purchases for the day.

Sadie is great. My first time seeing her, I took in a random pic from Pinterest and asked her to give me the color dimensions and she matched it PERFECTLY. Just went back a few months after and asked for just a golden blonde tone and a cute cut and she nailed it. I’m usually unsatisfied with my hair as I always have something very specific in mind and I rarely communicate that well enough, but Sadie knows how to read between the lines and get to what I’m looking for. Highly recommend.

This Place is amazing! I took my husband here for our 19th year Anniversary and the staff and services were AWESOME! I cant wait to go back.

I payed $200 and gave a very decent tip for my hair to look EXACTLY the same as before I got it done. I specifically told the person doing my hair that I wanted my roots to match the rest of my hair. After 3 1/2 hours in there, she did apply something for smooth hair, which she didn’t tell me AND charged me without telling me. I would not have payed $200 if the job had been done correctly. I’ve been coming to this salon for years and I can tell you I will never be coming here again.

I’ve been seeing Tarin for years and she’s the best stylist I’ve been to. Always gives me exactly what I want and my hair always looks so shiny and healthy when I leave her chair. I’ve had some nightmare hair experiences with other salons and stylists, but I’m never disappointed with Tarin. I can’t recommend her enough!

Salon Bliss gave access to an excellent service given by Megan the masseuse. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I have had some physical health issues and she has done wonders for my back and neck since I have been seeing her.

I got a no chip manicure and after two days the nail polish was coming off and the white nail polish turned black. They offered to do the same color because they didn’t have time for a color change.

Giving one star because I my haircut was just okay. My stylist was, on a professional level, terrible. She repeatedly complained that I was making her late for her next appointment despite the fact that SHE pushed a lengthy conditioning treatment that I agreed to (an extra $25). She belittled her coworkers. She made weird, uncomfortable comments about the community. She made me feel terrible throughout the entire service. I spent my 45 minutes in the chair in tears. This was the worst hair care service I’ve ever received and I spent over 100 dollars for it. I would urge anyone considering this place for the first time, especially young or BIPOC women, to AVOID.

I get my facials at this salon at least once a month. I love the atmosphere of this salon, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend going to this place if you are looking for improvement with your skin. The treatment truly works

Ondrea at Salon Bliss always does an amazing job! Whether just a hair cut, color, brow wax or lashes (I have yet to try). I always walk out feeling a million times better than when I walked in. And always get complements!

Super nice!! They do a great job! My daughters have had different stylists and they have all treated them with respect and kindness. Definitely worth the money. They offer a variety of services. The teen facial is great for my oldest daughter to help clear up her skin.

My experience went well. Clients are to wear a mask n also have our temperature read. I had a facial done. The technician was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is to have clients wash their hands before the services.

Got my haircut by a wonderful stylist, here for the first time. (I didnt catch here name unfortunately, and her picture wasnt in the stylists section). They were able to get me in as a walk in. Im really uncomfortable going to salons and she made me feel as relaxed as I could be. She was really sweet and I love my haircut.The Covid precautions are great. And I absolutely appreciated the level of diligence from the salon.I knocked off a star, and probably would have a lot more if it werent for my stylist, because the estitician who did my eyebrows and lips was pretty careless. I would have honestly rather had not gotten it done at all. Ive had my eyebrows waxed... a lot and my skin has never been more irritated. 2 days later, its still super red and blotchy, swollen and itchy. Kinda unfortunate.However, my overall experience was pretty good. I would highly recommend the salon, but not any hair removal service.UPDATE: I never received a call like they had initially replied.

Explained everything to me as she was moving along...Dre was super helpful with the style I was looking for and very nice to work with.The staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend Salon Bliss as your one and only beauty care salon... My hair did not turn out like the picture I used as a reference. Paid $500 for botched color. The stylist was trying her best to correct it but it kept getting worse. $500 is a lot of money and I look worse then when I went in and my hair is falling out from being over processed. I was shocked when they told me how much I would be paying. It did take a lot of her time but the end result was horrific. Shouldnt have been charged/ offered it to be fixed for free.

Havent been here in a few years, my daughter goes here, thought Id come back to refreshen myself up a little after all this quarantine. When I called and made my appointment, the lady asked who was my stylist, told her I havent been there in a while so I dont have one, but I specifically asked to please put me with someone who knows what theyre doing that are experience with layered haircuts and highlights because I have long natural hair and I dont want to mess it up. Appointment was for partial highlights and a layer haircut and was set with Jordan. Well, neither was successful. Nice girl but doesnt take directions very well, I asked for the layers to be shorter on top and longer at the back so i can keep some length but have body on the top, she kept challenging my decision, says the highlight would look choppy if I did that but the highlights came out choppy to begin with, I dont think she knew how to execute the haircut I was asking for, didnt really have any layers all were long layers and all uneven and choppy looking, I asked her to make the layers shorter and again she didnt really take much of anything off, the haircut and highlights look awful. I had already been there for 2 hours and the salon was already closing, I became frustrated and just didnt even want to deal with it anymore, I had to go already, had plans and everyone was pretty much gone and the partial highlights all went to the back underneath and basically on the tips only is probably why she didnt want to cut my layers shorter. Smh.... very disappointed, it took me over a week to get over it. Will probably never return again, was looking for a pick me up after all the pandemic and this didnt help one bit.

I keep trying to give this place a chance because the hair stylists do a great job but once again the front desk ruined it for me. You call and its a cluster. You come in and appointments are meaningless.. waiting 40 min during covid with a mask! And asked to wait outside in the heat. I work in service and the service recovery here is lacking. I came today to give my daughters their FIRST salon experience and one daughter cried having to wait 40 min. The desk kept saying sorry we have no control. I bet their business would be booming more if they get their front desk in order.
