I came in because my feet were looking CRUSTY!!!! Im talking ROUGH from years of hiking! It was quick and easy to make an appointment and I was immediately attended to once I arrived. Jocelyn REVIVED my feet. They hadnt been this smooth since I first saw the light of a hospital room. Overall experience was relaxing and great!

Helena gave me the most amazing hydrafacial today. She explained all the products and procedures she was about to do so I felt comfortable. I get monthly facials, and this was by far the most relaxing facial I have ever received. She was extremely knowledgeable on what she was using and explained why she recommended it. She was gentle and thorough. I could tell she was experienced and confident in what she was doing. I booked another!

I had been going to Helena the past two years for eyelash extensions. Initially I was happy with the results. About 3 months ago I started noticing the lashes looking less than ideal. They fell out easily, faced different directions, and hung low into my line of vision.I expressed my concerns, maybe the lashes were too long, and nothing improved. The last lash fill lasted maybe one week. When I called the salon I was scheduled for a partial fill to which I was charged. It was disheartening, I don’t mind paying for my lashes, but when they don’t last and the quality has diminished, I find myself looking elsewhere for my extensions. Hopefully my natural lashes haven’t suffered damage due to the quality I have been receiving.

Ester is phenomenal at her craft!! She made my hair look so beautiful to perfection!! She has amazing skills, and is very eloquent and professional! Very sweet professional stylist! Thank You Ester!The front desk people could show my energy tho! Other wise great hairstylist!

Ive been to Octagon three times now, once for a haricut for myself, once for a bayalage color, and I took my daughter here for a haricut. All three times we saw Melissa and all three times were a fantastic experience. Not only is she a skilled stylist, she is sweet and friendly and made us feel pampered and special. I have never had a stylist who did exactly what I asked her to and had such a wonderful personality. I will recommend her to anyone I meet! Thanks Melissa!

So, I just got my hair done today. I asked for an ashy brown color and the girl I had (I believe) was Sabrina. She did okay! She was very kind, & colored it nicely. Some of the top pieces near the roots look a TAD brassy but overall the color is nice. However I had a problem with how she blew out my hair. She kinda rushed through it and some parts of my hair were damp... Therefore It was extremely heavy and frizzy because she put a lot of product as well. I could barely run my hands through it. Thankfully I got home and my twin sis fixed it very nicely for me! (She’s awesome at blow drying my curly hair lol) It looked bouncier and just overall nicer. This could have been a lack of communication on my part of exactly how I wanted my hair to be blow dried, but no one wants to look frizzy and fluffy after spending what I spent here :/ so overall 3 out of 5 just because I liked her and the color job was good.

Always the highlight of my month when I visit. Everyone is very friendly. And Emilee does an amazing job at cuts and color. I request her all the time.

Stopped in last week to see Nicci, who I hadnt seen in a few years. She again, fixed a bad haircut- not only fixed but perfected. Left feeling so much better. If you struggle with how your hair lays, styled or not- go see her!!You will be very happy at her knowledge.

I have been going to the Octagon for years. During that time I have experience numerous services and staff. Lauren does my nails and is very good at what she does. I have also had facials, waxing and massages, which were all done with professionalism. They have taken precautions to protect their customers as well as the staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend the Octagon.

If you ever get your hair done here, I recommend you don’t let then put a ring light on your head with foils in. I repeat do NOT let them use a ring light especially for bleaching hair. Such a high end salon for not such a great job. The lady burnt my hair tremendously as well as filling the bowls more than four times to over charge me when my hair isn’t even that long.

NuFree wax is the best! Helena has been performing my wax services for several years. She is professional and has become part of my extended family. Everyone at Octagon is friendly and caring.

Corri is my go to for a facial. She is personable, welcoming, greets you with a smile every time, and makes you feel comfortable. I have been switching between the 60 and 90 minute facials for the last few months. My skin is doing much better! I was blessed with dry and combination skin. Getting my facials has really helped and the dermasound gets all the yuck out! Love it here!

Natalie is awesome! Been going to her for 7 years (hard to believe). I just got tape in extensions and she did an amazing job. They look and feel so natural. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It was a couple of years ago but it was just a horrible experience. My husband got me a gift card for this place for our anniversary and I was sooooo excited I made an appointment to get a mani and pedi only to be completely disappointed at how snobby careless and rud the tech was. When I got home and he asked me how it was I lied to my husband and told him I love it because I knew he really wanted me to enjoy myself and didnt want him to feel bad for sending me to a horrible place like this a place thats prejudice and make minorities feel unwanted. Im not sure if that lady still works for octagon but I have heard similar stories from other friends and not much has changed. I would never recommend this place to anyone EVER!

Me and my friend got an eyelash perm. Everything seemed fine, took about an hour and a half. The girl doing it was very nice but the results looked exactly the same. It wasn’t worth my money. They service is good but i was very disappointed, it was like throwing my money away. Seriously I do not recommend.

I have been going to Octagon for many years and would normally highly recommend all stylists. I saw Emilee for a new hairstyle and I had a picture. I realize a picture is just an indication and will not run out exact. It did not remotely look like the pictur that had long swooping bangs. It was cut more like a pixie

So friendly and welcoming. I had my first professional cut and didnt know exactly what to do. Pamela made time for my sister and I, and recommended alot of different cuts she thought would be appropriate. She is so friendly and warm spirited, felt like family. In the end, she completely transformed my hair and I feel like a new woman! She has it looking so healthy and fresh, looks like a cut from a magazine! She did my sisters hair following mine, and my sisters hair looks amazing as well! Extremely satisfied! Highly recommended!!!

Usually I do my own hair but didn’t feel like it . HUGE MISTAKE!!!! spent 8 hours at this salon 600$ later and I hated my hair !!!! Beware of receptionist booking you with newer stylists .Girl was friendly but her work was definitely not worth 600$ !!!Felt like she purposely took forever since she probably didn’t have much bookings for her week and made her commission for that week off of wasting my damn time . Not the way to do it !!!!

My cousin went in to get her hair dyed. It was completely uneven and not to mention they overcharged her. The lady was so unprofessional. She didnt do anything to her to keep it from damaging from the bleach she applied on her. Worst place to get your hair done. Talk about how unfair it is.

Ive been going to Octagon for a little over a year now (and bringing my mom there as well) and we cant say enough good things about it!! Janelle runs a tight ship and it shows... the girls couldnt be friendlier and all have amazing skills. Corri is a magician! Ive loved the way she does my eyebrows, and last night finally got up the courage to ask about products to help with some dark spots on my face. After just using the products last night and this morning, I am already seeing results! Our regular hair stylist moved on, but my mom saw Jai for the first time last night and received the best cut she has had ever! She couldnt stop raving about Jais skills, warm personality, and the detailed instructions she gave for at-home styling. I cannot wait to have her work her magic on my color next week! I only wish we would have tried Octagon a loooong time ago!

Jennifer is amazing! She fixed a color issue two other salons hadn’t been able to. She’s super up to date on all the latest and highly skilled.

Corri does an excellent job with my eyebrow tint - looks so natural.Kathleen does a wonderful job with my pedicure. Since I have neuropathy in my feet, she has to watch out for certain areas that are painful - she remembers this each time I come in.

Hair cut appointment was canceled by prior to calling octagon, they were great at accommodating a last minute request and hair cut was great.

This is my go to salon. I have facials with Helena, massages with Dawn, and pedicures and hair with Pamela. Each of them is extremely talented and enjoyable to be with. I look forward to all of my appointments and feel great when I leave Octagon. I would recommend each of them highly!

The massages are really good. Ive had all three of the therapists and theyre excellent, even the new woman, Jasmine. Ive had massages at other places and in other countries and I think Octagon is really good.

It was my first time getting my hair colored and I was hesitant and nervous especially because I went to other salons and every stylist had told me they couldn’t do what I wanted. After speaking with Pamela, she was confident and willing to do my hair. I am so glad I went with her as she met my expectations. It can be a little pricey but wouldn’t trust anyone else!

I just got off a plane and needed a rushed same day trim for an event. Octagon was just perfect for that! Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Pamela washed and trimmed up my hair in under an hour! She was very knowledgeable and took her time paying attention to details. I have been a customer of Natalies for close to four years and I have never left the salon feeling anything but great, never a bad cut or color. She will make you look and feel fabulous! The staff is always friendly, as a regular, I am able to have my appointments book for the same time automatically. They send you email and text reminders so you never have to worry about when is your next appointment. The salon also has a great selection of products and boutique items if you want to do a little shopping while you wait.

Professional, Courteous, and Wonderful are the first words that come to mind to describe my experience with the Octagon. I recently had a massage, and the atmosphere was welcoming and clean, and I felt refreshed and relaxed afterward. I went to the Octagon for years to get my hair done, and always had great experiences. I wish I still lived close and could still have my hair done there regularly. The owner is an amazing woman who I greatly respect. I would highly recommend the Octagon!

Honestly, what can I say other than I have such an amazing experience every time I come into Octagon. Ive been coming here ever since I was a little girl with my grandma Peggy and thats when I fell in love with the place. Ever since Ive been coming here, Ive never had a bad experience. I come in every four weeks and I have Audra foil my hair and it turns out perfect every time! I also see Amanda, who does my facials and she is a 10/10! I have also seen Lauren and Kathleen who have done my nails and they always turn out so beautiful! The front desk is super friendly and they offer you a snack and beverage as soon as you check in. If you really want to get pampered or just relax this is definitely the place to be!

I used to drive over 100 miles round-trip to have waxing services done. I was searching for someone closer who offered the Nufree wax-which is far more gentle on the skin. I had my first appointment at Octagon 5 years ago and have never gone anywhere since! Kelley is the absolute best!!! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and quick! Her method and style ensures that your wax goes very quickly and essentially pain-free! I highly recommend Kelley and Octagon services!

Kristan has been my stylist I think for over 5 years now at Octagon and she always makes me happy and fully satisfied at the end of every appointment. I like the feeling of having to work with her ONLY (once an appointment is set) and not passed around to others with a feeling of being rushed because another client is waiting. She takes time to know if I needed some change on my hair style and color on every appointment. That is why even when her schedule became tighter because she is part time now, I still try to book with her! Will ever be loyal to Octagon because of stylists like her!

It was nice to see so many ladies with Curly hair, (like me) especially my stylist, since not many women know how to work with curly hair. I have gone there twice since I moved. Both experiences were great. It is slightly more expensive than I am use to, but I still went back! I would highly recommend Kelley for any waxing. I had two manicures, equally good quality. One pedicure, totally amazing, and all of my weird request were honored. I did get a haircut, which was exactly what I asked for...... and they gave free hot chocolate!

I was absolutely amazed with Angie, my stylist!! I had an up-do done for being maid of honor at my sisters wedding and I have to say that I loved the hairstyle she did, her personality, and how well it stayed all night long! Angie was so nice, taking the hairstyle I wanted, adjusting it just slightly to how she felt was best, and giving me something better than I thought of! She was very relaxing and easy to talk to throughout the whole time. Some of the other bridesmaids had hairstyles that we adjusted right away or started falling out before the ceremony so if you go there I do recommend Angie over the others. I didnt have one hair out of place after hours of dancing and partying, I cannot rave enough!!

Octagon is the only salon I ever go to get my hair done, even living close to an hour away. It’s well worth the drive. I leave feeling my absolute best every time. The atmosphere is fantastic and so are the stylists.

They treated me like a best friend instead of just a customer. They are current with trends in hairstyles and beauty products.
