Went for an acrylic set with a simple design if possible. I asked more than 4 times and still didnt get an acrylic set, just a no chip manicure. My cuticles are all cut up and there was polish all around my fingers. I hated the design and it wasnt even an attempt to what I asked for. A simple no I cant do that would be appreciated. Wasted so much money.

I got my nails done almost two weeks ago (no chip) they still look the same except that they’re growing out! She did a fantastic job! Total came to $45! I’m very impressed and can’t wait to go back this week to get them done again!

I’ve Been to this nail salon multiple times before yesterday. I walked in and asked how long is the wait for a spa pedicure... I was seated immediately and after that my whole entire pedicure was rushed. During the pedicure, I had to tell her things she skipped or forgot while doing the pedicure and it seems she only added the things because, I kept telling her oh you forgot to do this or aren’t you going to use the towels. She cut my cuticles on both of my big towels to the point they sting in the shower... My first 3 experiences were lovely that’s why I came back a 4th time but, never again. And, they went up on the prices and have the nerve to do sloppy and lazy work now! Not returning and will not recommend to anyone in the future

Horrible!! It took 11am to 2pm having dip on my nails,the guy was ready to put top coat, when I asked, if he was done..my nails looked lumpy, not shaped, like gum, wrong color than what I picked, I tried communicating with him but he would not respond. He also messed up on a nail because it didnt have dip with powder on one side,he cut me.. terrible I needed to leave, they charge me $40, the guy said he was giving me a discount..!! Not a good place, never again!

They did a wonderful job on my nails, my sister, however, wasn’t satisfied. There was an awful paint job on hers and they looked absolutely horrendous.

Worst nail tech ever. She didn’t know how to do ombre. So uneven and you can clearly see the white line under the pink. It was my birthday nails and I told her prior to starting and it still was botched.

If you want your nails done right go here! Great service and very reasonable prices also very nice people! 🥰 I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get there nails done for a reasonable price! ❤️

Worst nail place I have ever been to. The guy that worked on my nails was terrible and my nails turned out sooo bad. He cut my cuticles off and my nails were very irritated and bleeding later on. The nail polish was all over my finger after he finished and the acrylic was bumpy and uneven. The tip didn’t even fit my finger in the first place!!

I was coming to this salon for the past 10 years and after last night I will never return. I spent $67 total with a $20 tip for my tech to rush my nails. She forgot about my eyebrows and started another customer before she realized she forgot about me. My eyebrows are two different shapes right now and have to be corrected with an eyebrow pencil. She did not let me look at my eyebrows before I left and rushed me because she started another customer. Im heading to a wedding today with no time to head into the salon. Worst possible ever. Save your money theyre overpriced for their services anyway. My 4 year old nephew could have done a better job. Less than 24 hours and this is what my nails look like.

The only words to explain this place is pure Heaven. you have to experience it. First time getting my feet done and Im in love. Beautiful service.

Worst place ever I went to get my acrylics taken off and the lady literally ripped the nails off, it hurt so bad my fingers were throbbing. I tried telling the lady but she was ignoring me and talking to someone else. I will never go back here again I am absolutely disappointed and had to put bandages around my nail.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at Catlynns nails. Based on my experience I would never recommend going there due to their lack of customer service, I like to support businesses that I can value and that also value their customers. I recently had a full set done however due to activities my nail shape had gotten a bit dull. I went to the shop requesting to PAY for a shape up service. I did not need my nails painted as I own the color I like on my nails and would be painting them myself at home.When walking in the lady sitting at the first seat asked me what I needed I explained the service I was looking for. She then turned away from me speaking to the lady sitting next to her in another language shaking their heads without acknowledging me at all.The wonderful gentleman at the desk stepped in to try to assist me I explained to him what I needed and even told him if it was required that I get a color change for the service I would be open to that. I watched him ask multiple people employees to help me with no avail. I even watched the lady that originally greeted me ignore him when he asked her who would be able to assist me.To save both him and I the trouble I thanked him for his efforts and left. This experience made me feel horrible they get an F for customer service. I wont be going there and Ill be telling everyone I know not to go there either.

Absolutely hated it, to the point where I’m never returning. Nails are so bumpy, and so over priced. I hate how my nails look.

I love the endless colors they have to choose from, I have seen most of the tech’s and i have came to really like Julie’s work. I get an acrylic nail with a no chip polish and they all have done great every time. Ive had polish chip off but i work with my hands so thats my own doing and they repolished the nail(s) free of charge. They dont seem to rush with me as a nail appointment generally takes 30-45 minutes. I dont care to conversate myself so i dont mind the nail tech keeping to herself.. however i dont care to see cell phones on the salon floor. I think this is a great salon, and DJ, the receptionist is very sweet and understanding with typically anything. I will keep coming back! Thankyou

I got a gel manicure, and they started chipping two days later. I came back in to get them fixed and the lady who did them didn’t say a single word to me and did a terrible job.

Horrible customer service. I walked in on a Friday afternoon the receptionist looks at me as if Im from another planet instead of greeting me and asking me how she can help. I ask for pricing for a pedicure and manicure and if it would be a long wait. They say they can take me in 5 minutes. Great! I picked the color and in 5 minutes I was called for a pedicure. After the pedicure, Julie, the lady doing the pedicure tells me wait 5 minutes and leaves. Im waiting to be called for the manicure when one of the nice young gentlemen tells me that it would be another 5 minutes. I said ok. Then he comes and tells me that it might take another 10 minutes. After waiting the extra 10 minutes and another 10 minutes on top of that, I got up and paid for my pedicure and cancelled the manicure. Then, Julie says, oh, I can do her manicure now, while she is still working with another customer,. I said no and left. And yes, NO TIP!! Never Going Back!!!!

Don’t go here, I was told a Manicure would be 30$ and ended up paying 40$ according to Katie i had to pay $10 extra, for the Letter A on my ring finger, the letter came out very bad and it smeared, she did not tell me it would have been that much extra. Katie was rude and kept giving dirty looks. there was a friendly young guy who gave my friend a discount.

My friend made us appointments for pedicures and for a full set for myself. The pedicure was a joke they hurt us the entire time and cut my friends toe nails so angled on the sides that it gave her in grown toe nails and she was in pain in her shoes for 4 days.My full set was a joke. The girl clearly didnt know how to do rounded tips and my acrylics are super lumpy! She didnt touch my cuticles and took forever! Ive never spent more than 40$ on a full set and never more than 30 on a pedicure. All in all I spent 82! It cost me 50$ for my full set! Its been a week and my nails are popping off. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. It was a total waste of money.

Worst place Ive ever been to. If i could give a zero star i would. I went in to get the delux spa pedicure, the lady was FaceTiming on her phone in the beginning and kept stopping what she was doing. She rushed through my pedicure, I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. She put lotion on my legs and didnt even rub it in all the way. Quickly finished painting my nails and went and grabbed the next two pedicures. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I had a terrible experience here! I had a no chip manicure on from another salon and simply wanted that gel polish removed, then get a traditional manicure with clear polish- seemed like an easy request.The tech first drummeled my nails for about 10 minutes, then put my nails in these “cup” like things to soak off the gel polish, but instead of just soaking the cotton like most places, she poured about 2 tbsp acetone in each nail cup...causing my hands to get extremely dry from all of the acetone. My fingers were white up to my knuckle.I found it unprofessional that i could not see any nail license displayed, especially when my tech told me she was 17. I’m hoping she was licensed!2 days later...the clear polish has completely peeled off and some of my nails are extremely tender and painful. I’m not sure if it’s from the drummer or the liter of acetone she soaked my nails in but they are painful!I would never return here.UPDATE: some of my nails are now falling off halfway down the nail bed :( I am extremely upset with this place. I have had numerous no chip manicures on and off for years (I do take them off for months at a time) and have NEVER had them removed this way at any nail salon I have been to. I am hoping they grow back and the nail bed isn’t permanently damaged. The friction burn was so bad I can feel the painful sensation on my nail beds underneath anytime I touch the nail. If you chose to go here, do NOT allow the drummel on your real nail, I am disappointed in myself that I didn’t walk out during this.

I came in for a brow wax and was told it was going to be a few minutes... I sat there for 25 minutes until I finally left. There were plenty of workers walking around who could have done the wax but the receptionist was to busy sitting on her phone to notice. Ive been going here for a few years and the service has really gone downhill since they first opened. I dont ever write reviews and this is actually my first one, so that shows just how dissatisfied I am

I came in for a pedi and was given a dirty tub with bugs and who knows what else floating in it. The technician tried to drain the tub and then offered a different one instead because it was taking to longto drain. I didnt get an apology for the dirty tub and felt like I was being mocked for not taking the dirty one. The alternate chair was terrible! Hard without any padding left in it. Foot rest and arm rest tables on both sides were broken. My pedicure was rushed and the worst Ive ever had here. Doesnt deserve the one star I gave it! I wont be going back!

The last two times Ive been there, their customer service was not very high and did not meet my expectations. The guy who was doing my nails stopped 4 times to text someone back. He didnt even apologize. And the other time, a lady who put on my acrylics put my thumbs on crooked. Never going back there again.

PSA DONT GO THERE!!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD!!!!Worst nail salon Ive been too. My friends and I waited about 2 hours to get a full set, a fill in, and a pedicure!!! I understand we were walk ins but people would call on the phone, show up and get attended, to me thats horrible customer service because we were there first!!! To top it off the lady that was doing my nails didnt even do them the way I wanted and I had shown her a picture, some were too short others were too long and I had some that were crooked!!! Luckily I was able to fix it on my own!! When we got there we had told the receptionist what we wanted and my friend who got the pedicure also wanted a full set and she left without her nails done, only her toes because they kept on telling her it was closing time, yet we waited 2 hours!!! As a customer I thought to myself wouldny this business want to make more money instead of telling her to come back tomorrow?? Like I dont get it!!!! But whatever we learned our lesson and we are never ever going again!!!

This place is very unprofessional. I went there for manicure and they said that i have to wait for 30 mins, so I did. Its been almost 1 hour and I have to ask again, then have to wait for 10 more mins and i waited patiently but then again they lied to me. Overall I waited for 1.5 hour for nothing, I had to leave. Plus I came first before those 2 ladies and they were entertained immediately. Pls dont treat your customers like that. Ive never been treated like this to any other place. I am very disappointed. Im never coming back and will never spend a dime in this place.

I got a mani pedi last week and my big toe started to swell up and puss started to come out of the side of my toe. I have an infection from this place. Horrible sanitation! Do not go!

By far the worse place I have ever been to! They charge you 5$ extra for a French pedicure and and French No-Chip which should already be included in the pricing. On top of being charged extra, their French manicure was a complete joke!
