I loved my nails even with the top coat being so thick and not evenly distributed and their being thick acrylic under my nails, but throughout these past 2 days my cuticles have swollen and been itchy and have tiny abrasions. During the process he was rough and I kept pulling back to let him know and then I told him it hurt but he said “I guarantee it doesn’t hurt and you won’t get hurt” so I proceeded and I tipped well. Not only does the acrylic around my nails look ashy, it’s hard to get off because my cuticles hurt too much to scrub it off

I went in to get my brows done, I use these facility for my other services, never an issue. Then I go get my brows done today… totally regret it! Tanya literally cut part of the front of my brows off…when I told her she didn’t even apologize or offered to not pay her response was literally “it’s hair they will grow back quick” umm excuse me! It is my birthday weekend and now I’m going to be busy trying to fill my brows in while on vacation thanks to her! Never again!

Awful experience. I went here for the first time today. I got a fill in with no chip and a pedicure. The pedicure was done by a different person and that was fine. However the fill in was a disaster. My nails were not shaped correctly or polished neatly. I got in my car (where there was more light), and I went back in twice to have them fix it. Finally, the last time I just asked for them to polish it again. The cleanliness was also questionable. Save your money! Do not go here.

I have been going to this salon for years and aside from poor timeliness with appointments Ive not had any issues. Today I went in for a signature manicure (step above the classic) and was told the price increased to $20 (menu showed it as $18). I was not given a hand massage or paraffin wax treatment as is included. When I asked about it I was told the hand massage was only given with no chip manicures which is false as Ive gotten one every time even with the classic. The manager was called over to speak with me and instead yelled at me that I was told the price was raised to $20 for the most basic manicure. I attempted to clarify that I had requested the signature manicure which not only includes the hand massage but the paraffin wax as I pointed to their menu description. He continued to yell at me while he walked away. Ive never been treated so poorly at a nail salon. Complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I will not be returning to this salon and would highly discourage anyone who wants to relax and be treated with respect to go there.

Extremely rude man greeted me and demanded me to sit at the near by chair, when deciding my color I had asked if stickers were available, then man insistently kept asking me what stickers and color I had picked. He had only given me about 5 minutes to pick my color before he became even more rude and decided to start speaking in his language laughing and acting very rude. I couldn’t take it anymore so I walked out. I was humiliated and made feel a bother in front of many people. I would advise for people to never go here. As they make you feel like it’s a bother more than a pleasure to have you. Such a shame.

Need to find a new nail place. This last time the guy didnt even take care of my cuticles. I had a deep manicure and there was no manicure the guy went straight to applying the nail color. Horrible job

I originally went in on Sunday and got a dip on my hands and a no-chip on my toes. My nails started peeling the very next day. I’ve never had my nails peel with a dip and my toes omg my toes. My toe nails are all different lengths, not properly filed and the old polish was not completely removed. I went back to get them fixed (7 day guarantee) and they wouldn’t redo my toes because I didn’t remember who did them and “fixed” my nails. All that was wrong was the top coat was peeling now they are too thick, uneven and all over my cuticles. Never again.

This was a stand out awful experience. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was treated like a walk in. I stood in the lobby without direction. The language barrier was so drastic I literally could not tell what was happening. Did I even have the appointment? But that pales in comparison to the actual manicure and pedicure- yikes. The technician that did my toes painfully hacked tons of my skin off around my nails. I pulled away and said that it hurt but it didnt really seem to deter him. I for sure now have the beginning of an infection for the wedding I was getting the service done for. Not cute. It literally felt like torture. The result is sloppy. It was just as expensive as the flawless and relaxing mani pedi I have had at the other ProNails in Gurnee. How incredibly awful. I regret not just leaving when it seemed sketchy.

I went in for an appointment at 5:00PM.I stepped in maybe 4:55pm. I didn’t get seated until 5:30, because there were walk-ins??As soon as I sit I show a picture of the nails I’d want and the lady(tanya)immediately says no, it would take way to long she didn’t have the right equipment just telling me stuff, completely refusing to do so also had me ask another nail tech if he could possibly do it he also said no, apparently no one in the shop knew how to do the style, I’m just shook how does not one nail tech in there can do so? I feel they were being lazy. Never again. Found myself a wonderful nail tech home based.

We made an appointment at 10:30, arrived on time and were not serviced until 11:15. I got no chip mani/pedi and my nails have wrinkles, bubbles and divets in them. My nails were also filed extremely unevenly and nail polish was put on haphazardly. Staff (with a few exceptions) were very rude and not attentive to clientele. Would absolutely not recommend.

Today I went to do my nail, no cheap the the guy did terrible job, I wish I can download the pictures to show the bad job he did, it look like he didn’t even want to work, I feel very disappointed because I won’t mind paying if they do good.

They try to over charge for acrylic nails and then lie about why they charge three different prices for regular acrylic nails and then tried to Jack the prices up high. I would not have had a problem with the pricing of he could have explained the difference between the services but he could not, then tried to say that oh we charging that because of COVID 19 no sir that does not promote you to lie about the way service 3 different times. So that was my first and last time visiting this facility. Now before you try to come for me just to let you know I didn’t care about what he charged what had me angry it’s because they have been scanning people for the longest there is no tiny called no chip acrylic and feel does not come in powder so if your a real deal Nail artist that can show me different then I will take it down. If not have a blessed day and please research your services.

I got the gel, no chip on my nails.. now theyre bubbling up and turning a gross color. I paid to get a longer massage, I even paid for my friend to get the longer one. I believe the $38 dlls one. They spent a minute on each foot. Literally! I won’t be coming back. The nail polish was not clean either. No I did not tip them as I did not get what I paid for and wasn’t happy.

Came to get a pedicure today and I said regular nail polish the women proceeded to do a no chip pedicure. Then I had requested a dipped manicure, she only gave me one round thing to choose my color well I picked the one below. She didn’t dip them properly I had missing color on all my nails! Then within an hour one started to crack and lift. Horrible service I ended up soaked them off Bc they were terrible

Theyre really friendly here...but they rush to do your nails. They have more color options than most salons do but my nails turned out horribleThe salon is really nice but the no chip on my thumb started peeling off the second I went outside. My nails arent even completely painted on the sides you could see where the no chip didnt go. not to mention the Polish that they got on the side of my finger I seen it and told them to correct it to clean it up a little bit and they still had me put my finger in the UV lamp and they told me they would file it off and when they filed it up it messed up my nail polish. I also took my friend here a week ago because it was the only place open and I had been here before and they didnt do a bad job but I had a different person and they messed up my friends nails so bad she was so mad and they charged her $45 for a fill

I have been going to them quite a often and have had on and off experience, but this time i was really disappointed.First and for most, most of the staff dont know English.Last week i was there and I asked for refill and and nail fix.Once i got my nails done the guy applied lotion to my hands and gave me barely 10-15 seconds of massage on each hand. Which I thought that my hands looked very dry so he just applied some lotion as courtesy.At checkout he charged me for a manicure worth of $22. I said you never gave me a manicure because i did not get the service as the description says on their board. Without any further argument i just paid him and left because again he could barely speak and understand english.Sharing my few more bad experiences,I got my nails done and on second day only I noticed that they were not done correctly and the bottom edges looked like they were done a week ago and its the time for refill.The other time they did not apply the glue right so in 4 days my 2 nails came off, which is very less time as i do not do any kind of physical work which can damage my nails.Overall i just hope they improve their staff try to do something about the language barrier

I love the greeting when I first walk in. The older gentleman closest to the door is so sweet and accommodating. Hes always seemingly happy to see me. I only go to Ty (first guy on the far left, front row)!! Hes the sweetest and listens to what the customer wants. Always. And he remembers your name and how you like your nail shape/ colors if youre a regular. Great place. Highly recommend.

The only Nail Salon I go to the environment is calm, sweet, peaceful and very professional.They treat you like family.My awesome tech is Kelly, she does beautiful work.

The nail tech made my cuticles bleed, filed my nails too thin for acrylics to the point that touching the nails was painful, and didnt allow the polish to dry between layers, just piled it on. The The polish under the top coat never dried, even after 3 hours. When I called and asked them to fix it because it was still not dry underneath the top coat hours later, they told me this was my fault and wouldnt redo the polish. I ended up going to another salon to fix their work the same day. Somehow after all of this, the acrylics started falling off after 3 days, with being extra careful with them due to the pain I was experiencing from the filing.

Will not being going back for my eyebrows!!! My daughter and I went in to get our eyebrows and the lady was very rude stating that my daughter looked to young too do her eyebrows she’s 10 by the way and that’s not up to her if she’s too young or not that’s none of her business!! Well needless to say she waxed her eyebrows but she still had hair where it needed to be waxed and she messed my eyebrows up they look like pencil lines on my forehead!! So I asked someone else to fix it and the guy was nice enough too so that’s why I am leaving three stars other than that never again it was slow too so she didn’t need to rush !

I had a really good experience here! They were able to accommodate me and my small group on short notice which I appreciated. The actual mani/pedi was also wonderful, very gentle and relaxing.

I’ve been coming here for years but I’m glad I’m done with them! I needed to go in for a repair because 3 of my nails cracked and chipped after 4 days. I called the shop to be courteous and give them a heads up and I even offered to stop by after the holiday because I knew how busy they would be and the owner confirmed and responded “perfect come Friday, we’ll do anything you want”. When I went in, the owner very rudely told me that I must have done something to crack/ chip my nails. Then the nail tech that did my nails told me that dip powder doesn’t chip. I’ve been getting dip powder for the past 2 years, it chips. The owner proceeded to speak to the nail tech, probably about me lol and said that I had to wait. Their comments were the least of my concerns, their treatment today was it for me after everything I’ve been experiencing! 2 weeks ago when I called to make an appointment I requested my nail tech and the owner responded that he wasn’t back yet, in his own words he stated “he probably has diarrhea” and laughed. I’ve also witnessed someone being kicked out, arguments between nail techs and customers. Very unprofessional environment! I’ve had 3 different nail techs because they keep leaving! Even if you have an appt they make you wait, I’ve waited over 30 min before. From their rude to not so funny owner to high turnover with their nail techs to the waiting time and lack of customer service, this place deserves a rating of 0. Avoid this place if you can!

Got to the shop to get a pedi and no chip mani my pedi took over a hour to complete with a horrible nail polish job when my pedi was over he took me to the drying station and I asked him what about my no chip he told me to hold on while he went to take care of someone else. Then 10 minutes later came back and tried to do them I would give 0 stars if I could it’s very unprofessional and very poorly managed and un organized. It’s was my favorite nail place for about 2 years until the owner changed i will not be coming back it’s the second time this happens and I still have it another shot.

I went in for a fill and usually to get my nails done somewhere else but this is one had some pretty good reviews so I decided to give the place a chance but I sure did regret it. When I came in the person at the desk just looked at me confused when I said I wanted to get a fill but I just brushed it off, he then sent me to get my nails done with a male technician which was very nervous because when I told him I wanted to keep the coffin shape of the nails he immediately asked another technician for help and advice which is fine but he was all jittery and when I was trying to talk to him he just nodded which I took as him trying to concentrate but when I looked more closely at my nails when he was done shaping the tips most of the nails were completely crooked!! When he saw that I noticed he just said “I’m not done” so i just said ok but just new my nails where gonna be horrible. When it was time to put the polish on he was just so done with the whole situation he rushed which ended in him accidentally spilling black polish on his station but he didn’t even clean it, probably because he didn’t want to other technicians to see what my nails looked like since he’d been doing a fill for an hour at this point, he literally just put a hand towel over it!! Fills usually cost $15 but after the lady that was charging me looked at my nails she said it’ll be $10 for today😂😂😂 I’m too scared to ever go back.

I visited this place because I was getting ready to go on a cruise and Chip my big toenail. The girl at this place fixed my big toenail beautifully and everything looked good. The reason I did not get 5 stars was because the price was really high for what she did. I paid $35 for a tip on my big toenail and a repolish of all of my toes. The girl was very nice.

I recently. ..about a month ago switched to Pro nails from a nail salon I had frequented for 10 years. The staff here is friendly. ...timely....and skilled. They are able to design nails with modern designs and the overall environment is relaxing. Kevin is my nail tech. ..but I adore Lorena as well.

I like their pedicures but I somtimes feel rushed depending on who is servicing. I would not recommend Acrylic, or No Chip. Its not the nail tech’s themselves but the product of polish they use. Their no chip peeled off my acrylic nail no problem on 2 different sets. I went in to get my first set redone and the redo “chipped” off too.. best of luck.

Terrible experience, no wonder the place was dead when we walked in and had 3 workers. The guy who appeared to be the owner was kinda rude.. when a customer asked if they had more colors he laughed and said how many more do you want?. The guy that did my nails did a terrible job he cut his finger and continued working while it was bleeding!! I had to ask him to put a bandaid on and he did without washing his hands! And then proceeded to try and massage my hand and I pointed out he had blood on his thumb and he poured alcohol over his hands. I was honestly disgusted that was so unsanitary. I will never go back there again. We expressed all of this to the owners wife and she could care less. I give them 5 month untill they are out of business.

HORRIBLE customer service. I asked for a simple flower design and they couldn’t even do that. My nails ended up so unnatural looking that they needed be filed correctly when I got them fixed the next day. The guy doing my nails asked me repeatedly if I wanted to get my eyebrows done because they looked like they needed it. how rude!!! They can’t even do eyebrows either I learned because I went in today for a quick eyebrow wax and the lady completely missed my top eyebrow & ended up waxing the skin right above my eyebrow. I don’t know how this place is still open. I heard it sucked but had semi good experiences previously but I’m for sure never going back. I highly recommend the pro nails in Gurnee! They’re always doing a fantastic job and give me the upmost respect every client deserves!

Now I’m never satisfied with nail shape when getting acrylics & no chip ships like 2 days after. Pedicures are done in like 10 minutes at the most. The guy was really nice but I noticed once I left that my pedi wasnt nest and cleaned on the side. Also after 5 days my dip powder nails started breaking. One when I was pulling up jeans, one in the shower and one while I was closing a drawing. Im from in NY and usually do my nails there but I just needed a quick fix and was recommended this place. But wont be back again.

Two different employees talked poorly about African-Americans to me. They dont deserve anyones business.

The service was quick with a wide color selection, although the application of the nails was a bit wonky. My cuticles werent pushed back or trimmed and the acrylic was not taken all the way down the sides of the natural nail. When looked at head on, the nails seemed uneven in terms of application with no form/arch of support for the tips laid under. It was an okay experience, but I probably would go somewhere else the next time.

They were able to fit me in right away as I was in from out of town and the place appears clean and decent. Unfortunately, I had a nail tech with little experience and my fingers were sore even the next day and the acrylic was not very good. My suggestion is to ask for someone with experience.

Kim is wonderful. She is so sweet and engaging. She did a great job with my pedi and she did great with the massage ! I recommend her.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Went here because it had great reviews. It was a short wait and my nail tech Paul was nice at first until he started asking questions (in a more than friendly manner) about my nipple piercings while continuously staring at me in a perverted way. After finishing my nails and when I went to wash my hands - if you have been before you know the sinks are all the way in the back. Paul follows me and literally grabs my nipple as if it was okay. I go to finish pedicure and ask the lady doing my nails for his name. She tells him I asked for his name and then comes up to me and says, Do you want my number too? I report it to the manager he does nothing giving me a blank stare asking how he would have known and what he could do about it - keep in mind I was still charged for the service. Customers beware. I had to file a police report because of this situation.

My nails never last more then 7 days. They say dont worry they have a warranty but its an inconvenience to have tho go every 5 days. They are never on time. I will never go there again.

I am not one to complain but I will make an exception for this place. I used to get my nails done here years ago and it was a completely different experience. I stopped in Saturday around noon for a basic manicure. There were a lot of nail techs waiting for customers, I got the one sucking the hot cheetos dust off her fingers (Gross!). The place is filthy, I went to the restroom and regretted it immediately. No toilet paper or holder, mirror looked like its never seen windex, and the overall hygiene or lack thereof in this place is mind boggling. The technicians all seemed friendly enough however, they are working with very low quality products. To the extent that now, two days layer all my polish has lifted off. Such a shame what has happened to this once promising nail salon.

Nails are decent, the no chip actually chipped after 3 days which is a bummer. Tried to give them a second chance, made an appointment for 10:30, didnt get in a chair until 11! Ive never had to wait half an hour for an appointment. I let them know to just cancel and i would pay for the removal of their chipped polish since when the technicial started wrapping my nails it was close to 11:10 and i had places to be. I really wanted to like this place, but why take appointments if you cant fulfill them? They didnt charge me for the removal and everyone working there seemed nice enough. Just sucks that at 11:20 i left, late to my function and for no reason since from 10:30 to 11:20, all i did was waste my time.

This is by far the worst pedi I have ever had. I paid 38 for a 20 minute pedi. That is ridiculous! For the area it is in, you would think it would be better service. I got the signature pedi and it states a longer therapeutic massage. That massage was literally a minute on each foot. Dont waste your money or time here!

Worst place I’ve ever gone to get my nails done. When I first got there the employee tried to get me me to pay more for something I didn’t want just because it was going to be easier for him. Then the full set I got did not last more than 2 days. Also, the pedicure I got was awful compared to the other places I have gone. Never would go back there again.

Coming from the Naval base, they treated me with the utmost disrespect.I scheduled an appointment since i had a military curfew.They worked on my friend and claimed that I didnt schedule an appointment and worked on everyone but me. (Im the one who scheduled our appointment) It was a slow day- not busy at all.I stayed patient. An hour later after i wanted to speak with the manager, she came, never introduced herself to me and began on my nails. I told her that she could atleast acknowledge me. She proceeded to take off my old nails and said she didnt have to do anything because she owned the place.I told her thats not professional mannerism. She told me that she and noone else in this shop would finish my nails. I had to finish my nails myself in silence while she watched.Dont spend your money here. I was treated poorly, very unfairly, and without professionalism.Maybe she was having a bad day, but bringing negativity to work on a customer is exactly the worst thing you could do to a customer, especially when I do anything and everything I can for my country.I am a true sailor and she treated me like trash, garbage, a disease.

At one time I really liked this place, but a few of the new male employees have attitudes that are just disrespectful and unkind!! Other than that, the place is clean, and the owner is a nice guy!

This isnt like it used to be. With the main guy gone first then my favorite the hearing impaired girl Mary, its just not like it used to be.

First pedicure and I loved by it

They, especially Wen pamper my wife, daughter and granddaughter.

Not a thorough job on pedicure and noticed nail fungus after I removed toenail polish 2 weeks later. Their upsale is ridiculous.

They did a great job and very friendly
