This is what my nails looked after 4 days. The nails were very lumpy and uneven. This was my third time in 4 days and they refused to fix them without me paying more money. I went back to get it fixed and the nail that is cute the lady cut it and started to fix it and then told me I had to pay for it and I said I wasn’t so this is how I have to walk around. Not worth $140 they tried to get over because I’m in the navy. They called me the navy girl the whole time I was there. Don’t go there!!!

This is the MESSIEST gel polish I have EVER gotten! I only got gel POLISH, not even a manicure/pedicure, just polish and it was $50 and turned out VERY MESSY-LOOKING. He wasn’t even sure what amount to say when I asked how much my total was. Pretty sure he increased it with the way he was talking. Not professional. Not ever coming back.

I Love this nail salon I use to go to another salon but this place is much better. I have to travel further to get there but I don’t mind.They care about their customers. Great job!!!

Very rude, over charged, nails already breaking not even a hour after leaving the place. Asked for medium nails an they wouldn’t even do that!!!! I’m so angry this was not worth time or even 60 dollars

I walked in for a dip manicure, but the lady suggested a gel overlay for my brittle nails. Turned out to be one of the best manicures ive ever had done. Id definitely recommend this place; they really do care about their customers!

I loved the customer service but after I left, about an hour later nails started to peel. Just disappointed to be honest.

The guy who worked there messed my nails up,instead of telling me he dont do designs,he tried to do them anyway,he didnt let me finish drying so when the white customer came in,he got me right up out his chair very rude. Then the lady I paid 55 dollars to wax my face did it all while I was getting my nails very uncomfortable not professional and she didnt get all my hairs off.

They burned the edges of my fingers and did a bad painting job. They also used the same tools that weren’t clean and used them on others which is highly unprofessional. Absolutely do NOT recommend.

My toes looked terrible, not one compliment as a matter of fact it was suggested more than 3 times I need to get my money back and never return to the establishment under no circumstances. If I could attach the picture taken during my visit your jaw would drop 😳

Horrible job. Over charged. Very rude. She also cut parts of my fingers and made them bleed. I asked for coffin shaped and she did just normal square. Never going back again. If I could put zero star I would don’t waste your money.

My friend & I stopped here on a whim during a road trip. Excellent service & very friendly staff. My friend received her pedicure & manicure simultaneously! Who even does that anymore?! Highly recommended.

The colors I wanted that they are advertising they didn’t have so the woman kept trying to giving me colors they have that was not close to the colors I wanted. I had to make her do it over 3x with 3 different colors, every time was the same. I wanted 599 sunset fog and she gave me 593 pink beauty. There’s a major difference in color, sunset fog is a pinkish white and pink beauty is a light pink. They should give options of colors they don’t have in stock.

I’ve been to multiple nail salons in the area, starting going here back in August.Everyone is so friendly, even if there’s a wait they make you feel extremely comfortable.I’ve been back every 2 weeks sense then .Would highly recommend, won’t go to a different place .

My first time getting a pedicure and acrylics here. this is the WORST ever place to get your nails done. one of the nail technicians made my thumb bleed because he overdid by cuticle and everyone was quite rude there although i have to say the pedicure lady was very nice and easy to talk to. sad to see you’ll never see me here again.

The people working on my nails completely messed up. I got acrylics done and they barley lasted the normal time they are meant to. The lady cut parts of my finger and made them bleed multiple times. But passed it off as normal (it’s not normal) they were very overpriced and I vow to never go there again. Plus, a lot of them speak Chinese. I understand it and can hear them talking about their clients “bad nails” and just saying things about them. I was NOT a fan of it.

Would not recommend this place. I wanted white polish on my toes and when the lady got done it looked horrible. Had I not said I didn’t like It and wanted to try a different color, she would have let me walk out of there looking like that. She had the nerve to say “all done!” Like she was so proud of that work. 🤦🏾‍♀️ And the military discount should be a set dollar amount or percentage off. When I asked them what was the discount, they just said it’s up to the manager. Unprofessional people and unprofessional work. DO NOT COME HERE!!

This place was hands down the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done! I got a gel full set and a deluxe pedicure... My man wanted to treat me and I was excited to get pampered. Normally I would go to my place that I go to but we were by his town so i decided to give them a try.They started with the pedicure which was not the problem, than I went to the table to get my full set and the guy that did my nails didnt listen to a thing I said and they look horrible! On top of that I got the no chip polish and it doesnt look good either... I was so irritated and the time frame that my man just paid and left... the guy that did my nails was lucky to get such an awesome tip because the timing and the job he did seriously didnt deserve any tip... he is lucky my man is such a nice guy... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO GO PAY AND GET THEM DONE AT MY NORMAL PLACE AND GET THEM DONE RIGHT! 2 and a half hours was outrageous for such a bad job! They said they have been open for 9 yrs... they way they r going they r lucky to make it 9 more months! This place is junk!!!

My fiancé brought me here and I got my eyebrows waxed and a manicure for the first time!!!! Such an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back next week

My gel manicure looked horrific I wanted to bite my nails off .. on top of that I told the lady I wanted a happy pedicure she instead proceeded to give me a complete different one.. horrible establishment .. gurnee mills mall please do better and get rid of this horrible salon.

I just left this salon after spending two hours on a full set of nails not to mention I got NO CHIP for $20 extra dollars I ABSOLUTELY HATE MY NAILS. The gentlemen was friendly but didn’t want to do the coffin shape which I understood it’s takes awhile and I wasn’t really trying to wait anymore after waiting almost 30 minutes to be seen. Then he has this older lady come paint my nails she was shaking the whole time the gel came out super thick after I tried o stop her and tell her I didn’t like it but. She tried to play it off like she didn’t understand English! I will NEVER come back here and I will make sure everyone I know never goes to them either!!!

My daughter got her nails done here and we dont live close by, which was our first mistake. Three days after she got them done, one of them popped off.He charged an extra $5 for coffin shape...which should be included with the price....at least most nail salons dont charge extra for shapes...her coffin shape was not even done right. They were also too thick, and she had asked for a certain color and they messed that up too. Definitely never doing then here again.

DO NOT GO HERE! Not only was my skin cut and bleeding,the person laid acrylic over the cuts and it hurts. On top of that, my nails are so ugly, he was questioning and not doing anything I asked. I cant soak the nails off because of the cuts, so Im stuck with these. If I could give negative stars I would.

Avoid. I dont know whats worse here, the people or the atmosphere. The lady who helped me this morning kept insisting I got the salt scrub for $5.00, I said no thank you multiple times and made it perfectly clear I only wanted the pedicure - as advertised for 21.99. she did the salt scrub and charged me for it at the end. I wasnt about to argue $5.00 but it is the principal in my opinion. If I say no, more than 3x, respect my wishes. The materials they used for the pedicure seemed dirty or very very used, hard to say. Im so worried that Ill end up with some type of infection after this. When I went to pay she gave me the total and I said thats not what youre advertising outside, it says $21.99 and youre charging $35.00. she said thats on on Monday-Saturday. I replied, you should put that on the sign then. Such a bad and disappointing experience.

It took the women 3 hours to do my nails because she would do other people nails while she was only supposed to be doing mine. My nails look a mess and she hurt me plenty of times while I told her she was hurting me she kept going. Also she charged me 10 extra dollars to shape them into coffin nails which has never happen in my entire life because that is their job to do without charge. Just went here 2 days ago for a pedicure and full set. After my pedicure I went to restroom and one of the customers that was in the salon had warned me about the manicure and said she had been cut and burned about three times. I took that into consideration but I still wanted to see for myself so I came back in to get my full set done. So it started okay, I asked for coffin shaped nails and he made them look awful so I asked to round them out on the sides because they looked way too rectangular. I could tell he was upset about me asking that but hey Im paying so I expect to see good results. And plus they have a small paper printed saying theyll fix the job but wont refund, so of course I wanted him to fix it but he seemed reluctant to do so. Then he indeed did hurt me a couple times with that little spinning drill thing. He didnt apologize. After the job was done I realized that it didnt even reach my nail cuticle but I didnt even find it worth arguing over because he was just going to be reluctant to fix that too. Also at every nail salon Ive been to they fix the skin around the nail too and make it look neater but he just left it alone and it would have made the appearance of the nail look better. When I went to pay i was charged $92. Ive never payed that much for a full set and a pedicure in fact the most Ive paid is about $50. I certainly dont think the manicure or the service was worth $92. Not coming back here. I love the nail places in Vernon Hills better.

Do not go there, the new asian girl with the colorful hair did an awful job. Filed my nails so hard she made my skin around them bleed...and she coated them so much they look too puffy and thick. Such a waste of money. Very upset.

I asked like 10 nail places to paint hydroflasels on my nails and none did but these people at least kinda tried and it turned out very sksksksksksksks so SKSKSKSKSKS

TERRIBLE. Quick story below if u wanna read:So it was about 7 o clock and pro nails (on grand, my favorite place was closing) I decided to give this place a try. WORST mistake. First off I went with a friend of mine who wanted a full set acrylic with no polish. After sitting down a man started on my nails first. He then had me switch in the middle of my session to paint another women’s nails. I played musical chairs for about 30 min until my nails were actually getting filed. I wanted really short natural looking acrylics. He filed th down without shaping them they were blunt and sharp on the corners. Didn’t bother to check and compare my fingers to make sure they were even. (Little secret, they WERE NOT EVEN)After that made me switch and wait again. After it was finally time for him to paint my nails he didn’t, he had one of the nails techs daughter paint my nails. This hound girl was not licensed they just didn’t want to paint my nails. I was completely rushed because at this point their salon closed in twenty min. Anyways, the young girl took 10 min a nail. It was a globby mess and they made me tip And pay before this all started. My friend had no polish and his nail tech said it would come out to 14.99 and the man charged him 25$ same as me. While this is goin. On my nails are drying. I didn’t get to wave them in front of a fan, sit them under a blue light. He sprayed a air soft can on them and told me I could leave:Needless to say me and my friend SPRINTED to Walmart to buy a nail file and nail polish remover.
