I came They are really nice people in general. But they don’t know how to shape their nails like coffin, square they messed up on my nails gave me weird butterfly’s for my design and I was just blown. Honestly not worth $60 for my nails. The only part I liked was the lady who did my toes.

I have never in my life left a google review but I feel compelled. I went in for a fill because my usual nail place was all booked up and it was my only day off so I needed them done that day. My fill cost MORE than their price sign said an entire new set would cost. My nail tech negatively criticized my current acrylics on things I hadn’t noticed. I was like “oh, are you able to fix that?” to which she responded she would but it would take her much longer with me. It was as if she was annoyed or something. Then the nails she gave me are much more uneven then when I walked in and I paid MORE than I did when I initially got them done. She was consistently stopping to answer the phone or help someone else that walked in, which I understand, but then critiquing my current nails. I was uncomfortable and feeling awkward at this point so my hands were stiff. She complained about that and told me that if I came in again, she would “kick me out” for having stiff hands. It may have been said in jest, but with me already being stressed and uncomfortable from her aforementioned comments and behaviors, it just made me further awkward and stiff. Like what is my reaction supposed to be to that? I also accidentally hit the light box thing and messed up the polish on one nail ONCE and she became visibly upset about it. Like I’m sorry, I honestly didn’t mean to shift when you were on the phone with someone else. I also asked if she would apply another coat of polish because I noticed it was looking bad, but she literally said no. Anyway, I didn’t make a scene about it because I was having some social anxiety but the polish is not applied well, the shape of my nails are bad, I feel that my treatment as a human was not great, and I paid MORE than when I got them done initially for only a fill (and I only chose like a regular color). Do not recommend, will never ever go back.

I was disappointed after going to get my nails done here. The next day the polish was coming off and the lady who did my acrylics was rude and made me bleed multiple times on different fingers. I expected better quality from their higher prices.

Very ok nail place. Friendly. $33 for a standard pedicure, I did not find an added 10 minute massage to be worth it. In a move that was more my bad than theirs, I asked them to layer a gold glitter over dark blue, I was hoping for a little glitter over the main color. Well, thats not how the glitter went on. Ended up solid gold glitter that covered the blue, and also went on messy. I probably could have asked her to redo them, but was out of time. 4 stars cause its mostly my fault, but now my nails look as messy as if I did them if not more messy. If I went back I would definitely just go with one color.

They are fast, but do a fantastic job. They crew remembers us every time we go, and are delightful.

Ive been there about 3 times. Like every other nail salon they are busy on the weekend (I made an appointment so my wait was little to none). During the week is the best time to go. Love the fact they play Motowns greatest.

Father, mother, and daughter took a chance and were thrilled. They smoothed my husbands feet and painted my daughter and my nails flawlessly. Prices are great! They are so kind and thorough. The place is spotless. Havent experienced this quality in a long time. We will be back!

This place was awful, I waited for over an hour and a half. When it was my turn the lady named Lisa started to do my nails she cut me 5 times. She was such in a hurry to leave and she passed me on to Michael. Michael did a horrible job on my nails as well, and he told me it was too late to do a design on me nails to come another day. I am a paying customer a simple design couldnt get done? Never going again. I really need to get my money back. And I was told youre paying with card, you dont have cash for tip. Only this one time we will let you tip on card. Please do not go.

Its Saturday walk ins have to wait that is understood not a problem... how much is the wait about 25 minutes... ok Ill wait... then the technician finishes with her client and tells me in just going to do this little girls nails... yes, no problem.... then 2 women walk in and they take a seat and Im told I have to wait because they are going to do their no chip... by this time Ive waited about 45 minutes... thats ridiculous..... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...

First I would like to say that there is a huge difference between gel nails and acrylic. Pure gel nail formula does NOT come in powder form. If your nail tech uses a powder and tells you its gel he or she is lying to your face. I walked in here on Friday morning wanting to get GEL naiLs. I sit down and I see him pull out the acrylic powder. I then told him the mixture for gel is not a powder. He tried to argue with me saying that using the actual gel is the old technique and that the powder he was using is the New one. He ended up giving me acrylic nails with a top coat of gel and for that one top coat they charge you $15 extra. NO thats not true gel nails. Dont let these nail salons take advantage of you do your research. He argued till the end that they were gel when in fact they werent. Never going back to this place.

I use to go here all the time, and they use to be good. Recently Ive been going and the service is absolutely awful. I got a no chip polish on my fingers and the lady was watching a movie on her phone the entire time, there were bubbles and little black dots all over my nails, and I made her redo a few of them. also all the gel polish for sticking to my skin when I left and I had to peel and bite it off myself. ended up ruining my manicure. So disappointed. They are quick and cheap but you get what you pay for. Wasnt even worth tipping on, however I did anyways. Wont be going back.

My first time here for a gel fill and I will never return! My nail tech got defensive when I asked questions about my nails. I left out with a bad nail job and residue on my nails because they werent wiped properly with alcohol and when I mentioned it so he could fix them, he told me they were fine. I left an unhappy customer.

Very low class salon for nails. the owner sits at the desk and claims she is not an owner, she is very pushy and tries to make you like what wants for your nails. if you have kids dont bother to even give her the business because will yell at them as if they were her own kids. no class no integrity. poor job on nails. very expensive for the worst service ever.

Very nice staff! Went above and beyond for 3 extra clients on a Sunday. All three ladies were very professional and friendly.

This place deserves zero stars. They will lie to you about your appointment. I walked in made an appointment for gel nails and they told me to wait 30 minutes, I did. Then came back. Then they immediately gave my slot to two people who walked in five minutes before the thirty minutes were up. I think that is pretty bad customer service and I will never go back. I was considering this place but its poor service.

We got two pedicures and two no chip manicures. Both turned out great.

My girl went here twice. The second time they sent her home crying. The credit card machine rejected BOTH of our credit cards (gee, the nail job mustve cost thousands of dollars). Instead of realizing that he is obviously swiping or inserting the card wrong, he shouts out amongst all customers your cards are rejected! What an unprofessional jerk thing to do to a girl who has nothing to do with your ineptitude. Humiliating a repeat customer, who will never ever return. It fits the similar stories on here of their rudeness. We will take our credit card to other functional shops.

I have been living in the area for a little over a year and have had subpar experiences with nail salons in the area. I am so glad to have found Cali Nails! There service is great! With just a simple mani/pedi their polish lasts a really long time! All the technicians take pride in their work! Very clean, friendly, relaxing environment! Highly recommend!

Ive got nails done before and they where amazing and stayed on for weeks

It was a horrible experience. I asked for an acrylic full set round shape and she made my ring nail smaller than my pinky and when I asked her to fix it she got mad and told me I was wrong. after she removed the nail she made the other nails smaller and the shape wasnt even nor round. I made her take them off and her attitude and customer service was really rude.

Was a good experience they stayed open 2 hours later for me and my friends to get pedicures and manicures done.

You have to wait your turn so only go if you have some extra time
