This place has a poor customer service! Need for improvement. As well why u asking ur customers to wear a mask if governor brown lifted the requirements for people who are fully vaccinated. Not even government offices required to wear them nor public place if ur fully vaccinated. But then u come with ur poor service and required them. Maybe ur corporate should work on improving ur customer service skills for ur customers!
Has great service, would recommend. The staff is great highly trained, good people. And the pallets come on time. Yessiana is the person who helped me out and I would highly recommend to go to her if you need help with anything or have any questions.
Estafeta only has one girl working all day on weekends and having to do everything and have a huge line outside I waited four hours in the cold because estafeta is to cheap to hire more help thats unprofessional. I will stop coming here and I will go some place else. And I will not recommend estafeta to my friends and family and neighbors.
They are always there to help as soon as possible in a good mood.

My Packages have always arrived the time frame they give me and always intact nothing missing .. and it’s affordable as well..
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANYDon’t trust this company, they will steal everything from your box and fill it up with trash and when you do a claim and send evidence of all the stuff you sent, they use the excuse that the box does not appear to be damage .
I went today just to look for some info I didnt read the sign at the door saying wear mask if u need help ( my mistake) but I was inside all ready just to ask a question because I tried to call nobody answer and the guy was not not 6 feet away from me but like 20 or more he refused to give any information till I wear a mask sorry estafeta u loose a customer

Terrible attention. They do not open at the established hours. They supposedly open at 3pm and it was 3:15 and they never opened. They being inside and seeing that they are waiting for them to open and they do not care. I prefer to send my packages in another company.
I would give it a 5 star because in several years that we have been sending packages they always arrive on time and in good condition with the company I have no problem ... but I lower a star for the service of a woman who works in the Lancaster Dr. In Salem Oregon, who treats us very badly with a horrible attitude, without Education his name is Yahaira and I hope the company pays attention to the people it hires.

I like the customer service they are very friendly. All shipments that I have sent in the past have arrived well. I recommend them 100%.
It is not a reliable company, they are not responsible for your package being delivered 100% complete. They steal everything they can like THEY ARE A FRAUD.
The 2 women who were on Saturday, November 28, 2020 and Monday, 30 serve people in a very bad way. They are rude and despotic. They take care of you half and you have not finished asking for the information you require and they start doing something else and they already ignore you. And in a bad way they tell you to leave the store. They contradict themselves in many things ... at the door it says that only 3 people are allowed at a time but sometimes there are up to 10. Outside on a piece of paper it says that shipments are accepted until 6:30 pm and it is actually at 5 : 30 pm. The 2 people are going to eat for 1 hour at the same time leaving the line of people outside. They should take turns going to lunch first 1 and then the other. When you stand in line most of the day but they arrive at 5:30 they no longer serve you.

Very bad service. I sent a package with the value of 900 to $ 1000. A lap Top and part of Clothes were lost. To make the claim they asked me for four photos that of course I sent them and took them to the office. A few days they asked me for another photo because it was not enough A woman called me to ask for a photo I told her that I had no more photos since they did not ask me at the time - Well I asked to speak to someone else Until now no one has called me to know what will happen to the claim. I really do not recommend that place at all ... !!
We sent boxes full of gifts for the family in Mexico and it turns out that almost everything was stolen and the company cannot give a reason. Do not trust. They motivate them to buy collateral but it is not worth the last time. Anyway, things are stolen and the money that they give back is not your own.
It is not possible that you put specials and do not take in how much that only two people are going to be busy at noon? Seriously one attending and the other just checking the computer 🙄
