They are so amazing at this place! My hygienist was so sweet, caring, delicate and thoroughly cleaned my teeth! The Dr. Was very thorough and explained my treatment plan. She also advocates for oral health care being as important as physical health! The front desk staff are kind, helpful getting appointments to fit my schedule! Do not dread going to the dentist, you will be in good hands here!

Extremely friendly and organized staff!Was just expecting X-rays and an exam, but they were able to fit in a cleaning, same day, so it was very convenient for me. I highly recommend. Very clean facility as well!

From my very 1st appointment, the staff has been so kind and very helpful. Even while transitioning between dentist they made it all seem so seamless. I just recently had 7 teeth pulled at once and was prepared to be there for hours. Dr. Brown was so amazing and skillful, I was there a little under an hour start to finish. I will not be going anywhere else for dental services as long as MCDC is open!!

The Walker office has been very enjoyable to attend. The staff is excellent. The Doctors are considerate and they talk you through each step of what they are about to do.

My first visit didnt go so well but i was informed today that the hygienist that was there my first day no longer works there. Today was a much better experience the hygienist that did my teeth was respectful of my needs and concerns and just all around very nice and professional.When i returned to my vehicle after my appointment my husband gave me the best news of all they are going to help him get his smile back. We are both satisfied patients tonight.

I had 3 appointments (3 seperate kids) set up that was a 6 month out period. 2 weeks before the appointments they lost a hygienist and had to cancel. I understand that but they wouldn’t call me back for 2/3 to schedule so I waited that long for nothing. Called and got into a different dental office within a week. Very frustrating the lack of care thru the office I experienced. So they never received my numerous messages I had left for a call back because their office is only open part time. Safe yourself time and go to a different location or office all together!!!

They took me extremely quickly for an emergency, and took care of setting up future needs as well. The office is very clean, modern, and efficient. The staff is excellent! I couldnt recommend a better place!

The lady who works at the front desk is always rude. During our last interaction she was confrontational as I was apologizing for being late. On my way to the office my vehicle started misfiring on the highway. I informed the staff of the incident upon arrival. The receptionist suggested that I should have called. Confused, I expressed that I was terrified at the time and was trying not to get into an accident. She maintained that I still should have called. Apparently they value a phone call value more than their patients lives. Its unfortunate because Ive always had a wonderful experience with everyone else. One of her coworkers walked up during our conversation and appeared to be bothered by the handling of the situation as well. Unfortunately she didnt speak up. The receptionist cited an attendance policy that I had no recollection of and told me that they would have to let me go as a patient. She also informed me how everyone wants to come here. Which made me feel as if their patients are disposable to them. Overall the experience very unsettling to me to say the least.

I went in with low expectations (not because I’d heard anything bad, but because I have Medicade and usually get treated badly while experiencing all types of medical care because I’m a “poor person”) and this place was INCREDIBLE. Positive experience with everyone in the office EXCEPT for Cindy who works at the front desk. She is very rude when talking you. On two different occasions, once in person and once over the phone. She could definitely use some empathy training!! Other than my experiences with her, my rating would be 5 stars for sure.

Im really happy I found them. The dentist I had before I always had anxiety and they used to tear the hell out of my gums but my cleaning was shockingly gentle. I am very happy. Thank you guys !

During Covid a lot of things have changed and a lot of people are not the same. Being this is the first time visiting with this dentist I had a great experience. I’m the type of person that likes things explained especially if I’m not knowledge in that area. I have nothing but great things to say about each person I’ve encountered in my two visits in one day with MCDC! The staff was polite and friendly and very welcoming. That’s saying a lot these days but this place definitely has great customer service and I will continue to go there due to how I was treated. Would definitely recommend!

This dentist is amazing! Went in for a couple fillings and the whole team was super nice. Its professional and clean. In the midst of Covid19 I felt really safe coming here. I absolutely love the (Walker)staff of MCDC. I have been to several doctor’s offices where once the find out you have some form of Medicaid they judge you and treat you badly. The staff here isn’t like that at all, they are all very friendly and professional. I can ask them if my insurance covers a service and not feel embarrassed for asking. I also just feel truly blessed that there’s a Dentist office so close to home that accepts my insurance. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies at Walker, you’re phenomenal. Stay safe! 💗

For someone who hates going to the dentist I have appreciated this office so much! I have now had 8 fillings and 3 extractions (all since COVID) and I felt so completely cared for by their welcoming staff. They are very upfront, professional, knowledgeable and clean, and for an office who accepts Medicaid insurance I am extremely happy with how I’ve been treated and the ambience of the facility. I’ve brought my 4 and 5 year old here as well and they were awesome with my kids. I don’t review often but I’ll be dreading my dental care that much less knowing I’m in good hands, and for me that’s huge. Thank you My Community Dental Walker!

My experience with MCDC was extremely pleasant, the whole process took several months. The MCDC staff was always pleasant and informative. My procedure was quite nerving and they were always there for my every question and concern. I have been and will continue to recommend them.

Had been trying to get a filling fixed for quite a while at the Kentwood location. Called Walker and they got me in the next day. My only complaint is that I dont feel like I should have gotten billed because they were fixing their own work. Other than that, the staff was awesome!

By far the BEST dental office I have been to, the dentist and staff were so kind and understanding of my fear of having dental work done. They were patient with me while waiting for the gas to take affect and even offered me a blanket because I was a bit chilly. I will definitely go back and refer friends and family to see them. They also said they do a follow up call to see how you are doing after a procedure.

Everyone at this office is so nice! From the time you check in till the time you leave, everyone at the office makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Ive been seeing this dentist for the past few months. All the employees are great and very nice. Ive had teeth pulled and didnt feel a thing. They were very informative in my treatment and answered all questions. Even answered questions I didnt come up with until I was home. Ive recommended other family members and they to tell me their visit wasnt as scary as most of us feel a dentist can be. 5 STARS for sure!!

I transferred to this location because it is closer to where I’m living. They were able to get me on the schedule right away. The day of my appointment, I mixed up my appointment time on accident, called because I missed it and rescheduled. Not a big deal since it was my fault. While the appointment after me cancelled so they called to see if I still wanted to come in that day and I did. I was greeted, and brought back right away. The dental hygienist was very friendly and personable. She talked with me throughout my cleaning. The doctor who did the final check was great. He used terms, and explained things in way for you to understand what he was talking about. I would highly recommend this location because they are professional, welcoming, and put their patients first.

I had a broken tooth and was in urgent need of treatment. I called first thing and was able to head straight over. They had me back in the chair within minutes, and treated me immediately. The woman at the front desk, Heather and Dr Waz were knowledgeable, kind, attentive and compassionate. I am so thankful I found them and would highly recommend this office...especially if you have dental anxiety.

Every one was SUPER friendly!! I had to bring my 2 year old with me, so they were very accommodating and efficient. I was in and out of there with in 45 minutes! I will be transfering my kids to this practice!
