I use to love this place! But in the last year the quality has really dropped. Not only the quality but also the customer service has been horrible! I went to get my nails refilled just a solid Gel color. I need simple and quick I asked the price when I started there was no cut down no shape change no design nothing just a basic gel refill and the price was $15 more than what they told me ! When I asked why they told me they used pink powered underneath. I asked why I didnt ask for tht or want that especially since you cant see it I got brown polish! They told me itll last longer 2 days later and my nails already chipped! I wont be back its a shame because this use to be the best salon around

Sadly, I wont be returning. This place was recommended to me by a coworker whose nails always look great. Unfortunately, I did not get that experience. I got a dip manicure which apparently doesnt come with a cuticle trim ($10 extra). My nails were not fully painted even after I showed the lady that the sides were missing polish. I get my natural nails done but they came out really thick and bulky as if I have tips on which doesnt look good. There was still residue from the the dip under and around my nail. It was just not a good experience. Also, I know this isnt required but the lady barely talked to me. Im very big on customer service at least make me feel welcome if youre not gonna do my nails right. Im really upset I wasted my money on this overpriced service.

Lina did an amazing job on my nails! She consistently made sure I was happy with the length and shape of my nails and the art. She walked me through the process of what she would be doing so that I was never confused, and did great. Lina have very friendly and patient service I definitely recommend.

I love coming here! First of all the atmosphere is very calming and welcoming and I always feel relaxed before getting my nails done. They are always on time when someone’s scheduled to go next. The people here are very friendly and kind. I’d like to specifically shoutout Paul for his amazing work and beautiful detailed nails that he has done for me today! He was extremely patient and super kind always. The most horrible nail shop I have ever experienced. Please don’t ever go here for your own sake. They don’t listen to you and they were very rough. my fingers and nails were literally bleeding the entire time I have an infection in my nail because the mans nails were long and unclean and he filed my nails too hard to where it broke skin. He then proceeded to get upset with me because I asked him to be more careful because he was being very rough and messy with my nails and he proceeded to put his unwashed dirty nails into my broken skin. I had paint and acrylic all over my toes and hands and my clothes!?? How is there Paint and acrylic on my clothes. -10/10 experience. DONT EVER COME HERE

Ive been here once before and couldnt remember why I never went back. The reviews were mixed but I thought Ill give them another shot. NEVER AGAIN!!! I got a fill, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. Im satisfied with my nails currently. My pedicure was all of 10 minutes if that! Im paying $40 for a pedicure I expect to get the full treatment. I was so disappointed, now my eyebrows the man BARELY put any wax down didnt brush them, tweez, or cut them. I didnt care to say anything because clearly he didnt know how to wax and wasnt going to take all my brows off.Read the reviews they are accurate!!!

I will not be returning to this nail salon. i have been going to them for months and the last few times i’d have to go back the DAY AFTER because my polish chipped after getting gel polish. last friday i got dip powder with a tip and i lightly hit my finger with something (which is a normal thing that happens) and my entire nail came off along with the polish. this should have NOT happened and i am extremely disappointed in their services. Not only that, but they have you wait 15-20 minutes after you make a nail appointment off the app. not a fan of their customer service either. will definitely go somewhere else from now on.

I honestly am in love with my nails. I gave my nail tech an inspiration photo and he took the design beyond what I could’ve imagined. He took his time to shape my nails and make sure they were a good fit. I honestly believe these will last longer than the places I’ve went previously.

My total came to less than $100 for a full set Ombré, pedicure, and eyebrows. I am typically a cheap person but it’s worth spending money on especially since they look exactly like what I asked for.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!I have been to many nail salons while traveling and this is by far the WORST I have ever come by! I walked into the salon to mini van a nail tech doing her OWN nails for 10 mins. She did not say hello or ask what I wanted. She rolled her eyes each time I ask a question and would speak in another language to Justin who was just as unprofessional. After seeing the dirty condition of the tools I decided to take my business elsewhere. I had to pay $10 for them to take the polish off of my nails and polish still remains.

I called they said to come in in an hour for two gel pedis a refill and gel mani. When it startedTo get busy they left me to sit there with dryers still on my feet and starting on someone else.. he continues to say they had an appointment you are a walk in umm I’m not I called and when I walked in you even said my name! Knowing it was me that called and booked ... last time I made an appointment on line booksey I was there for three hours and had 4 different people work on me!! Just not worth the stress !

I am 40 weeks pregnant, they were so sweet to me and made sure to be more careful with me. It honestly felt like I was with family and it was my first time there. I saw a review saying they weren’t friendly and I really don’t understand because it was the best experience I’ve had. They did a great job with my nails and made me feel comfy. Definitely recommend!

Every single time I step foot in this salon, I have an issue. All these people do is lie and try to finesse as much money as they possibly can from you. They basically enforce gel polish on you, and if you refuse, they refuse to do simple designs for you. I asked for a simple design on my nails and they said they couldn’t do it with regular polish, and that it HAD to be gel polish. Lies.

Horrible! I got my nails done there. The nails were crooked, and started falling off 3 days later. Over price for poor quality

What an incredible first impression! I went in for a fill & pedicure and was fortunate enough to have Kevin as my technician for both. I have been to countless shops and I’ve had many very good experience, but my experience at Diamond Nails was exceptional! I’ve had spa days at the Grand Floridian Spa and that was probably the best pedicure I’ve had...up until now. My fill and UV gel polish was done beautifully. Kevin definitely knows what he is doing and had an incredible personality.The decor & set up of the salon was inviting, clean and comfortable. The entire staff was attentive & friendly. Definitely an extraordinary experience. I live 27 miles from the salon and without exaggeration there are probably 50+ nail salons between me and them. It is worth the extra miles. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

The lady was very nice but my nails came out terrible. She asked what I wanted I said a pedi and a full set with dip powder. She did less than minimal with the pedicure. Then we get to the table for the nail part. She was about to dip when I stopped her and reminded her I asked for a full set. She didnt remove whatever coat of stuff she just applied and just went to applying the nails. I picked out d56 as my color and she NEVER dipped them but instead used a pink in color acrylic. She applied it so sloppily I knew that filing wouldnt fix it. It didnt. I told the lady I was not happy at all. I pointed out the uneven parts and how lumpy my nails looked. She said she didnt see and that my nails needed to be thicker so they will last. I explained exactly what I wanted and didnt get that at all. On top of the uneven lumpy nails she didnt even clean them up so I have whatever she could shape on my nails underneath.

Its very clean, very friendly atmosphere, good people.

I thought I booked with Justin, but bc I don’t have cash app to deposit, he pushed me off to the next tech. My nails were horrible AND pricey! I was so upset, i took them off & went else to start over. Technically he’s the only one there that can actually do nails.

My 1st and last visit here! Justin was polite, but the lady who was doing my nails was rude. I had a picture of nails they did before and I asked for that. She waits until she refills my nails to tell me they don’t have the colors I want. So I asked for a color on the nail board and she pulls out another color saying that color is also unavailable. Not to mention they used door dash and got up from doing my nails to eat. I was so annoyed I told her I didn’t want her to do anything, I’ll pay for the refill but I’ll go to another salon for polish. NO APOLOGIES, NO SUGGESTIONS, NO HELP!!! VERY POINTLESS VISIT!!!!

Went to Diamond Nails for my first time tonight and had an amazing experience! I first saw their amazing work on Instagram and knew I had to give them a try. The service was timely but detailed as they made sure every inch of my nails were perfect! Owners Justin and Van were very sweet and clearly skilled, I am very happy with my nails and definitely will be coming back!!

I called in asking if they had time, before driving 35 minutes to the salon. They told me I could walk in and be serviced. I sat and waited for an hour before a man finally comes and tells me that he cannot help me and how expensive and lengthy the service I wanted was. Making it as if I couldnt afford such a service. I checked the website before I chose this salon. I understood that before I came. He then told me he is too busy today and tomorrow and next time make an appointment. Honestly they could have told me that when I walked in. I should have known I wasnt getting my nails done from the two people who came in after me were taken back right away. So I wasted an hour and 40 minutes for nothing and now cannot have my nails done. Definitely will steer clear of this salon from now on.

The first two times I went were really pleasant and my nails came out wonderfully. Every time since then has been much less than pleasant. When there are people waiting they rush to get your nails done and the nails come out sloppy and they rough handle. If they took the appropriate amount of time they’d be great. Very minimal customer service. I won’t be returning anymore.

Gospel Tabernacle sisterhood ministry had our annual pampering party at Diamond Nails today. The salon is beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and do great work. I will definitely be back and refer a friend.

NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE! Literally felt like they got over on me when I specifically asked if it was regular color and I was told it was by the woman who performed the services. I even questioned the gentlemen as of why a certain dryer was being used on my nails... he took off 3 dollars for her screw up. And pockets 42 dollars for nails that aren’t even that great looking length wise.Please learn how to understand people.I would have kept being persistent had my husband not stepped in.It’s a shame. You are already robbing us with the length up charge and now this.Get a flat rate before they touch you!

I went there all the time when Ann owned this place. I’ve been there twice since they have the new owner and a nice lady gave me a pedicure and both times I got an ingrown toenail after I had my pedicure I never had an issue before in all the years I went there .. so I’m not going back and I will go to Gloucester city to see ann to get my pedicures for now on.. this place was beautiful inside and everybody was very nice and friendly but I’m not happy ...

I got my nails done and I knew my tips weren’t matching up with my real nail but I left it up to them. Talk about poor quality. They broke less than three days. Only Justin knows how to speak English and treat people nicely. But don’t waste your time here it’s pricey too I got robbed for sure 106 dollars just for a pedicure and acrylic. I will not return.

The guy that did my nails rushed the whole time and I was their only customer in there. He was very tough on my nails he filed them too hard. My nails came out uneven and the sad part is the whole nail wasnt even covered with acrylic, the polish was sloppy and my nails havent even been done for 3 days and 2 of them already came off!!! I will not be going here again!! These people do not care about the quality of service they provide!! I wish they never switched owners!!!!

Ive only gotten my nails done here once and it was with my aunt and we loved our nails they were so nice and understood exactly what I wanted and they do a wonderful job.

I waited almost an hour and nobody greeted me offered me swatches to look at nothing finally someone took me back still didnt show me gel swatches they were pushy in trying to upsell me on more designs the gel polish looked gloppy which is a clear sign they are diluting the gel polish and they didnt let my gel cure fully sending me out with nails that were very sticky that started peeling away after a few days and picked up smudges and look terrible after a few days I will not be returning

Horrible experience if I could give no stars I would. Staff was rude, disrespectful, and condescending. Continuisly called me by the wrong name after I corrected them. Talked about how bad my natural nails looked. Smudged my nails twice and got angry when asked to be fixed. Had me “dry” my nails for 45 minutes and got angry when asked if they could do a matte finish. Even though I asked BEFORE I sat down to make sure was told yes then snapped at when asked for the finish saying they didn’t do it. Don’t even waste your money at this mediocre shop.

They change people/ staff as frequently as the seasons change so you may have to settle for a new tech each time. Color choices are very nice...usually not too busy. Also open on Sunday until 430pm which is nice. Wish they understood English better but in NJ thats a challenge at any nail salon. The other reviews are correct...customer sevice is poor and lacking and they dont always care about the quality of your nails whether busy or slow. My nail tech walked away and didnt even have the decency to tell me i was done and could leave and pay. Just got up and started painting another persons nails...TF!

Best in Glassboro but thats not saying much as most Glassboro businesses suck due to the college student population.
