After reading the negative comments about landlords, I am an owner myself and I just wanted to post some pictures of what you tenants leave behind and during your tenancy. And it can cost up to thousands of dollars to clean and repair the filth and damages that you leave behind. One tenant left his dog for days maybe even weeks alone I had to remove all carpet 3K, also I had to remove this beautiful carpet and replace all flooring and clean$6K, also this tenant left fridge full of food and filth all over. You people want clean when you move in but you leave filth when you move.

I trust Arco Realty Ive been working for thim off and on since I was 13 years old Im now 39 theyre good people in the office they have a big selection of homes apartment buildings and commercial buildings I think of Arco as family

Most people talk down about the overall services that Arco Realty renders. Ive been a tenant with this company for over a year, and I found that the staff here are very, very compassionate about the tenants well being in their renting situations. These people will work with you endlessly and faithfully to keep you as a tenant as long as you have a good tenant and landlord relationship. Theyre real good people.

I cant believe they actually allow potential renters to view properties that have not been cleaned completely out. Ridiculous! Yall should clean before seeking new renters was totally disgusted.

There is entirely too much I can say about this company. I have been with them for nine years and when I first applied as a tenant, I had some of the same negative comments that others may have hadEspecially when it was time to ask for a key and go see the pros. I was like, “what the world” I was not about to move in this house with looking like it did!! Trust me please! They will not allow tout to move in the unit the way it lookI don’t care if the floor has feel in, windows broke or busted, nasty walls, tore up doors, outside appearance. Once you have paid your deposit it will be totally different! They have contractors for everything that need none. This is nothing new to them. So when you go look at the property look at the atmosphere and the image of the inside! Please keep in mind that you are not paying the deposit the same as rent as others charge you. Houses do not come with appliances, Apartments does. You are not giving a credit check or worldwide background, so keep that in consideration before you go complaining and you only working with a basic rent! They are good people, just like you! They are actually really good and fair people, compared to alot of other rental agencies. People who have negative things to say, usualy there is a underlined issue why.. They are not slumloards by any means.They actually will help you. But only if they see you are trying to help yourself...

No stars. Rented from them once and it was hell. That was with the dad. Now his mini-me daughter has taken over. Try living under a bridge first or go to the shelter.

Arco Realty has never sent me intentionally problematic e-mails I needed to open by the 21st of Nov. 2018 like Skip Alstons people did in Catawba County, nor did they work with the corrupt Greensboro Police Department on a campaign against me like Kotis Properties and Alston Realty Group did, thats continued to this day, and if you think living in better parts of town in Greensboro is the way out, the white District that is Outlings actually has issues a lot of people know about.What the Greensboro Police Department does in District 3 is simple enough: it allows people to come to you or your property endlessly and repeatedly, they will be out to have you charged, to bait you into a fight or argument that they can call the police about and stick on you when in truth more than one person came your way, what is known as conspiracy, issues Barness people put an end to right away by serving Community Watch Gail Barger right in front of the GPD. If the Community Watch was in Greensboro and she rarely was, Barger slandered, defamed and in my case took photos of me the Department allowed her to take that were framing and nothing more, all of which made Barger appear what she was not: she wasnt in Greensboro half the time, according to the Westerwood Neighborhood Association itself, so saw and knew nothing, for it is impossible to be at OBX and Greensboro simultaneously, and when she was informed of what Andrew Swofford was doing in Lake Daniel Park--the Web giving you an idea--the city not only did not take the clear and obvious to police, it lied and covered for him. Andrew Swofford would be one of many who came to me for reasons explained, in broad daylight, what GCSO put an end to and quickly: Kim Maynard will be the last of these people who keep coming to you. And he was, thanks to countys lack of political and financial poison. People got served so got the message: come to him again and its jail. Speaking of which, Swofford punching the gas in the family Volvo after idling behind me was identical to CRO Ben Wingfield punching the gas in his cruiser in Latham Park when I pulled-in for the City of Greensboro works through connections and those connections are a result of (usually) race and always wealth: thanks to Justin Outling, those traits land you cops, not all of them but certainly those who came all the way out to Catawba County.What the Department does is call county and others telling them what Wingfield told me about persons interested in these issues--he did not have nice things to say, slander identical to what Gail Barger made a career out of, in the event she was in town, the city telling me people with money have always run things, its just always been that way which was gangbusters for Swoffords activities in Lake Daniel Park and of those there were enough. If he was black and unknown he would have made none: Barger would have had him arrested and as she did with others-not-Clyde posted that information to as many as possible. That made the city look awesome, too, but because Swofford had connections I watched him blossom into an unskilled addict who would only get worse thanks to government. Coming-up behind me in Valley Hills Mall I knew was a cop and due to the number of times I was asked about where the Coliseum was by the GPD in Greensboro, and once about the whereabouts of Rice Toyota..? in Edward McKays YOU KNOW WHERE SECURITYS AT at the mall told me my e-mails to council from here about what the Department was doing in Greensboro had become a problem that needed shutting-down someway, somehow. Should you wish to leave parts of town where the system thinks you belong these days youll have to have an attorney before apartment-hunting; youll have to worry about the city who will bail-out and promote as angels and victims those who came to you repeatedly and framed you and you wont know the most of them although you will see them all walk, my advice being not to live in Greensboro at all but if you were to do so the bad parts of town are probably best

They had bed bug ants crawled all on my kids bed my basement flooded water leaked on my water heater and caused a fire water in the fuse box and sparked turned off my lights for a week called and they never came and fixed it all they did was send a plummer and nothing got fixed in my house i have to say they are some real slumlords at arco i also lost a lot of clothing and furniture do to flood so the house was under inspection
