I’m not sure about anyone else’s experience, all I know that mines was positive and NOT a scam. However I was sent only one big list of properties available the other times I called they didn’t have anything available and I never got any other emails. Either way i started this last week and I’ve already made an appointment to sign the lease on a new this week. So it definitely Does work. The good big list they did send me was a good big one, all of the properties on there I have not heard about.I’m very grateful for this and for Rental Professionals.

This is a COMPLETE waste of time and money. You’ll be better off stumbling upon something yourself. Most of the ppl on these lists never answered the phone. And I’m having trouble getting the refund they promised. DON’T DO IT! Thank me later

The only positive about this company is the employee Sherrys personality. Ive used this agency twice, against my better judgement, because I thought maybe they had improved from prior years. As others have stated, most of the property listings are outdated. Unless the units are being rented extremely quickly. A majority of the properties are listed on free sites online, such as Zillow, Trulia, Rent.com and socialserve.com. Search there first before wasting your money with this company.

I wish I could give it -0. $90 bucks for what? Most of the properties listed are run down. If you do find a property you like, its IMPOSSIBLE to contact the property owner. This company is the WORSE!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY unless youre ok livinging ANYWHERE in ANYTHING. #IllPASS

If you people like myself and family use this company.....you might as well spent 98$ on scratch offs. Contacting the BBB on them. They are a scam. Just read the reviews. The positive ones are fake. Landlords are aware of their scam and not associated with them. Take some time with the BBB and put them out of business. Join the fight where a special place for them for people looking for a home to rent that are in a situation and they take your money. Please help by taking a few minutes to file a complaint. With the BBB!

Don’t waste your time.. thought they was out of business.. paid them back in 2019 found my own place a week later and they never sent me my money back.. kept calling leaving messages and the manager never called back..

Omg like i don’t understand these people do they like black people? Like it’s this one landlord that never answers the phone but will call u from private and will say the same exact thing he said before ! ATP I don’t believe anything they say they also told me that houses will be available at a curtain date and people still are staying there ! I would give them no stars if I could. I got one listing that wasnt associated with another listing agency. That listing turned out to be a number that no one was answering. When I called I either got no answer or a message saying that the voice-mail box was full. A total waste of my time and money! Watch out they also go by fastrentalhomes.com!

After paying the $98, everything was all good until I started calling the landlords. There was one landlord who will refuse to help you if you don’t already have a lease in your name. You can call the landlords and they will state that they will return your call, then you give them a call back and the home is no longer available. I wasted my money on list for everyone on the list that was provided to me to say that they didn’t have anything available. Don’t waste your time or money with these folks. They will make everything sound so good and helpful in the beginning knowing that you’re in search of a home and then you get shot down when calling the landlord and they tell you the home is no longer available!!

Don’t do service here ! They are nonresponsive in the event they can’t find you a place . They communicate via fax with corporate . You won’t get a refund for your subscription . I reported them to the BBB . BEWARE!!

This company was not friendly in the way of trying to get me registered. I had to inquire on how to register and the specifics. They did not seem to want my business.

I gave it a try the two women that work their guaranteed me a home for rent. I called up their almost everyday and never found a place to rent. I had found my own place to rent without rental pros. They were not helpful at all. I was gonna apply for my refund and turns out you only have 15 days after the expiration to apply for it. I gave them time till the expiration to call me about place they never called. I wouldn’t do it again maybe it will work for others but my experience wasn’t great so I wouldn’t do it again.

I saw the reviews but I thought they wouldn’t apply to me, especially considering how long they’ve been in business. This was a total waste of money, no one has helped me find anything, and I am very disappointed. Please beware of false advertising

Not worth the $98 do not pay for this. You are better off looking yourself. Alot of the property listings are not up to date and the houses that are available are not worth the monthly rent. You have to call an automated line to check for new listings. If you dont call daily you will not get your refund.

Its awful they dont help you. They take your money and give you properties that are already rented out or the people isnt answering the phone. I thought I could get some help from them and they do a horrible job. They rush you off the phone and havent had not 1 update on properties

Rental Professionals you guys rock, I called spoke with a nice lady Sherry she explained the service, I had to speak with my boyfriend about using this service. When I called back to get set up with Sherry she said I had a Landlord to call in a home since I talked with you this morning. I called the landlord she set up a meeting the same day. I called her today and she said we got the home. I am signing my lease tomorrow. The best decision we made. Thank you Rental Professionals.

A friend of mine used this service told me to call and talk with Sherry, that is who he dealt with he said she will really help you, she had him in a home within three weeks. So I called spoke with Sherry and went to the office got set up with Rental Professionals, Sherry told me she make some calls to get in what I was looking for, sure enough she had me in a home two weeks later. More than I was looking for and my rent was less than I was excepting to pay. Thank you so much Sherry you sure are a blessing to people.

Ive used there service....I had a horrible experience with one of their Landlords. He tried to rent me a property that was already occupied. Took my deposit money. Then left me and my 3 children stuck with no where to go. And when I tried to share my experience with the Office Manager Sherry. She was apparently to busy. Dont waste your time you can find a home on your own.

Ive used this service in the past and was successful on locating a rental but this time was a waste of money and time. I called to see if they could help and they said they could but the only rentals that showed was already online for free through another rental agency so there was no point in spending money to view properties listed for free. Currently requesting a refund after a month of nothing and no contact as promised. Save your money and search on your own!

I called Rental Professionals spoke with Sherry she explained the service to me in great details. Despite the reviews I did go in the office and registered, I received a list of properties and started my journey. Sherry told me that with a private landlord I could get a house pretty quickly, and just like she said I got my house the very next day. I thank you so much Sherry the best $98 I’ve spent in a long time. I’m so glad I gave you guys a chance. If I’m ever looking for to rent again I’ll be back to see you Sherry again Thank you.

A wonderful place to go Ive have been looking for a place for months I go there at 10:00 in the morning on a Monday and Sherry gives me my list of houses to go look at I called a few of them within five hours later I signed my lease tell my power cut on and my internet could not be more happier with the service and the selection but I was given from this company and what a wonderful lady to speak with..... Next time I move I will be using this company

Horrible place. Dont do any type of business with them. Nothing they say is true and they will do whatever they can to get your money. Been waiting a month for my refund called and they said give them another week. Its always some excuse why they wont give you your money back.

Well I can honestly say that Ms Sherry is an honest lady. So far she has kept her word. I have only been in service with them just since yesterday but they have done everything to help me get a place so far! You have to put in the work also you can’t just expect a place to fall in your lap!!! You have to do the foot work!!! Have patience. I started believing all those bad reviews myself that it caused me to say some things that I shouldn’t have because Sherry really came through On her word & for that I’m Grateful & thankful...

Their website said they have a certain rental I was interested in and when I called they didn’t.

I wish i would have read the reviews before i went to them because all i get is voicemails.

I do recommend using this service if you work with Sherry. She is a sweet person and she really cares about helping you. Once Melissa got my money she didnt care if I found a house or not. We were almost homeless I called the office and Sherry answered I explain the way Melissa was treating us and she told me to clam down she would help me. She gave me a Landlord number to call and just like that I got his home the next day. I am forever grateful to Sherry for her help.

I called on Friday left a message never got a call back. I called on Saturday spoke with a sweet lady SHERI, she was very helpful explaining the service in great detail. I will register with her when I get paid.

When I called them I explained that I was looking for a house and they told we can help you with 🙄 then sent me a list of the properties and most of these houses were rented already 😡😡. I called them again and explained!! They told me we’ll send you updates of what’s available then send me a list of apartments and duplex 🤦‍♀️. I can find that by my own DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY WITH THSES PPL.

Before paying the $98.00 subscription fee, I asked if they had access to homes in a specific school district as was told that they did and would send the listings as soon as the fee was paid. When I informed Melissa that I was not comfortable with this she informed me that they would not have a problem refunding me the fee as long as I requested the refund before the 30 days was up. When I received the listings, NOTHING was including to my specifications that I had requested so I contacted them immediately to request a refund and was given all kinds of excuses. It makes me feel that the company is fraudulent and misleading. If I do not receive my refund In a reasonable turnaround time I will open a case with the better business bureau to investigate their practices. I have already opened a dispute with my bank. If you are thinking about using this company. My advice is DON’t!! Spend your money and time elsewhere.

Despite the bad reviews glad I didn’t feed into them. I dealt with a very nice southern lady (Sherrie) she explained the company to the fullest. I did as she instructed me to do, however I decided to move out of state, but I did receive my refund in the full amount I paid. If my company moves me back to Greensboro area, I will be back to do business with Rental Professionals.

Great experience, I had been homeless for 2 months and couldn’t find anyone to rent to me, I went in on a Sunday got set up with Chris paid the $98 dollar fee got my listing and rented my house 3 hours later with no problems. Don’t waste your money! I called got the listings which were the same everyday. Called landlords left messages and never got a response from them. Houses were already rented! How do you sleep at night? Sent in writing for a refund and 3 months later still haven’t gotten anything back! No letter no call no money! Don’t waste your time!!

I called and talked with Sherry about my situation ask if she could help me, she said they could. After visiting Sherry in the office, which was a very easy process, she recommend a property to me on Saturday. I got that property the same day and moved in on Monday. I couldn’t have done it without Rental Professionals. Thank you Sherry for your help.

Their excuse when offering suggestions on how to improve their service was, I am not the owner so I asked to speak to the owner and got hung up on.All they do is send you listings for Benjamin James properties which you can view for free on the Benjamin James website. I will be contacting a lawyer to recover my registration fees for this scam.

I was promised if there serviced didn’t work I would get a full refund. That was in July. I still have no received my refund after calling multiple times. Worst experience ever! This is all a scam.

I do not recommend this service to anyone. They lie to you and dont care if you are disabled. They will take the money right out your disability account without a second thought. They do not let you read the details of the subscription before you sign up for the services. They make you believe that they work with landlords and rental companies to help you get a place to live, but some companies I contacted said that Rental Professionals have never spoken to them directly. If you are computer savvy, you can find the same information for free on your own. They will say anything to get your money, practically selling you a fraudulent service and then when you confront them they act like it was your fault for falling for it. This company should not be able to take money from disabled, poor people who are already struggling. Be careful!

This place is a scam and ripoff. When I signed up for the service I spoke to a person. I recieved my listing but found a place on my own three days later that was not on their listing. I then requested a refund of my $97.00. When requesting a refund no one wants to talk to you, it is done through the mail. I sent a copy of my newly signed lease and explained that I called their updated system daily until I found and signed my own apartment. They informed me though the mail that because I did not give them 30 days to find me a place I did not qualify for my refund. Complete scam and a waste of money.

No where to park!!!!!I heard the food is good, but I may never know. There are only about 12 parking spaces.

This people have rental properties that are in the worst neighborhoods, they always have the same properties to offer nothing new what so ever and If you dont find a rental with them they will do everything in their power not to return you the money. I dont recommend using this agency to anyone, dont use them if you dont want to be scammed and robbed.

For the past couple weeks Ive spoken to Sherry each time, she is a very sweet lady and tries to help me each time finding a place! So far I havent had any luck with anyone returning my call but Sherry is always very helpful and helping finding other properties!Thank you Sherry!!UPDATE: Sherry tried everyday to get my self and family into a home, she did all she could. For 2 months straight never received a key to a house in my hand. But, when I was just about to give up Sherry called me, gave me an update and bam I was meeting a guy with 3 places for rent, I got first pick needless to say❤️ Wouldnt of without Sherry! Will be inviting her over for a celebration! Thanks Sherry for all the hassle and time you put in to help my family, I appreciate you.I would definitely use your service AGAIN if needed.

Rental Professinals aren’t very “professional” I may add. The houses/trailers they provided me with were all run down and/or occupied. I went to one house and someone was there. I call RP and they’re like, “they were evicted today they should be gone in a few hours.” We drive by later on and they’re still occupied. Heres another example of how poorly there service is: I ask them for a 3 bedroom house- because that’s all I need at the moment- and all I get is a snobby response of “that’s just an ad, that’s not a real place”THEN WHY PUT IT ON YOUR WEBSITE??I don’t know. If you don’t want to risk the trouble I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

Very unprofessional, and a rip off!

So i move here in Feb. Found this company. Got a listing every home they sent me to was run down. The houses i liked the landlord never called me he had so many houses to rent. And two or them were occupied by residents. I called RP they said that there probally being evicted. Ok, u mean u dont know. Next problem i called every day and checked in to get new listings. The paper said if you want a refund to swnd in a written request b4 your expiration date which i did if u called every day for 22 days to check in then mailed a written request you wouldnt have time. Plus, it doesnt say you have to call every day just check in with the local office not automated no where in that paper work does it say that. Sherry highlights just one part please send in written request within 15 days of the expiration date.. Hmmm ok i did no refund yet. Sad and they send u in the most run down neighborhood. So whoever said people need to read. There is nothing stating i had to call in 22 days straight and put in some number nor was it explain to me. All i got was the same lady who i called every day and she seemed to be hurting in her voice cuz yall work her everyday just saying

Well I see all the negative comments on here and I’m guessing they didn’t use the service the way it was meant to be used bc the contract clearly states you mus ACTIVELY search with the service in order to receive a refund which means you must come into the office or call the customer service number once a day Monday thru Friday for one month witch is only 22 days out of 30 READ PEOPLE!! Smh this is my third time using the service and I’ve found something EVERYTIME I’ve got set up so there’s no excuse why you shouldn’t find anything if you gng pay $98 buck for the service use it people it works as long as you keep in touch.Josh Turner

Hate to write bad reviews butFirst of all they gave me a list of 50 different locations to rent out of the 50 listing only 5 was private owners out of those 5 one of them answer there phone, went to go see the place it was in a very bad area and the house was falling apart, I still took the time to go see the other houses that she highlight for private owners and same thing bad neighborhood and they were already occupied I was lucky to find a place on my own and I requested my refund and of course they deny to refund me so I do not recommned them at all.....

I wouldn’t recommend working with this business. They charge an up front fee of 98.00. Melissa told me in person, if I paid with cash, it would be refunded to me if I couldn’t get a place to rent from their listings, or if I didn’t get a rental listed by them within the 30 day period. Now, I have to write to corporate for my refund in the form of a check!

Read a few bad reviews, but let me tell you, I registered with these guys on Monday and found a home on Friday that I would not have found without them. I had been looking for two weeks without any luck, Thank you Rental Pros, Thank you.
