I am incredibly grateful that I stumbled upon Burkely. I noticed one of their properties near UNCG and gave a call to inquire. Nicole was kind enough to return my call and meet me at the property to let me take a look. When that one didnt work she showed me two others immediately. One of the properties was perfect and exactly what we were looking for (:Nicole went above and beyond to ensure that our applications were processed quickly and efficiently. She is also extremely kind and easy to work with. Her communication is on point and I could rave about her all day long from the first call where I explained what I was searching for, to how she took me to two other properties on the spot, and emailed us personalized application links to our emails, as well as the other steps such as the pet application as necessary, and she even contacted me on a Friday evening to give the good news of approval and to work on our lease on the weekend. She went above and beyond. Thank you Nicole! 👏👏👏👏I also like how straight forward, transparent, and easy to understand that Burkelys lease is. They cover all of their expectations such as keeping the property in good shape and cleanliness and to alert them immediately of issues to be fixed, as the process for maintenance orders and rental insurance, and expectations of their pet policy.I highly recommend Nicole and Burkely Rental Homes and can say this will be my go-to Rental Company in Greensboro... I have a little bit of experience in property management and most companies have horrible ratings so be sure to research the company before you sign with them. Michelle Shinault is amazing. The nicest rental agent we have found in the Triad. We have been searching for a home for the post the weeks since relocating from out of state. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a rental.
