STAY AWAY! If you are like I was and trying to save money in this high rent market and think you might can overlook some things and stick it out for cheaper rent, do not do it I promise you that you will regret it. The stress is not worth it.They are the middleman and will not step in even if their client owner is a slum lord. The lease I signed was garbage from the get go because they rented a house that was not up to code despite that being in the landlord agrees to section. We were there 5 months, the damage found was from years of neglect. Had problems right off the bat. Then, we found some hidden patched together damages soon after moving in. I tried to end the situation reasonably and amicably but the owner wanted no part of it so I called the city. It is now in the process of being repaired after being deemed unfit for human habitation by the city. According to the legal counsel I received, the property management companys job would be to fire such clients. Their continuing to work with them speaks volumes. Never got my security deposit back either.I learned from a neighbor that her friend had rodent infestation when she lived in the same property. Someone else had filed a complaint earlier in the year we moved in but moved out before it was inspected. If you absolutely have to rent one of their properties, do some research and look up the address on Greensboros code compliance website. Because the house I rented should have never been listed.

Trust the reviews!!!!These people are rude, unorganized and particularl about who they choose to be rational/civil with. I informed them about a mold/Moisture/smell problem that theyre been ducking since the day I moved in and when I suggested they reimburse me for the mold damage I was given a 30 notice to move out (not to mention this was around the holiday season). They did nothing to attempt a fix to this problem. When my roommate called to speak to Ray (who btw youll never meet) about the issue, he yelled, talked down to her and didnt care what she had to say. Do not rent from these people, trust me.They are also sue crazy so make sure you get everything in writing.

Hello everyone, Im a 50 yr old disabled woman, Ive been in contact with Miss Kim Holder and I was also mistreated.ive paid for service and got no help Im now homless and I was trying too relocate too this person didnt care nor was she any help she also continued too lie too me. Now I see why the ratings are very low. I really thought we had all over came the HATE OF ONES COLOR .I WILL PRAY FOR peace.but the company is the worst.

Received a formal letter from Jennifer threatening legal action if I didnt pay my rent. I paid my rent on the second of the month. Honestly unbelievable that Im giving them money every month and this is how they treat their tenants.

They have been extremely fair, patient, and responsible in all of my interactions with them. I cant speak to their other properties, but in mine any issues are dealt with same day and Kim, especially, is efficient and kind. Whoever they contract their property work to do a good job quickly!

The rental home we are in currently has an inside temperature of 83 degrees. This rental company REFUSES to do anything about it. It has been this for almost 48 hours with an inside temperature over 80 and outside temperatures reaching 90 this weekend l. I called Saturday morning at 7 A.M. to report the air conditioner as broken/out of order. I got a call back 3 hours later and a voicemail stating that an AC issue is not an emergency. When I tried to call back from the number that left the voicemail I could not- it was an “unknown caller” and thus I could not directly reach their staff member in charge of emergency issues.I called and left a second voicemail and my roommate called with a third attempt. We called asking to have our calls returned and to speak to someone rather in person rather than get a voicemail. It has been over 24 hours and I still have not gotten a call back. If you are looking to rent with professionals who care about the people providing them with a paycheck do not work with this company!

Triad Investment Realty has an agent named Jennifer Mattocks; Upon meeting her and seeing the apartment I became interested and decided to move forward with the application process. As apart of the Section 8 program I turned in my request for tenancy and followed up consistently to check the status of the application. Everything seemed to be okay but apparently there had been an error of contact info on paperwork. The housing inspector wasn’t able to make contact or pass the unit so I couldnt move in. Agent Jennifer Mattocks nor anyone at Triad Investment Realty never informed me she hadn’t been contacted by the inspector and gave someone else the apartment in a matter of 3 weeks. I did everything I could do to keep contact. All the while I’m expecting to receive a move-in date. Triad Investment Realty should inform applicants when apartments have been given to someone else. So I called and requested the 25$ application fee be returned and was denied and blocked from calling the business. Very unprofessional unapologetic and rude is how I’ve been treated. I would not recommend doing business here. Thank You

Im really surprised that these people are still in business. I rented a house at 10 Shipley Ct. It was originally managed by a different company when I got, but when TIR took over thats when it hit the fan. When it rained the half bath off from the master bedroom it would literally rain if it was a bad storm. After the 2nd or 3rd time I was told that it something on the roof that when it rained hard enough was letting rain in. Problem fixed. In one of the bedrooms the ceiling started dripping water and in the other was a big wet spot in the ceiling. Well that was supposedly the A/C unit in the attic that had thawed out causing the problem. Again problem fixed. Reported another leak in the laundry room ceiling. This leak was to the point that water was standing on top of the hot water heater. Well this happened doing the time that it rained for like 2 weeks straight and they hadnt had a chance to come out. During this time, I left to go out to eat and returned to my ceiling caved in and it literally raining in the house. It started out a small but noticeable hole and by the morning it was very big that I could see the sky. I called and called and eventually went into the office because I wasnt getting a call back. I was told it was nothing that could be done until it dried up made you he could have had someone come and put a tarp on the roof so the inside didnt get worse because there was a break in the weather. Nope he fail to do that and it started raining again foot another 4 days. I lost one of my sons baby pictures and baby book, my stuff and awards from high school including my diploma as well as countless other memories and non replaceables. To make matters worse, when the ceiling came down it exposed mold and mildew that had been there. I had to clean everything up and even had the mold tested. I ended up developed asthma from the exposure. The people that they sent out to repair or should I say patch up the roof each one of them told me that the roof should have been replaced and even showed me the places where they almost fell through the roof, which were the same places that I had leaks in the house. While I was in the house he refused to fix it so I refused to pay rent and moved out. As soon as I moved out he fixed it. He rented it out to some new tenants and upped the rent on the house. I gave them a heads up because she had a child as well with asthma issues and walked her through the house and showed her every problem area. These people are the absolute worst!!!! They just want the money.

The absolute worst experience renting with them....I stayed in my home over 5 years and they would come patch up anything that needed to he repaired literally! Roof was leaking they just sprayed foam so the brown water stains wouldnt show...make sure you keep your walk through inspection they are notorious for trying to charge for stuff that was wrong when you moved in. They are a very non caring business meaning they dont care what you have going on in life pay them by the 10th or they take you to court every month few months they dont care...i say go with another company if you dont want any problems and get your money worth. Know your rights as a tenant period with these folks
