My pedicure was perfectly fine until the end, I never got a top coat once they finished. As for my nails, I asked multiple times for a simple design on my natural nails and was immediately given acrylics. My cuticle was not sealed so I had lifting almost as soon as I walked out the door. I also ended up getting an infection on one of my nails because she over cut my cuticle. After she had put on the acrylics I didn’t ask for, she didn’t thin them out either so they’re extremely bulky. They also lost my shoes from my pedicure, I came with a friend and neither one of us were handed out shoes when we had to move chairs for our manicures. I asked the front desk before I left where my shoes were and they had to search for them because they had already sat someone else at my pedicure station.

This place was my first time i came here. Beautiful place, service was okay.Person who did my nails mines nails was kristy got nails done on 8/26 by 9/3 all nails popped up like this in photo. I’ve been to this place two times in the past 6/7 days to get 8 nails FIX ! Remind you i stay 30 mins from this place!!! I DONT work, stay at home girlfriend, & dont do no crazy activities. I have gotten nails way long than this with no problem lasting a month or so ; MANAGER RUDE AND TRIED TO PLAY ME LIKE IM LIFTING MY OWN NAILS, SAYING WHATEVER AND SHE DIDN’T CARE!!! Whats so bad about it I actually liked how the lady did my nails …….. now i have to pay 10$ because its the 9th day my nails been done & they rules is 8days. Money isnt the issue its the TIME i have to keep coming up here to get something fix due of the quality of how they did my nails. I get nails done plenty of times and never ever had every nail pop up, its not like they BROKE, they was POPPING UP. So I Don’t really recommend this place of business wen it comes to nails!!!! Pretty good with feet though

Tanya destroyed my eyebrows today.I went in today Saturday, May 8th for an eyebrow and lip wax and I came out with a chunk of my face missing. She kept using super hot wax, even after I complained, which ended up burning my skin and when she pulled off the wax my skin peeled off too. I have been trying to contact them but no one picks up the phone. Here is what my eyebrows look like now.

I Got a full set on June 30 @6pm. I have lost a nail every other day since and it has only been a week. They started to lift and chip the following day.

New to the area. I came Friday to get a refill and a color change on my toes. They did the original. On Saturday a nail broke and since they have an 8 day guarantee I came back on Sunday. They were packed but I didn’t mind the wait until people who came after me were getting helped and when I pointed this out they said they would get to me(Trying to be understanding because they were packed). When she finally came over, I told her what I wanted and she asked me to come back. They’re prices do not reflect in their work. Seriously. This was it for me.

You can ask for something specific and they end up doing whatever the feel is best for you . Very nice place but quality is bad . They’re always in a rush and won’t take their time with you

My experience was with Ethan & Trisa! LUCKY LUCKY ME!!! Ethan was funny and personable. Trisa was quiet and focused. When I tell you that was the greatest gel manicure and pedicure ever! My feet were happy and my manicure was done RIGHT. I get so sick of going to the nail salon and they herd you in like cattle and rush through your service. This team duo personified what a nail salon SHOULD do for every customer. I appreciate both of them. THANK YOU! Oh let’s not forget the COMPLIMENTARY Margarita. You heard me.... 🍹BAM! I havent been in this location for over a year and it was a huge mistake in my part. Cindy did and awesome job doing my dip nails. She was very detailed oriented and did exactly what i ask for. For now and on, i will only go to her.

Im so disappointed in Nails of America Myerland for their lack of response to my complaint.I first visited here right after they opened and had such a wonderful experience, that when my daughter came to town I treated each of us to a Lavender Pedicure Treatment ($37) and a Tropical Deluxe Manicure ($33).My dissatisfaction is with both the manicure, which as you can see from the pictures, flaked off less than 24 hours later and the fact that when I called to tell them, the volume on their end was so low I could not hear. When I said this the person then put me on speaker phone making even more difficult to hear. When I said I couldnt hear because the background noise was so loud. They hung up.I called back and after a few rings my call went to voicemail. I left a detailed message with my phone number. It has been more than two hours later and I still have not received a call from them to address my dissatisfaction.

I originally thought that the manicure and pedicure I received were good. Everything looked great. However in less than 2 weeks, I had 6 breaks in my fingernails. All of them were in the quick. My nails are thick, strong, and rarely break. The lady that did the manicure did not let them soak long enough to fully loosen the shellac, which then meant she filed them too much to remove the shellac and weakened them. I’m definitely not happy with the outcome of my manicure.

This was my first time here and I saw all the good reviews but I felt it was an average nail salon. It was at 11am on a Friday so it was very empty so I felt service was just fine. However my biggest complaint is the fact that with the pedicure they give a neck massage and I could careless for a neck massage I’d rather have that whole 4 minutes dedicated to my feet hence why I’m there. And the lady stained my shirt with whatever she used to massage, I guess oil, and i can’t get it out and now my shirt is ruined. I’m so upset!

I come here once every 3 weeks to have an exceptional manicure 💅 done and always have a wonderful experience (other than the rude blonde haired lady at the front which seems to always have an attitude upon delivering the complimentary drinks.) The facility is always clean, the owner continuously walks around to ensure quality services, and personnel are friendly and helpful. This is my spot to get a manicure and have recommended it to friends and family!

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, the front staff is always nice and friendly.The atmosphere feels good and relaxing. Most importantly Tracy does an amazing job with my pedicure!!

Very disappointed in the service provided. The cost to have artificial nails applied doesnt include a manicure. A manicure or at least cutting the cuticles are always automatic. I thought I was coming to NOA to experience another level of service. Instead the service was rushed and sloopy.

Ive been here a couple times. First time I had ms. Tina and the second ms. Ivy. They are both true artists. Love them.

This place has great ambiance and you get a free choice of drink with your service. Unfortunately, I have had an issue with the polish staying on longer than a week. I have tried both regular and gel. The manager is attentive and walks around to assure great service. She also has reassured me that if I have a problem with the polish I can have it corrected within the first 2 weeks after service.

This was my first time visiting this particular nail shop. Richard, the person who did my nails, was professional and very funny. Jessica, who did my pedicure, did a great job. I got shellac and I let her freestyle a simple design. I personally had a great experience with these two.

So this is the 3rd time I go to get a manicure, the last two times Ive visited and got my nails done i had a great experience. This time around I was assigned to Bin. First of all when he approached me he pulled down his mask to talk to me and he was almost on my face. No social distance at all then he was shaving down my nails burned me a couple of times. The last two times I had been there they coated my nails several times. It was gel I was getting. He only coated my nail once with color. I questioned him about it and he said it was ok. I explained the last two times I had been there they had coated my nails several times. I chose the lavender package he did a poor job. Its been a week in a half and almost all my nails have chipped and Im very disappointed.

The first time I came here they had a rush of customers and not enough nail technicians. My nail technician rushed and left black nail polish (my previous color) all around my nail and fingers. I showed them a design of what I wanted and they did not match the colors at all. I was specific with what I wanted and instead I got backlash from the technician to try a different color because they did not have time for what I wanted. The technician even asked to not do a neck massage which was a part of the service I was paying for, just so that they could move on to their next client.I expressed my unhappiness to management and they guaranteed me a free redo service within 10 days. I went back and got my nails redone, but I was charged anyway. I got a different design than the original one because I was so unhappy with how it turned out, but they didn’t tell me until AFTER my nails had the new design that I would be charged because it was not the same design as the messed up original one.Definitely am not coming back to Nails of America Meyerland.

Beautiful establishment! I went in for a polish change which was my first time going there. I was in & out in about 15 minutes. They serve complementary alcoholic drinks which was a major plus. Definitely plan on going back!

I’m usually at NOA every 3-4 weeks for a full set or dip powder. Yesterday I went in and 2 other people came in after me. The woman at the desk seated the other 2 people before me and got them started. She came over and quickly chopped off my nails and stuck them in the removing liquid. I sat there for about 50mins watching other people come in and get worked on immediately. Walked out with my nails half soaked off. Horrible horrible customer service.

I went on a Saturday morning at 10 to get a pedicure and full set. My full set came out amazing, but my pedicure was jacked up. One of my big toes nail polish was all wrinkled and bumpy, there was nail polish all over my skin. Once I got home I took a good look and noticed all of this. I saw that on some toes the woman didn’t file the sides. The corner of most of my toe nails weren’t even polished. It’s now Monday and some toes are already starting to chip. I will not continue to get a pedicure here, just get my hands done when I’m in the mood for acrylics.

My first time in this nail shop and I asked my toes and nails to be the same color. I didn’t notice till I was home. When I brought my receipt she said it will be a extra $35. Um no. And she wouldn’t get me refund. The manger was not understanding and kept trying to upcharge me after I spent $115. Don’t go here.

I came in here with zero expectations except just to get a manicure and pedicure. I walked through the doors and the atmosphere screams sophistication! I was welcomed with a big smile by whom I believe was the owner. The prices were reasonable. I am so excited because I have Been looking for a place to call my relaxation retreat and I truly believe I have found it.

Today my Fiancé and I went in for pedicures. The service for me was amazing! My nail tech was Tammy. My fiancé had Kim and the only complaint he had(besides not liking a pedicure in general) was the fact that she cut him and made him bleed. We did notify a manager and she apologized and we were given $5 off our treatment. For just a basic pedicure is $37 I believe it was but you are given soooo much more than a basic pedicure. We got free alcoholic drinks, hot towls, 6 min massage. Would definitely go again!

I am never coming to this nail salon ever again! The nails were beautiful but they grounded my real nail so short and so tight to my nail! Every time i hit my nails they broke off EASILY and took my REAL nail with them and I wouldn’t even hit my nails hard at all! My real nails are still recovering they thinned them down so much that I can’t get acrylics until my real nails grows back healthy!

Best place in town to get a pedicure, hands down. I have tried a number of places and I keep coming back here. Its not a well kept secret, so make an appointment or come with patience. Their decor is more modern and welcoming than a traditional salon. Their drink (included with treatments) menu is more creative and fun than any other salon I have been.

Good ambiance and nice staff, but I’ve got 3 cuts that burn on my hands and feet after a shellac pedicure and manicure with a clear coat. I also had to ask the technician to please be more gentle..and I’ve got a high pain tolerance

This is the calm, soothing place I have been looking for! Classical music and the ladies are very nice! I got the regular manicure and she was so detail oriented with the whole process. I was very impressed to get this kind of service and no shortcuts were taken.

Pretty good for a quick lunch manicure. I felt the girl was rushing, and it’s not the smoothest or thinest application of a dip manicure, but it’s okay. I’m not sure what her rush was, because I was in no hurry, and there weren’t a lot of people in there. Great ambiance, and you get a free drink at the bar. If I continue to go at lunch, I’ll have to find a better girl.

The place is really nice. Fancy and clean.I went on a Saturday morning, just for a manicure and eyebrows and I was there for 3 hours. No, they were not busy. My nails looked bad they had no shape. My cuticle was there on some nails. I had to go back the following weekend so they could fix my nails. This job was done better but my the edges were not correctly again still had some cuticle and color on the edges of nail. I could tell they were trying to make it up for it but the work is not good. Would not go back.

Loved it!!! This is my second time here! The first time was about 5 months ago. I only waited for about 5 minutes which was very nice, and the environment is very relaxing. Additionally, the staff offers refreshments, making the nail spa very lovely.

Gentle, friendly, professional

My mom and I came here for Mother’s Day and despite the pandemic they were very organized and had everyone 6ft apart. Atmosphere is very friendly and the salon itself is beautiful. Unfortunately for the price my nails were not at my liking I thought maybe I was being picky but my mom didn’t like hers either nonetheless our nails were chipping in less than a week !

I live in the neighborhood and this was my first time there. I told them that when I arrived. They placed me in a chair. They forgot about me for almost 15 minutes and other walks in went before me. I already had my socks and shoes off so I had to wait until someone game near yo get their attention. They apologized and started my services. I requested shellac on my hands and feet and the manicurist rushes through it, but I didn’t notice anything was wrong until the next day. My index finger had a painful in grown finger nail and I had to correct it myself and was difficult since she cut my nails somewhat shorter than normal. The worst thing was it’s only been a week and 1/2 and all but 3 nails paint has just peeled off. I don’t want to go back in to have them touch it up because it was a horrible experience. I spent $115 and it was not worth a single penny. I’m notice an ingrown on one of my toes now. Although it’s walking distance, it’s not worth the money to ever come back.

This is one of my favorite nail salons in town. Theyre very professional, each nail tech works hard, and they make sure to deliver exactly what the client wants. They work very quickly, but the outcome is always amazing. The prices are fair too.

Service is always amazing and very friendly. My favorite part is that they always have a lot of employees on hand which I love because sometimes I go in as a walk in and they have always been able to take me in.

My mom and I went right before Christmas 2019. All the staff were friendly and professional. I even laughed with Kate the artist who did my nails. Yes, I do consider what she did as art. They still look amazing after 3 weeks.

This is now my regular nail salon to go to. Their service and quality is excellent. This gem is also a great location being that its across from the new HEB and other shops in Meyerland Plaza. Im sold! 😁

Today I got pampered by Ethan and Vivian!!!It was wonderful, Ethan and Vivian did amazing job on making me relax today. Ethan was super adorable did very good job with my lil chubby feet’s, I work every day and my feet and arches do hurt and he made that go away!!! Vivian she was very helpful and did amazing job with my nails, wonderful work for the both of them!!! I would definitely have them do my feet and nails again!!!

I had a really great experience here. Even though the place was slammed they did not skip one step. We went with their deluxe pedicure and it took a full 90 minutes with everything.

Very Nice and clean place. Drink menu LIT and great taste. Sooooo many colors to choose from is a plus for me . Customer service was good and prompt .My pedicure felt amazing and looks amazing .I will be returning!

I am extremely picky about my nails and also the environment of a nail salon. This nail salon was amazing. Pedicure was amazing & so was the customer service. If I ever visit the area again, I will be sure to return.

Do yourself a favor and make an appointment before you come. Its certainly not required, but the wait can sometimes be long during peak times if you dont have one. On the plus side, Ive never had to wait past my appointment time, so they really handle their scheduling well.

I absolutely love this place! Great first impression, Its well decorated and has many many beautiful colors to choose from. Definitely going to be my first choice for a mani-pedi.

Nice nail techs ... good a nice job....But there is a major disconnect between what the techs tell you and the young ladies up front.They don’t apply theIr discounts consistently.Can’t pay with cash apparently on a busy Saturday morning!? I had a really terrible experience there last weekend. The tech who did my manicure cut the side of by big toe. I have spend the week applying antibiotic cream and unable to wear closed toed shoes. Thankfully I didnt end up at the doctor but I sure had to stay on top of it all week. The lady who did my fingers cut my cuticle area on four fingers. They bled and look awful this week. Also I requested a powder/dip for finger nails which they did, but when she was done she asked if I wanted lotion on my hands and an arm massage. I said yes thinking there would be an add-on charge to the dip/powder. When i checked out i realized I had to pay for the manicure and the dip/powder. I take the blame for not asking the price but it really didnt cross my mind that I would pay for two separate procedures. I asked that the manager call me and she did call several hours later. Her only comment was that she had spoken to the tech and told her to be more careful. That was it. I had spent $140 that day to leave with cuts on hands and my foot. I will NEVER go back. I have been getting mani/pedis for a really long time at numerous area locations and never had an experience as bad as this.

Took my grandmother here for her 93rd birthday. Everyone was wonderful and she really enjoyed it. Thank you!
