They are under new management at the time of my review... they seem really nice and very responsive to tenants needs. The unit i got is clean and updated. I’m very happy with my rental.

Everything sucks about this apartment complex. Especially management, they never work with you and they take forever to fix simple repairs. Rats and roaches are issues here as well so be prepared if you think about moving here. Natasha that work in the office is the only good thing going for Random woods she is a very nice woman.

Do not move here. Mold, bugs, air and heat do not work properly. Grounds are not kept up. Excuse for all this is the buildings are old. Staff here are horrible. They do not care about the tenants. The pool stays green. Go ahead and pay a little extra for something else. Nothing nice to say about random woods.

Only recently moved here... And I wish I hadnt. Long story short: maintenance doesnt do anything when reported or give you an ETA; the leasing office is full of confusion, they dont know whats going on half of the time. I understand that rent is on the cheaper side, but Ive lived in places much more maintained for the same rent. 🙄

If I could put zero stars I would. Don’t bother coming here. Since new management has taken over my water bill has been astronomical. Along with bugs that they won’t spray for. The floors are rotten and it takes months to get a maintenance man to come fix anything. They just installed a new toilet and it was leaking. Then they sent another person to fix it and it’s still leaking from another place now. Please save yourself the headache and hassle. As soon as my lease is up I will not be renewing.

This is by far the worst place to ever live. The apartments are infested with roaches and I mean crawling on you while you’re sleeping infested. Maintenance is very lazy and take forever to fix anything. Heat doesn’t work properly. Although the AC worked well. The pool is always always dirty!! I could give a million reasons why you should run far far away from this horrible ran down community. Take your money elsewhere.

I lived here while I was a graduate student for one year and it was one of the worst housing experiences of my life! However, it was truly an eye opening experience to see how some complexes will market lower rental rates in return for substandard housing. A list of the awful conditions we lived in...1.) Mold in the closet and windows that the complex never came out to remove.2.) Disgusting and outdated plumbing that would all come to the plumbing area outside of our front door and overflow due to neighbors disposing diapers in their toilets .3.) Insufficient heating and cooling instillation.4.) 65 degree and below temperatures in the house during the winter with a $300 electricity bill attached.5.) Spiders inside the home6.) Busted pipes, flooding, and next door neighbors plumbing issues leaking into our unit.6.) We could physically see and feel air coming through the doors and windows. When we complained and someone came to fix it their only suggestion (if you can call it that) was that the homes were old.As a student I did not know any better or how to properly advocate for myself while living at this property. However, IF you are considering moving into these units I urge you to DO YOUR RESEARCH and reconsider. While this occurred about a year ago I highly doubt they have made any significant changes. Regardless of your economic background no one should have to live in such conditions.

Its a nice complex (BUT) they only have two maintenance man For this big complex which is ridiculous!

I lived there years ago started out on the side by the office in the townhouses had no issues. Wanted a 3 bedroom because I had a baby so I was moved to the other side and the ENTIRE building was infested with roaches. I told the office they moved us to another building on the same side and it was also infested with roaches. They were all in the medicine cabinet and dishwasher. My baby was still crawling so we moved may have only been in the new apartments for two weeks. I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving there.

Over price not worth the money old property poorly insulated high Duke energy bills in the winter months. Old appliances, mold behind bathroom tile, parking sucks. Property is not maintain trash, leafs,boxes especially around dumpster area. Parking sucks some teants have 3 or more cars people repairing cars in parking lot kids riding bikes between car damaging people vehicles. Im done when my lease is up Im out if here if I have to pay high prices I should get my money worth newer property with amenities and assigned parking.You can never use the pool to many unsupervised kids there. Just feed up.

RATS, RATS AND MORE RATS!!! :S... Disgusting, Ive complained at least 10 different occasions and nothing is done, there are holes on the walls and rats are crawling in from outside. Drake the manager is very sweet but not so effective as the problem is still there even after so many complains. This is a HUGE health hazard, for the price you can find something else.

I could not agree more with the post below this place is a joke ! We pay almost 850 a month and always pay rent way ahead of time. And this maintanence fixes absolutely nothing at all! take your money to a better complex. Drake the manager they had was soooo much better and actually made sure things got done. Wish he was back. He made the first few months here pleasant but the office now has incompetent staff and she cant even do the job accurately. What rental office cant read your account and tell you when you owe rent again? Or cant submit a work order ? ... Some people should just resign when they know their not cut for the job..also theres trash PILED every day outside next to the dumpster. Disgusting.Update:To make matters worse. It was YOU Leigh that I specifically i spoke to at least 10x. On multiple days and it was you that made me b.s promises about people arriving that never did! i guess more people are having the same issues. Im sure i was very memorable. And * the a.c wasnt fixed properly til the 3x and i had to go to Wal-Mart on wendover in the middle of the night to go buy fans for every room in my apartment because your on call people did not answer for 7 solid hours when it was 82 degrees and humid outside so imagine how hot it was inside. And your maintanence had the nerve to send an auto reject. First that fits criteria for an emergency says so on your voicemail 2nd have some integrity and call me. And an email was also written. The leak in my laundy room that continues to buckle and produce moldy standing water... Yep still there. And outside still lays the same disgusting furniture for yet another week with 10 million cigarette butts scattered everywhere. I have a poorly insulated unit and the a.c still doesnt adjust right. Sheesh. Dont worry about It Leigh ur team doesnt prioritize anything nor care to say the least. And once December hits i am gone

Im about to sue this company they invaded my privacy walked in on my wife while she was sleep nude on the couch, found a dead rst in my water heater unit (got pics) roaches, my air unit on the wall about to fall off they say its not a fire Hazzard, but Thur city it is I have got almost all of the people over here to sign my complaint Im taking my video to the news and whats sad they I told them about the five black kids that died on summitt Ave in that fire was caused by bad wiring they said no it wasnt they dont care about us just the money dont move here there dangerous

Makes residents feel like an inconvenience when filing maintaince requests. $200+ electricity bills in winter with heat barely at 65, $200+ electricity bills in summer with air barely at 74. Constant bug problem, small roaches mainly. Outdoor storage in townhouses are basically unusable with the amount of bugs taking residence in it. 10+ degree temperature difference in 2nd floor of townhouse than 1st floor. Poor parking availability. No amenities other than poorly unkept pool. Air conditioning broke one Friday evening and temp. got in the upper 80s in the house and emergency maintenance did not see fit to go fix problem. Asked for minor fixes upon move in, lease is up and fixes never came.I would not recommend this complex.

Totally unprofessional, miss managed,and disrespectful, management has no idea how to communicate with its tenants and maintenance is horrible. Would give no stars but its not an option!!! Does not return all of security deposit and does not provide a copy of repairs why and that is illegal!!!!!!

Too slow taking care of apartment repairs you place it and get no response. But they can give you quick letters if they dont get that rent by the 5th of the month and keep go in ng up on the rent runng good tenants away people are steadly moving from her grpunds are not maintain pay a little moe and move somewhere that more modern and kept up

This the whores places i have ever live and it was goin to be my 2month but hell no no no theres big rats 🐹🐭 and i have 2 day in roll calling them and animal control said it was not a save places to stay unless they fix it but he said he dont think they will do it cuz it was goin to take a lots of money 😷😖😤😡 it nasty bad really really bad

Maintenance sucks!!!I went to the office 4 times in order to get a leak repaired. And there’s roaches everywhere🤮 so embarrassing when you have visitors. And very disgusting!!!DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
