Weve been here almost a year and are signing another lease when this one is up. No place is going to perfect at any rent rate, but this place is a good value. Weve never had to wait long for any maintenance issues inside our apartment and while Covid has kept us from having many interactions with anyone, what little weve interact with the staff here has always been friendly and help full. The buildings could use some better signage to help with packages and other deliverers, but all our mis-delivered packages seem to end up at the same apartment and the guy that lives there kindly brings them over.
The only great thing about it is utilities are included. Everyday there is trash everywhere. My son had a dirty glove stuck to the bottom of his shoe. He didn’t know what it was and pulled it off. You may go outside and see mask, gloves, trash or anything on the ground. You might smell weed or some dead laying around any day.
My experience at revolutionary crossing is amazing everything in my apartment works, it suits me and my family just right. The maintenance take no time to come and fix anything that needs to be fixed. The people in the office are very positive, and they are very Patient and they were very understanding to my situation.
This complex has been a blessing in that it is conveniently located to my job and businesses; its quiet, well maintained, and affordably priced. Pay one price and all utilities included Lived here almost 5 years. One of the best kept secrets in Greensboro.
This is a good place to stay. People dont bother you. People in the office are always polite. They make sure your issues are addressed right away .The head maintenance guy, he always speaks and have a smile on his face. These people are great, even helped me with heavy things when I moved in. Where can you find that. I enjoy being here.
Management has been fabulous since day 1 and truly cares about the residents who live here. Apartment repairs if ever needed are fixed very quickly. I love my spacious apartment and management truly caring about your living experience makes it a place I would recommend to anyone.
Where do I start.... ? Ok, upon praying for a better and affordable place to live for myself and husband, in 2017 our prayers were answered. First impressions of RC were exquisite. Both ladies Sandy and Leslie were/are very welcoming and kind. But what made me fall in love with the place even more was the fact that there are so many different kinds of people living here; everybody just getting along. Maintenance staff are clearly angels. I dont know how they manage to get so much done EFFICIENTLY in such timely manner. Utilities are included here which is great. My husband and I were just about to take the final steps to move elsewhere because it is closer to his job which would in turn save us money... But I feel like this place is worth the extra . We will be staying! We may consider moving into a larger unit on the property. These very nice people are like family. I hope we keep the same team running this place because as my husband and I always say, theyre whats giving this place backbone. Id like for this review to be seen by as many as possible!!
Revolution Crossing is the place to live. Utilities included. Friendly office staff. Maintenance always gives great service. Great place to call home.
We have been living here since March and everything has been amazing. The office staff is very friendly and maintenance has been amazing. Every time we put in a service call (which is not often) we get someone out the same day. Sam came out today to fix my dishwasher and was very mindful of me being pregnant and not wanting to interrupt my sleep. The complex itself is very well maintained and the residents are very nice as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment for a decent price (all utilities are included).
Its an okay place even if you plan to live there all ways!! Which seems that some tenants are leaning towards!!! Ive moved in and out of here 3 times and each staff has changed and things got better on each return!!!🎭
We just moved out of RC after living there for 4 years. We moved primarily because of our kids schooling needs. We are already missing some of our neighbors and the great and friendly RC staff. RC is place to live if you want to save money and enjoy professional services. Ms. Leslie, the Property Manager, is very professional, respectful, and friendly. She is the best Property Manager I have ever encountered. The maintenance staff are very dedicated and too good at their work.
Ive lives here for 4yrs. The old and new staff are wonderful friendly people as well as maintenance. Ive never experience any rudeness. Any situation Ive ever had has always been resolved usually the same day. I have no complaints.
Can’t beat the price for all utilities paid, but you get what you pay for. Quiet neighborhood, small rooms and kitchen . The staff lacks strong communication with their tenants. Barely answer the phone, or out of office even during scheduled hours. May be Surrounded by trees, so be prepared for bugs. If you put in a maintenance request, make sure the jobs is actually carried out. If you sign a lease make sure everything is organized and in place and you read the lease in full. Communication moreso done by paper instead of verbal
I am instead in moving here, do you all do credit checks, or need co-sign or what all go on in the process, my aunt Crystal Siler lives there, she is my husbands aunt who passed away 2 years ago and this will be my first apartment with out him, we had a house while we were married it was under his name because he was on disability and housing he was on dialysis that was why, i didnt work because i took care of him, but i am really looking forward to making this place my new home, i work at Ashley Furniture Distribution center in Advance NC. Are you all running any specials. I look forward to any information.
I have been here for almost a year, and have had a very good experience! The office is very responsive, and maintenance is as well. I would recommend living here highly!
We have been here three years with no problems. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and accurately. Leslie, Sandy, Daniel and Sam are outstanding .
Ive lived here for 4 yrs and I love it!
So far so good. Maint. Is always on point and so is the staff. Its worth having everything included as well. My only thing is, I wish they had a swiming pool available.
I loved the location - it was settled just in a great spot in Greensboro. I worked on Spring Garden street, so it was a quick 10 minute drive to work. It was very close to everywhere that I need to go - Walmart, target, dog park on Lawndale Dr, N Ohenry Blvd to I-85... so needless to say the location was perfect. I liked the dog fence that they had and took my dog there every day when I got off work. My neighbors were never loud and I never had any complaints about them. I really liked all of the residents that lived on property. When I moved in, residents event asked if I needed help and said that they watched out for each other. Very inviting community feeling. Sure, the apartments are not the newest or the most upscale. But I mean - the apartments are at a PHENOMENAL price, especially since utilities are included. Internet and cable were separate when I lived here, but that was no problem. Maintenance was friendly, efficient, and hard working. Any issue that I ever had, they responded to right away. Sandy in the office is a sweetheart and Leslie, the property manager, is amazing!!! I will always recommend living at Revolution Crossing. I would still be living there if I did not have to relocate for work.
The staff here is rude. When I initially moved in they were great. The two ladies (Joan - propert manager) who work in the office had nasty attitudes as I got closer to ending my lease. Good rent price. Customer service severely lacking.Update:Never received security deposit upon departure. Wont return calls.
The new staff there not friendly, and the receptionist is rude.. They increase the leases value immediately when they came despite the too old throttling apartments .
I love this apartment ive lived in this complex since March 25th 2014 with me & my girl. Its peaceful & only thing is just the rent went up last year didnt like that one bit. Also had to get several maintenance people out here to fix a water pressure issue come to find out it was a bead insude the pipe, then on bathroom ceiling. But its all good they rushed to do this apartment before we got here so cant complain. Love how the rent pays for lights & water for us :) im giving it a 4 because of all the times we had to call maintenance & bc of the price increase
I Have a 1 bed room they cost 507 everything included. Which is cool but when u factor in pet fee and the poor up keep of the Apts. Its really not worth it. 200 deposit for pets 15 a mth afterwards. Dont be late with rent psyment its a 25.oo fee and u have to purchase your own mail box keys 20.00 from the local post office. This sad they now offer the same 1 bed room for 480.00. Smh of yay cable not included.
Clean environment.
