I have not been a resident here for long, but this by far is the best experience I have had living in an apartment. The grounds always look amazing, and are well kept. I am really excited about all of the upcoming changes they have been emailing about, and it is nice to finally find an apartment community that puts money in to their property. The office staff and Maintenance from my experience thus far has been fantastic. They are very responsive and I can tell they care not only about me but all residents. I would recommend anyone to live at this property.

This is a great place to live...period. I have personally lived here since 2017. The property was just renovated, buildings were painted, new roofs were installed, the pool was renovated and the tennis court is scheduled for renovation. These things show that the staff, as well as the parent company care about the apartment community and are willing to invest in it. I know others here that have lived here for 11+ years, 16+ years,8+ years etc.Susan the manager, has been there for 5 years, has always handled any issue Ive had promptly. Daniel the maintenance director is very knowledgeable, responds quickly, and will explain the process that needs to take place to get everything fixed if an issue arises. The current staff is honest and transparent in everything they do...what more can anyone ask for? There are people on here who have complained about our community; 99% of them were riff-raff troublemakers, that honestly, needed to go (the lady who said her car was stolen...yeah, I lived close by her, she left her key in her car, and was having domestic issues with her boyfriend, who happens to be the very same person who stole her car.) Good riddance to bad rubbish I say!!Change is constant, it is a fact of life, this is an apartment community, staff comes and goes but the service has always been excellent in the years Ive been here. Someone mentioned that one of the BEST office staff left and her name started with a K...if she was referring to Kasia...she was horrible and was very...loose to put it lightly...on top of being HIGHLY unprofessional and VERY D-R-A-M-A-T-I-C.Apartment living isnt for everyone...but if I had to choose one community to be at for an extended period of time, my choice would be Reserve at Bridford, because they just, get it done.

Reserve at Bridford has a beautiful property, but the office management needs some work. The communication was rocky throughout the process, and it is very easy to have miscommunication issues when everyone isnt on the same page. Luckily I got out of my lease before move-in, my advice would be to keep all documents of emails or phone calls when speaking with them, get the names of whoever you are talking with and DEFINITELY take a tour of your EXACT unit before signing ANYTHING. Really wish things wouldve worked out here, but things happen for a reason!

Im a current resident and have had the worst experience lately. I do not have access to paying rent electronically, and have to do it through WIPS at Walmart. That being said I have been exposed to COVID and me and my two children have symptoms. I am a single mom so it is only me that can go in and pay rent, I cant have someone do it for me. I was unable to pay my rent in person because I was trying to do the right thing and not expose others to the virus, but the apartment complex did not take that into consideration. Its more important to get money than it is to stop the spread of the virus. That being said I had to take myself and my two children, with our symptoms, to Walmart and expose other people. On top of that I was still charged a late fee. If I was able to pay online I wouldnt have been late. I was just trying to do the right thing and the complex has no remorse for it.

Bed bugs infestation. Don’t move here.Edit- No, I am not mistaken. The Reserve at Bridford has bed bugs and anyone who lives there in a certain building knows it. Maybe not all your buildings, but my advice is not to risk it.The fact youre more hell bent on saying Im mistaken than trying to find out about the problem is proof positive that you do not care.

Pros- the layout of the apartments and the greenery around the property are very nice. I lived on the backside of building 1434 and loved having the grass and holding pond to walk out to. Also, pricing is competitive for the area. Had no issues with the move out process and getting my deposit back. The community itself is aesthetically pleasing.Cons- the office staff, though friendly are USELESS. There are limited/ no security cameras on the property. The security gates are often broken for weeks at a time. They had the audacity to charge residents for leaving trash by the compactor when the office staff failed to compact the trash. I was told to bring the trash back to my apartment next time but to make sure that it was inside and not left outside my apartment or on the balcony because I would then be charged for that too. Also, they admitted to going through all the trash that was left out to find out the residents names, which is disgusting and an invasion of privacy. While living there the trash compactor was so full, and people piled up trash at least 10 times. Wish I could post photos. They waited to start renovations to the pool in late spring, opened it late and then kept closing it for minor repairs.Maintenance staff are either friendly or super unprofessional looking. Maybe get some uniforms, try not driving golf carts around while smoking, and taking some pride in your job.Overall if I was still in the area I’d probably look for another community or recommend they find new office staff. The one good employee (started with a K) left, which should tell ya something.

I have lived here happilly for several years: I like the property size, amenities, upkeep (clean and cared-for) and am especially pleased with the present property management staff. Indeed, the property manager and admin staff truly seem to understand that this is my home and are very resident-oriented. They treat you as a human and are willing to explain how they will address your unique concerns (and timelines), rather than treating you as a nameless means of extracting rent. Additionally, the property is has key amenities (gym, package lockers, car wash station, pool) and even during this covid closure, they continue to make upgrades to the property.

At first this was one of the best places I had ever stayed and then it turned into a nightmare overnight. The office staff was horrible to get in contact with and took their sweet time to return RESIDENTS request. The property is nice and quiet but once you get inside this gated community, whose gate were always broken and always open so literally anyone could come in, was a different story. Literally charges excessive for everything, but NEVER has a good reaon behind it. Save your money go a .5 mile down the road and try Bridford West or literally any other apartment complex on Wendover!!

I went to the office and not one person showed me any compassion or concern. To add insult to injury I requested to view footage of the outgoing and in going vehicles from the cameras and they informed me the cameras are not working! So I cant give the police an approximate time of the crime. Ive tried to contact Regional management and no one has responded to me. Again no one from the office seemed to care. Dont move here if you want to move somewhere safe! I cant wait for my lease to be up! I pay my rent on time every month for over a year for a GATED community with CAMERAS and this is how they treat their residents! Im in complete SHOCK! I will be making a review where ever I can so people are aware of the FAKE ADVERTISEMENT!

I have lived in this community off and on since it was called The Grove at Landmark. I have been EXCEPTIONALLY pleased all years except for the current one. The current management has allowed the property and standards to go way down!!! I had to move to NJ because my father has kidney failure (all of which can be proven). I spoke to the district manager who stated I am sorry about your dad, but I am unable to help you. I do understand policy and procedure (I have run a business for the last 7 years), but given my history with the property, one would think that they would assist in making the transition less stressful. But, I am being forced to keep the electricity, renters insurance for an additional month and pay over $1500 in order to be released from my lease. I have never been late on my rent while living there NEVER and believe that while policy has to be followed, as a customer service professional, you have to consider the situation.Good luck to anyone who moves here. Please understand that to the current management Reserve at Bridford family is not important AT ALL!Please do not try to pay with a credit card...the service fee is $18.38To all of the management, I hope that your family is ALWAYS in good health!!!Many thanks to Ryan who at least listened and tried to be considerate and helpful during this very stressful time in my life.

I realize that everyones experience and expectations will be different, but I would like to let any and everyone who may be thinking of renting an apartment at the Reserve, to do so; you get value for your money.I moved there in February of this year and left due to medical reasons in August; it was the BEST experience I had living in an apartment and a complex that was quiet, safe, clean, and well maintained. One of the things one must do is to ask questions and ensure that one gets satisfactory answers to ones questions, which is what I did so there were no surprises. Yes, I was fined for inappropriately leaving my garbage outside of the dumpster, and was not happy about it, but I understood why.At lest there arent roaches and rats running around my apartment like they were when I lived in the Vinings area in Atlanta; Imagine your wife screaming in the early hours of the morning because roaches are crawling on the walls and onto your bed.My interaction with the Property Manager (Susan) and Asst. Property Manager, (Vanessa) has been exceptional and indelible: kind, professional, pleasant, empathetic, courteous, warm, and ALWAYS with a smile. These are two beautiful ladies ( literally and figuratively) who do a phenomenal job running that complex. Even the maintenance folks are terrific. The bottom line is this: You get back what you give out..Attitude and respect go a long way. Im not getting paid to write this review; I dont need to. Im just simply providing a review as someone who has very high standards and has high expectations. These are my opinions and this has been my experience, and if I were to have a need for an apartment in Greensboro, then the Reserve @ Bridford would be my joice; they may not be perfect, but they were close to being perfect for me.

They will get you after you move out. Charge erroneous fees for things to add to their bottom line. Also charge exorbitant amounts for repairs of things, such as $900 for one room of carpet that needed to be replaced due to its age anyway, and tell you that you had pet damage. Cat urine smells like ammonia, you cant help but notice it and it was not there, and $200+ for replacing 5 vinyl laminate pieces. They are fine while you are a tenant, but afterwards they stick it to you. Beware and do not rent here. There is a reason they have an F rating with the BBB.

One would expect to feel secure living in Private a gated community, WRONG! When paying Top dollar in rent, one would expect to have proper security equipment ... WRONG AGAIN! If you would like to move into a facility with faulty security cameras, where gates are left wide open over night (and mind you around the Holidays when robberies are at an all time high!), and the property manager and staff lack empathy, then the Reserve at Bridford is right for you! VEHICLES HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM THIS LOCATION! PACKAGES HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM THIS LOCATION! POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE!!!!

Do Not Recommend!Management was very nice and cooperative at Move-in, and exactly the opposite at Move-out. We had to vacate a month and a half earlier than our lease end date. We had to keep electricity connection and pay utilities until the end of the lease, which was justified as per the lease terms.1) However, we got ridiculously high electricity bills (near $100) and water/other utility bills (near $35) for the last two months for a 1 bedroom apartment. We used to pay much less than that when we were actually using the apartment in similar weather months. Management was least concerned about this and just reminded us that as per lease we are obliged to pay those bills.2) The renewal rent amount that was offered to us, the existing residents, was much higher than the amount our apartment was listed at when we moved out. So, if we had to stay longer, it would have been wiser for us to say that we are moving out and then re-rent the same unit rather than renew the lease!3) We were never fortunate enough to find the car wash working.

I’ve been living here for a couple of months now and really enjoy it. Location is just about perfect for me. The office staff is very nice and some have already learned my name which kinda caught me off guard as I’m pretty bad about learning names. The community itself is fairly quiet and the grounds are very well kept. Parking lot is well lit at night, which gives me peace of mind since I often work late at night. I kept waiting for the “catch” to come as something seemed a little too good to be true here, especially for my first apartment, but that catch hasnt come. Hopefully it never does! Great place to live.

HIDDEN FEES. Reserve at Bridford loves to watch you, your apartment, your car, how many pets you have, any guests you have staying with you, and so on. The fees are ridiculous. I have never once used my grill, I only stored it on my patio. Next thing I know, they have sent me 2 letters about the grill asking me to remove it or else there will be a $150 fine within 24 hours. Ridiculous. Hopefully you dont have many guests, pets, or much to do at all because youll hear about it again with a fee. I would much rather live without feeling babysat in a way. Im not renewing my lease.

SERIOUSLY DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!I pay almost $1,000 a month for two bed, two bath. I get off work relatively late (12am) and I came home to no parking near my building or the surrounding ones (3 buildings down) and so I was forced to park near the curb (Yet out of the way) and they towed my car. Ive seen countless cars park there before (WITH PARKING AVAILABLE) just so their car wouldnt be hit by anyone yet they towed mine. They arent willing to explain their reasoning or reimburse the $250 I had to pay to get my car back. The ladies at the desk were rude and contradicting and recommended I park my car outside of the gated community at the front office (in which case I would walk around the buildings at 12:30am in 40 degree weather by myself and I am a woman). My lease is up in 2 months and they are aware I am NOT renewing my lease, so this Is how they treat me.. Unacceptable!!!!
