This will be quiet a long post as I have never experienced such an exceptional experience then living here at the Enclave.1. The staff have been the most helpful, you call and immediately they are ready to assist with whatever you need. Some of the most friendly and polite management group I have ever spoke too.2. The area is perfect, it is right of Wendover Avenue and Highway 68 making everything accessible in Greensboro/High Point area.3. Phase II of the complex is absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice and just being moved in for a week I am blown away at how the place looks and feels just like home.4. Parking, I see many complaints about parking. I have never had to walk more then 300 ft to my apartment. To anyone who is complaining is because they dont have the immediate spot right in front of their building. Ill just say cry me a river as there is ample space to park and get to your unit very easy. (I lived in Phase 1 too)5. My last one, MOVE HERE!
I have only lived here three months. The office staff and manager are AMAZING! I had one annoying issue and they have resolved it. A HUGE thanks for working with me. The apartments are spacious with a huge walk-in closet. I definitely recommend moving here.
I lived here for 2 years. One year in a 1 bedroom and one in a 2bedroom. When it comes to the actual apartment it was great the closets were spacious size and so are the bedrooms. The kitchen could definitely use some more storage but no big deal. The only issues I’ve run into is with the parking. The passes did absolutely nothing except eliminate the ability to have guest over and have them park in front of my building. People have work vehicles and their own vehicles and were able to get passes for both. It was barely enforced as I was constantly seeing people with expired tags, flat tires, no pass. So if you want to have a social life a.k.a. leave after 5 o’clock you will be guaranteed to not have a spot anywhere close to your apartment. The other issue is the one time that it was difficult for me to get out a spot because someone was parked on the curb I called the tow company. Then I got a professional but clearly a sassy email from the community director. We have never been told what to do if a situation like this happens so I had no clue what to do. Which I have been told by someone to call the tow company. After that I went to a community event and the community director barely even looked at me and didn’t even say hi. Also last summer she close the pool one day To have a birthday party for her sister. She told me she does enough for this community so she deserves to close it for one day for her sister. Now on the other hand the assistant community director is absolutely amazing. She will give you information that you might not like in a nice respectable way and was always available. The maintenance staff was great and always had a smile on their face and waved and asked how you were doing. I left for many different reasons but specifically The fact that they are building two new buildings and don’t even have enough parking for the buildings that we do have. It is not fair that I felt like I had to stay home or I wouldn’t have a parking spot. I know that they did not decide to build the two buildings but the owners did knowing good and well how unhappy we were with the parking so clearly the owners only value money and do not care at all about the happiness of their residents. Also when I moved out emails were sent to my old roommate that had information about my damages that were none of her business as my roommate had been gone for six months and signed off the lease. So I wish a little bit more care was taken when it came to sending emails.
Just moved recently. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Most areas are kept well maintained. There is a real issue with parking. Being third shift and coming home at 6 in the morning or anytime after 9 at night there is no parking. They send out letters saying they will tow your vehicles but do not provide any option to not get towed. My building has 28 apartments, the building across from us has 24 apartments there are less than 30 parking spaces for us to share. The only option is to park on the other side of the complex and then it’s a hike to your apartment and most of the time that is overflowed. They have decided to add more apartments instead of parking which will only raise the issue further.Another issue is trash they charge $25 for 3 bag or less pickup. That’s excessive, when I used to live in a house and the truck would come to my house for less than $10 a month, for anything I put on the curb (more than 3 bags.)Only give 3 star because of the inconvenience and price they charge for it. If it wasn’t for parking and trash price this would be and easy 5 star.
Moved back at the beginning of 12/2019 to this complex...I have enjoyed my stay thus far. The ladies at the front office are extremely quick to help and will go above and beyond to assist you. The apartments are an upgrade from what Ive lived in before and in my opinion are at a very reasonable price. From someone who is very picky on where they live, Id certainly recommend this complex. The area around it is quiet and its a quick drive to a lot of places in Greensboro or High Point. The parking can be tight here, but I was fortunate to get a building with an extra lot around it so it doesnt bother me in the least. The staff and management have begun to crack down on things per the residents requests and thats all you can ask for! I try to be fair to give the most information for someone looking, that being said, the only gripes I have is Ive had a few silverfish bugs pop up in my apartment (possibly due to the warm winter) and Ive noticed my apartment gets warm when its 60 degrees outside so Im a bit worried as to how the 100 degree days during summer are going to be with A/C running (side note, I am on the 3rd floor). I definitely recommend this as a place to live! It also appears to be very safe.
I have lived at this property for 5 years now. The location is everything, I can get on 3 different highways in a matter of 5 mins and be on my way anywhere. I can go to 3 different groceries stores if I wanted to and if I forgot something at the store I can go back and get it without driving a distance. This is a beautiful property and it’s in a nice location in High Point. Our maintenance guy is amazing, he is always so friendly and really cares about the complex. Vanessa and Melissa in the office are always friendly to me and very understanding and are always on the ball with getting things handled.
I have been at the Enclave for almost 7 months, and the staff has been amazing! Anytime I have had a service request, it has been fixed really quickly. The office staff is so friendly and are always willing to help! 10/10 would recommend!!
Lived here for 2 years in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. I was lucky enough to not have any issues until recently more people moved in to the area and obviously less parking. Good to know they are adding more parking though!I would have definitely renewed my lease if it were just me still.
Coming to the end of my year long lease. I looked at many places before this one. Needed to move quickly and they got me in very fast. The staff has been very nice and always helpful. Only issue I have had, which seems to be a common problem is the parking. In the evening, its basically impossible to find a spot. Best value for an apartment that I could find. My apartment is in excellent condition and occasionally, the water gets backed up in the shower and sink but everything else works great and looks great.
There were ups and downs of living in this community. However, the negative experiences outweighed the positive. Most of the issues were with the apartment itself. The wood used for cabinets in the bathrooms is cheap, worn, and poorly maintained. The linoleum floors were stained, torn, and ripped in places in every room that had it. The carpet had mists of paint spray throughout the apartment that management would not address. And, the worst, the apartments are infested with silver fish. Pest control couldnt get a handle on the problem, at least not for the two years that I lived there. I had to by my own pest control from home depot in order to minimize the problem. In almost every room of the apartment there was a 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap between the carpet and the baseboard, which probably exacerbated the insect problem. The breezeways and parking lots were not regularly maintained and trash rules were not enforced. I will say that maintenance does respond within 24-48 hours and the office staff was always pleasant. But, I would strongly suggest not advertising these apartments as luxury, and reducing rent until apartments can be upgraded to luxury.
There is legit not enough parking for the residents. Not enough spaces period! Huge inconvenience especially if you have small children. the only attempt they made was giving parking stickers which has done NOTHING! You pay high rent to live here and cant even park nowhere close to your building. If you work late past 7pm your screwed! Your vehicle will get towed if you park in the only space you can find which is usually a handicapped space. 240.00 to get your vehicle out of towing need I mention it was towed at 4am which means they patrol the lot at night. I read reviews here on parking before I moved in should have listened! When I asked what I was supposed to do I was told to park on a curb?! What curb? They all have no parking painted on them or are already parked on! Also I was told to park at the dog park which is all the way on the opposite side of my building needless to say a long way away. I give 3 stars only because maintenance here is great.
Lived here for two years. The 2 bedrooms are fantastic with almost equal square footage for both rooms, a lot of space in the apartment compared to the other apartments in the area. Maintenance and leasing office staff are very good and friendly. Parking can be tight sometimes late at night, but seems like there will be more parking space in the future.
Love the apartments layout, amenities, swimming pool, location, great staff. However, the parking situation is atrocious. if you get home after 6:00 PM there is nowhere to park, AT ALL, sometimes you are affarid of leaving the apartment because you know that you will not have where to park whenever you get back.I have visited friends at apartment complexes almost identical to ours, and they do not have that problem. They have stickers and an assigned overflow area.
I sincerely appreciate my year so far just renewed due to the fact of the new management system that is in place now maintenance is unbelievably on point with the attention and Speedy in answering all maintenance issues I have seen two previous property managers come and go but I must give major kudos to the management staff thats in place now.Keep it UP😃
Great experience over the past year living here. The management team are great people and have been amazing. Quickly addressing any questions and issues that arise. Beautiful property and great location.
I have lived here since october and i have had nothing short of an amazing experience! the ladies in the office are so helpful and professional and i love my apartment!
This Apartment community is the worst. Dont be fooled by how beautiful the 2 bedroom model is because when you look at the unit you are to move in IT IS NOTHING LIKE THE MODEL!FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!DONT SIGN YOUR LEASE BEFORE YOU SEE WHAT YOU ARE TO MOVE INTO!!
I was excited to move my family and I into these so called luxury apartments but they are far from it and I’m very disappointed. For $892 a month it’s definitely not worth 7 of it. The management has been changed twice since I been here in November 2018. The walls are paper thin and we can hear every person steps and conversations that’s walking up and down the stairs outside. Parking is almost impossible after 2pm on any day, and people that do not live here park abandoned cars to just take up the little spots that’s available. The people on top of me run back and forth all day and night and are louder than the dog. It sounds like a stampede every night after 11pm. Management doesn’t care and never responds to requests in timely manners. I do not recommend moving here unless you don’t care to over pay for basic living and valet trash (only good thing).
I was really excited to move into my low maintenance apartment and enjoy all the amenities The Enclave has to offer. So far I’ve been a bit disappointed. I’ve been here for 3 weeks and the pool has closed twice already. Once, for a week due to a chemical imbalance and recently for 3 days and counting for a few tiles needing repair. The vacuum at the car washing station is also broken, which had only been repaired with duct tape. I understand this property is under new management. I’m Really hoping this improves.
My wife & I have been here for two years so far & havent had that many problems. Great location & beauitful neighborhood. The new management has been the best IMO. Very responsive, try to host social gatherings monthly & have been the best Ive seen since moving here.My only problem are with the residents who live here; too many are lazy & feel they can park anywhere they want! Has caused me to have a wreck twice. For crying out loud, PARK IN A PARKING SPOT! I dont care if you work late at night & dont come home till 4am. Be mature & find a parking spot! The lawns are polluted with beer cans & dog poo. Im glad management is beginning to enforce fines.
Great for people that like to walk. I have to walk home from down the street EVERY night after work because the parking is occupied by vehicles that are broken down, abandoned, or never driven. Last night it was 28 degrees. Was amazing .Management staff is clueless. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. Groundskeepers are useless and think they are managers instead. I know to them, Im just a number, but this number cannot wait to move.***UPDATE***Six months have passed. I am still walking home every night. But the Black Trailblazer, blue truck, white acura, dark blue lexus, green truck, black bmw, and white lincoln sedan (just to name a few) still rarely or never move. Oh and there is an increased presence of law enforcement seeming to be responding to the area as well. Just a few more weeks and I am gone from here! Maybe worth half a star but cant go that low.
Been living here for 10 months. The management staff are THE most clueless, indifferent people Ive ever known. Do not park sign, handicapped parking signs, have no meaning! Peolpe who do not even live here, park on the sidewalk, in front of garages that clearly say no parking and in handycap spaces. When one complains to the management, they either says yes, we know about it or we havent noticed it! But nothing gets done.Trust me, you do not want to live here, you do not need the aggravation! If I couldve given less than 1 star, I would have!
Just another place walking the dog. It seems very nice though.
Awful management. They told us black stains and dark odd colored dust on our floors, curtains, doorframes, etc was caused by candles. It took them 2 weeks to fix a leak from the apartment above us. The water for the entire property was out for over 12 hours without ANY notice from the apartment complex, it was just a surprise to come home to! They have changed their call options for the office and maintenance phone so that you can only ask for help for a maintenance emergency if you know a certain code that they have not informed residents about. The new manager is rude and has no pride in her property. She does not solve the problems her residents complain about multiple times, yet defends why there are said problems with insane excuses such as dont tell me how to do my job If she did her job the residents would not have to complain so frequently. Now that they are unreachable by phone or email I am stuck with getting dripped on from the toilet in the apartment above us every time I need to use my own bathroom. Their prices do not match the quality of living and service.
If you move here just know you will have the hardest time to find a parking space, it is TERRIBLE !!!!!and they will call the cops if you park anywhere. They broke in my car and stole my laptop and everything i had in my car and then i come to find out that that usually happens there often so BEWARE because they do not have cameras
Terrible Management, horrible assistants in the office as well. If you have to deal with Bobby go ahead and leave and come back another day. She doesnt listen to a word any resident says, in one ear and out the other. Rent goes up significantly each lease you sign. They have trash services that you have to pay for each month and can be penalized for too many trash bags $25 each bag over 3 bags. Cars are broken into on a weekly basis on the property, and the Enclave team does nothing to change or fix the issues of break ins. So glad to be moving out!
Very nice place
Like the luxurious feel
