Didnt want to post this because i still live here until my lease is up but my neighboro just moved and said beware these people will do everything they can to get you in and when you move out they will take your deposit and tell you, you owe them alot of money. Not to mention the window seals grow mold in them. (This is True) Everything may seem nice when you move in but as time progress you will start to see the mold growing in your window seals. Thats is why the deposit is so low to get in you in.

Fraudulent. This complex has gone down in guest service consistently in the one year I’ve lived there. They’ll do anything to put you down under and have to owe them money. At first everything seemed normal then down the line it progressively got worse. Bugs, old AC units that break, Triple charged on rent but only given one receipt, gates are always broken. Communication through issues was very poor and rude honestly. They lack knowledge on even basic stuff on their own policies. I regret moving there.

We moved out of Crowne Gardens a few weeks ago. Our experience there exceeded all expectations. Units are spacious and well planned with lots of windows, closet space and great kitchens. Each unit has a nice entrance and laundry room. Office staff is very professional and mature in tenure. You are dealing with years and years of experience and it shows. Special care is taken with landscaping. It is a beautiful property in a wonderful part of NW Greensboro. The resident community is diverse in every sense. It is a quiet and respectful group of residents. Ive saved my comment on maintenance for last. This is the piece that can make or break anyones experience living in an apartment. The maintenance manager and crew at Crowne Gardens is world class and will be missed!! Great attention to quality of work and speed of responsiveness. We moved into an apartment and left a community of friends. Great experience!!

Arbitrarily decided not to take checks or ACH payment within the term of the RENTERS contract. When calling the person answering will not support any questions, will only give a dead-end email address and then hang up on you. Now you must use an arbitrary web app to pay (security risk). ZERO customer service from this management group.

Staff is extremely helpful and understanding. In these hard times their cooperation really means a lot.

The facilities are kept really clean and in good repair. The reason I have not rated this place higher is because it is clear that some of the buildings (the ones closer to the front) get better care and attention. Some of the buildings have siding issues that not only look bad but can cause issues like mold that can destroy clothes and be a health issue. This place also has had frequent issues with ants. The good part is that they have a very large dog park which you can use even at night because it has lights, a pool, childrens playground, a place to wash and vacuum your cars, and many other amenities.

One of the best apartment complexes Ive lived in hands-down. Their maintenance request time is within one day, sometimes even same day (minimal requests needed to be made, i.e. light bulb burned out). Fantastic well-maintained apartments, great fitness center, and great pool area! Well priced. 10/10 recommend.

Clean apartment complex that features a place to clean your car. Right by a major shopping center like Target and restaurants.

I have been living here for last 3 years, their staff and management used to be nice and attentive. Lately I have seen a lot of my neighbors moving out and I didn’t really put it together until I see how disrespectful they are when it comes to providing a basic customer service. Do not even think about living here. High prices with no service what so ever.

Poor management. Lacking the fundamentals of customer service. Teamwork is nonexistent. Rude, smart mouth staff. Too many egos to straddle here. I cannot wait until my lease is up!!! Dont waste your time or money.Updated 1/10/21: Just saw your response, and no I didn’t call your emergency maintenance. You left this comment on someone else’s post too. First, you need to figure out who you’re addressing instead of spamming the reviews with the same response. Second, you need to be more professional and stop putting people’s business out there. I never called your emergency maintenance, and even if I did, it’s not professional to breach this to the internet. Learn some respect and some sort of decency. You are only proving my point from the post I made a few months ago.

Still waiting on my lease, and I applied to this place on 7/12/20. Multiple attempts to rectify the situation have left me coming up empty-handed. Tried to schedule a meeting to discuss the problems, and my request was ignored, only to still be dealing with the same issues. I have lived in 3 other apartment complexes all owned by other companies, and never had an experience like this before. Quite ridiculous if I’m being honest, especially when my boyfriend applied to a nearby Hawthorne community on a Saturday 8/3/20 at Noon, and signed/finalized his lease on Monday morning 8/5/20. Looks like I may be taking business to Hawthorne soon.

Not the best apartments but they are spacious and have a great response on maintenance requests. One star lost for never once being able to reach the office by phone, another for them having only a single dumpster for the entire complex (yes really) Edit: during covid these apartments seemed to make a concerted effort to destroy my renters credit. They applied multiple times for eviction despite the eviction moratorium and despite having been paid what they were owed in full have made renting again almost impossible. office staff was changed since my original review and they simply DO NOT care about the residents anymore. Highly recommend looking elsewhere

Second year staying with them after leaving and coming back to Greensboro. Wonderful staff in office. Convenient to many shopping centers. Easy access to highway. Quiet complex. Maintained and kept clean. Maintenance quick on the call unlike most complex reviews. Pool is open year round until 10pm. No complaints from me

This apartment complex is so unreasonable and the value of the complex has gone down significantly in the last year. I’m not sure how they can consider themselves luxury living when they don’t adequately respond to maintenance requests, management is extremely rude and aggressive, the quality of the entire complex is low. Do not move here! There are way too many options in this area in this price range to choose this one.

I really wish this place would finally put lights on their building numbers. It is a nightmare trying to go through here at night

My daughter and I lived there over a year and were happy with the staff and services, although we thought price was a bit high given the dated condition of the apartments. Our carpet was in poor shape and should have been replaced before we moved it. My main complaint is that water bill is paid through Utility Billing Services. There were several issues with the initial billing when I was charged excessive amounts because the meter was not functioning correctly. And when I moved out, I also was charged for over a week after my lease ended, so that my refund was computed incorrectly. I was disappointed that the staff did not help me recover the overpayment, although they had assured me that they would. Not much money, but it was an unfortunate occurrence after what had been a good experience.

Beautiful luxury apartments. Even the classic non renovated apartments are spacious and feels like home.

Great apartments and great area to live in! The staff is friendly and the maintenance crew does a great job fixing repairs quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. In walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and Target.

Its gated, pet friendly, and very quiet! There are all types here from families with young children, grad students, young working adults, and retirees. The pool and weight room are really nice. Three best Ive seen out of several apartment complexes weve lived in. The office staff is also some of the most professional weve worked with. The apartment themselves are very nice. They are updated, upkept, have a great maintenance crew, and upkept landscaping.

Its Clean, Well Kept, the office people are quite friendly, and the maintenance people are on top of things in a way I have never before had the luxury of enjoying anywhere I have ever lived (or even seen) before. Its Beautiful, Feels Safe, the other residents are positive, engaging, and just enjoyable all around.

Great place to live. However, I am taking two stars away due to couple of problems. At the start of my lease, they had on-site laundry that I was using. After 6 months, the leasing office decided to have a massive construction for amenities. During the process, we lost access to fitness club (they offered alternative $10 membership to a gym) and on-site laundry (they never offered alternatives like option to lease washer/dryer). My upstairs neighbor is not loud. However, I can hear their footsteps all the time. It is a gated community, but often the gates remain open due to malfunctioning problem. So treat it as non-gated community. Your packages will be delivered to the office. Most of the time, it is secure and they require you to sign for each package. However, they misplaced my package once. The package had my passport and other sensitive documents. I was lucky that the person who picked up the package realized the mistake and she hand delivered them to me. So this apartment complex is not perfect. But I loved its location. It is near Target, Lowes Food, and Aldi. I was satisfied living here and probably you wont encounter the problems that I had since constructions are over. If you are sensitive to sound, try to live on the top floor.
