Management has no care regarding equipment or it’s customer. On 8/12/21 around 11am I came to this establishment for a car wash. I used the vacuum after the wash and as I was vacuuming the hose snapped from above and hit the top of my head. I informed the manager on duty and his first response was it’s only plastic. It still hit me on the top of my head and I came to inform him but he laughed it off and said it’s only plastic. I did not appreciate his lack of care and responsiveness to me informing him of this faulty equipment. He sent one of his female workers to connect it back on and I’m sure the next patron will repeat. I want the owner to respond to this feedback.

Great monthly deal. Its not touchless, but also not those plastic rotating brush demons. Soft (microfiber?) swaying long brushes, many touchup/vacuum bays, and provided microfiber cloths

The people here are very friendly and helpful. Competitive pricing for a good car wash. Love the monthly unlimited package! Vacuums have great suction and high quality clean towels are provided to dry you car. Other than full service I dont know what else you could want from a car wash and you would not get full service at these prices. Excellent value!

This place just charge me $17.99 they kept charging my card for $17.99 even though I already cancelled my membership with them along time ago I haven’t had a car wash with this place in a year because I don’t have a car anymore and this place keeps charging me. You guys should be aware when you give your card because they will keep charging you and when you try to contact support they will just ignore you and act like they can’t do anything about it! Mind you not they charged my card every week I’m filing a complaint because this is not right taking advantage of people who’s suffering during these covid times. Please be aware of this business!

DO NOT OPT IN FOR MONTHLY PLAN!!I was a customer for an year. I cancelled my unlimited wash subscription since I was moving out-of-state. But I am continuing to get charged for third month in a row. I tried calling them many times over phone which nobody picks up. There I no other way of reaching out while I am here at the east coast :/Update: I had friend visit the car wash to cancel my subscription. They agreed. But guess what. They kept charging again. I had to cancel my credit card altogether.

Just basic wash is $7. Takes 30seconds or so. Gets the job done 👍

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service I received. I recently bought my car and inspected every inch of it before purchasing it only to have it damaged at this car wash. My rim was heavily scratched and the paint on it was completely obliterated. I got home after the car wash and was shocked, knowing how well the car is looked after. My mother has the same scratches on her rim from her visit to the car wash and realized it after I told her what had happened to my car. With damages to two cars in our household I knew this could be no coincidence, and sure enough I was reassured by other dissatisfied customers and their reviews. I am also appalled by the manner in which the business has been handling these reviews. Specifically, telling people to come back for another wash. I can assure you that nobody who has had their car damaged will go back, it’s unfortunate that you think they will. I paid $13 for a mediocre car wash, definitely came out losing more. I have attached some pictures as evidence and am looking into filing a claim to cover the expenses of repair. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS CAR WASH.

The self service is ok, they should restore full service. Employees treatment seem to be unfair.

Driving towards the guided rail, the lady with the brush to removed hard get out dust or bird dropping only clean the driver side of the vehicle. No one cleaned the right side of the vehicle thus there were hard to remove by the automatic wash. There should be another person on the right side of the vehicle.

The $8 wash is exactly the same as the $13 😑

The lady said to move forward as I was about to enter the wash but she almost made me hit the car in front of me that I couldnt see due to the water coming down. She wanted me to go into reverse to fix the issue but that made me get stuck on the track. Bad communication and timing. Also very poor quality wash.

I like it, I get the basic car wash, they supply you clean soft towels to wipe your car down and great vacuums to vacuum it out, its usually not very crowded.

The people that work there are friendly & competent. For one low monthly price you can unlimited car washes. They have do it yourself vaccums & clean towels for free.Great place!!

Dont get the monthly subscription. Moved away from the area so I called and they said they cancelled it. Sure enough, still getting billed for it and they cant even bother to pick up the phone. Just a bunch of thieves.

If you like to have your car clean they are cheap and they offer unlimited washing for a whole month of course. But you better not leave your hits on your vehicles it will tear it off and you will be disappointed you can vacuum your car out any time all month long I ragged men if you looking for cheap place thats a good place to go.

Id just checked the car out with a potencail buyer andthought Id wash it.Theyre not using much water and appear to be focusing on a pre scrub by staff. During the pre wash they broke my tail light.The staff felt the need to reach into my truck and steer it into the wash? She missed the guides and rushed back to get the pre wash done and wacked the taillight.When I found the head staff and reported the incident the brush corner fit perfectly into the new hole.Accidents happen they refused to fix it. It would not have happened if.1. They used even s moderate amount of water to clean cars2. If the staff had not reached into my truck to steer it in.3. Had me back up and align the truck wheels in properly, there would have been no haste.All on all the amount of water they are using is insufficient to properly clean anything as a result accidents are happening

I tried the unlimited wash for a month. Manager sez that they tell all customers that they need to come in 3 days prior the end of contract. I never had that conversation, I dont even have a copy of the application form I signed. There is no contract per say actually that will entail the details of what you just purchased. If you are to get the unlimited I suggest you get a contract that will tell you all the details of this purchase.

Im quite particular about the service industry, and while I routinely return to this car wash, I have a few complaints.First, it is very expensive and I rarely get more service for upgrading to a mini detail over just the top wash option.They routinely give me the wrong air freshener, and often miss items like cleaning the inside of the windshield or not wiping a section of dashboard.Id just assume do it myself if I were capable, but among the local options, this is by far the best. Drive your car thriythe automated wash, then drive around for the rest of the service, which includes hand drying. Outdoor sofas make the wait comfortable, and the tip container makes tipping confidential and assured tips are split among the many workers who complete the service.

Went through the car wash and the brushes were dirty we came out and parked at the vacuums and they car had a lot of dirty spots on the hood and trunk, common areas that these brushes normally hit easy.

I have been going to this car wash for 30 years. It use to be full service with a great wash, hand dry and vacuum. It was fast and reliable. Now it is a self serve. After speaking with management, they can no longer afford to pay the second minimum wage hike that took effect January 1. Workers that have been there for 15 to 20 years are now out of a job. Thanks again to the left wing ivory tower socialist liberals in Sacramento.

There is a size limit, tho most trucks and SUVs that are stock height will fit. My truck is stock, crew cab, 6 bed. I pretty much max out the capacity of the car wash at the AM-PM on Black Mountain RD, so this is a better wash for me.Sign up for the monthly plan. It pays for itself if you get a carwash more than 2 times a month!Navigation can be tricky if you get interior cleaning or detailing.

I asked for only the windows to be scrubbed. Next thing you know they still wipe down the whole car. Get some employees that understand English please. I have a bunch of scratches on my hood now.

Took my friend to a proper car wash instead of those gas station ones. My friend mostly wanted the inside of her car vacuumed. Got got the middle tier Wheel Deal for about $23.99. My friend was impressed with the interior cleaning and said it was worth it to come to a proper car wash. She did not care much about the wheel cleaning, so next time shell probably just do The Super for 18.99.There was nice seating in front of the hand dry and vacuuming area as we watch the workers do the cleaning. The entrance was a bit hidden - its the opposite side of the vacuuming area.

I came in today to get the inside of my car cleaned. I told the guy at the register that I just needed the inside done and the cheapest wash on the outside. He said that’s the luxury wash for $40. I again told him that I really don’t care about the outside because it is going to rain in 2 days and I want the inside cleaned with the dressing. He tried to sell me on the luxury wash again so I then asked how much for just the inside with dressings. He tells me $20 so I do it. I went to eat something while they were cleaning my car. When I returned I got my car and all that was done was the dash and doors were wiped with dressing, no vacuum and the windows weren’t cleaned, really $20 to wipe the dash and doors. I come to this place twice a month and have never had a problem but this upset me to the point that I will look for another Carwash.

This place used to be really great, but at some point in the past year, the quality has definitely fallen. I usually get the wheel deal package which includes cleaning of the interior of the car. These days, it usually only takes 5-10 minutes to finish (versus the 30-45 minutes before where they would even shake out and vacuum my seat protectors!), but I almost always see why its so quick; I end up having to take my own vacuum or cleaning supplies after I get home to clean the things they missed. Dog hair in the corners, crumbs in the cup holder, etc. If you dont scrutinize too hard, the car still looks nice after theyre done.

First time here. Good wash, very good interior detailing. Took all my stuff out the car so they can get access. All round happy with the $65 service.

I love this car wash staff friendly, greeter great customer service, however sold me a deal for $12.99 for car wash as many times a month, did not explain that it is a monthly fee does not include vacuum which is pretty important for inside of car. The good news is I can cancel anytime. I am going to try it.

Great basic washes but prices a little high and inaccurate for the detail washes and they don’t tend to get all the details. Many times I order the luxury and they miss entire sections of the car the could use dressing... but they will get 90% of the car really well and they are better than most car washes thus why I come back! The website says luxury is $29.99 but they charge $39.99 when you get there :/

This is my go to place recently, i give them 5 stars. Because they do a fantastic job, quick and in my opinion inexpensive; 13.99 for full wash wipe down, in and out, including glass, and vacuum. I really recommend them!

Good car washing shop with pro equipment for as little as $5..Latest Update: This place has been closed down for a month now since early March and they are still CHARGING my credit card but their listed number is UNREACHABLE so I will have to contact my credit card company to DISPUTE & STOP the AUTO CHARGING!!! What an unprofessional fraudulent merchant (no paperwork trails when they signed you up)..

Very poor service. The wash left quite a few dirty spots on my car. No hand dry after wash. No self serve vacuum. . I would go to one of the many other car washes nearby where are you get a better wash and hand dry and use of the vacuums all for the same price.

Wish I could give negative stars. Worst car wash I have ever been to. They don’t let you clean the inside of your car or use the vacuum. There is so many streaks on my windows I now have to go to another car wash just to get that clean. It’s ridiculous how bad the place is. Soapy joes is down the road a little father they let you use towels, vacuum and give you a air freshener for $8 where as here they it would’ve been like $5 more. Drive a little farther and go to soapy joes. Way better service ther

This is NOT a great place to get your car clean.. The service was so terrible and they DO NOT communicate to you well about the service they will give you. I went in, and I Paid $5, and I asked the guy who took my money if vacuuming is included. He said yes, but only if you are vacuuming it by yourself. After Cleaning the car, I went and grabbed the vacuum but before I even finish vacuuming, three of the associate working there came and took away the Vacuum from my hand in a very disrespectful manner. I asked why they were doing that, but i got no explanation as they were struggling to say the words out in English.Additionally, I noticed scratches on my car too. I didnt have those scratches before. I guess they are just after the money but not decent service. I am not going back to this place again. NEVER.

Had an interior detail done to my car and was cleaned, but they put something (RainX?) on the inside of the windows that left a film and I could not see out of them the next morning. There were beads of water on the inside of my windshield that I had to use a lot of tissues to wipe off so I could see out. The side windows had a film and I had to roll them down every time I wanted to turn or switch lanes. I spent an hour and a half that night trying to get the film off so I can see out of my car. They close before I get off work so will go over the weekend for them to finish removing whatever they put on my windows.

Do not go here. They locked my keys in the car. Neither the supervisor or manager said anything to me. The workers told them what happened, they looked at me, & just walked away. Awesome managing. It probably doesnt matter to them that they are losing a long time customer with 4 vehicles.

Great experience!!!! I should have gotten the managers name because he was awesome. He gave me 4 extra minutes of vacuum time that I didnt even end up needing because the vacuum hoses are super powerful. He also noticed that may car was still dirty and let me go through the car wash again for free. May not be like this every time but theyve got my vote for now. Only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because it did require me to go through twice

Over 2 years I wash my car at there, but recently I was uncomfortable after the employee clean inside my car. They almost only vacuumed, even they don’t clean chair, door.. I was unsatisfied after that, this morning I have to ask them clean again and they ask me “Did I have memberships?” Very funny and I said “I don’t have membership but I paid to you clean my car, how come after clean the same doesn’t do anything “, I believe today is the last day I use their services, so bad..😣

I had the interior detailed and was pretty happy with the job. My car has leather seats so they put a conditioner, I like that the seats didnt feel oily after like I have experienced before. My carpet and mats werent super dirty to begin with but look really good now (my car is over 10 years old and it hasnt been detailed in over 5). There were a few little spots on the exterior that were missed, but overall the technician who worked on my car was very friendly and did a great job in an hour, which I was happy about because they originally said it could take up to 3 hours for the job. I also made my boyfriend get his car detailed here a few months ago and I was very impressed. His car was a lot dirtier than mine and his seats are fabric so the difference was a lot more noticeable than my car, his car literally looked like new. Love how the car smells afterwards: CLEAN. And theres a difference between simply having a New Car air freshener that covers up odors and having your car smell like new because its actually clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a detailing job.

Bad service. Ive paid for vacuum but they didnt clean properly and dont want to clean trunk. After washing the car was fully wet. They have very bad dryers.

I just went there because the place down the street was having mech problems. That will be the last time I come to this place. I paid 10$ and when I went to vacuum I was told I couldnt vacuum. When I asked if I could at least towel dry it myself with my own towel they said no because that spot is for the customers that pay more only. There were only 2 cars, mine and one next to me. You should put a BIG sign saying no free vacuum. If I would have known I could not use the vacuum I would not have used this place.

I should check the reviews online before I went to this car wash place. It is horrible and probably the worst car wash place ever. After car wash I noticed right away the leather steering wheel got scratched. I spoke with the owner or the manager who is very rude. Guess what he blamed my jacket zipper caused the damage. So be aware, before you let them wash your car make sure to take the pictures with every detail of the car.

Washed my brand new Mercedes here. Put brand new gloss black rims less than a week old. After coming here, they were scraped by the machine and the owner who watched my car like a hawk because he feared it would happen refuses to pay for the repairs to the tire. Refused to give me his business insurance information and handed me a card with the phone number scratched out.

It is ok but you must dry and vacuum your vehicle yourself.

After years of coming to this place on a regular basis, Im sad to say I wont be returning. I was turned away today because my truck has a trailer hitch. I was told that the owner recently added new brushes to the wash, and that trailer hitches could break the brush/machine. Im not going to take my hitch off every time I need a wash. What a pain. My hitch has a lock, and I generally dont keep the extra keys with me. What a pain.If you have a vehicle with a hitch, you may want to look elsewhere.

Fast but no attention to details. I had to have the guy vacuum twice because they did not move my car seat and vacuum under nor on the sides of the seats, they also half washed my dashboard.

The WORST place to get your car wash!!! DONT GO! The manager, said his name is Linlin, yeah right! He was a total A..hole. Paid for a $49.99 detail and carpet shampoo plus a $10.00 tip, and waited for about 2hrs to get a crappy car wash. The inside was dusted, dash board, air condition vents. The carpets were dirty and soaking wet. The problem is that I dont live near by so I couldnt take it back the same day and was running late for an appointment. So when I got home I called back and spoke with the manager about the issue, he started to say that we dont really guarantee anything. I told him that I wasnt looking for a guarantee, just full disclosure on the car wash packages that he offers. Like, we dont really guarantee your dashboard to be fully clean by the time we are done cleaning you car, and by the way we dont really shampoo the carpets and you get them back soaking wet. Then, he said bring it back and told him that I didnt leave near by, then all of the sudden, even though he had perfect phone signal, he started talking over me by saying hello? multiple times as if he couldnt hear me and then hang-up on me. I checked to make sure I didnt hit the mute button on my side. Anyway, I tried to call back several times, and every time, linlin or someone would pick up the phone and hang-up. I bet it was him. Let me point out that I wasnt rude the whole time, and I even asked him to first tell me what the car wash package that I paid for covered, before I started to tell him what was wrong with the service. In conclusion, DONT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!

This car wash used to have workers to dry your car and now its just a drive thru wash and self serve on vacuums and towels to dry. The machine wash isnt great and they have one person to scrub as your car goes in, so only the driver side will get scrubbed. Just pass on this one...

I read one of the bad reviews and hoped that it wouldnt be as bad, I was wrong. They have horrible customer service and the worst car wash ever. I got a $10 wash and I couldnt even vacuum my car. My car still has a lot of stains that didnt get removed. A gas station is better than this place.

I paid for the top clean $45 ... They stole $100 worth of clothing. They didnt clean my windows or dash well. The two female employees stole a leather jacket and scarf from my car worth twice what I paid for the wash out of my trunk. They were sneaky about it too.. they moved everything around so it would be hard to tell.

Went to have my car washed and they did a terrible job. There was still dirt and bug spots on the front of my car. They also cleaned the inside of the windows and then left huge smudge spots all over them. Also they we super rushed on drying my car and I was the only car there... Not worth going here.

Came in to get my car hand washed, and it looked like it was just rinsed off and it was scratched to all hell. And there was a chunk taken out of my rim. I dont know what happened. I will not be returning. This place is a scam.
