When we moved in, everything was broken at Edgewater village apartments and the AC was broken for a few days. The maintenance crew never fixed anything when they came by they also lie to us about replacing the AC unit and Royale wasnt really responsive or communicative with us at trying to make us feel better living here and we shouldnt have to pay a buyout fee or a leaving fee because everything in our apartment was broken and are still things that are broken inside of our apartment. Maintenance also wants to wait a few days to two weeks before fixing an emergency issue. When we asked for corporate number they didnt provide it to us and they never pick up the phone in the office. This place is terrible our apartment has mold on the outside close to our patio, theres fights in the parking lot and over all its just a really bad environment for raising a family. Im very disappointed with the community property. I still need to speak with a manager and corporate office about this situation because this is completely unacceptable!!!

Horrible place to live. I just moved in on 10/26/2019 and water has been flooding into my apartment since 10/31/2019. I found out the apartment knew this before they moved me in and lied about it. I have been giving the run around and still no resolution. I will be filing court documents at this point. They are in coear violation of tenant/landlord laws and have the proof. If your smart you wont rent here.
