Buyer BEWARE! Refused to honor Road Hazard Warranty AND Tire Tread Warranty!I went to Mr. Tire because I had a single tire that was slowly leaking air and wanted it repaired under my road hazard warranty. The employee was rude right out of the gate. All I got out was that I had a leaky tire, and as I was trying to explain more, he kept interrupting me and asking for my keys, saying I just need to look at it myself. After the employee went out to look at my tires, he informed me that they could not repair the tire because it was too worn, and that in fact all 4 of my tires needed to be replaced immediately (even though I just passed inspection 2 months ago).So I asked him what my discount would be given that the tires had worn down 20,000 miles earlier than the Tire Tread Warranty of 60,000 miles. He told me “warranties don’t work that way”; that “the mileage warranty is just an estimate, you don’t get a discount if you wear them out quicker”. He said “some drivers just wear tires out more quickly than others” (basically implying that somehow my bad driving had made the tires wear out faster). He obviously thought that he could pull on over on me because I am a woman.When I called him on this bold-faced lie and explained that I know from experience that the warranty is supposed to prorate the cost of the new tires according to the mileage left on the warranty, he said he would have to speak with his manager, but warned me that they never give discounts for Tire Tread Warranties. I waited patiently as he helped 3 other customers before bothering to go speak with his manager.When he came back he started looking for more reasons not to honor the warranty. Had I kept my tires rotated on a regular basis, and could I provide documentation to prove it? I replied that while I had not had the maintenance done at Mr. Tire, I had rotated the tires regularly and could get the receipts to prove it.He continued to fumble for more excuses not to honor the warranty. He tried to tell me that the tires were at 3/32, which was “too worn” for the warranty (a warranty he previously denied even existed), when the warranty paperwork clearly states that the warranty can ONLY be used if the tires have been worn completely down to 2/32. So technically I would need to wear them down MORE, not less!It was clear that no matter what I said, they were going to find a way to weasel out of honoring the warranty, so I finally just gave up and left. As I walked out the door the employee gave me a snarky “Have a nice day!”

I recently went to Mr Tire on HWY 70 in Garner, NC. I had my new tires mounted and balanced at a local Ma and Pop type shop because they were close and cheaper. I had serious vibration issues and obviously something was wrong. Mr Tire checked my alignment and tie rods. Found all to be in specs. Removed the tires and re-balanced them . Found the other shop had left both stick on weights and hammer weights on from old tires. They cleaned the wheels off, computer balance correctly and torqued all lug nuts. Truck is now driving like a new vechicle. I made the mistake of cutting corners to save a dollar. Dont make the same mistake i did. Go to the pros at Mr Tire and get it right the first time. Great people and great service. Thank you ! I will be back.

Had my CV axle replaced but significant noise is introduced, while the mechanics assured that he tested drive it for 10 mins to make sure no noise he can hear. We tested it with 5 mph speed in front of the store and can clearly hear the metal grinding sound. The manager always claims what they did has nothing with the new introduced noise and tried to push the fault to us. The noise is gone on the second day, they claimed they adjusted all the nuts but I still cant put any confidence to them as they definitely lied about the noise and test drive at the first day.

Great group of friendly guys that work here! The techSteven Pate was knowledgeable and did a great job diagnosing my A/C coolant issues on a Saturday morning and was able to do the repair quickly but thoroughly. I even had to order a part and when I got it in the mail I dropped back by and Steven was kind enough to help put it on in between other cars. Thankful to have working A/C before the NC Summer hits!!

To make a long story short I had a funeral today family member had passed away and we had been to the cemetery and on the way out run over something and had a puncture wound in a tire now, I never post anything like this but I feel strong enough about it this time I needed to say something. We went to Mr tire it was close it was on the right side of the road and we pull in and they were super nice and they didnt have the exact tire so, we had theym ocç that tire and said weve been through enough today and didnt charge us anything. Thats where my business is going from here on out its little things like that at a time like this that makes the difference

Walked in and nobody greeted me for a monents minutesOnce someone did greet me (what you need today was what I was asked)I asked for an inspection (door sign shows they close at 7pm; I got there a few minutes before 6pm)Before I could get my question out fully he interrupted me and said Nope not todayI can get you tomorrow probablyWell I get being busy but nobody seemed to be doing anything and a positive or friendly customer service attitude would have been appreciated

I love Mr. Tire. It may take a while because they are short staff and it’s super hot right now outside. (No AC in the garage which I think mgt should rethink and get those guys some cool air!!)Sometimes I’ll have oil on my seats from where they completed the oil change but recently it has not been too bags. I never have any problems after my car is serviced and they are always willing to find you deals/discounts to help lower the cost.I frequently use them for tire rotation, oil changes, and regularly scheduled maintenance once my car reaches so many miles. And I have no complaints about the work.It would be nice if the sitting area and bathrooms were a bit cleaner to not attract pest. But again, short staffed and not sure if a cleaning crew can be hired right now during these times of Covid/Delta Variant.

Prompt and courteous service and I highly recomend Mr. Tire. Oh, by the way they handle much more than tires.

We have used them on several occasions. Always been very satisfied. Today we had a flat. Luckily we were close by them. They got us in quickly and determined our tire could not be repaired. Showed up to get my car worked on and these guys were on it. I was greeted immediately and they handled my issues quickly. Even brought other safety issues to my attention by physically presenting them. This is a great team who works well under pressure and will go the extra mile to handle what you need.

AMAZING TEAM!! Ive gone three times to Mr. Tire and mostly go on Sundays. Miguel is super helpful and knowledgeable! He even remembered me when I went in yesterday. Ive gotten all 4 of my tires changed by them and my car feels like its gliding now! Ive also gotten a last minute oil change by them and it was quick and easy. I highly recommend!

I was in need of four new tires I chose this service center because of its good prices. I called and made a same day appointment. Dan the manager was super helpful in Finding the right tires at a good price for me. While there they found issues with my brakes and explained everything that needs to be done in detail and a simple manner. They had me in and out in less than 90 minutes which was great to begin with. The next day I noticed a vibration and went back to check (I initially thought it was an issue from other work I had done recently) upon inspection, they re-balanced my tires and even drove with me in the car to ensure the issue was fixed. Dan and staff were exceptionally helpful throughout the process and I will be taking my Fiat there for all my maintenance needs from here on out. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Mr Tire They fit me in to replace my two front tires, one had gone flat and I was on my spare and the other was on its way out.The manager, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quoted me all prices before anything was started. He did not use any “high pressure” sales on me to spend more money.The mechanic who worked on my car, Matt, was very thorough. He explained to me what I really needed to have done next and in order of priority and why.Matt made sure that all my tires were inflated properly and reset my tire pressure light of course.Both Mike and Matt worked together to align my tires as well. Explaining why that was important.Although they had a full garage, they worked me into their busy day. Both were very helpful.I’ll definitely be back for my next items on my list.

Fast and have good hours, but their customer service stinks. I had my oil changed here on Sunday, June 13th after not being able to get in at Meineke. After having a poor experience the first time I went here with the employees not wearing masks at the height of COVID (and refusing to when I asked them), I had another poor customer service experience on Sunday. The guy working the front desk was very brisk, despite my friendliness, and when I told him I had a coupon at checkout, he cut me off and said impatiently I add the coupon for everyone. Well, okay then. He didnt bother to ask which coupon, and mine was worth $5 more off (he gave me $10 off general service, even though I had a $15 off of a full synthetic oil change). I dont know why these guys struggle so much, but management needs to get it together with how they treat customers. It is not that hard to be respectful and listen adequately.

Came here yesterday to get new tires, tuneup, inspection, oil change... they wanted to charge me $1,800! Only did the inspection and went to another place for everything else!

All three employees working around 4:30 on 2/22/21 were very helpful. I asked if they could squeeze in an inspection and they were able to accommodate. Greatly appreciated.

I was referred to them via SilverRock and spoke to a representative who assured me that they would fix my vehicle (small leak through due improper sealant). Upon arriving, the representative on the main floor was helpful, but appeared to be a new employee. He went to speak to the manager who was on his phone and never even looked at me. The manager had an attitude and told him that they could not fix my vehicle. I got the sense that the manager was annoyed and irritated that I was asking if they could do the work. I will never be going to any of their stores for service again.

Really appreciate this tire shop! I got a notification that one of my tires was low and pulled in. They quickly saw me, checked them out, refilled them, and even gave me some tips on how the alert system in my car worked. I expected to pay some minimal fee, but Fred said it was on the house. Really nice. Ill definitely be back when I have auto needs.

Prices are extremely high. With low quality work.Was told that the parts I provided didn’t fit and still got charged more than half the price it would have costed me to get it fixed.They also did not use paper mats before entering and exiting the car.

This Mr.Tire location has given me nothing be exceptional and personable service. From their cheery greeting on the phone to no extra charges for services, I was very happy with my experience with them. I needed my tire patched and Luther Lott helped take care of the repair. He was so nice that he pointed out a coupon online for a free tire patch which I used for my repair.

I came to this location Sunday 11/28/2020 and I got there in such short notice I wasnt expecting to get what I needed done that day. But, to my surprise Fred helped me out and understood my needs and got me all new tires in under 45 minutes and worked with me on payment options. I am so thankful for him and definitely would recommend this location and Fred in the future to anyone with car needs!

I had a great experience with Mr.Tire. The manager Caleb was super helpful, friendly and though. I had a lift kit for my Jeep Wrangler that I needed installed and he was up to the challenge. Despite being super busy he was able to get me on the road in a day with new tires and wheels. I normally don’t leave reviews but felt compelled to do so thanks to the quality of work and dust service. Highly recommended.

I stopped in on a rainy Sunday to get my brakes inspected because I heard squeaking. After inspection I was told I need to replace brakes and roders, after which I was given a price. Before I could tell the manager I had a coupon he provided me a discount. The discount was just because I chose to give them my business that day. Wow! Talk about appreciation. And needless to say it was better than my coupon. I’m thankful they were able to fit my car in because their bay was full and my business requires my car to work at tip top shape. I’ve taken a couple different cars here and had very good experiences. Pros: they can typically get you services fast, take you back and show you their concerns, staff is knowledgeable, location is convenient. Cons: easy to accidentally drive by the location if you’re not paying attention. Overall I like it here, convenience is my top priority and they get jobs done in a timely manner! Thanks guys.

My recent experience at this location has officially made me a customer for life. The assistant manager, I believe his name is Fred, went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I will absolutely be back!

UPDATE: After contacting corporate offices, they had the insurance adjuster come out and take a look. Upon first sight, he says that is without a shadow of a doubt a wheel that has been dropped on the face because all the scratches are on the high points where a wheel would most likely touch a surface and He also said it is most definitely not corrosion. A week later I received a check for the replacement cost of my wheel. I probably would have never went this far if the manager would have only admitted fault and tried to resolve it instead of so vehemently denying it.On Saturday, October 31st, I took my 2015 Mercedes S-Class 550 to Mr. Tire to get my tires balanced. While there I noticed with my own eyes one of the technicians to drop the front driver side wheel on the face. I also noticed the manager, Dan Wilkinson, turn around to say something to him about it. I do not know what he said because I was in the customer area but I’m positive it was dealing with the event but the manager continued to sit at his desk. My attention was to check that wheel before I left for scratches. While putting on the back-passenger side wheel, the same technician broke one to the lug nuts/studs on the wheel. The asst. manager Fred came in and informed me of the situation and that they had ordered one and one was on the way. After about an hour or more, the delivery came but unfortunately it was the wrong type. So, they were supposed to return with the correct one. After another hour, I was informed that the parts store was unable to find the correct “chrome lug nut/stud” for my wheel and they would have to order one. They put a replacement on and said they would call me when it was delivered. With all of attention on the lug nut, it slipped my mind to check the wheel that was dropped before I left. I did think about it later while at home and went in the garage to check the wheel. I checked the front driver side wheel and saw no issues. I was called on November 3rd and told that the wheel lug nut was in. I went back to Mr. Tire and the asst. manager Fred put the lug nut on. Everything looked fine so I left and took the car to the car wash to get it hand washed. After, the car wash was done, while inspecting their work, I noticed the front passenger side wheel had scratches evenly marked on each spoke. I’m a very meticulous person so to me that stood out like a sore thumb. I immediately thought, they (Mr. Tire) put the front driver side wheel back on the front passenger side and those scratches came from the other day when that technician dropped the wheel. I immediately went back to Mr. Tire and Fred came out and I told him what happened. He went and got Dan, the store manager. Dan came out and immediately said that did not come from the drop. He said he watched the technician put the wheels back on. He also tried to tell me that it looked like corrosion. I pointed out that no other rims had that type of damage. He acknowledged that the technician did drop the wheel but he was not going to say that the drop “on a greasy concrete flow” caused that damage. We continued back and forth with him pointing out (or at least trying to) other scratches on the rims. None resembled the scratches on the specific wheel I was referring to. We carried on back and forth for I while I began to get agitated that this manager refused to admit that this issue was caused by his store and literally right in front of him. I did raise my voice and I hate that but because I know how much care I put into my car, I was upset. I know where every nick or scratch comes from plus I spent almost $3000 dollar for these wheels just last year, there’s no way they would be corroded on a car that is driven on the weekends and sits in a garage the rest of the time. He references them only charging me for the lug nut/stud instead of the price of the balancing on Saturday like they did me a favor then followed with, I’ll buff the scratches out but I’m not going to admit that it was caused at my store.

Went in for a tire plug and unfortunately a sensor was broken by mistake...guys were honest about what had happened...fixed their mistake..thats all I ask for is honesty and accountability...will return.

My car was steering to the left really badly so I went in for an alignment, but Dan the district manager looked at my car and came to me saying I had an issue with my control arm, until I told him I just got the control arm replaced last year, then he quickly re-inspected my car and said I could do with just replacing the ball joint. He also said I needed 4 tires which I already knew. He seemed pretty rushed into having me apply for their credit card, but since it declined he said that I could just get the ball joint replaced. I asked if I would notice a difference in my cars steering if I only got the ball joint replaced, because I couldnt afford both at the time, and he said TWICE, yes! absolutely, youll definitely notice the difference immediately. Well, after the work was done (I guess) there was absolutely no difference in the steering. I went back to discuss this and he said well you got other issues...I said yes I sure do but you advised me that this would be worth doing and that I would notice a difference. He kept saying I need other work and you only spent $150. I will never go back to this place.

I called and spoke to dan he was very informative about the tires that would be best for my vehicle. An got me to apply for a Drive card. The process was super easy and allows you to pay for repairs over a six month period with no interest.

Came in to get my tires rebalanced and patched, and Caleb and Mr. Krasinski did an absolute killer job. It definitely seemed to me that they took an extra effort to personally relate to each customer that came in during my time there. Its so hard finding a good and honest mechanic these days, and I certainly feel as though Ive found some in these fellas.

I purchased a used car and took it to Mr. Tire to get it checked out. They completed a full tire alignment, tire replacement, and more for a phenomenal price! I then took the car to another car shop to get a quote on another issue I was having with the car. They tried to rip me off by more than $200 on the repair so I called Mr. Tire to get their opinion. Caleb and Chris were WONDERFUL and gave me ANOTHER sweet price on the SAME REPAIR JOB!! Not to mention that Caleb was willing to pick the car up for me from the other auto shop when I was unable to. Now THAT is customer service! I wish I was living in this area longer term JUST so I could have access to a mechanic shop as reliable and helpful as they are. Good mechanics you can trust (especially for someone like me who knows NOTHING about cars and what things SHOULD cost) are rare. But now, Mr. Tire is like family! Thanks, guys! I SUPER appreciate it!

Excellent customer service! Low pressure indicator turned on and found a nail in my tire and I needed to get it fixed quick without waiting. I called around the Garner area and all other stores said they have other customers and I would have to make an appointment. When I called Mr. Tire in Garner on HWY 70, there was no hesitation - they said bring it and we will fix it. Awesome!! I was in and out in 15-minutes! Great job, great customer service, very friendly and they were glad to help even though their shop was also busy! Thank you! I will come back for my next set of tires! Highly recommended!

Caleb, the store manager was exceptional today - after a stressful week of needing a new set of tires and trying to be budget friendly with the choice; I dropped my car off this morning In hopes to receive a new set of tires (their brand) which was scheduled earlier this week. After a miscommunication that could have changed the outcome, Caleb went over and beyond to make it RIGHT! I feel he did all he could to make sure I was a happy customer (and we are customers of this locations) to assure that I will return. He also gave me advice, explained options of protection plans, and stayed friendly despite my attitude. Best repair shop around, you dont need an appointment and they are super fast. They do great work and the staff is knowledgeable and easy to speak to. They also support your purchase very well -- I buy all my tires there and so do my family members. Rotations are free and I can always stop by and get air in the tires at no charge. These guys are great!

Be sure to shop around, folks! These guys were friendly and offered to beat other prices, but the initial quote for 4 Michelin tires installed was a full $400 more than at another place! They were extremely pushy and tried hard to sell me on tires on the spot.

I went in to the shop on July 3. When I got there on time for my appointment, the guy acted like I did not have an appointment. When he looked it up in the computer, he saw the appointment, then he seem to be upset 😡. He then told me that it would be two hours to get an oil change. So when I asked to reschedule for the next day. He told me this is not doctors office. And that I could go another place like jiffy lube. I then ask for the store manager and he told me that he was and his name was cabil. And I then ask for my boss number he told me to call CS. He said that I was wrong to call, because people had big problems and he was short hand and he was working on cars himself.

Went in for tire change and they beat the dealership pricing by 1/2!! Highly recommend Mr. Tire for all automotive services.

I just got my oil changed it took them about 20 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out that includes and checking my wires fluids and tires they have an online coupon for $14.95 which is amazing 😁 they were super helpful and extremely friendly they even let me know about a loose wire cable that I wasnt aware of because I just got a new battery put in last week. I definitely recommend them and will be returning to get my oil change in my other vehicles

Daughter visiting from DC had nail in tire... due to tire wear we changed a 4. Great service great price. Friendly service.We have a cabin in lenoir... I have a new trailer and over a short period of time eventually all 4 valve stems broke... Mr Tire is where I took them and even though they didnt sell me the trailer they fixed them for free! Of course I gave them some $ as I also did the Garner NC station when they mounted 4 skins to a set of rims so I could move an old truck.... told them to buy the workers some pizza!

I scheduled an appointment on Monday, February 10, 2020 to get an oil change on today Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 12:30. I arrived at 12:15 and was asked what I needed. I told them I had an appointment and the guy at the front advised me that it didnt matter that I had an appointment it would be an hour and a half wait. Mind you only myself was in there a couple dropped off a car to get tires and some labor work. There were workers inside and two outside, so I was confused as to how I would have to wait such a long time. Why schedule an appointment if it will not be honored. I usually send my husband to get my car fixed, since I believe sometimes mechanics try to charge more when they deal with a woman. But @ Mr Tire, they treated me with respect and gave me a very good deal on the price of replacing my brakes. David was an outstanding employee and made sure I was taken care of. I got new brakes pads, rotors and an oil change and the cost was far less than some other places wanted to charge me just for the brake pads. This will definitely be my place to take my car for any repairs in the future and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, David!

Really nice guys at the front desk. The service was fast for an oil change and alignment. Price was reasonable and they hooked me up with a coupon. And you can make the appointment online! Will definitely be using them regularly.

I am confused with some of the comments on here.* First, it is a busy tire center and they do the work as fast as they can.It is NOT drive thru McDonalds. Have patience.Luther who runs the from desk, was extremely pleasant and informative. He told me when my car was being serviced. I had an appointment and had to wait only 10 minutes.The technician; Charles listened to my request to where I wanted my tires rotated (which they could have charged me, but didnt).I also asked to have 37 psi put in, which they did.They have a comfortable, clean waiting area with coffee and t.v..Now . . if they served donuts, I would give them a constellation !!Thanks yall.

Made an appointment for 10 am and arrived early. At 11 am, my car was still sitting untouched in the parking lot. I understand the shop can get backed up, but at least have the decency to communicate it to your customers who are waiting. Poor customer service.

My daughter just stopped in with a flat. I was terrified of her getting taken advantage of because I was not with her. They took PHENOMENAL care of her and her tire quickly, safely, and very inexpensively. THANK YOU!!!!!

As usual I had excellent customer service at this location on US 70. I had a screw in my tire this time. I was already in the system from past visits there. They said it would be a wait, I was prepared for that. The wait was way less than they told me which is usually the case there. I recommend them to everyone in the area. I have purchased tires from them and other services like vehicle inspection. The team is awesome.

I brought my old car to get some new tires here and it actually ended up breaking down right in their parking lot. The guys at Mr. Tire were able to fix the problem for me (that had absolutely nothing to do with the tires). They did fantastic work for a phenomenal price. Will definitely be recommending them to others. Great job guys keep up the good work!

Recently got all new tires. Great pricing and customer service. Chris was awesome! Very friendly and informative both and drop off and pick up.

Brandy got me in and out with a new tire in less than an hour. No hassle, no sales pitch just the facts! I seriously appreciate his help and hopefully won’t have another flat anytime soon but will be back to this location for all my cars needs. I do have hazard protection on the new tire I got so I’m covered!

Location stays busy so best to get an early appointment if possible. Corporate office needs to get the heat fixed so customers arent freezing like this recent visit. Overall recommended services here.

I stopped in yesterday (Sunday) to try and get an alignment. They were busy and acknowledged me right away saying they would be right with me. There were two gentleman working and they were both very helpful and kind. I did not have an appointment however they got me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I would like to thank both of the gentlemen for doing such a great job.

I went in to get some work on my van. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I met Fred who was very professional and my van was done when promised.

OMG! So apparently I filled my car up with oil and my car was smoking so bad and I swear Caleb the manger was God sent. I called 3 shops In Garner and none of them was trying to help call Mr. Tire Calebs answers the phone I told him what was going on he immediately said where are you. Do you kno he and another one of his awesome workers came to the Target checked out my car followed me back to his shop empty the oil and put fresh oil and did all this and they where CLOSED. So I will forever be team Mr. Tire awesome gentleman . Thanks guys.
