My husband tried to get a haircut here and their check in process is ridiculous. He went in right after they opened to be put on on their list, then after watching the staff member put his name and number down, sat in the car outside to wait. Two hours go by! No text. No call. Not even an email. They told him his name wasnt on this list and hed have to wait another hour and 20 mins! I told him well find somewhere else for him to go. No one should have to deal with this for a 20 minute haircut. He hasnt had a problem getting his hair cut here until recently. After reading the reviews this situation seems to be a common occurrence.

I absolutely will go again. I found my place for the best haircut experience . If I had only known sooner. Great job team Sports Clips.

Brought my son in for a simple haircut. The receptionist put us on a list, said she would give us a call when it was our turn. So we waited in our car right out front the establishment..... figured maybe 30min would be a sufficient wait, NOPE! I called at an hour wait in, and was told another 25min. We went to grab food (10 min max), and came straight back to the same front parking spot. I called AGAIN at two hours wait it!! The receptionist gave me excuses we came to look for you but you werent outside, you didnt opt for the text service, etc.. I was seriously annoyed with their lack of customer service, and no apology, or offer to remedy the two hours that i wasted sitting in the parking lot (my son fell asleep waiting), not cool at all

Be aware of the check -in process, I checked in on-line and there was over a 2 hours wait, I check it a couple of times we were moving up the list. Then 1 hour before my appointment I checked it again and my name was gone. And they did nothing. Not happy with this process.

Great staff. Makes you feel comfortable and like a friend.

I love Sport Clips you get what you ask for. And they keep a record of the cut.

Took my husband there for a haircut and he got a nice massage and towel treatment. His beard was also trimmed only cost us twenty five dollars. Much better than great clips with many more services. They have a nice TV to watch sports on while you wait and the staff were friendly.

I have always enjoyed my hair cut with sports clips. Went today and my stylist left something to be desired. She was short, and brash. She didn’t seem like she was interested in speaking to me, one word answers. She questioned what I asked of her, and made comments about the people who worked there not caring or knowIng what they were doing. I usually get the full MVP but her service made me feel uncomfortable and awkward that I just left after my cut. I’ll be back but I’ll be sure to not have her as my stylist.

Really like the online check in, although I still miss being able to make a regular appointment. Both my stylist and my wifes provided excellent cuts, and we were in and out very quickly.

The lady that just cut my hair didn’t take her time to make sure it was an even cut she cut my side burns all the way off I was so mad that I couldn’t even speak by the time she was done

Left hair around my ears. Did a bad fade and didnt like sports. In short I wont be back.

Jodi did a GREAT job on my husbands haircut. It was the first time he went to her and she did just what we wanted. She even trimmed his eyebrows without him asking 😊

I need to sign in (give up my phone number and email) in order to give a haircut, they rejected my business because i choose no to give my personal information. Do you want my credit report too? Bad experience, stay away if you know how valuable is your personal information.

This was my first time going to Sport Clips new second location in Medford. I received a mailer for a free haircut to try it out. In addition to the free cut, the grand opening special also threw in an upgrade to the MVP service, which includes a shampoo, hot towels for your face. This extra service is after the haircut, in the back, where the lighting is down low, and the chair is a massage chair. Overall, it was a great experience. I like the fact you can choose the same stylist on your next visit. There are TVs showing sorts throughout the front and its definitely a different experience than most other salons. Syndi did a great job on my haircut and I will definitely return! PS, I like the fact the Google listing shows they are LGBTQ-friendly, if thats something youre looking for. 😉✌️🌈

Always a great experience with the MVP. Awesome team of stylist here.I look forward to visiting every 3-4 weeks.Plus this new location is on the South side of town. Next door to Chipotle and 5 guys.Sometimes I will grab a beer at Chipotle or the point if they have a bit of a wait.

I took my 7 year old there the other night and just wanted his hair trimmed and made it very clear. She used the shavers and cut most of his hair off. I asked if he would have any hair left and she just laughed. Seriously I know it will grow back but its not what he wanted. 😭

Bad customer service. Went in to get a haircut like when I last when here about 3 months ago. But the person that was going to cut my hair complains about how I want my hair cut.
