I absolutely loved my nails . The girl who did my nails was very sweet. I never caught her name tho or else I would mention her name. She kept asking me if I liked the nail to see if I was satisfied which I really liked. Great place and totally recommend . She made conversation which I enjoyed even though I may be shy at times. Unfortunately I’m not from here, but came here for the first time and I would gladly come back!

Very modern and clean. Manager is very nice. My pedicure was great, very soft feet after! I had an issue with my first set of nails but they brought me back in and fixed it and now they are perfect! Not every business would do that. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time here. I went with my mom and my niece. My mom and I got pedicures and my niece got a full acrylic set. Most of the staff was moderately friendly, but no one went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The pedis were okay, not great, and substantially more expensive than other places we’ve been with better service. My niece is happy with her acrylic set, but it was $50 before a tip. I’ve never seen them that high in price before. She got a basic color, no design. I think we’ll continue looking for somewhere with better prices or at least service that matches their prices.

This is the absolute WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I had an appointment at 4:30, I showed up at 4:25. I created the appointment online and entered exactly what I had wanted. I walked in and no one greeted me. That’s fine, I understand that it can be busy. Once they finally noticed my daughter and I, they had trouble pulling up the appointment and couldn’t find the notes that I had added. When I showed him a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like he said that they could not do that, even though the picture had their watermark included. While explaining this to him, the phone rang and he interrupted me and took the call. Afterwards, owner took my daughter and I to the back to choose colors and then left. I assumed he would be waiting for us at his station. After choosing our colors, we wait 30 minutes before a very rude woman came and pulled my daughter aside for her pedicure. I asked her how long it would take and she ignored me. I asked again and she walked away and grabbed the nail polish that my daughter had chosen. She then took my daughter to get her pedicure done, without answering my question. I waited 10 more minutes (40 minutes at this point). A male employee walked by and I asked to speak with the owner. I spoke to the owner and asked how long the wait would be. He did not give me a time frame nor would he look me in the eyes. He ignored me. At this point I was frustrated. I asked again how long it would take and he told me to wait another 30 minutes. I ended up taking my daughter and leaving. When I went to get my daughter the same rude female employee laughed in my face. Never will I ever go to this salon again. They are completely unprofessional.

Everyone we had contact with was extremely nice and the place is very clean. The only issue I have is that there are some spots that didnt get polished at all and they are very messy at the edges. Every finger has polish on it pretty much on all sides. I love the color just a bit miffed at paying an extra $15 and they didnt really turn out how I was expecting.

Wes not that impressed with this place it was way to much money and I had to stay on top of the guy doing my nails. He was doing good tell some of his coworkers came over and started talking in there language and made me feel uncomfortable as if they were talking about my nails or me. The guy doing my daughters nails it was the same way he was doing good tell the coworkers came over and told him to do it different and my daughter liked the way he was doing befor everyone told him it was not right. I will go somewhere else to get my nails done. And I know they will do them as I ask them to be done and not tell me how I should do them. This place is to much money and I feel as if they could have done better. So we will just go to are other places and know that they will not do any of this to us. So I only give this place a 2 stars

Huy (Bobby) managed to not only understand what I wanted for my nails but held great conversation and always asked along the way if that is still what I wanted. I got done pretty quick as my dip nails were a simple request but the length was perfect and they were on the thinner side which makes them look more natural . I’m very pleased

I was able to be seen for a mani-pedi the day I called. Felt pampered, and nails looked great except for the ridges ground into my nails near the cuticles by the dremel the nail tech used. Two weeks later and I am not looking forward to watching these ridges as my nails grow.

I had a pedicure and manicure and was using a gift certificate I received for my birthday. Everything seemed pretty clean but the man that did my nails (I dont remember his name) didnt wear gloves at all. During normal times, that is concerning but during a pandemic, its not acceptable. Then, during the manicure, he made me bleed and wiped the blood off, so he obviously knew it happened. He didnt apologize or say anything about him making me bleed. It had been a long time since I got a manicure, so I know my hands were not in the best shape, but you cant tell I got a manicure at all. My nails were cut unevenly, never filed, and around my nails and cuticles are a mess. For my pedicure, the nail polish wasnt even or smooth. I was very disappointed and feel like it was a waste of my gift certificate. I wont be returning.

I got my nails done here for the first time & I absolutely loved it. I had a last minute appointment at 5:15, showed up 20 minutes early since I was already near by. I waiting about 5 minutes after getting there & they started. Hoai did my nails & they were absolutely amazing. I love them so much. 100% satisfied & worth the price. Everyone who I talked to was super friendly, I was greeted right away when I got there too!! This place is nice & super clean. I’m definitely going back!

I got a full set of acrylics done with my daughter and the nails started to fall off by the next day. We called and complained they said there was no way the nails could have just came off that way but they were willing to fix the paint job that was messed up on my daughters. I have never had all the acrylics nails fall off with in 3 days. I was very upset after being told they would not fix my set.

They are amazing! Super clean pedicures with all implements coming straight out of an autoclave. The deluxe pedicure is wonderful with all kinds of scents to choose from, and they use hot stones and towels. They can do anything you ask...this was this weeks

Kevin (#2) took his time and did an exceptional job. Many people have told me to come try Pinnacle Nail Spa, and I’m so glad I did! This was the best pedicure I’ve ever received and I’ve been to many places around NWA. I also got a full set using dip and a gel design. Kevin took his time and made sure it looked fantastic. They scheduled me (and my family—2 kids pedis and husband pedi as well) for 2:30, started on time, and we didn’t have to wait at all. Super spacious, no crowding, and they are all very helpful. I won’t go anywhere else!

Walked in on Mothers Day and had a fantastic experience from start to finish! My mom and I both had a spa pedicure and left feeling relaxed with flip flop feet. My daughter and I came in for the first time and I was very unimpressed. My pedicure was mediocre and my daughters manicure was okay. When we went to pay the nail tech tried charging us for services not received. Save yourself the annoyance and go somewhere better.

Stopped in for the first - and last - time. I wanted a basic mani and pedi. Pedi was alright; some toes are half painted and polish wasn’t cleaned up around the edges. The mani was easily the worst I’ve ever received. Some nails have cuticles left, others are butchered. There is leftover polish that they failed to remove and my nails need buffed out even more so than before they got a hold of them. And while I’m not looking for conversation, it would’ve been nice to get a hello or offered a water. $61 later and I’ll need another salon to fix the issues which is insanely disappointing.

Friends and I had appointments for pedis and full sets. One of my friends had Jasmine and the one had Ann, both those ladies were excellent! I however was not so lucky, my pedi was done by a younger guy who didn’t even offer me a drink- I wouldn’t have known about the complimentary wine if it weren’t for my friends. He started on my pedi a few minutes after Ann started on my friend yet he was finished well before. The “massage” was almost none existent, and what exfoliation? He did do a little rub with a warm black rock which was interesting. I noticed my friends were receiving very good exfoliation and massages but i had no time to even say anything because as soon as he was done he was gone. Didn’t provide any further instructions or asked if i needed anything, we all had the basic pedis BTW. As i waited for my full set i noticed my feet were even drier than they were before I went in! By the time someone acknowledged i was still waiting, a good 40 minutes had passed by and by this time my friends were almost done with their nails. The lady who was going to do my nails seemed a little mad that she had to do it so i kindly refused and explained that I had waited so long and my friends were almost done. I didn’t get that ladys name but i think it was Lena or lorena? That same lady was at the register when i went up to pay for my pedi, she made a joke but i honestly didnt catch it so I just paid. As I walked away to wait while one of my friends was finishing up, she comes over to me and hands me a $2 coupon “for next time”. She obviously knew i wasn’t happy with their service because she didn’t offer it to any of my friends. I will not be going back, there are plenty of other nails spas especially in that area. I will repeat, my friends had great experiences and it was not their first time there.

Worst set of nails I have ever had! I NEVER break a nail, I had 2 break in the first 24 hours and the 3rd Break in day 3. So disappointing.

I had an incredible experience. The staff are all polite and friendly. Jasmine did an amazing job on my mani-pedi. Complimentary drinks included(mimosas and wine!) The nail spa is new. They’ve only been open about 7 weeks. Really nice...they are a bit pricey. $80 buck for gel-mani and reg. pedi. I would recommend they add lighting to the polish wall. It’s dark and people were using their cellphone flashlight.

Waited 20 min for toe polish change only. Polish looks like nail polish has grown out already a week old. Polish is not clean at cuticle area.
