Exceptional service EVERY time I come! I always come here for quick tire plugs or any time I have any issue with my tires. They are always polite and take great care of me. I am here now on a Saturday afternoon and they got up to help me right away. My family and I have been coming here for years and we will continue doing so!

The welder blew my alternator because he forgot to unplug my battery before working on my car. The owner which I met for the first time called the cops on me and hid the gentleman named fredo from the police. That lets me know that he shouldn’t be working on cars at all. Be careful of this place. There was no need for police just pay for my car. I have reported them to the attorney general and definitely will be involving my lawyers. Steer clear of this place.

After going to get the tire and bringing it back just as before I had to constantly beg for help, if you are not Spanish DO NOT COME HERE. Anyone that was Spanish was acknowledged immediately and I watched them swiftly change multiple tires. I ended up waiting so long I tried to just do it myself I even asked for the tools and they watched me try and break my lock key and then I had to beg for help the whole way through and it was very embarrassing to the other and unfortunatel I am young black female and pregnant and I would never recommend anyone not mexica to come here for anything you will be ignored or not taken seriously

Theyre in down town Garner and super fast plus open till 6pm and they have Saturday hours too. Great place to get an inspection or oil change etc.

I was told to wait 45 minutes for an oil change and that it was 3 cars ahead of me. I told him that I would wait but would return in 45 minutes being that I live in walking distance of the shop. I return 45 min later snd the Hispanic guy that told me to wait 45 minutes tell me he doesn’t hold spots and I’d have to wait another hour or so to get an oil change. I told him he never mention that I could t leave and he tried to apologize and states I still have to wait. He was very dismissive and basically didn’t give AF that he has just wasted an hour out of my day. I watched me sit on the bench for 20 minutes until I addressed him than tried to act like he didn’t understand English. I tell you what I’m never spending another dime at this shop. All they care about is who car cost the most so they go in order of how much money they can make instead of going in order of who comes first. They have no order. I’ll take my services else where to a black mechanic shop.

I get my inspections done at Garner inspections because they are very nice and very fast. They have 5 different locations by the same owner so you can avoid waiting.

If I could give negative stars I would. Never returning, had something stolen from my car while I was getting a tire patched. After confronting them they told me the only person that had been in my car was the tire guy and he said it wasn’t him that it must have been another customer that went into my car and took it out. There was only one other customer there and they were sitting inside the waiting area with me. And ironically the camera wasn’t pointing in the direction of where my car was. Don’t go here!!!

The man at the desk was very rude. Took him 15 minutes to get to me. I was the only one in line. Then he told me he couldnt help me out. This establishment is racist. He mumbled racial slurs in Spanish. Fortunately I speak spanish

I had a tire pop unexpectedly and my boss sent me here they charge $40-50 for a used tire. Everyone running around charging whatever they want doing their own thing......I was just inform by someone else of a different race and gender they were charged half what I was. Completely ripped me off

Charged me twice for inspections, when I showed him the error says my money is worthless anyways and threw my money back. Hurrling racial slurs in Spanish (he didnt know I speak spanish primarily at home and must have assumed I was african American). Absolutely awful for a mistake he made

Horrible experience. Paid for alignment and it didnt get done. They refused to refund the $60 I paid. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
