SO happy to find out Just Tires is a lot more than tires. After having sub-par service at other local shops, I now have my go-to shop for not only tires, but also for brakes and my oil changes! It is so nice to have people you can trust your car with and this is that place. The manager, Josh, is professional, helpful and just great at what he does. He scheduled my appointment at a time that was convenient for me, got everything I needed done in a timely manner, kept me updated on the progress by phone and finished everything quickly. So wonderful to be riding around and not listening to squeaky, grinding brakes. Ill be back and Ill be recommending to friends and neighbors too!

Came by to have tires rotated and balanced. We were told it was an hour wait. No problem. Only one person waiting. We waited, walked around plaza got something to eat and an hour and half later came back to find they still had not even looked at our car and place was full of new people. New management from previous experience with them has gone downhill and would no longer recommend this place.

This is the second time Ive been told a time my vehicle would be ready and it wasnt?! First time almost two hours late and this time an hour and fifteen minutes late. Both times had my number and didnt call to let me know. On this visit they were rotating tires, checking the alignment and tire pressure. My tires are max 51 PSI they drop them down to 31 PSI?! I had to fill them myself the next day. This used to be a good place to come to, not so much anymore?!Very disappointed I would not recommend nor am I coming back.

I rolled in with a flat tire about 45 minutes before close. The staff immediately started assessing the issue and within the hour had my tire patched and back on. Great service and staff. I highly recommend and I will be back!

I’m giving this a 2 star because they canceled on me twice! And last minute which is garbage to me, atleast he did call me but a 4 hour notice is not okay. And it’s hard enough to make appointments for maintenance on a car in general

Lets say I would give Just Tires here at 40 & 42 10 STARS! My husband & I are heading home from Duke Heart Transplant Center stopped for gas and picked up a nail in my tire! Went across street to a lube and tire place for them to say they COULDNT HELP ME TODAY! So drove down a little more to 40 & 42 hwy pulled into Firestone and again CANT HELP ME UNTIL 6/7 TONIGHT! (Like I said, were on our way home from Duke where my husband just had a HEART CATHETER! ) He would have done it his self even needing a heart Transplant if it wasnt for the fact hes supposed to be laying flat! So I drove another 1.5 miles to find some REALLY GREAT PEOPLE! They were MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP ME AND DID SO IN A MATTER OF MINUTES!!! THANK YOU.. JUST TIRES OF 40 & 42 HWY OF GARNER, NC. So happy to see theyre are still some people in the world that still care about others! If youre ever needing a tire or other mechanical maintenance I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!À THANK YOU HANNAH!

3rd trip to this place. Had 4 tires mounted and balanced along with a front end alignment. They rounded off the bolts on tie rods. Watched the tech use a breaker bar beat on said bar and in his exact words I had to heat it up.

I was already being towed, I had a flat tire and the lug nuts were locked so the tow truck driver was not able to get the tire off. We went to this location, and this very kind man came out took the locked lug nut off and changed the tire and would not let me pay him. Everyone there was so kind so helpful. I will definitely be going back to replace my tire. Highly recommend the service there.

Christian went above and beyond for me. I went in and needed my rear brake pads replaced and my tires balanced. Not only did he do the job for a fraction of the price anyone else would do the job for, he did it the same day. I wont take my truck anywhere else. Not only are they efficient, theyre honest and dont try and get you to do anything that your vehicle doesnt require. These guys get the job done and they do it right.

I had my tires balanced and rotated 8 months ago, which gave me a 6 month warranty.Of course, at 8 months I was told it needs to be done again.After the salesman left, I said out loud with no one listening, that pisses me off.All of a sudden a man, who I believe was the manager, came out of his office and began letting me know he heard me and started behaving in a very confrontational manner.I am a female being spoken to very rudely by a strange man who had an angry tone in his voice, which made me very uncomfortable. I called my husband just to get out of the conversation, and could still hear him talking about this in the background.I left there very shaken up by this confrontation, and could not believe I was spoken to so rudely, even though I did say something that maybe I shouldnt of.This was at the very least unprofessional.For me to send a review with anything less than 4 stars is not like me at all, so I hope this gives you a good idea of how this situation upset me.

They have changed the customer service because they are rude on the phone and wont try to help you anymore. Had my cars tire blow out and got it towed because they used to be good and they were recommended but this will be my last trip here with rude people and $287 a tire I know that I can find a better place

I came here a few days ago for an oil change and a few days later I heard my engine ticking, so I pulled into the nearest grocery store parking lot to see if I could figure out the ticking sound. Something told me to check my oil. Upon checking my oil in my car I found that it was no oil in there. I let my sit for about an hour just to make sure I did not have an oil leak and to my surprise I didnt have one. So next to the grocery store was another mechanic so I took my car there and had them look at it. They assured me I didnt have a leak, but whoever changed my oil didnt put any oil back in my car. I called Just Tires and told them about the issue and all I got was We put oil in all the cars we service for oil changes. I am very disappointed in the service and the lack of respect for me as a consumer. If I could have rated negative 0 I would have done so. I would tell anyone thinking about going here, DONT GO.A VERY ILL CUSTOMERI WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

My initial reaction was that it was another busy location. Although things didnt go as well as I hoped, I can tell you that when Kirsty stepped in to assist, she changed my whole experience. She is customer oriented and goes out of her way to make you are satisfied with their service. Kudos to her!

I stopped to help a little mama with a flat tire. With two babies on a 90-degree day they didnt have time to sit around and wait in the heat. I called Just Tires and explained the situation and Kirsty told me to bring the tire in and she would handle the repair quickly. Not only did she drop everything she was doing that moment but she fixed the tire herself for free and sent me on my way. Wonderful service. Fantastic management. They will be my new go-to store. Great place. Im from out of town and had a leaking valve stem. It was late in the day. But they stayed and got us going. Kirsten was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and so helpful. I dont know what she makes, but you should give her a raise. I steer away from chain stores, because most are none of those things. I was in a pinch and got perfect service. My car came in to have a rebalance, rotate and alignment check. Matthew, and Hannah did a good job from a customer service standpoint and Craig the technician did a great job to make sure that all my questions were answered and takes care to ensure that he goes over the car and alerts me to areas like needing new wiper blades. Them and others their are the reason I keep coming back and keep my business with them. Also, I have previously taken the time to do 3 very positive reviews and when I inquired With the location on if they received them they advised they had not.

My daughter brought her car here for a simple oil change, and her engine blew up. I am very disappointed because they are not paying for it . If I were you I would not bring my vehicle here .

Great price fast service

Every time I go here I feel scammed. The first time I had some rims changed and they destroyed my new rims that I was changing. They put the rims back in my car and covered them up, before he closed the trunk I felt the need to check them. The tech tried to cover the scratches he put in my rims. $500 each, scratches that he did. We worked that one out and they made out better. This time I took my car in for a nail in the tire. They fixed it for free but surprise we had another nail in the other tire. Wow looks like the same nail some how got into the passenger side tire. And guess what it was in the spot that cant be fixed. $700+ for 4 new tires. We went somewhere else. DONT GO TO THESE CREEPS total thieves and the work they do is horrible.

Thought I had a tire puncture and I stopped by to get it repaired. The staff were attentive, friendly, and they addressed the problem quickly. It looks like theyre busy a good bit but they were cordial and helpful to me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . My daughter brought her car here for a simple oil change and they didnt put any oil in her car and it blew up her engine, and they refuse to pay for it saying its not their responsibility. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!!!

Had my tires from Amazon sent to Peb Boys for installation. Came 1/2 hour early to mount them. Was told it would be 2 - 3 hours. Right.So came to Just Tires. They are really nice ( spoke with Kirstey). and honest!. Said it would take about an hour, on a Thursday at 2:30.Left it off, and after it was finished. Only charge $25.00 for everything.They are my new tire store. Thanks Kirstey !!** They even checked my wheel alignment for free. : ^ )

Hannah was very professional and upfront. They did their courtesy inspection which found a couple of issues. One I knew about, the other I was unaware. Hannah called me and informed me of the issues. My wife and I were 1.5 hours away from home last Saturday when we found a screw in our tire. It was the end of the day, with only about 30 minutes before the business was closing. Despite it being the end of the work day on a Saturday and the store being swamped, Chris did us a HUGE favor and worked us in so we wouldnt have to drive home on our spare. We are very grateful and cant thank him and the guys who stayed late to work us in enough!

This is a great shop! The very day we were leaving for a trip out of state- I had tire problems. I called the store on my way over and spoke to the manager. We were shortly back on the road. They installed 4 new tires in 45 minutes! So happy with the service we received. Scott and his team did an outstanding job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I went there for simple oil change and tire rotation. I expected it would take a while like usual. They call me a hour later and tell me I need a brake flush. I asked umm... How long will that take. Chris said 20 mins. I finish shopping and came over 55 mins later. I walk in to get my car and the guy asked if I was called and told him no but I was told 20 mins and I came well after the fact, 55 mins. He told me 10 mins so sat in wifes car for 20 more minutes and she goes in and asked whats the deal. She was told just have me come in and pay and car will be around after he pads the breaks. After I pay I sit another 10 mins for that but they were payed and apparently didnt care. If time isnt a factor for you or them making up time, then come here. I guess I should have known from previous times or the name of there place.

They dont do the work that they charge you for but still want top dollar

I needed a new tire TODAY since I located a slit on my sidewall and cant drive my commute with a tiny spare on. Received super courteous service on the phone and when I dropped my car off. I was given couple different tire options and pricing. I opted for 4 tires (quoted $419) since free installation was being offered and a $40 mail on rebate. My price in the end would be approx $380 total for Goodyear tires. I go to check out and, much to my surprise, my total was $456! I was told this was taxes. So, now my rebate isnt really a rebate anymore! Its going to pay the taxes I knew nothing about when I was quoted. Maybe it doesnt seem like much, but when you werent planning on spending $400 that day on tires, it matters. They need to be upfront about taxes and fees when quoting over the phone so their customers arent surprised after the work is already complete.

I had a flat tire while traveling and they swapped it with my spare at no charge. Very friendly and helpful. Got me back on the road quickly.

My vehicle calls for 0w20 from the manufacturer and they used 5w30 alternate without any acknowledgement, not to mention overfilled the HECK out of the oil. Glad I didnt blow any seals! Will be Changing my own oil from now on! Guess if you want something done right, do it yourself

I dropped off my car for two new tire replacements and even though I was negligent for not making an appointment they still found a way to work me and get it done in a reasonable time. I purchased new tires with a oil change. I paid my bill only to find out I was VERY MUCH OVERCHARGED for the Miscellaneous charges. The one that stands out is a 67.50 charge for a WHEEL BALANCING at a RIDICULOUS HIGH PRICE. You can get the same service from MR TIRE for 29.99. My Advice is to check your PAPERWORK before you agree to anything. I was NEVER EXPLAINED this CHARGE and many other one that are on my bill. I also was charged $84.95 for a wheel alignment that can be purchased at MR Tire for only $ 49.99. And to make matters WORSE you get a BS response like the one I received BELOW. My advice STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. I will NEVER BE GOING BACK !!!!!

Was extremely satisfied!! The back caliper was seizing on my husbands truck on Sunday and I called Monday morning and they took the truck right in and did a free inspection, then called me with the results and price, and fixed it right away!! Great service and very nice guys . Will absolutely use them again .

I dropped my car off this morning for an oil change and was told it would be ready in 2-3 hours so the day goes on and I call them and they said they tried calling me but called the wrong number so I go to the shop 8 hours after dropping the car off and was told they were still waiting on me to call back the guy I talked to an hour earlyer apparently didnt tell them to do the extra work so rightfully so I was mad but the assistant manager showed some of the best customer service I have ever seen he gave me a discount on the work that he didnt have to Ive been coming here for years and if it wasnt for Tim and again his outstanding customer service this would have been the last please Tim I beg you to never leave this store ever again

We made an emergency stop here because our car (which is very low to the ground) had a piece of the underpinning to come loose and was flapping in the wind. We were on our way to a 90th birthday party in Winston-Salem for a family member. They fit us right in and fixed it right up and in 20 minutes we were on our way. They are very nice people here!

The staff was nice but...... I replaced the lower ball joints and upper control arms on my Ford Ranger so I brought it in for an alignment. After getting the truck back, I noticed that I had a funny noise in the front end. I chalked it up to something I did wrong but I thought it sound perfect driving it in. The noise got worse over the next few weeks. I decide to get under it and try to find where the noise was coming from. I discover that one of the bolts holding the upper control arm was lose (you have to un-tighten to do the alignment). After tightening that the noise went away. Ill find a different place to take my truck. Was the worst 100$ Ive ever spent and Im sure it lost its alignment since the bolt was lose.

The store took great care of us. Traveling from Florida, we ended up with a nail and leak in our rental van. Just Tires worked with our rental company to replace the two front tires at no cost to us, and, although they were very busy for a Saturday morning, they did it quickly so we were able to make our family reunion.

6pm appointment. I didnt get out until 8pm. Painfully slow. There were two guys working and like 4 customers. I should have asked, do you think you can change two tires within an hour? before I went there. Never again.

(October 2017) They did what I went there for, a tire rotation, but they couldnt do inspections at the 40/42 location which is why I rated this review a 3 out of 5.(February 2018) - I was back to get a tire repaired and saw they have a sign that says they now offer inspections. However, when I inquired they explained that they only have one certified technician at the moment. But should have another one soon so I bumped the rating to 5.

Had a tire replaced and was told the back disc brakes were close to metal on metal. We did the brakes ourselves and there was at least 50% pad left. Otherwise, we have been getting good service.

Ive been here twice and both times were unpleasant experiences. Most recently I had was when I got a flat in my company car. The car was towed to Just Tire for two new tires and an alignment. Since that day when the car is driving straight the steering wheel is way off center. Not to mention both times, the lady behind the desk was less than pleasant. Id avoid this place at all cost.Ive been to other Just Tires and have had a great experience. Just the management at this location is terrible.

Came here for an alignment. Was told it’ll be 15 min. Patiently waited for 2 hours! Finally had it and asked for my keys when all of a sudden I was next. No thank you!

Just Tires has good service, but they are a little pricey.

Customer service mediocre. Actual work is what I am a reviewing but would rather rate a ZERO stars.I am still waiting for a response from the district manager. I sent an email 6 days ago and have not heard anything yet. So I am writing this review. There was a SERIOUS PROBLEM with actual service on my car. I am contacting the NC state attorney general to assure that this business is performing their paid duties towards customers. I will never go to this location again even though it is right down the road from my house.
